I am running electronics shop the name is VASAVI ELECTRONICS, at mahabubabad. company is alloted to me a DEMOPOCK DTH. But at the time here dealear is not given to this demo box. but the demo is running my name, iam given many times to custamercare but they r not taken any action to the dealer, I give the DEMO BOX NUMBER ALSO:[protected] (custamer id no). I received many sms to my phone number. My number is registared with this dth conection. plz solve my porblum & arrange my box tome.

      Airtel Company activated one unnecessary service named as "GamesManiaSubscriptionfor subscription service from airtel." on my number ([protected]) and deducted my balance nearly 5-6 times. I contacted Customer Care also (nearly 4 times) and they never helped me with this statement "We can't do anything, We can't refund your balance, it is you (i.e. ME) who activated this service".

      I don't know anything about this service and during the last conversation, customer care representative dropped my phone call in between the argument ( nearly at 4:15 PM on 25th June 2011).

      Request reference number of LAST CONVERSATION is CBDMO[protected].

      I Kindly request airtel company to deactivate this service as soon as possible on my number ([protected]) and if possible refund my deducted balance i.e nearly 30 RS in total till now.

      STOP dadagiri!!! and BUILD Trust.

        Hi,
        I have a Airtel Kerala prepaid Number [protected]. I have activated Special 5 Plan but when i call the numbers registered in this plan Airtel is Charging me the normal rate call rate is not getting reduced. I tried calling the Customer Care once they told they will connect to technical team then call went dead. After that when ever i try to call Customer care there is no option to talk to Customer care executive. Airtel is barring my number from talking to there representative. This is happening when ever i try to raise any Complaints.

          My Mobile Number is [protected] from airtel. I found that this is not good service. Whenever I use to call some one I am not able to connect the call. there is nothing to listen while calling someone and after some time the message comes on screen as "call ended". I am not getting what type of horrible service it is. So I have applied in Uninor store for MNP. They have sent my request to Airtel but airtel has refused to change my number to uninor service stating that I have signed some agreement and I should report to Airtel customer center. I complaint airtel lot of time they didnt mind it .still they rejected my new operator(uninor) request.i lost upto Rs. 200 for change network. what can i do

          Today again airtel was rejected my upcoming network uninor.28.06.11, 6.42pm i got message from 1901 number, that is 'uninor has been rejected by your current operator.please contact your operator'. I have applied 10 times and spent Rs200 with expensive.But no use. Airtel is doing like as 'one man Army'. What can i do?.Last 2 months getting more struggle for change network. But not possiable. My helth also affected due to this problem. please help me
          no use my complaint in your register.Again Airtel refuse my request.

            My home is 2km from ponnampet town where Airtel tower present. initially it was well covered around our area,but last year they reduced the coverage and it became a big problem for us.even though we have the option to switch we don't want to do so. we are with airtel for a decade and we like to continue with it.Is there any chance for this? will airtel support us?

            airtel has no coverage in mupliyam(at thrissur dist in kerela), but other services have full coverage.we cannot attentent any calls because of this coverage problem. so please take immediate action

                Dear Sir/Madam,

                This is to report to you that there is some of Airtel recovery agency people calling and harassing me about the recovery of pending payment on [protected] connection.

                Already, Mr. Huzefa (from your customer care Pune) has confirmed that this matter is already resolved based on billing error and adjusted towards my deposit, the connection is closed. He requested me not to entertain any other call from any agency in this regards.

                But, some time this harassing agency people act as Police ( On 24th June 2011 at 10:39AM called from [protected]) or some time high court lawyer. This is something, I am taking very seriously and if not taken care by Airtel would force me to take this matter to consumer forum and file a harassment suit against Airtel.

                Kindly act in this matter, otherwise, I will have to take my course of actions.

                Hope you understand the seriousness of this matter and escalate this to senior level to really stop this kind of consumer harassment.

