HI,

I have a corporate post paid connection with no [protected].
At the Airtel office on Mosque Road ,Bangalore I had asked the Airtel representative to get the GPRS Rs.98 plan activated for this number.

The guy instead activated the Rs 100 3G plan by mistake. The next day the unbilled amount became Rs 330 from Rs 29,Without even using the internet service. I went to the Airtel office and found out that he had done a mistake and asked them to stop 3G and activate the GPRS Rs 98 plan with the 2GB free PLAN.I thought it was because of the 3G plan.

But every day the unbilled amount is increasing exponentially without any reason or use of the internet. It is surprising to see that this is happening after having 2GB free. There is no reason to be charged. It is impossible to have such amounts added to my bill every day. Especially knowing that it only includes phone usage and does not include the bill plan ,monthly rental or other charges. There is a mistake happening at your end.

This is the list o[censored]nbilled amount messages I am getting:
Rs 20.9
Rs 29.0 –Before activation amount.
Rs 300.0- Next day after activation.
Rs 505.0
Rs 602.0
Rs 624.0
Rs 930.7 -on 29th May.
Rs 1213.3 –on 30 th May ,2011.

I have been constantly calling 121 and discussing this issue. They have showed their inability to resolve this issue .They say that it is not possible to resolve this issue until the bill is generated on 21st June 2011.
My question is that if I wait till the bill is generated and the amount shoots up to 10’s of thousands. What I am supposed to do?
I hope somebody will take owner ship of this issue and resolve this quickly.
Kindly get back to me as soon as possible on this.

I have post paid connection with no [protected] for last 5.5 years. I purchased blackberry phone and recently and called Airtel on 12th may and got BBM 299 plan activated.
As this plan does not have internet surfing facility I asked Airtel rep if I get GPRS Rs.98 plan activated on my phone will I be able to surf internet along with enjoy BBM services. The Airtel rep told me yes and I got it activated.
My last bill for the same no is around Rs.250 as I use another phone no for outgoing calls. I started to receive unbilled amount alert starting 12th may and they started from Rs. 100 and reached Rs.800 on 18th may.
I was under impression that it may include
Bill plan Rs.250
BBM plan Rs.299
GPRS plan Rs.98
and some phone usage.
But once I came to know that it only includes phone usage and does not include bill plan and other value added services I got worried.
Now on 19th May morning I received unbilled usage alert which said that my unbilled usage is around Rs.3300 I got worried and called Airtel customer care on 198 and 121 and blackberry support on 7070 and everybody told me that they cannot do anything till my bill is generated on 7th may.
I understand that there are technical constraints in this matter but what i am unable to understand is how this amount got generated in first place. There are only following few activities which i can do on my phone which will generate bill

Phone calls- I hardly make any calls from this phone as I have another connection for outgoing
BBM - This is fixed Rs.299 service.
GPRS - max Rs.98 as form last 9 days starting May12th I have hardly used it.
Airtel live - I never got it activated and I was told today that I might have used it. As I know that Airtel live charges are 20 paisa a min and even if I used Airtel live for the internet activity on phone that to unknowingly that it is activated on my phone and I blackberry browser is using it or for that Rs.3300 is way too much.
And now as I am writing my concern I got message that amount now is Rs.3513
It is insane.
In my family
My father is using Airtel post paid connection
My wife is using Airtel pre paid connection
We have Airtel land line connection
I use Airtel broad band at home
We have Airtel DTH connection
My sister is using Airtel prepaid connection
and i am using Airtel post paid connection
Today I thought I will get the portability no to switch my phone to another service provider. I got a call today from Airtel and they showed their inability to resolve this issue. I now have received portability code.
My question is that if I wait till bill is generated and the amount shoots up to 10ns of thousands what I am suppose to do.
I hope somebody take owner ship of this issue and resolve this issue quickly. Else Airtel will be losing a customer who avail all of their services for years in a day.
I am myself working for customer service for last 9 years as Sr. Manager and my take care of such issues with ownership.
Me and my family moving to another service provider for Airtel should be a concern as this is not my ego but desire to be treated like premium customer as i me and my family is with Airtel for last more than 6 years. (I have not deactivated BBM and GPRS)

The issue has not been resolved yet.From Rs 1213/- on 30th May 2011 my unbilled amount had miraculously reached Rs 6900/- when i have hardly used the phone and GPRS is switched off.It it funny to see that my bill has reached Rs 6900/- when the credit limit on the phone is only Rs 2000/-.
I need some closure on this as soon as possible as my outgoing is disconnected.

