I work here in Mangalore and I wanted to change my plan for this number ([protected]) from Postpaid to Prepaid.
I visited the Airtel service center in Kottara(April 25), Mangalore requesting for the change. They asked me to get some Identity proof which included PAN, Ration Card etc. Upon providing the photo copy of ration card, they said that the photo was not very clear and would require a much more clearer photo. Unfortunately, none of the photocopies I provided over the next few days made them happy. They suggested that I go for a ‘Lighter Copy’ which is supposed to give a much better picture clarity. After a day or two, I took all sorts of photocopied documents (PAN, VOTERS ID, DRIVING LICENSE etc) to them. I believe that it was definitely in an acceptable clarity level. When I went there, they asked me to come in the next month(May) to submit the request because they have already achieved their targets for the current. I pleaded further to consider my request, as I was finding it very difficult to find time to do all this repeated nonsense in between my daily work. They told me bluntly that they cannot do anything about it and were not interested to take my request. I was fed up running around to your service center just to submit this simple request.

I have been a loyal customer to AIRTEL from the past 10 yrs now but in many instances encountered over a period of past one year, I have observed that their service quality has deteriorated badly. I no longer feel proud or good to be associated with the Airtel brand and thus wanted to shift to a new service provider. So I applied for Number Portability.

Someone from airtel office called me and pleaded to continue with their service and they gave me a Service Request No. 37218417 which would address my request for postpaid to prepaid conversion. I agreed. After that my mobile has totally stopped working(May 5th onwards). When I called their service center asking for the status, I get an answer saying that my connection has been released and the number is no longer available. I guess airtel just wants to trouble the consumer by inactivating the number for having applied to number portability. If they are not interested and incapable of providing any reasonably good service, they should accept the reality and have the courtesy to inform the consumer that the number is being disconnected and the reason for the same.

I have recieved hell number of calls from some clowns in Airtel apologising and saying that they will set it right. Nothing has happened till date. I have already bought a new connection too. After all this harrasment, I just wanted a confirmation to me that this number is disconnected and no longer in my name for whatever reason. I want a confirmation from them that this number is disconnected and the reason for disconnection. Let me just throw off that SIM. I don’t want to get some other issues on a future date due to your half baked services. But even that is not done till date. I have not yet paid the bill for the month of april which was due 2 days back because i have no guarantee that these clowns will even refund my security deposit.

    My prepaid airtel no is [protected]. Since last 6 days, airtel company is deducting Rs.1 per day for FRIENDS CHAT. I have not activated this service. I have call your provided no for deactivation but it's vain. Your customer care person is not properly answering.He again and again disconnect my call. I have no so much time for your worst service. Airtel is so poor and cheap company that it is automatically deducting customer's money.If you are efficient then do your business in proper and truthful way. It is always happen with me. But still I have not changed your company. Now you are forcing me to quit your company and choose new better company. So please deactivate this friends chat urgently and credit RS.6/ on my above mentioned number.

    My cell no. [protected].I was activating paln of 40paise/min but last from 2 days plan is deactivated without intimation by SMS or call because of that i lost my 40 rupees as calling rate changed from 40paise/min to 1Rs/min which is unknown to me.So before deactivating any plan airtel should have responsibility to give intimation to that respective person.Customare care person also not able to give answer of my questions and he waiting my call upto 30min which is worst thing.Lastely i had disconnect the call but still amout is not refund.

      My name is Harbans Singh and my mobile number is [protected], Earler it was MTNL Number which were 6 years old. On 19th March i converted to Airtel through MNP. On 22nd April my Outgoing barred due to wrong ID submitted when i confirm with the shopkeeper he contacted the Distributor in Ramesh Nagar Mob No. ([protected]). He said that it was mistake of excecutive under him and he fired him for this mistake. Then he said that your number will be unbarred in 48 hrs and asked me to resubmit the documents on Airtel. I went to Tagore Garden for resubmitting the documents but the excecutive named Preeti deny to take the documents then i called the distributor then distributor gave me the number of Mr. Saurabh (TM) ([protected]) after a long fight from me and distributor Preeti took my documents and distributor said that he is going to mail the same concern to Higher Authority and give me two days time. On 25th when my number still not started i went to Distributor he said we are going to activate within 2 days. From that day till now i am calling to Customer Care Twice or Thrice a day, visiting to distributor every day, Calling to Mr. Saurabh four to six times per day and going to Airtel Tagore Garden everyday but same response we are working on it. Now my number has been barred completely. Somebody is saying that your number will not unbarred, somebody is saying it will unbarred on 31st May, somebody says we cannot help you contact your distributor.

