No repsonse from airtel. No one interested in fixing the problem
Reminder 2:..............

No Response again. customer care says issue will be resolved by 5:30
PM today but now they say that system is down they cant check the
status.
Is airtel turning into govt. office??

I Hope you understand when the primary source of entertainment is not
working since 5 days.

We will be forced to switch to other service providers. if this is the
way you keep handling things.

AIRTEL DTH HD — STB not working

My customer id is [protected]. I have Airtel HD DTH connection. I am having a issue of 'No Signals' when i am using HDMI cable to connect STB to my LCD. This problem happens rondomly.
I raised a complaint dated 10-March-2011. Comnplaint no 5808212. There was a tecnician who visited on 11th March as well as on 12th march. He told that the STB box is faulty and need to be replaced.
A new person came on 12th with a new STB but was not able to do the setting. Then a person Called Mr Sundar (Contact no [protected]) who is supposed to be the manager, called and apolosised stating thet the tecnician is a trainee and dont know how to set up the box and that he would be sending another tecnician in 1 hr. This was on 12th march. I have tried to contact Mr. Sundar atleast 25 times . Every time i have been given a new time for engieener visit but no one have come down to replace STB.
I have been give numerous numbers to follow up. Some of them are
1) Mr Sundar #[protected] (Everytime gives a new no to follow up)
2) Mr Anil #[protected] (On vacation, out of station, busy with other cutomer etc)
3) Mr Basu #[protected]
4) Mr xxxx #[protected]

Every time i call i am given a new noumber to follow up.
On contacting Airtel customer care trhe old compalint is closed and a new complaint is registered with a promise to resolve within 24 hours but to no avail.
Dear Mr. Rakesh,

This is to Inform you and other fellow members That the problem is dated 13th June and today it has been 10 Days.

Still there is no resolution from Airtel.

Also The most disgusting part from Airtel is that we are getting reminders from airtel to recharge our account and that our account has been deactivated.

Please be informed that I am going to post this kind of mafia behaviour of airtel on each and every post.
And NO ONE SHOULD EVERY GO FOR AIRTEL DTH.

Please be informed that the problem is still not fixed properly and the stb is not working again.

so the complaint is still there. Airtel engineers are not responding to our queries. either they are not interested to fix it permanently.

Airtel DTH — Non delivery

I HAD ORDERED FOR AN ADDITIONAL SET TOP BOX FOR AIRTEL DTH. I used the website, they called back in 2 seconds, I gave a request and a person came and collected Rs. 1190 from me. I was told that the connection will happen in 48 hours. It is more than a week now and I have no response from Airtel.. When i call the customer service they say somebody will call back in 45 minutes, but nobody calls back. I have contacted them almost 10 times.The company name is Shell Transourse in Bombay.. A reputed establishment like Airtel should not be putting the common man in trouble. Please return my money back immediately. Please request all citizens planning to use Airtel DTH to be very cautious before paying the money.

Airtel DTH — NON DELIVERY OF HD STB

I have booked an Airtel DTH HD Multi connection for my residence at Vasanthnagar on 26th Of April. Paid by credit card IVR.I was told that the connection will be made in 48 hours. Two weeks and about 40 reminders and emails to Deepak Soni ,Senior Manager of the Airtel Call centre 12148
as well as Naiyoum Sheikh Airtel Technical support yielded no results.Every time I called I was told that the Installation team will contact me in 20 minutes or the call was intentionally cut after putting on hold for about 20 minutes.It has surely been a frustrating experience with AIRTEL DTH.

I am sure that this is a organisation problem and you can expect similar response from other services like mobile telephony and Internet as well.

THINK THRICE BEFORE YOU OPT FOR AIRTEL.

We used to think that PSU's like BSNL were slack but they certainly have turned out to be smarter than these Pvt Sector behemoths !

Worse still AIRTEL does not have the decency to reply or respond. I have FIVE airtel MOBILES and I am going to switch over to a service oriented company.

