I am a Airtel Postpaid customer from March 2009. Actually I took this SIM in my friend's name at that time as I don't have address proof. Now I need to change customer name and Address for the same. What is the procedure for this. I contacted local Airtel office, they said it will be done in Bangalore, where I purchased the SIM. Called to Customer care, they are saying it can't be done. Please guide me....

False commitment and no response