      Now please help me.

      Yes i know from last 40 days i am hearing same thing from your side. Can you imagine how much financial lose i am facing right now. You cannot because you have not face same problem. I know that you will do your best but can someone make me sure that who will take action against the distributor, Mr. Saurabh (TM) ([protected]) and Ms. Preeti (Employee in Airtel Relationship Center, Tagore Garden). She is having too much Attitude problem she thinks herself as a relative of Bharti Mittal. Instead of raising the complaint against distributor she said we cannot do anything contact your distributor and near about 4 hours she argued with me and when i said i will take action against you she said "DO WHATEVER YOU WANT TO DO". Is this type of Customer Care Executive you have that is why i said hire the persons who serve tea as a Airtel employee.

      What you want to hear from me i gave my alternate number that is [protected], address is c-139, Naamdhari Colony, Delhi - 110015. you are replying me that my issue has been resolve but nobody tried to call me still my number is deactivated. Guys take your salary and enjoy because you are worse then from Government Employee atleast they work with less quantity but whatever they do they give 100% quality. you should observe from Government Employees. Airtel a poor company with poor employees.
      My number [protected] was deactivated on 30th March 2012. I didnt get any message from Airtel telling it is going to deactivate. When i mailed customer care on 14th April 2012 they told me reasons for deactivation. I asked them to re genrate same number for me because i was using this number from last 4 years and i will incur great losses if same number is not given to me. To my surprise i was told number has been given to another customer. This is clear violation of TRAI regulation's. How a number can be re-cycled and given to another customer with in 14 days.

      My airtel number is [protected], The number is Deactivate on 03/04/2013 as per airtel customer care, But i was not aware of that my number was deactivate and i recharge may number on 09/04/2013 and my balance reached INR 737.14. After 4-5 day of this recharge my number got deactivated.

      I contact to customer care and they are telling that you have not make any calls last 90 days and i was agreed with him but i am recharging my mobile during these days many time so that my number should not close.

      According to airtel Rule you have to make call/video call OR you have to recharge your number, I didn't make call as his services is not available in (Dubai) UAE but i have recharge my number many time but still they deactivate my number.

      Sir, I please want to take strong action against them.

      For your information this was happening second time with me.
      Airtel has deactivated my postpaid mobile number without any reason.
      On contacting customer care at 121 they have no clue of the issue.

      They are not even able to trace the reason for deactivating a mobile number.

      Hi,

      My number [protected] is DEACTIVATED without giving any reason. i have enrolled from for my family plan for which my Parent number is [protected] on 7th Feb 2015, even after a month it was not done, so I have complained online. Against which I have been receiving calls from various AIRTEL agencies. Finally I have agreed to Mr. Prasad of Manshen Telecom. I have submitted all relevant documents online at [protected]@gmail.com. But to my surprise number [protected] has been deactivated without a valid on 26th March 15. Post which I have been asked to pay Rs 300/- as RE-ACTIVATION. I have agreed to do so. I was supposed to get SIM card home delivered on 28th March as communicated by Mr. Prasad of Manshen Telecom. Have waited till 6 pm, but i haven't received it, post which I have been calling Mr. Prasad on [protected], but in vain he is not receiving calls. Again I have complained online, none them has any clue whether its SAMBARAN GHOSH, VIJAYETA PRIYADARSHIN or MOHAMMED FAHEEMUDDIN. Since I have been using this number ([protected]) from past 7.5 years. I can't change it I have given to all my BUSINESS ASSOCIATE. I loosing my BUSINESS.I would be reachable on [protected]. But please punish Mr. Prasad [protected] for not attending calls.

        Dear sir
        Some of d customer care persons activated call me tune service to my airtel GSM number. I did't activated/requested them to activate call me tune. My balance got reduced by 45Rs. I complained so many times to airtel customer care. But dey r telling u requested for dat service dats why we activated. But i did'nt even press the button. They doing everymonth like this. They are automatically activating some offers n reduceng the amount. Pls do the needful. My num is [protected] airtel GSM andhrapradesh. And i registered in Do not Distrub, bt still i am receiving customer care calls.