                  DEAR SIR,
                  We had an Airtel Connection With 30 PRI Lines. We needed that time(Feb, 2010) to 16 extensions(PRI) and now we need 5 more Airtel extensions(PRI). I spoke to AIRTEL manager about the connections but he was no right answer. We need 5 new extensions lines. But there is no solution to my problem yet. When the connection was promised us when we need you 30 extension lines without any charge. But now he has the promise of what you are saying and make it move at its own cost.We lodge our complained on dt 15/06/2011 with REF. NO. 47681284 to AIRTEL but No action has yet been received. Please bless us to have received a diagnosis of our problem.

                    from the past 6 days my airtel DTH is showing error code B001 ,with signal abnormalities, after complaining at the helpline 12150 , the company sent an engineer who charged me with Rs 100+160, for the service charge and replacing the LNBF respectively, but within hours of the problem started again, and i did the same procedure and complained to the airtel executives , but two days have passed yet no engineer has come from their side as promised. i am clueless as to whom to complain as apart from the regular call centre executives there is no responsible person from the airtel side.

                    I am very Sorry and disappointed to see the way you have addressed to my complaint for consumer ID :[protected], Till date the engineer has not visited my home even after complaining thrice with you call center, rather I got a call from your Office inquiring about my complaint which hasn't been resolved, to add to the problem i have received message saying that "my consumer service request no.9394321, 9352146 has been resolve " though unresolved till date. I am paying rs 6 per day for the airtime charges even without viewing any channels. This kind of your attitude shows your unwillingness to resolve consumer grievance and rather just passing the buck.

                    Today at around 2 p.m your engineer visited my place and though late but resolved my problem to my satisfaction. Thank you for your response.

                        Our land line and broadband connection was activated about 4 weeks ago by Airtel. As we live in an apartment complex, we wanted Airtel to activate the intercom on our land line.

                        Once the intercom was "activated", we ended up having unintended troubles with the land line and the intercom has also not been working properly. We cannot...

                        Hello Sir,

                        With great regret I would like to bring to light the poor service and sheer disregard for customer support of your postpaid service in the region.

                        Context:
                        I, Amrit Jami joined as HR Manager at P&G Katha Baddi factory applied for a postpaid airtel connection via your agent Mr. Manoj Sharma and received a connection with the contact no +[protected] almost 10 days back.

                        A week back , I received a call from the customer care verifying the address information. I was on transit and the voice of the agent was not audible. At that point of time I was put up at Hotel Taj at Chandigarh and I said the same. I have been put up at guest house at Katha Village , Baddi, Solan District.

                        Problem:

                        1. My connection was disconnected citing address verification failure
                        2. Proper verification was not done and is completely an irresponsible act on part of the verification agent.
                        3. Regardless of the continuous calls that I made to the agent, no action was taken .

                        We provide you with so much business here and this not worthy of being called service and is definitely not expected from the largest service provider of the country.

                        Expecting some positive intervention in this regard.

                          I am Cdr Jacob. I am using a Airtel Pre-paid connection # [protected] for more than two years. I never used to check the balances and used to top up regularly to ensured it does not fall below Rs 50.

                          But recently I have noticed the Airtel deducting some amount on their own with out my consent or doing. If the balance is say Rs 100 when you go to sleep, it would be Rs 99 or 98 in the next morning. When you call them up, they will tell that you have subscribed for so n so services etc. It is just a standby phone with only call and SMS features!!

                          Also, I even the signal was good, the calls used to drop. Hence I have applied for MNP and I have got the porting ID: AL457134. The new service provider has also cautioned me that Airtel may reject your application once or twice on any silly reason.

                          After week of registration, when I inquired, I was given a SMS stating that UPC code mismatch. I have the photocopy of my application. I am sure there is no error in that. Since I am porting the number, I have 0 balance. Now I am forced to recharge just for one SMS for applying MNP once again.

                          Airtel Need to be Taken charge for their misdeeds

                          If required I can be contacted directly on my another Airtel # [protected], which I would be porting shortly from Airtel

                          My new porting ID is AL223122. Kindly ensure that my fresh request for porting away from Airtel will not be again rejected for any lame reasons.

                          My 3rd porting request (ID: AL223122) has also been rejected by AIRTEL. I think the AIRTEL staff does not permit PORTing from their network and sitting there only to message "Your MNP request has been rejected due to UPC Mismatch".