    Hello,

    This is regarding my Airtel landline#[protected]. I was using this number in Mohali- Punjab. I called up Airtel on 20th April to close my account as I was moving to Bangalore. I was told by the customer care rep that he was going to transfer my call to the Closure department. However I was transferred to the Retention department, where the representative gave me an option to migrate my plan and connection to Bangalore. I carried my equipments along with me to Bangalore. No one has ever contacted me till date regarding this. In fact I contacted Airtel when I reached Bangalore. Initially your phone IVR system won’t even recognize my number. Somehow I contacted an Airtel representative on the phone. He told me that he didn’t have access to my account details as I had reached Karnataka Airtel customer care. He told me to call on 0172 (STD code[protected]airtel number) to reach Punjab Customer care. Whenever when I dialed this number it always said “Number is invalid”. Finally today I called up Airtel again ([protected]) (Call timings: 1:11 AM - 1:18 AM, May 29, 2011). I Punched in my phone number with the STD code and AGAIN I reached Airtel customer care in KARNATAKA (So why did I punch in my STD code?). I spoke with Sadiq and got the same answer. NO ONE CAN HELP ME.

    Now I am in a situation where I cannot contact the Punjab customer care and I am getting billed unnecessarily. I am extremely frustrated due to this reason. The support I am receiving from Airtel is pathetic. No one is in a position to help me. Airtel has FAILED its commitment of call back and FAILED OWNERSHIP. People just promise things and never get back. Is it the duty of customers to keep calling up to follow up on their issues or would Airtel ever call the customers back as promised to help/serve them?

    I don’t even have a bit of faith left in Airtel that you guys will reply to this mail of mine or would contact me. I have been using Airtel since 2004 and have been a loyal customer. You people know very well how to loose your customers.

    I don’t know what would be the next plan of action for me, however you have disappointed me to the core. Thanks for NOT providing me the support. Oh yes, by any chance, in case you decide to contact me, I can be reached on my number registered with you i.e.[protected] and also on my new Bangalore number which happens to be another AIRTEL[protected]. I don’t know how can you compensate for this whole pain and frustration I have gone through because of your internal processes and failure to follow up, but you must compensate for it.

      I bought an Airtel World Calling card for Rs 500 from Chennai airport on 27th May 2011.
      Yesterday 28th May, from USA - I tried to make calls to India, but could not. As per the instructions, I dialed the US access number[protected] and I am getting a message to enter the card number and a PIN. But I don't see any PIN number mentioned anywhere in the card/instructions. I tried entering the card number (which we see after scratching the covered portion) but does not work. It takes me to the MCI operator and the person says this card does not work here and I have to get back to where I bought the originally from.

      I don't see any other customer care number to call from here in US.

      From a reputed organization like Airtel - I never expected a product like this! I am very unhappy. I don't know, how to get back my Rs 500 which I paid for this card....

      I'm also facing the same problem with the airtel world calling card that i purchased from Chennai airport on the 10th of May 2011. There is no PIN number on the card and I feel cheated as well. This is not worthy on part of Airtel being such a reputed service provider in India. I hope they will be honourable to acknowledge the blunder and refund the card value of Rs 500/-. Anyone reading this post, please do not buy world calling cards from Airtel. They are useless.

        I have an airtel prepaid connection no. [protected] of rajasthan.I had sent a request for number portability to Vodafone. I received several calls from airtel customer care and every time I confirmed that I want the number portability but everytime they kept asking silly questions as to why i want it.
        As a subscriber its my personal choice to choose the service provider and why should a customer be answering such silly questions.
        It has been almost a month but number has not yet been shifted to vodafone.
        It is nothing but sheer harassment of customer.
        I once again request Airtel through consumer complaint to transfer my no. to Vodafone.

          Dear Sir,

          This is regarding an issue with Airtel and their services. On 26th April I have requested Airtel to convert my pre paid SIM to postpaid connection and they agreed for that. They took 300RS deposit and gave a new SIM and said within 3 Days my post paid services will get activated. But this doesn't happen and after so many follow-ups after more than 15 Days they said my request is been declined. When I requested for refund they said I will not get refund or I will get it after 90 days. They always use abusive and offensive language in Airtel Ghatkopar east relationship center. Finally I have escalated the issue to Airtel Nodal officer but not got satisfactory response then I have escalated the issue to Airtel Appellate officer and send more than 15 emails but not got any proper response from them too.
          It’s not about 300 rupees it’s all about services and the kind of language used by their relationship center people. I would request you to help me so in future any other consumer should not face such issue.