          Hi,

          I am airtel subscriber,chennai, ph: [protected], and i have e-recharged with rupees 22. its the plan to get benifit to 1p/sec for aitel mobiles, 1.2p/sec for all others mobiles.
          i recharged to this service on 20th may,2011.
          I have collected this tarif plan from www.airtel.in.
          But still when i make a call, they are deducting 1.2p/sec to any mobile even airtel mobile also.

          i have complaned this issue to airtel customer care via phone call.
          but they are not giving any proper anwer.
          pls help me to move further step.

            I have subscribed to airtel dishtv with HD connection, with south value pack (Connection No. [protected]). As mentioned in the south value pack over their portal, saakshi TV channel and TV5 channels are suppposed to be given along with other channels. but to our dismay, these two channels are not given. inspte of repeated mails also there is no response from their team, With much difficulty by holdin and waiting over phone for 35 minutes, we could able to speak to one of their executives, but that executive could not confirm for which package we have subcribed to. my point is why there is no response from them.

            If they take additional amount for HD connection, no HD channel is provided as others do (free channels)

            contrary to their own advertisement, presribed hannels are not given,

            any body who wants to go for Airtel TV, pl do not go for it, it is abo[censored]e crap

              i am holder of mobile no [protected] of airtel from last two months games mania subscription is regularly charged from my balance for this I have longed a complaint on 16.5.2011 through the same site in accordence i recieved a call from airtel that it is charged due to activation of freinds sms service the same was deactivated on the same day .
              And now I am harressd by the service provider that from 21.05.2011 they have again started charging the huge ammount from my account . please see into the matter and refund my money and a solid solution for my problem .

              for your kind information I may tell you that i am your customer since 1995.

                I am complaining about the poor services provided by airtel, these people are activating useless services without the owner permission and deducting amount from our balance.
                After that customer care support is not lifting calls on 198 and 121 ..

                If this problem persists than I will ask all my friends and relatives to discard use of all airtel number and services and opt for some other service provider like Vodafone and docomo.

                So I ask you to take some action and refund my money as soon as possible

                Airtel Mobile Services — money loss for useless services

                my mobile n0 is [protected] i have two problems from airtel one my balance cuts automatically by one rupee many times without a call or sms being sent from my services and second one is balance cutting messages by 15 or 30 rupees from airtel wap[protected] and 64611015

                Airtel Prepaid Number — They deducted Rs.50 for my a/c

                Dear Sir, My Airtel Pre-Paid Mobile number [protected], I received one message from 64611050. the msg contian "Thanks for downloading Miscellaneous from Airtel Live WAP service. You've been charged Rs.50. time: 05.01.33pm date:[protected]."

                I compliend it to the customer care at 05.04.59 pm. on the same day (just 3 min gap). they asking two days time to tell what happend. Today (20.01.09) they told that, i tried to download Nayan picture at 05.18 pm on 18/01/09. How it possible? Nobody give proper reply about it at Airtel-CustomerCare. We are wasting time with airtel people(customer care). At present they have good name in service, if they do samething in future they deffinatly loose customers fait.
                Money loss for useless services

                The same problem with my husband's airtel prepaid(mobile no.[protected]). Messages (6-8) per day received and some times charges are deducted. Balance goes on reducing without making any calls or SMSs. complained 2-3 times on phone. but no response. The first time it was deducted, and when I had complained - the amount was reimbursed but afterwards not. Nowadays I am not opening the messages also.

                You can stop deductions by following steps below. Make a chain of these steps through emails to save money of your friends & relatives also.
                Airtel Mobile company is providing cheap & new schemes daily.
                Do you know how is it doing so ? What is the secret?
                One more question.
                Do you know how many Value Added Services(VAS) are fixed on your mobile number by mobile company without your consent ?
                Airtel Mobile company is fixing/applying unwanted VAS on your mobiles & you may or may not know.
                This is one of the secrets of above question.
                Many customers including senior citizens visit my shop daily to get their mobile recharged. They have been complaining always about deductions by the mobile companies. Among all of these I found a customer (Age 70 Years) of Airtel on whose mobile Airtel Company has applied a record number of SIX VAS such as Facts 55382, Job Alerts, Airtel Call Manager, Karwa Chauth Pack, Kareena Kapoor, All Cricket Pack.
                Airtel company has been deducting a huge amount from his credit balance every month mercilessly. ( For proof I have images of his screen)
                *Suppose for example you or any of your friend/known have an Airtel mobile connection.
                You can check it like this.
                1. Send ' STOP' to 121
                (HAVE YOU SENT)...OKAY
                You will get back a message like this if their is a VAS on you mobile.
                "The following services are active on your mobile. To reply type the serial number of the service that you wish to 'STOP' "
                1...
                2...
                3...
                4...
                5...
                6...& so on

