Cricket alerts have been automatically subscribed for this number and I keep receiving alerts from AD 54321 and I am being charged for it per day. I had sent unsubscribe SMS (UNSUB SPO) to 54321 as per their web-site and received a confirmation SMS that the alerts are de-activated. However, I still keep receiving the alerts which is very disturbing and also money gets deducted.

The set top box for my Airtel DTH connection suddenly stopped working during the first week of April. It took me a while to figure how to contact Airtel in this regard, since they only have sales outlets. The retailer from whom I'd purchased the connection has long vanished into thin air. I am an airtel mobile customer from the last 4 years. I was able to stream videso on my mobile through Mobile Office till now. But from last 2 months it's not working on my phone. Called many times to customer care but they say that Airtel doesn't support video streaming.