            My name is Preethy Iyer and I am a prepaid subsriber with Airtel Mobile Service
            Provider company. (number: [protected])

            This is regarding the service provider changing my internet plan without any intimation whatsoever. Here is a chain of events:

            I have been subscribing to the Mobile Office internet pack of airtel, that entitles me to 2 GB of free internet usage per month, at a charge of Rs 98 per month.

            1. Last night, before I slept, at around 11:30 p.m., the balance in my cell was around Rs. 100. (last call made around 9:15, last message sent around 9:45 p.m.) I finished checking my mails, and the last time I checked before i went to sleep, I had around 1600 MB o[censored]sage still remaining in my account, and the pack was up for renewal tomorrow (i.e. the last day for usage was today, 29th May 2011)

            2. Today morning, I had a couple of sms's (in coming) and an incoming call at around 9:30. but when I check my balance it is down to Rs. 30. And then I realised, for every incoming meesage/call, it was deducting money

            3. I called the Customer Care number (121, ext: 3191), at around 10:45a.m., which announced that it would charge Rs 0.50 for the call. My call got disconnected twice, with a message" your account balance is insufficient to continue this call"

            4. I spoke to the customer care person again, at around 11:15 a.mwho, this time, escalated to their supervisor, Vidya (i didnt get the last name). When I discussed with her, she says that my 1600 MB of data usage had all been used up by 11:45 p.m.!! And now, i was being charged for internet usage! And that is why more than Rs. 60 was deducted.

            When i can barely use 400MB in an entire month, there is NO way i can use up 1600 MB in 5 hours! and if my internet log is checked, you'll see that there was no download of bulk files etc. Normal emails were being downloaded.

            I asked her to book a complaint: (number: [protected]) because I don't believe this. As soon as asked her to lodge a complaint, pat comes 4 messages, saying I have subscribed to the "Mobile Office zero rental pack" WHEN I CLEARLY HADN'T!

            I have attached a snapshot of the messages, that all arrived at 11:34 a.m. for your references.

            But the supervisor mentioned that she would be sending details of the complaint through SMS, that has not yet come.

            This just goes to show, they've done some hanky-panky with the system, and now are trying to cover up.

            This is plain, in-your-face, daylight robbery!!!

            airtel mobile co. — Change the name without intimation

            Airtel mobile co. has changed my name from Nand Kishore Rana To D B Corp Ltd without any intimation to me. When I talked in Mohali Office with ( Preeti, Bhavna & Roopa ), they give me not any satisfactory answer and Bhawna disconnect my phone without giving me any clarification

            Airtel prepaid mobile office — balance cuts from main a/c

            Hi, I am using internet services from mobile no. [protected] for Rs. 95 per month.In this recharge, I got 2000 mb internet usage account. But sometimes they charge the usage bill from main account balance rather than my internet usage account. Now if they charge in such manner, what is the significance of my recharge. The customer care people are also very irresponsible and they talk very rudely. Rather than solving the issue,they ask a no. of questions. The services are very poor & no redressal.

            This is a follow up:
            My cell has been ON and in network area since today morning.

            I am now off the internet plan, because:
            1. Airtel has automatically shifted me to the Mobile Office Zero Rental plan without my consent (there is no mail and there is no IVRS option).
            2. I went to IVRS and asked to stop the Mobile Office Zero Rental plan, but I havent got an update on that yet.
            3. My regular Internet pack, which was the Mobile Office with Rs 98 per month, has been deactivated, however, when I check on *123*10#, it says my total usage of data is 0 and validity is till June 27th 2011, when I havent even used it.

            I would appreciate it if this wonderful Mobile Service Provider System reverts whatever plan to my original plan (which is the Mobile Office with Rs 98 rental), starting today.
            It has'nt been resolved yet. Your person, Ms Hemalatha spoke with me, promised a goodwill top up of Rs 50, and told me she'd get back to me with my data access logs. I've heard nothing from her and it has already been a week.

            And now, my SMS's are being charged, again with no intimation whatsoever. I think it is time I took this to consumer court.

              Dear Sir/Madam,

              I have a connection of AIRTEL (moble service operator) number is [protected] and i use internet pack of Rs.200 for 250 MB. which i have used 5 days only(29 march 2011 to 3 april 2011), for that 5 days i should be charged rs. 32 and data will be used in 5 days is 40 MB. But i have charged Rs.1488 in my april bill(26 march 2011 to 25 april 2011) and I have also complaint for the same several time, but of no vail.