    Dear Sir,
    I am a customer of airtel mobile service from 2006 postpaid and 2011 onwards prepaid my number is [protected] and[protected]. i opted out of postpaid because of lack of customer care facility to post paid users after MNP scheme for prepaid users as most of CC was busy attending MNP calls.(As per CC executive airtel). Now i am getting a lot of flash messages which disturbs me a lot and even after every call and every message sent for which i requested airtel CC to stop those, in return CC asked me to stay online, after 3-4 minutes i was disconnected by the airtel and in return again i called airtel CC and this time they said there is no such provion to stop these flash messages after calls and messages for which i asked to connect me to some senior executive as in previous call i was not told this so i want to confirm to some senior CC executive, they again asked me to hold and be online but again after 3-4 minutes my call was disconnected and after that i was not able to call airtel CC as my number was blocked by the server for making 2 frequent calls to airtel CC.....!!!!!!!!! thereafter i made severral calls to airtel CC from other number to unblock my number i.e.[protected] but it was unbloked only after 4 days.
    And i am considering for MNP now but my only request to airtel is to provide customer option to take or not to take the facility of flash messages after messages sent and call ended and most importantly the flash messages regarding offers and schemes. No doubet airtel is the brand with most numbers of complaint compared to any other mobile company.

    Bharti Airtel — unnecessary messages

    I am a user of airtel prepaid mobile service ([protected]), from airtel recieved SMS with offer, sai baba blessing.. click to retrive, once clicked the web. search http://203.200.118.92/airtel/rzone/usai.immediatly got one more message saying thank u for downloading java game from airtellive & has charged Rs 30/- without any downloading.this is second time i have been charged. I question airtel what this service you are giving & hope this will not be repeated again

      my sim card is corupted the docouments are submited
      my Airtel number [protected] has been bard since last week
      i submitted my documents 3 times to my retailer but still it bard and the airtel customer care officer says that your Simcard is active but i can't Receive any calls or mails and msz
      plz plz plz active my sim card other wise i have to port my number to other service provider
      I submitted all the necessity documents for re-verification on 14th January, 2011. But, on 21st June, 2011 at around 12:30p.m my SIM Card No.[protected] of Mb No. of [protected] was rejected. I went to the Airtel Office, Aizawl, Chanmari, Mizoram to complaint. But no action is taken till today.

      So, I therefore request you to kindly suggest me to do. Or to check available solution. I will be greatful to you. My current contact No. is [protected]

        Dear sir,
        Iam a user of bharti airtel mobile services my Mobile No is ([protected]) till 16/06/2011 my unbill use amount is 7.20Rs. but when check my unbill amount till 17/06/2011 it shows 940.10 also i have got an sms on 18/06/2011 that you have use airtel live service and i have charge by 99Rs but when i take this conection and activate this Sim i have got airtel live settings but i delete that settings on that time and not save in my phone i have never use airtel live service on my No. so why i use this service also DND service is also activated on my No i have never use any service by airtel but i don't know how in one day my unbill amount is increase by approx 933Rs please help me in this matter asap.

        As i wrote last time that i am waiting till bill generation i have got my bill of this no:[protected] Dated:6/7/11 in this bill bharti airtel has charged Rs.1004.20 in this bill for Value added services for internet services that i never use and activated for this no they have wrongly charged this much amount in there last bill of this no in my last conversation with airtel executive Ms.Sovi she said she will work on this complaint after this bill generation but nothing is happning on this complaint bharti airtel not doing any taking any action in this matter.

          I was cheated of over 1000 minutes by them just tonight. They are closing the end of the month and advertised that all new minutes must be purchased by June 5th and all minutes used by June 30th 2011. I bought 3500 minutes under the Original India One plan so I would have enough to last through June 30th. Tonight I went to call my husband in India and was told my balance was 0. I called customer service and they said that I lost all my minutes because they werent used in 15 days. I informed the gentleman that we always had 60 days according to that plan and that I should have until June 30th to use them. He said they changed it in May 2011 and it was now 15 days and there was a notice on the screen. I never saw such a notice. he said they would not refund my money nor give me my minutes back. He was very cold and unsympathetic. I told him this was fraud and I would contact my credit card company to which he responded-you cant do anything now because we have the money. I was a great customer for over a year and this is how I was treated in the end. I hope this didnt happen to anyone else...and that karma repays them for what they have done....

