this is to inform you that i am the oldest ever custmer of airtel and using airtel connection since airtel services were launched (last 13yrs). my journey with airtel has been pretty good . i have seen the time and happily paid the highest bills of Rs.20000 or more at times when the rates were charged for outgoing as well as incoming calls.
but now i am very disappointed and annoyed with the airtel services as my outgoing gets barred without any notice or any reasoning, for which airtel is bound to deliver. recently, i got the message from customer care regarding my limit mentioning Rs.1000/- only.