              Please look into the matter and revert as early as possible.

                Hi,
                This is Praharsh Gupta from Barabanki ( Uttar Pradesh).
                I have an Airtel digital TV connection from approx 18 months ,and facing issues with Airtel digital TV from last 6 months.
                Here is a error code coming B001 , which comes often in this connection.
                Last month we have called a service engineer for the issue and paid 100 rs for the same.
                Again this month same issue has come 5-6 times with error code B001 and gets ok automatically.
                Do we really need to ask a service engineer for this type of issue everyday and pay 100 rs in month as a extra monthly charge??
                We are not getting any response on mail or call from Airtel Digital TV customer care!
                Please do the needful!

                  For my Number[protected], I requested 20 days back for WiFi on my existing internet connection. I purchased this from Airtel for 1500rs. After that my WiFi (Beetel) is not working whereas direct wire for internet is working. I have put lot of complains, most of them are closed/resolved without even taking feedback from customer. The Service request number is 45961456, 46117948, 46175504, 46393260, 46804884 and 46879118. Now I am asking for return of the WiFi device, so that I can purchase from I own a WiFi router of good quality, but the customer care is saying it cannot be replaced as you have purchased and now it cannot be returned back. I cannot understand the business policy of Airtel that they take money from customer and give low quality product. I have even asked for the disconnection of my service but this case is not taken up and the Airtel people give me new date for solution.
                  I have called 20-30 times for ore then 30 mins per call. I want to take some legal action against Airtel for this sub par quality of service.

                      This is Ranjith, I have applied MNP Idea([protected]) prepaid to Airtel Postpaid one month ago,but till the date i didn't get any status on it.Every week i am inquiring with Airtel relationship branch but they are helpless and don't know where is the process
                      and what to update to the customer on this.I don't know from which side(Airtel or Idea) it is being processed, I surprised bit ashamed for Airtel employee he is in such a situation what to update to the customer for MNP process status.
                      I don't know is my Applications getting process or not.

                      This is Arumugam, I have applied MNP Reliance([protected]) prepaid to Airtel Prepaid 25 days ago, but till the date i didn't get any status on it.Every week i am inquiring with Airtel relationship branch but they are helpless and don't know where is the process
                      and what to update to the customer on this.I don't know from which side(Airtel or Reliance) it is being processed, I surprised bit ashamed for Airtel employee she is in such a situation what to update to the customer for MNP process status..As per the advice of your customer care, I have asked both side all but waste.reply from 1900 is No Default configured.and reliance said no documents tillthey received from you!!
                      I don't know is my Applications getting process or not.
                      Please help me further on this.Thank you!

                            Respected sir,
                            as i m a customer of airtel broad band, and i want complain about there services
                            as from last month i have been complaining on there call center about the internet matter but they are not resolving my problem. i have 1 mbps plan for which i pay around 1300 rs per month and what speed they are providing is around 40 to 50 kbps sir look at the difference. and when i start downloading link breaks off. and main purpose is that when i call them ask them to resolve my problem they tell me that they are trasfering my call and put me on hold for 20 25 min for that they are charging 50 ps per min and after that they cut off my call.
                            so it is my humble request to you is that sir kindly help me to solve the problem.

                              I recently lost my airtel sim and went to Airtel Relationship Centre to get information about applying of dublicate sim. I enquired them about it and they told that 25rupees is charged for applying dublicate sim. I submitted all my proof and applied for dublicate sim. They gave the sim for that amount and said that it will be activated within 24 hours. But till now it hasen’t been activated. I got the sim on 26th may. My number is [protected]. The contact number for contacting them back was given in the bill but that number is out of service. They gave two numbers but both numbers are out of order.........

                              I recently lost my mobile with airtel sim on 16/11/2011 and went to Airtel Relationship Centre at Porur Chennai to get information about applying of duplicate sim. I enquired them about it and they told that Rs. 75 is charged for applying dublicate sim with Rs.50/- to be paaed on as talktime. I submitted all my proof and applied for duplicate sim. They gave the sim for that amount and said that it will be activated within 8 hours. But till now it hasen’t been activated. My number is [protected] .
                              I also spoke to the airtel customer service no. [protected] yesterday night and they promised to take action but othing was done. Since I lost my phone and have the IMEI no. of the phone I wanted the same to be blocked to prevent any misuse but your Customer support executive says there is no such provision in Aitrel.

                              Please revert back to me with a suitable resolution to my issues.