          AirtelCallHome — Fraudulent Company Activity

          -Bought $50 worth of minutes on Sept 7th through my credit card (debited the same day) and received a welcome mail with account ID and pasword.
          -Received a "Welcome Call" from the executive also seeking feedback on services the following day. Feedback included asking details of who i was, my registered #, my address, how i opened the a/c, my credit card details including credit card #, etc.
          -I gave all information patiently except for my credit card # since (a) I didn't have it with me, (b) I didn't see how they were protecting my interest by asking me these details all over again over the phone.
          -The caller thanked me for the information and hung up.
          -I tried calling India the following day only to hear "i'm sorry your a/c has been blocked, please call customer service.
          -Called customer service around sept 11, 2008 who said my a/c had been blocked since I did not give my credit card details and this was for my security???!!! so they had blocked my a/c. The only was to unblock the a/c was to email my credit card details to another deptt.
          - I refused to email any details and agreed to give the card details over phone so they would enable my a/c. If that could not be done, I requested that the a/c be closed and $50 refunded to me immediately.
          -The customer service rep. communicated a timeline of 7 days to refund the money which upset me quite a bit so I asked to speak with the supervisor. To which I was told that the supervisor would call me back within 24 hours since this case had to be referred to Delhi and the call centre was in Chandigarh. Also that he was forwarding a request to close the a/c and refund the sum.
          -Till date I have received NO CALL from a supervisor or even another rep.
          -Instead, on Sept. 16th I get an email stating my complaint # and "We would like to inform the unblocking of your account is under consideration and you will receive a confirmation call and email within 72 hours."
          - Needless to mention NO EMAIL / CALL till today!
          - I called them today and spoke to some rep who insisted (a) The complaint # belonged to May'08 and that I had refused to cooperate with some person who called me on Oct 1, 2008 (b) On double checking against my a/c #, that I made no request to close the a/c in Spect 08' (c) If i wanted the refund it would take another 7 days!!!
          - I refused to wait another 7 days, asked them why the matter was still unsolved, why they were sitting on the money unoess they planned to compensate by paying interest on the $50 they were sitting on.
          - I asked to speak with the supervisor and some SHIV fellow came on the line asking me to repeat my grievances. This was after I requested that he be updated by the rep I'd been speaking to.
          -I refused to repeat and asked him to check with the guy and summarise what he understood of my problem. The only thing he could tell me was - You want an interest on your $50????!!!
          - I lost my temper, asked to speak with a manager who he said was not "AUTHORISED TO TAKE CALLS"!!!????
          -And as I was screaming in the phone, I heard him put it the receiver on the side, tell somebody (in Hindi) - she's blabberring unnecessarily and continuously - following which he picks the phone, tells me - you will get a refund - and hangs up!

          SO MUCH FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WANTING TO MAKE CHEAPER CALLS TO INDIA!!!
          and there is absolutely no complaint resolution cell or senior contact people published anywhere where one could raise a complaint to in Bharti Airtel.

          3rd rate service run on the whims and fancies of some idiotic juvenile delinquents in Chandigarh!!!

          Hi,

          Yes, Airtelcallhome is cheating everyone. I stay in Singapore and they show the ads in the TV that we get 200 min talktime for $10. But i ended up in getting 55 min for $5. So, don't believe in airtelcallhome. Bharti being such a big company cheating people.

            My customer id no is [protected]. My digital TV set top box place change and hence company's person had installed new cable wire. However i had paid full amount for that. After that some channels are not coming and hence made request in customer care. Again person from company came and told that cable connection installed was duplicate and not of company. And hence we had requested company to change cable connection as we had already paid for that but they had installed duplicate and cheat us. Now nobody hear us and still complaint not resolved since 15 days. I have made three time complaint vide # 9145721, 9159603 & 9072534.

            Company told that they will charge again price for new cable connection while i am of view that company had already taken money and installed duplicate wire and not original. Its company's responsibility to install standard wire and not duplicate. They had cheated us.

              With reference to the matter above,I had placed a request for an ownership change to airtel staff 4 months ago,and I've paid up the charges for ownership change as well.However,the ownership change had not been done yet.In this case,I have no authorization to terminate the internet line in order to get back the deposit.And airtel staff were actually ignoring the matter after so many times of complain lodged to the customer service.I am extremely unhappy and upset with the matter and yet I have a feeling of deceived by the company.