                You can know from above message that how many VAS are applied on your mobile by the company. If you want to STOP these services then follow the steps.
                REPLY '1'
                You will get one more message from the company to confirm again.
                REPLY '1'
                Follow these steps untill you get a message that.
                " Kindly note there are no services active on your Airtel number."
                *After this send one more message to activate DND like this
                'START space 0 to 1909'
                You will get a message to confirm
                Reply 'YES'

                  Dear Nodal Officer / Concerned at customer care,

                  I had filed a cancellation request for my landline connection [protected] (Account No:[protected] on 15th May 2011 (Cancellation Request Number[protected]. According to the Customer Care Executive - they said my connection would be cancelled within 7 days. And I've got 3 retention calls from you department which I rejected as i still want to cancel my connection because we're being shifting to Agra in 2 days from now. The retention call department people approved and said that my connection would be cancelled within 7 days (from 15th may) as told before.

                  Today (22nd May 2011) I called Airtel CC, that why my connection hasnt got cancelled - the Executive (Mr Naved) said that my cancellation request is still under process and services would be discontinued soon & also he has raised my ticket to higher priority.
                  But when i called again (on 22nd May 2011 evening) the Executive said that my Cancellation Request has been taken off by me as I was offered some Rental Waiver for next month by Mr Prashant and I approved of it - which is EXTREMELY RUBBISH AND A LIE - as I simply said I dont want connection anymore and ended the call.. What is the fun of getting the connection for next month without rental when we are shifting this month. We're surprised by the talk from CC.

                  I DIDNT approved to continue my connection and I WANT DISCONNECTION OF MY SERVICES WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT. I wont be here after 2 days and dont want the services to be retained at all. As per initial communication it should have been stopped by today, and l am not responsible for any bills from tomorrow onwards.

                  With this kind of response from airtel I won't be recommending Airtel to anyone.

                  So with no response I tried calling CC again today and got to talk with Mr Harish. And instead continuing with my old request he gave me a new request number and said to wait again for 7 days now. Now what is this meant to be??? Will I have to submit cancellation request like 1000 times???

                  I want my cancellation to be done today itself - and Airtel cant resolve it...

                    We asked for approval to provide [protected] as a new activation as we have almost all numbers of same digits & till yet number was not been activated to anyone else, regarding the same we were being in receipt of call of Ms. Hemlata & mail of Ms. Rkha Kesharwani but its almost one and half month gone, how much time airtel use to take for a new activation to existing customers? Previously only complaints were not being rectified...

                      my mobile no is [protected].. the caller tune service is being activated on my mobile without my consent nd Rs.30 has been deducted. i tried the code *678# but didnt work.. i sent the sms STOP to 543211 which didnt work either nd it also too Rs.3 out of my balance. Within a weeks time nearly Rs.60 has been looted from my account. To make things worse you have activated friends chat too.. What service are you guys actually providing.stop all those services immediately and remit my money..

                      Airtel Prepaid — remittance of hello tune amount

                      Sir, I am using the prepaid sim of Airtel with number [protected]. few days back hello tune is activated on my number without my consent and rs. 30 is deducted towards service. but i did not accept the service. then why the amount is deducted..? as per TRAI rules and regulations you are not supposed to cut the amount without my consent. please look into this matter and remit my amount back to my number.
                      I am a prepaid Mobile customer of Airtel and my Mobile No. is [protected]. Today I topped up with Rs.120 in the morning. Around 1:00 PM a SMS came. It informed me that Re.1 has been deducted from my balance for 'love SMS' for one day. I did not subscribe in any such pack. It happened earlier 2 times also. I stopped with stop SMS to 121 earllier. Why Airtel does it? Please refund my money. I hope, you improve your system in future so that customers are are not harassed or cheated .