                          I am now determined to take this to a meaningful end.
                          Mr Rakesh, .. Who has told the issue has been resolved? By crediting just Rs 50.00 for all these miseries that Airtel has given me, you expect to silence me?

                          Why Airtel keep rejecting my MNP request (Prepaid) for no valid reason?

                              After being a successfull client for airtel ( with # [protected]) for more than 3 and half year, i have moved to an another service provider, because in Airtel there is no one to listen for you, there are responses to your emails and no follow ups from there side, whenever u call them , firstly they will not pick up, (their help line is pathetic) and even if they pick up they dont have either sufficient access or the sufficent knowledge and some of them dnt know how to handle the situation when they dnt know, they will simply cut the call.

                              I have drop and email to airtel guys, june 13th , i got an reply on 21th june, saying some crap info. but evrey time i will get Acknowledgement Mail, saying blah blah blah!!!!!!

                              Again i dropped an another email on june 22nd and there is no response to it...they are just simply playing with us, they dont understand how should they treat alleast to their permanent customer, i was with airtel for more than 3.5 years, and hardly came into contact with thei bad services, evry one in my frnds used to tell me, airtel service is not good, but i stick to my decision to stay with airtel, but my friends told me when ever you need some service they will never help you out and beleive there words have come true today!!!!!

                                I want to port from airtel to vodafone, but after me getting the unique porting number and submitting all the documents to Vodafone store, now i get message from airtel saying under "contractual obligation" to stay with airtel.

                                I wonder how can some force a contract on me to stay with airtel?

                                The worst part after 5 times me calling to Airtel, none of the customer care executive knows the solution, its like they are forcing me to stay with Airtel. They say please wait for sometime and they never tell how long this 'Sometime' means!

                                None of the managers with whom i spoke ( I spoke with 2 managers) are able to provide me an satisfying answer at all.

                                I am never satisfied with Airtel (Money looting company it is), why they have to hold me back and why are they not allowing me to port out of Airtel !!!

                                I am seriously frustrated to the Core with Airtel, i will make sure none of my family members are with airtel and none of my surrounding friends are with Airtel anymore.

                                The way they are behaving is Insane and utter !!

                                If the citizen of this country is not given the freedom to choose the service provider I don't know who has to be blamed here.

                                I seriously feel like sue Airtel.

                                  I'm a customer of Airtel DTH Service. On[protected] i made a request to Airtel Customer care for relocation of the Airtel DTH from my present location to a new location where i had shifted on[protected] with proper address of both the places. A request id was generated bearing no 9319979 and time slot for deinstallation of the dish was alloted to me at 5.00 pm and was informed by the customer care executive that the service engineer so to say will give me a call half an hour prior to his visit.

                                  Although when i booked the request i was not in the city, but since i was alloted the time at 5.00 pm and my family wanted to establish the connection as soon as possible, i rushed to the destination after a journey of 3 hrs by bus, but failed to found any service personal nor received any call. The day went on. The next day[protected] by 3.30 pm it was the dead line of the request made, i got a call from customer care executive enquiring abt the status of the call whether the request have been resolved. I informed that the request is still pending and i've not received any call from the service personel or centre of Dehradun, Uttaranchal. After the call i received an SMS from Airtel DTH stating "Dear Customer, request no 9319979 for wrong resolution (domino)" -- i couldn't understand the meaning of the SMS. Even on[protected] no response, finally i called customer care and enquired them about my issue but they failed to reply why the job was not done, when i asked for contact person and contact no of the higher authority of Airtel DTH to complain about the issue the cutomer care executive denied to give the no and name, after several calls i was finally forwarded to Mr. Subojit who inroduced himself to be the Sr. Supervisor and heard about the problem. The funniest thing was that even after three days the supervisor asked me that tell me the address from where the deinstallation is to be done and the address of the new location where installation is to be done, when i asked why you need this information again and again he told that the address is not mentioned in the request. This is nothing but simply airtel is cheating their customers by making fake excuses. I would rather like the senior executives or the key executives to hear the recorded conversation of the request id 9319979 on[protected] and every thing will bw crystal clear. I have been harassed by Airtel DTH service, from last three days i am runing from Haridwar to Dehradun to carry on my job as well as get the airtel dth connection relocated but the airtel dth service personel are sleeping they don't bother for their cutomers.