                i am glad to write the problem which i have been facing . today my father recharged for Rs 333 full talktime to my mobile no +[protected] inbetween 4.30 and 5.15pm[ indian time]

                after checking the balance , i got the below details

                Bal:302.00 Val:100ct37.DA5.0.000 Val:-Bal:302.00 Val:100ct37. DA5:0.00 Val:[thats the message which i got]


                before recharing i got around Rs 35.
                now i have 302. what does it mean? where is the balance amount. i think i do need to get 333 + 35 . am i right or wrong. is there anything wrong this calculation. why are you always leading me into trouble.this is not good. infact i have been expecting better service which i used to get while i was in india. i dont know what happend to you people. to be frank ,the time i reached united kindgom every service of you people went wrong. i do need to get it clear very fast.

                now i am in united kingdom. otherwise i could have called you directly. i have been waiting for your reply

                  I'm Manish Singh .I's using airtell number [protected] from last 4 years.But for few problem i log a request at airtell customer care to stop my number services and for that i clear all my dues. But From alst 2 months i'm geting bill and now this month it's approx 1200 Rs. Whenever i try to talk to customer care either it's busy or they simply give answer system is not working. I'm writing here because i fedup with Airtell unusual behavoiur . When thery bill was pending they are give callevery alternate hour but no one here to listen problem.

                    I had paid the dues of my Land line no 4012754 on 22nd May 2011 ( Cash Recipet no 8687 dt 22/5/11 for Rs 750/- ) at Sanchi Infotel Shop no 5C/91 NIT Faridabad Mob no [protected]).
                    I was given a manual reciept since the systems of Airtel were down. For last 15 days I am being regularly being called by the Airtel officer for clearing my dues.

                    When I approached the Owner of Sanchi Infotel I was told that due to oversight the payment has been made to another no 4012759 & the complaint has been lodged with Airtel. Within next few days the reversal willbe done & credited to your land line no[protected].

                    Till date I am getting regular calls for bill payment & now my outgoing calls have also been stopped.

                    Although again the complaint has been lodged for the second tme ( ref no[protected] I am still getting calls from Airtel officer.

                    Request for reversal of amount immediately & restoring the land line immediately.

                      Hi this is sivakumar.T.K. and my number is [protected],i have applied broadband conection to airtel when they approached me on 11.06.2011 and they promised me i ill get connection on monday(13.06.2011) but no one turned up till wednesday and wen i called them someone ill lift the call and simply tell he is in meeting even if i call by 9Pm and today they are telling some other reason it ill delay to provide connection infact that guy has Airtel Team Lead ID card his name is Narasiman and his number is [protected] and [protected] this is how they cheat customers in name of Broadband connection and they ill get 500rs in advance to get the connection so be aware of this kind of frauds.

Suddenly on 16th June 2011, I got a message on my mobile showing INVALID SIM. I contacted the nearest Airtel office near Omni Towers at Indore and came to know that the SIM has been de-activated due to ZERO USAGE. For your information, I was using this connection day in and day out....

                            My airtel No: [protected] chennai sim. Last week i did recharge for 100RS. But today surprisingly my sim not working display page showing inactive sim. When calling to customer care they are simply telling your verification to be updated thats y they blocked ur sim like that.

                            I am airtel user since 2003 to till date even full life time i wish to continue service. Moreover i use to get lot of official smses to my number but now today specially my Birthday but i didnt able to get birthday wishes also so sad to write. Please do active my sim. Now i am in international roaming from 26.10.2010 to till date. May be after 5 month i will be back to india chennai then i will submit address proof as requested by airtel customer care executives. Untill pls be patient and do me needful.

                            Please note already i have given my vote id card copy for identification proof. At the time of taking this prepaid number in 2003 i have given my passport copies for identy proof. But still they needed to update. I cant able to get it your question why you have inactive my sim??? Please active it atleast for today because today 18.06.2011 is my birthday.

                            I am using Mob No [protected] for 6 years i was out of station for 2 months so dint use this no. nw this no is deactivated. I need this no back V.badly. kindly do the needfull. ready to pay reregistration amount also.

                            I thank you for your kind reply and hope things will be done and i will get back my sim in active. Since being an exsisting customer to airtel from 2003 i already given my passport copies and voter id card copies with photographs so many time and if still require i am happy to send it to you by either email or courier with my acknowlegment and signature on it. Because now i am in saudi arabia and currently using this number as international roaming already confirmed with customer care regarding any extra documents needed for international roaming for prepaid number but they told no other extra documents will be needed to use as international roaming thats why i already been reached here by 26.10.2010 itself but now surprisingly my sim was inactive so i request you to do active this mumber [protected] prepaid sim and i wish to use this particular number till my life time.