                        i have across to the poorest DTH sercvices providers in my life i have two other different DTH services providers with the great response.
                        i have installed my airtel a month and due to some construction problem i have got my TV reinstalled but due to some technical faults my airtel DTH is not working.
                        on the day of first installation the engineer has not informed me any information regarding that in the future for any services and assistance i should call customer care number.
                        from 21 may 2011 i has been calling engineer and i have not received any response. i am not a fool that i am wasting my sunday on this fooloish thing. if you dont want to provide any services please inform on first call. send engineer to dis-connect your AIRTEL DTH SERVICES, if i dont get your response till 23 may 2011 7:00 pm.

                        IN FUTURE I WILL NOT RECOMMEND AIRTEL TO ANY PERSON IN MY LIFE.
                        WHAT A POOR SERVICE.
                        ATLEAST NOT ACCEPTED FROM AIRTEL.
                        TATA SKY IS MUCH BETTER THAN AIRTEL.....

                        airtel dth services — non installation and poor service

                        i had purchased a dth connection from the authorised dealer of airtel; Om Sairam Electronics, Kondhwa, Pune. even after one week the customer service dept and the deler failed to install the connection. repeated remindes to their call centre has not yielded any positive outcome. basically there is an attitude problem and the staff of airtel dth at pune is most uncooperative. so prospective customers please beware of the false promises of airtel dth services.

                        Airtel DTH — Failure to install DTH Connection

                        We had subscibed for the Airtel DTH connection on Monday. It has been 4 days and no one has bothered to call us for the installation or has even taken the pains to tell us that there would be some delay.

                        When we paid the subscription fees/ installation fees , we were promised that the installation would be done on that day itself. Till this time we have recieved no call from Airtel. I have been checking with my Dealer and he is also saying that Airtel people are not cooperating. I spoke with the CC center today, fortunately after 45 minutes of hold i was able to speak to a executive. I am told i am in a slot where my installation would happen in another 7 days, is this what we are expecting from Airtel which we have always looked as one of the best telecom companies of the world.

                        Guys : It is in best interest to look at other DTH providers, otherwise we are going from the monoply of Cable Operators to the inefficiencies of Airtel DTH.

                        i purchased dth box on 14th nov 2009 everything was looking good then suddenly airtel person comes to our house for the intallation procedure and tell us the fact that it cant be installed here due to some signal problem when we asked him for the solution he replied by saying that our money will be refunded within 2 days but that 2 days never came we also contacted 2, 3 airtel personals about our problem but they did not take any interest i know i m not goin to get my money back but remember airtel your customers are your future.

                        Airtel DTH — failure to install dth connection

                        Dear sir,

                        I have purchased a samsung lcd on 04.11.2010, which offerd a connection of airtel dth with free installation . My customer id. [protected] & voucher recharged on 09.11.2010, & airtel cofirmed that they would install it within 24 hours.But till date(13.11.2010) there has been no communication from Airtel dth.

                        I have been throughly miss communicated & feel cheated from this dht service provider. I request before this forum to help me getting my due free installation as quick as possible as my family members are really looking forward to view channels in the newly purchased lcd tv & airtel dth.

                            my name is satwinder singh.i have an airtel sim.my airtel no is [protected].on 21 may my account balance was 217 rs. but the next day it became zero then i recharged with 50 rs.then at same day at 12.15pm they deducyed 6.04 rs. then after deducting 30 paise at short intervals, at 1.37pm 37.05 rs. were deducted.i had complained customer care but they dont refund the money. i have never used internet but they say the whole money got deducted due to surfing. please refund my whole money which is nearabout 250 rs.
                            We are using Airtel sevices from past 4 to 5 years and we use to trust them. But now the company has changed they have become like vultures they are in look out for an oppotunity to levy some unathorised chages as and when like.
                            I have called the airtel cutomer service to activate do not disturb like 5 months ago for my moms mobile and they said that it will be activated in 45 days a rediculous time gap they have given but still i said ok but they keep on sending my mom the same unwanted sms and keep on activating some services which my mom doesnt even know about and started charging rupee at first everyday now it went upto rs5 everyday today i spoke to the customer service representative he said that it was me who activated the service and after a conversation he decided to deactivate the service and to my surprise he said that there is another service which is presently activated on the and asked wether i would like to deactivate it as well (and this service is about some chat with a cricketer it seems) this is the level they are going down to now. Airtel is really becoming a thief in a corporate veil.
                            I would like consumer complaint forum to take some severe actions against these people who think that they are above the law and think themselves as so called GODS.

