DEAR SIR,
regarding my complaint which i had given i happened to get a msg from
customer care asking me to call 198 to resolve the problem and provide further
information but when i tried calling from my no, i came to know that you people
have done nothing about the problem because the call got disconnected when i
opted for the option to speak to the representative, further more i called from
reliance no [protected] and finally i was able to speak to the representative
but when i told him about the complaint no and whats the status he disconnected
the call. so now what am i supposed to do
seems you people are well versed in giving false promises to the customers
, regarding my complaint nothing has been done to resolve it, and your deadline
has gone by, now would like to know what is the next false commitment you are
going to give,
why is that you people do like this

DEAR SIR,
this is srinivasan and my no [protected] which i am using for the past 8
years, from the last 15 -20 days i am unable to call the customer care from my
no be it by dialing 198 or even 121, the call gets disconnected with an
automated message telling that dial *121#, then i tried calling from other
numbers [protected] and [protected] once i was connected and when i told them
about the complaint thats it again i am not able to reach the customer care
from those nos also, actually i had complained that my plan has been changed
from per minute to per second without me opting for the plan change, from where
am i supposed to get the relevant information, really fed up with the
services offered by you.