                            Hope understanding the above my requirement will be fulfil in right time. If you needed still my address proof and identy proof with my photographs i am ready to send it to you by courier or by scaning and mail it to you . If so please provide me dispatch address of Bharti Airtel Ltd to enable me to send it through courier also.

Repeated complaints also waste. Have restricted 5 complaints all no response. Its the worst customer service i have seen. Its better if they close company than cheat its customers

                              It is been bring to my notice, your customer care person called some of the number which I have frequently used(From last month Bills)
                              Says that "we call from Airtel Legal department the user of [protected] Mr. Nagarajan was not paying outstanding amount of 4555.00 & he has given your number for reference". This type of threatening calls not at all acceptable & this is purely unethical. Pls check my documents I am no ware given any reference.

                                  I have pasted the email which i have send to Airtel. It explains it completely
                                  This is with regard to my Airtel mobile number 9840xxxxxx which I have been using for the last 8 years. Initially the number was taken in my company’s name , but once I left the organization I had submitted a letter from the Company to transfer the number to my name. This letter was submitted in 2007. All these years I have received my airtel bills through email or on occasions have called 121 and have found out the billing amount and have made payments regularly through internet banking.
                                  I have been an active user of Airtel’s GPRS 99 Rs Plan all along. But when 3G was introduced your employees called and offered a Rs 100 plan for 3G. As I was not sure about what my usage in 3G would be, I clearly indicated that in the event of my usage exceeding Rs 100, to change my plan to Rs 675 plan. In the subsequent months my Mobile bills were charged still at Rs.100 plan for 3g and additional usage was charged extra. This made my bills look very high and I had visited your Bazullah Road Airtel Office in T.Nagar and complained about it and also called Airtel customer service and informed that it needs to be changed to Rs.675 Plan and I will not be able to pay the additional 3g usage charges as it’s not my fault if Airtel doesn’t change the plan despite my repeated requests. Inspite of all these complaints and calling customer care, I was billed on the same plan and charged extra usage charges for 3G. I was totally disillusioned with Airtel service , cause inspite of repeated complaints bill continued to show that I am in the Rs.100 Plan.
                                  When your Call center staff called me I told them I will not pay the bill unless the excess amount for which I have been unfairly billed will be removed from my outstanding. They told me they will speak to the manager and get back to me. This conversation happened with different call center agents many a time. In May last week I had to leave to Europe for 3 weeks, During this time Call center agents were not able to reach me , so they took the worst and most unprofessional method to insult and embarrass me . They started calling all the numbers I had dialled in the last couple of months, which included my Family, Friends, Customers, Vendors and some of prospective customers and informed them that I have large outstanding bill to be paid.
                                  My question here is , is it ethical for any Mobile service provider to access a customer’s private contact list without the permission of the customer? I have never heard of such a practice in any field where if an outstanding amount needs to be collected (especially a trivial amount) the lengths to which an organization can go to jeopardize somebodies professional and personal relationships.
                                  The day I arrived after my Europe trip on 13th of June 2011, I was flooded with calls and emails from clients , family and friends informing me that they have been harassed by Airtel asking about my whereabouts and giving a detailed history of my outstanding amount. I have never been so embaressed by this barrage of calls which has resulted in me losing face as well as loss in reputation by key people in my life. The damage this has caused on my standing with my prospective clients specifically has been tremendous, resulting in loss of business.
                                  Not only has this incident affected my reputation, but has taken a toll on me physically and mentally driving me to the point where I would like to kill myself. I feel that if your organisation could go to such lengths to call all my contacts, I’m sure that your organization would go to any length to collect this amount, even extreme measures. So tomorrow in the event that anything should happen to me or my immediate family I would solely hold Airtel responsible for it.

                                    Eversince I have put up my Airtel Braodband I have been facing probles with it. First the wifi box was faulty with the gadgets in my house not being able to connect to it... had to switch it on and off several times till the connection was made. This happened for 5 months. Then the box was finally changed. The new box tough connected to the gadgets used to break its connection with the internet every couple of hours badly effecting my games online. The service provider's agent came and visited my home on 11th May and said that there was a problem in the line in the area and would take 2 days to settle. AHe fiddled my settings too. After he went my connection with the internet started breaking every 10-15 minutes. I have been complaining daily but no action is being taken.
                                    Yeaterday (16th June 2011) my landline stopped working too. There is no ringtone and neither can I dial a no#. I was promised a person would come by 3 pm today, but NOTHING has happened. I do not have my landline to complain too now.