                                Airtel seems to be running a very widespread scam through mobile ads. I can see many complaints in the same forum about this, and surely many more go unreported or even unknown.

                                Here is the scam:
                                1. Place links on mobile apps and websites (sometimes possibly close to buttons, other links etc)
                                2. Wait for people to accidentally click them
                                3. WITHOUT ANY CONFIRMATION, deduct money from the prepaid balance.
                                4. Send an SMS that "You have downloaded ABC game"
                                5. These ads are run on 3rd party apps and websites, so the user has no clue about what is going on - except when they receive the SMS.

                                Two major issues here:
                                1. How can an ad directly link to my phone number, and deduct money from it? (Big privacy issue)
                                --- Have you seen an ad/link that directly deducts money from your bank account without warning?
                                2. Where is the confirmation dialog??? Isn't it mandatory?

                                In addition, I never received this silly game. In fact, I don't even know what game it is!!!

                                This is very widespread; so many people have been affected. And after a complaint their customer service blocks your number; so I had to call from different numbers.

                                AirTel — Fraud advertisement

                                Dear Sir,

                                I am from Karnataka recently PUC results announced and before the day sent my register no to Airtel after that I got message that when the results will be announced I will get the result in my mobile but I did not get. They have charged me Rs.3 for the message. This Rs.3 doesn't matter to me but what about the promise and waste of time.

                                Currently, whenever you browse a website on your airtel connection you are "At Risk". Coz Airtel (and ONLY Airtel) can directly link those buttons/images to the balance on your account.

                                  I was using Airtel prepaid sim card. my sim got deactivated without prior notice. when i spoke to airtel customer care regarding this, they suggested me to re- submit the address proof documents to nearest airtel dealer. i have done that, but my number was not be activated. Again when i contacted airtel, they were saying to walk into airtel service center and submit the docs in person. even i have done that, but my no didn't get activated in 48 hrs as they mentioned. Finally when i escalated to supervisor of airtel, he was saying my number has been recycled and i would not get my number back and even my remaining balance which was in the number. I was such embarrassed like hell, this airtel is talking public money as thief's. Yes that the correct way to name them, they are literally robbing the public money. if they want money so badly why don't they close airtel and start a brothel house as their family business. i hate airtel and please dont prefer airtel services, if you want your money should be theft.

                                  My Airtel SIM(mobile number [protected]) deactivated saying that "due to document verification process.".But I have provided my electoral identification card as a proof while taking the connection and is accepted anywhere in India for any purpose.

                                  I got the connection in November 2010 and this is the third month I am using
                                  the same. Please help me to solve the problem. I had a balance of more than 100 Rs in it while deactivation.
                                  My mobile no 91 [protected] address:- 355/7 rampur tiraha, roorkee road P.O:- rampur Dist:- Muzaffarnagar, uttar pradesh, India. I had not use the airtel sim five months because i was out of the country. But the sim is life time sim till 2024. after five months not used i again started using the sim ( mobile no [protected] ). In this five month I have recharged my sim thrice by rs 20, rs 10 and rs 20. But when I came back to India I switched on the sim and found that air tel had blocked by sim for no reson MY SIM IS LIFE TIME VALID TILL 2024. AND UDEACTIVATED IT.

                                  I had talked to airtel customer care and also to the local airtel distributor here in Muzaffarnagar, they are telling that because of no usage policy in between six months it got deactivated. If I have to buy a duplicate sim of that same number i am also ready to buy that but i want that particular number because the number is pretty much important for me. From 04/08/2013 onwards SIM was deactivated without prior intimation (No SMS and No call from airtel). For this process was affected my business and career.                                   I am reverting back with utter dissatisfaction. My airtel no [protected], has been deactivated since past 48 hours without any valid reason and no actions been taken yet. I would like to bring out the series of events i have been going through past 17 days.
                                  1) On 21st June i requested for migration from Postpaid to corporate plan. I did the same visiting the ARC in Bellandur, Bangalore. I was treated very well, i submitted all necessary documents and all look good. I was assured the changes would be done within 48 hrs.
                                  2) One week past without any resolution and my online status with no 56806003 said waiting status.
                                  3) On revisiting the ARC, i was said there was some issue with my office i card copy, the guy requested me to get one more copy. I did the same, and was reassured of the thing to be done.
                                  4) Again a week passed without any luck. I kept on dropping mails and calling customer care, no one helped.
                                  5) On 4th July 18:30 hrs, my network was lost completely. I believed the migration was being carried out, so the disconnection. To my dismay, the network stayed disconnected the next morning aswell.
                                  6) Calling customer care from another Airtel no, i said the situation to them, and believe me explaining each of them the scenario was real painful everytime.
                                  7) On 5th July, i missed a really important client call from my office due to the disconnection. I cried out to the customer care, to pass on to any senior representative, but each one kept saying, the lines were busy and i shall get a call back from them.
                                  8)I expect, at least not a lie from Airtel customer care, as i received no call backs after three repeated requests.
                                  9) Again a customer care executive said, since the backend team doesnt work on Saturdays, my request will be taken care of on Sunday.
                                  10) Today on Sunday i still find my issue unresolved.
                                  11) I tried with customer care for one last time and they requested me to revisit the ARC where i gave my documents. I said the place was not very near to my house. Still i put an effort to go back to the ARC. To my horror the ARC was shut down on Sunday. I ask, if the ARC's are shut down on Sundays, why did customer care ask me to visit there?
                                  11)People in India, use Airtel connection because of the service they get. But what am i really getting here? With such a heavy heart, i have to drop this mail and unfortunately i shall raise a complaint on Consumer forum. Atleast i want the people in India to realise how badly are we being cheated by Airtel.