                              I am 75 years old customer of Airtel service and my mobile number is [protected].
                              Today (date: 22/05/2011) i got message at 2.05p.m from Airtel services number-AD-54321,"Thanks for downloading Humgama Contest Game from Airtel.You have been charged Rs.10..." i never downlaoded nor sent any request in my whole life time for this or such other games to Airtel.
                              As i have hearing problem so on my behalf my daughter Savita complaint Airtel costumer care complaint numbers: 121 and 198. there i complaint about it. Call center Operator ms Ashwini after checking that no such games were downlaoded and it was Airtel mistake, and so with apology asured her that my money will be refunded. As she switch off the phone again i got two messages from Airtel Service number:543211 at 2:27p.m.telling me further unneccessary duduction they made from my prepaid accout. Message i got is : "thank you for choosing HelloTunes. you have been charged rs 30 for 30 days. and t stop this service call[protected]..." and the second message: "You have been charged Rs.15 your Hellotunes has been changed to Tum Ho Mera Pyar. to search your favorite song sms ..."
                              in this way Airtel without any demand duducted 55 Rs provided me Hellotune services with dirty song. so my daughter again called Airtel Service and told the operator about both unwanted, undemanded services and duductions. the second Operator again with apology refunded 45rs.
                              But again at 3.45 pm i got same messages from 543211 duducting my 45rs. so i again complaint to 121and 198 about the same mistake. the operator again apologized for the Airtel Mistake but denied to refund the money with baseless auguement that Airtel cannot refund Thrid time money to the same number so he is helpless to refund my money. when i asked him then how Airtel can deduct money from customer accout without any demand, he told me that i should talk about my complaint to his superiors and made me to hold down the phone for near about 30 minutes and then cut off the call. after that i tryied for next two hours to contect customer care operator but Airtel managed my call not to get contected with customer care operators.
                              This is regular practice immoral business ethics of Airtel. this is happened with me many times in past servives too.
                              and so I want my money to be refunded back and no such trouble in future.

                              Airtel Mobile Service — Refund of Amount & stop unwanted services/messages

                              Since last so many days I am receiving unwanted messages on my Mobile Phone & Airtel
                              company is deducting amount from my Account. I have never subscribed for such type of
                              unwanted services & not at all interested. No. of times I have contacted Airtel Custome Care
                              services on Phone to stop it & for refund of amount deducted from my account.

                              This is to inform you that pl. take up the matter to all Govt. Authorities & publish it in all the
                              National & Internation level News Papers for such type of Cheating with general public. Also
                              write / arrange to send notice to Airtel Company to stop it and refund of amount immediately.

                              Pl. write me / inform me in writing about action taken against Airtel Company and oblige.

                              I don't know why you are sending me wrong information that my my complaint matter is resolved ... even I got message on mobile that from AM-Service on 26/ 05/ 11 that " we tried to reach you in regard to service request number[protected]. we confirm that your service request has been resoved"

                              this is biggest lie.

                              Airtel has not refunded my money back. on 23 rd may at 11 .30 am i called 198. on that number mis customer care rupali attended my call and she denied to refund my money back.. so i requestewd her to transfe my call to custumer care representative or complaint Executive. so at my request she transfered my call. after a long wait mr. Bipin Pawar senior executive attended my call and hearing my complaint made me wait from longgggg time and after studying my complaint is authentic apologies and asured me that airtel will refund my money and told me to call after 2.25 pm on the same day. the reason behind it he told me that all ready aitel refunded me money twice and cannot refund thrid time in twenty four hours. (how rediculous that Airtel can take off money from customer accout as many time as they want within twenty four hours but can not refund them their own money even though they are responsible for the mistake.)
                              mr Bipin Pawar asure me that he has put on my information on their server so that when i will call after 2.25 p.m Customer care repersentive will imitiatly refund may money back. On mr. Bipin Pawar's request i agred that i will call 198 or 121.
                              right from that day till today i called many times to 198 but all my call are atomatically ends without transfering to customer care repersentaive. In each call i only get recorded voice thanking for calling and imidiately call gets ended. and after every call i recieve message from Airtel -"Dial*121# (toll free) from your Airtel mobile to know your Account balance and Validity, offers and to start or stop a service.

                              mr. Rakesh Ranga i can understand in whih way you have solved my complaint ? did you mean by sending customer in answerable zone so that customer could not get into contect to resolve and demand his money back?