                                    Airtel is a real frustrating Co. and it sucks!

                                    I want my entire months bill reversed.

                                    Airtel Broadband — Uneducated executives

                                    Airtel called my friend, who has recently cancelled his airtel broadband and promised a new broadband plan.. He reffered me and the connection was given to me.. But the plan was not like the one they had promised.. So i lodged a complaint with their customer care ( Ref No[protected] and they migrated me to a new plan which was not the plan they promised.. Again i lodged a complaint (Ref No[protected] and it is still in progress.. Whenever i call their customer care they'll give confusing replies and they 'll keep on taking complaints.. No complaints were resolved perfectly.. I have mailed their Nodal Officers too. No response from them...Could anyone suggest me on how to approach the Court for their cheating??

                                    What about my previous complaints... appx 30 of them. Please pull out your call recordings from your Call Centre. My mobile # [protected] is registered with you and all your smses and and complaint status keep coming on my mobile... so how can you say that you have difficulty contacting me. Wat is your entire back end team doing on my complaints? Can you not get in touch with them? My landline #[protected] is also dead for the past 6 days now too!

                                    Hats off to all you people at Airtel. I am yet to see the light of day of my complaint's solution.
                                    My landline was dead from 11th June to 11th July( in addition to the woes of my broadband issues).There was some problem in the line and the entire apartment's phones were out I am told by your people.I had asked for a refund of my money. I was first told that it would happen once the problem was solved. The phone got working on 11th July. I contacted your tea; they said the refund would happen after the bill would be generated. Again I asked on the 26th of July 2011 at 9:30 am( spoke with Niharila) and I got the complaint no #1278470. To date there has been no refund. I called your call centre yesterday and they a Mr Deepak Srivastava told me at 8:57 pm that my complaint was closed as done !!! I asked hom to reopen the complaint and asked for my refund again. I have this new complaint # 3078250. He promised that someone would call by 5:30 pm the 28th and yet noone has got in touch with me.
                                    I ask you what are you doing about my issues? I demand a refund. You people are just trying to wear me out by not listening and delaying things hoping I will give up. I know the mess your industry is in but do not cheat us of our money for that.

                                    There is no reponse from Airtel at all now.
                                    I am now left with no alternative but to seek legal options now.
                                    Since the past few months, I have been trying to speak to your executives at the call centre. Though I can access the IVR, I cannot speak to your executives. I know that there is a facility wherein certain numbers can be barred so that one cannot speak and converse directly with your executives. I fear that this has been done with both my numbers [protected] and [protected].

                                    Airtel executives, customer care people, nodal team, appellate team all are dumb uneducated employees! So, I doubt they will understand your problem!
                                    AIRTEL IGNORE THE CLIENTS.AFTER RECEIVING COMPLAIN NO ACTION HAVE BEEN TAKEN BY THE COMPANY.THEY ARE VERY SERIOUS TO COLLECT MONEY, NO INTEREST SHOWN TO PROVIDE MINIMUM SERVICE.

                                      It is very regretful to have to observe that since the last one month or more, I have been facing a terrible problem with your AIRTEL connection.
                                      The line gets disconnected even after say 10 seconds, making it irritating & rather impossible to communicate.
                                      And the worst part is - your CustomerCare refuses to note down our complaint on the malicious & phony ground that our instrument is defective. THIS is nothing but only a white lie to make us fool.
                                      I have put Tata/DOCOMO Sim into the same mobile and it works fantastic w/o any disconnection.
                                      SO it evidently proves the dirty policy of your Airtel people.
                                      SO will we have to, being constrained switch/port to Tata DOCOMO retaining our same number; believing that AIRTEL has gone worthless and no use to continue anymore with it?

                                      They have been giving such promises for the last over a month & failed to do anything but blamed our instrument as defective; while as we said - when we replaced AIRTEL SIM to TATA DOCOMO SIM, it worked fantastic without any repeatedly happening disconnection as we had to face with AIRTEL.

                                      This is evidently & purely harassment as it had been let continued by AIRTEL over a month.