                                    I am a Airtel Dth consumer from past few months holding the customer id: [protected] with registered phone number: [protected].

                                    Last week an airtel engineer named Praveen approached the registered phone number with current offers present in Airtel Dth, as the offers sounded good and feasible i asked the guy to come to my home and i took a six month package offer wherein Airtel Dth was providing me 5% discount on monthly rental charge and additionally one month extra.

                                    He made a receipt (PFA) and i paid him Rs. 1850/- , he left my home saying the offer will be activated on your id within next 1 hr. From that day whenever i call on his provided number it either leaves unanswered else in switch off mode, the provided office number being fake.

                                    Having tried for n number of times, i registered a complaint with Airtel Dth customer care[protected] with complaint number[protected] and i was said i will get a call back in next 24 hrs, i called up post waiting for 24 hrs and in the process i was put to (wait/hold) for 25 min' s and since i saw no reply i disconected the phone.

                                    Also attaching the receipt the engineer gave along with this complaint.

                                    Now the main things here are that

                                    1) The guy who approached me had complete details of my connection and from what i could see he was the same person who installed the set up box few months back.

                                    2) Is it not the responsibility of Airtel Dth which is such a big reputed organization to sort out and help a consumer who has registered a complaint.

                                    All i am hoping for is a fair justice.

                                    Yesterday on to my father' s registered number ([protected]) got a call asking me(Vipin) to call up on ([protected]) but on trying it doesn' t seem to ring up nor anyone answers the call.

                                      This email is in regard the complaint for AIRTEL BROADBAND / TELEPHONE LINE CONNECTION (New Connection).

                                      On[protected], I have deposited Rs. 500/- as security against Receipt No. 10034 and filled one form after depositing the required documents to your Ambala Cantt. Airtel Office. The people there gave me commitment that the connection will be installed in the 2 working days. But there were absolutely no activity even after 8-10 days. The staff sitting there mis guided me and there behaviour was not gentle at all. They people litrely abused me on the phone, when I called them to enquire the status of my connection.

                                      I did regular follow up almost daily by phone and several visits to Airtel Ambala Cantt. office. But my complaint were not considered at all. After requesting one mobile no. conveyed me of Ms. Pooja. When I called on that no. Nobody bothered to pick up the phone and call back me. I drop an sms also but after that nobody called me. When I called from some other no. she picked up the phone and when I said that I am Pranshu speaking she disconnected the call without saying anything and after that she stop pkcing the phone from that no. also.

                                      This is the way these people deals the customers??

                                      After approx. 18-20 days they people said that the connection cant be installed @ my place due to non availabiltiy of tag.

                                      Why these people book the connection without checking the availability. And I specially insist the lady who assisted me in filling the applicatoin form that check the availability so she called some Mr. Tiwari and asked. He said that it can be install and after that only we move forward.

                                      Day before yesterday Ms. Aman from Airtel Ambala Cantt. office called me and told me that now the tag is available and it will be installed in the next 2 days. And now today is the 3rd day and when I enquired through phone so she said that it cant be install to my place due to non availbility.

                                      Is it some kind of joke or what ???

                                      I suffered a lot mentally as well as my work got suffered due to this.

                                      If any of the Airtel people is reading this. Then lookinto the matter. There is very much mis-management in Ambala Cantt. office.
