Relocation not happening

I am Mrinal Pandya, I have recently shifted from Noida(UP) to Bangalore, and had requested a relocation(reinstallation) request to AirtelDTH customer care on 31st march, 2011.

I was given 3rd Apr, 2011 as the installation date, which didn't happened. Then I again called up and got a new date of 5th Apr. 2011, as usual that also didn't happened.

the guy was same and was conveying me the same message as he did before...

BROADBAND MALFUNCTIONALITY

Remote doesn't work and channels are very limited
