Airtel seems to be running a very widespread scam through mobile ads. I can see many complaints in the same forum about this, and surely many more go unreported or even unknown.

Here is the scam:
1. Place links on mobile apps and websites (sometimes possibly close to buttons, other links etc)
2. Wait for people to accidentally click them
3. WITHOUT ANY CONFIRMATION, deduct money from the prepaid balance.br...

Rs. 20 is charged for 15 days by Frenzo which ofcourse was never charged before. There was no Term and condition on charges but was absolutely free when I first joined Frenzo.

Re: High call drop rate and network congestion, intolerable customer care executive

It’s been five months since I re-opted for Airtel services and solicitated traumatic call drops, & network congestion, apart from inability to dial numerous Airtel numbers and above all the unbearable inhumane Mohali based call center executives, actually, salted my wounds rather than resolving my issue.

Have a 3G Airtel Dongle, which I use for connecting my laptop.