                              I Am airtel customer since 8 years i many time i have gone through such illegel duduction from Airtel for unwanted and never demand services and so at last getting irritated by such tebble I am pursuing against it. so please sincerely refund my money and reslove any complaint instead of sending me wrong information.

                                This is to inform you that i am Varun Sethi holder of airtel braodband connection no.[protected],account No. 15053433. Tommorow 21/05/2011 at 4.30 p.m i got a call from airtelno.+[protected] to deposit my outstanding bill of airtel bill no.[protected]. actaully airtel is charging me DSL usage charges for past five months which total came to around about 290/- for which i already complained each and every personnel of airtel and got the reference no. for the same but nothing happened.On 21/05/2011 at 4.30 P.M i got call from .+[protected] to deposit the money i told my problem to that person his name is HARINDER he told me sir i can't do anything regarding your problem but u have to deposit the outstanding money . he told me " I am calling you just to deposit money this in non of ma business" after listening to this i got angry and told harinder to cut my airtel connection he told me for this i again can't do anything and you have to deposit the outstanding amount at any cost. He threatens me that if you cannot deposit money on time i regularly call you and disturb you at every time . After Listening to this i got completely shocked and disconnect the phone and rush to Airtel main office in model town and spoke to airtel represtantive nad told her the complete complete conversation and she told me that you have to deposit 500 hundred rupees for the same. I deposit 500 hundred rupees on 21/05/2011 at 6:49:39 P.M and my receipt no. is CA4084713NM. i deposit the amount and came back home thinking the issue is over but i thought it wrong. on 22/05/2011 sunday i got call from [protected] at 12.22.P.m for airtel to deposit the outstanding amount and the person calling me is Harinder and he told me sir i have to do my duty to call you and disrub you for the outstanding amount . This is not finished yet he call me again after 2 hours at 2.03 P.M from [protected].and threaten me to deposit the money at this time my patienced got over and start the other way and HARINDER also abuse me and abuse till the call end. He told" no one can do anything to me and my name is HARINDER do whatever you want to do ". I told him that i already deposit the money without listening to this he ABUSE me and talk to me in ABUSE language ....


                                IS this the behaviour of your representative who call the customer for the outstanding bill. se my account i deposit the money of my bill on regular basis and this is the way airtel represntative treated us.


                                I Want that strict action against that person who call me and told me that no one can do anything to me. i want to teach him a lesson how to work in a corporate world. i myself works as a deputy manager in HDFC BANK Ltd. is this a way we treat our customer . This is ridiculous and shame on the part of airtel who hired such a illetrarte person


                                Kindly take this email as a serious note and do something against that person so that like i am treated no else can be treated in future.

                                  I am staying in Karnataka, Bangalore and i am afraid whether this issue which seems to be quite small, wont get enlarged.. It seems like there is no exception for decent people too, for undergoing things like these...
                                  At first, I have approached my nearby airtel office customer care, to enquire about the person who owns this this, address and other details. They refused to inform the details and told the only solution is to lodge a police complaint else to try to contact airtel customer care, so that i can get the details. But when I contacted the customer care, they too refused to inform. I am sorry, this is not done. Seems like you people are inefficient to handle things like these, or might be ease with these.
                                  I dont need any apology letter or that word from your side. Kindly find out the details of that unknown no, else solve this problem by introducing any other new option, so that women like us can be safe.

                                    My Airtel Mobile no. is [protected]. Airtel has, without my permission, enrolled me for Friends Chat and is deducting Rs. 30 per month. I wonder how they can deduct any amount without permission.I would like them to stop this service but I don't know how to do this. I am unable to register my complaint by contacting 121. Not only is it tedious, it is often difficult to complete the process of registering the complaint.
                                    I am also receiving several nonsense messages with vulgar text. I hope that by registering this complaint in this forum, I will get some relief. My advance thanks.

                                      I am an airtel prepaid customer and my number is [protected]. I recently bought a Blackberry Bold 3 mobile phone. The internet and other services are not getting activated. I checked the website and i sent an sms to 121 saying airtelbb. Even after repeated attempts, my activation has not taken place. I have called 121 and the customer care executives have absolutely no idea about BB Services. The purpose of buying a blackberry is lost if there are no BB services activated. Their customer care is pathetic and they have no value of the customer queries.
                                      I am unable to activate the monthly Rs.399 (Unlimited emails (POP/IMAP) + Instant Messaging + Internet Browsing)
