This is to bring to your urgent notice that ,
Inspite of repeated re - assurances ( details given in mails below ) , more than 50 days have passed but Airtel Cutomer Care has not transferred the landline and broadband connection ( A/.C No.[protected] . We had given the Landline reansfer request 0n 8th FEB 2011 even bofore we left gurgaon .
There is absolutely no feedback from Bangalore costomer care as to when the connection + broadband will get installed , only acknowledgement mails are send against the complaints mailed ( details of mails attached below ) .
On May 1st 2011 , I was forced to write a mail to the Ombudperson at Bharti Airtel , even then there is no response from Airtel .
Being completely put off , i asked for disconnection of this account and have applied for a fresh landline connection on 27th April through your customer care representative Mr. Mahabaleswar ( contact no. [protected] ) . he filled the form , took Rs. 500 cash , committed that landline will be installed in 3 days , again 8 days have gone , and even the new connection has not been done .
This is simply cheating and harrassment of the highest order .
I hope that , this time this issue will get solved once and for all . Me and my wife still use airtel mobile , I have a corporate connection , but > 50 days to shift a landline connection has forced me to re - think about Airtels service abilities. This is how a company starts loosing its loyal customer base when they are pushed to make alternative choices .

My mobile no is: [protected] which is the Airtel Maharashtra Circle Number and I am using it since Sep 2007. The current scheme for my number was that of 1paise/second.
Since my balance was 16paise, I recharged my account with Rs.100/- (only for talktime, i have validity till Jan 2011) from a shop near my place. I recvd an E-recharge message saying you have got TT of Re.1/- by recharge of Rs.100/-.
This Re.1 is also not shown in my Balance but i can call to any number.
Things to Note :
1) My scheme of 1paise/second got terminated and i am getting charged Re.1 for every call.
2) Also i cannot send any message since the balance shown is only 16 paise.
3) When i connect to Customer Care, they say you can't talk with the representative since your balance is low...
What is the fuss, when i can recharge smoothly from an ATM card...
The shopkeeper has no answer for this... If he's serving the customer, he should do it full-fledged.