                                  It is really shameful that a so called major brand is providing such a poor, irresponsible service is a capital city like Dehradun. If Airtel is providing such a poor and irresponsible service in capital city Dehradun that we can imagine what a kind of services they might be providing in other remote parts of the country. In short cutomers are being cheated by airtel.

                                  Over and above i want my job to be done now without any service charge as a penalty and compensation from aitrel dth for the harrasment i have to face for relocation of the connection. If required i will move ahead for leagal actions through concerned authorities against airtel dth services for the harassment.

                                  I would like to bring to your notice that the complain for relocation was made on[protected] and finally on[protected] the request was completed. My airtel dth account is has been charged for this non utilisation of service periods. Therefore i request you to refund the burn rate of my plan in my account Since[protected] till[protected].

                                    My name is Arush Nagpal and my number is [protected].I recently bought a new nokia X2-01 qwerty phone with the airtel offer that I would be entitled to use 100 mb gprs on my mobile for free that would be credited every month till 12 months but I am very upset that I was betrayed.For one month there were no extra charges but after 29 days on 20 June 2011, my balance was reduced by Rs.100.For 2 days I was unable to contact airtel on their customer care no. 198.When I chose the option to make a complaint about balance deduction,the call was disconnected.When I got to the customer care executive,I was told that I was using internet from airtel liveand not mobile office due to which I was charged at the rate 30ps/20kb.The fact is that I had myself contacted customer care to send me the internet settings which I failed to receive when the offer was started. Now when I told the executive to send me the correct settings he told me he couldn't and told me to send a message MO to 54321.I didnt receive the settings even after sending the message.Please help me as soon as possible otherwise I would lose a further 100 rs.in the next few days.

                                    Airtel Nokia — Deduction from Balance

                                    my previous balance our 692.49 again it has been disturbed from Airtel Office. Rs.2.60 has got deducted from my currency. Now my present phone balance is 689.89. Inspite of several online complaints still my currency in phone is being disturbed.

                                      This is Suresh from Siemens, Bangalore want to bring undesirable event to the notice.

                                      In total I possess 3 Airtel corporate mobile connections for several years for official, business and personal purpose.

                                      All of a sudden the number which I use for external communication (Business, etc) is converted from corporate postpaid to pre-paid without my knowledge and from past 4-5 days there is no incoming or outgoing facility. All of a sudden started getting "Your service is barred as you don't have enough balance" when tried to call.

                                      Finally I called up customer care on 20th Jun 2011 and found out a strange answer that, I personally made a Request on 18th June 2011 in some Airtel outlet to change the plan (from post-paid corporate to Pre-paid). After long discussion the support team claims that it is a mistake from their side and now in order to bring back to the previous state again I need to visit some Airtel vendor. Does it make any sense? Should I runaround for all the nonsense to correct the mistake that someone has done.

                                      Yet again I patiently waited for 2 more days and sent an email to [protected]@airtel.in and [protected]@in.airtel.com explaining the problem. I got an acknowledgement on 21st that the issue would be resolved in 24hrs, but it is more than 48 hours and didn’t get any further response.

                                      Yet again I spoke to CSR and floor Manager of Airtel on 23rd and the latest answer is to wait until Monday. I’m really fed up with the response from one amongst India’s top mobile service provider.

                                      Is there anybody in Airtel who can take some responsibility to really check and rectify the issue at the earliest?

                                      Bharti Airtel — change of prepaid to postpaid plan

                                      in spite of somany requests and waisting money on talking to local officials they are not changing my prepaid plan to post plan. They say it will be done only after three months.Butwhy?
                                      I have depositsed all address, photo identityand check.
                                      These are all real and Airtel is trying to make the public fool.
                                      A reply is sent on 27th Jun 2011 to Airtelpresence with all required information (address, alternate number for communication, etc) hope to see some Presence from Aitel??
