    we are now using total 24 number of your network. We are facing many problem for all this numbers also.
    We are mail you so many times regarding our problems but not get any satisfied answer from you.

      I have airtel Friends Sim Card and I have charge Rs. 1.50 per sms for first sms.
      But my classmate have also this sim card and he have to charge Only Rs. 1 for first SMS.

      So, this is not fare about me because of same plan and same call charges,


      Plz Help me, and stop this............

        Dear sir I m Jitendra kumar singh using airtel connections for a long time and after being frustrated from the worst service by airtel when i tried to port out my mobile number to bsnl now airtel is not sending me porting code instead for that particular sms everytime Re1 is deducted from my balance ,like this i m always sending sms in format PORT [protected] to 1900 but the same error evrytime rs deducted and in reply ur request could not be processed pls try later after taht when ever I am trying to call Airtel customer care from my mobile [protected] since last 25 days not able to connect to the customer care neither 121 nor 198(Toll Free) because the call from my mobiles to customer care was fully ignored by airtel,I have sent many mails to the Airtel customer id's, event to the nodal office id's but there is no response inspite of continous follow-up. This is very frustrating as neither I am able to contact them nor they are making any contact and I am facing lot of issues. Also to add nobody is picking the phone in the nodal office of Airtel. I m using my self more than 3 connections of airtel Numbers are [protected],[protected],[protected],and from all mobiles calls to customer care is going except from only [protected] the calls are not going to customer care ,and after this type of service i hav decided to finish the remaining balance and port out from airtel to bsnl.Hence I request you to please look into the matter and solve it as soon as possible for which i shall remain ever grateful to u .

        I am trying to call Airtel customer care from my mobile [protected] since last 25 days and not able to connect to the customer care neither 121 nor 198(Toll Free) because the call from my mobiles to customer care was fully ignored by airtel,I have sent many mails to the Airtel customer id's, event to the nodal office id's but there is no response inspite of continous follow-up. This is very frustrating as neither I am able to contact them nor they are making any contact and I am facing lot of issues. Also to add nobody is picking the phone in the nodal office of Airtel.           airtel custmer care is just a formality for the company. I am useing BSNL for 7 years and uninor for 1year but never faced such a disappontment like Airtel.
          I have made up my mind to change my service provider to BSNL.
          BSNL call rates are little costlier compare to airtel but still it never does such a irresponsible and fake cost deduction.
          I also like to request other to do the same, only by such activity airtel can undersand the value of customers.

            I am a Airtel prepaid customer.

            Airtel has sent a message from no: 59830 saying: "Thanks for choosing Radio Mirchi. You have been charged Rs 10/7 days. Call 59830 to listen Radio Mirchi for 100 free mins. To stop service, call 59830800." Does it mean Rs 10 will be deducted every day?

            Airtel is sending SMS from AK 55678, 58888084, AD - Pooja (from other no's also).

            Airtel is also sending other adult SMS even without me subscribing to such content.

            I am also getting calls from unwanted numbers which when picked are automatic calls from numbers like: [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] and many other numbers.

            Kindly un-subscribe my no. for the above mentioned kind of messages & incoming calls.

            I am receiving unwanted calls and SMS from airtel india at various timing from various numbers. If I am in rest in midday it is horrable for me. kindly look into the matter.

            I bought Airtel pre-paid connection for 1 month and everyday I am getting at least one call on my mobile from Airtel offering its various offers. I tried to call customer care but they are even worst and try to make sure that you hang up before talking to any customer care executive.

            I am in India during my home vacation and these unsolicited calls causes annoyance and anger for such a behavior from India's leading telecom service provider.

              Hi,
              I subscribed the HD channels package from Airtel Digital TV. They say the it has the Dolby Digital plus Sound in these channels.

              When I subscribed the HD channels there was no Dolby Sound in these channels and also there is a distorted sound. When I raise this with the customer care they send some incapable technical person who don't understands the problem and close the requests without solving the problem.

              My problem still persists.

              Hi,

              I have some escalations to be done for my Airtel HD digital TV which is not getting solved by the customer care for a long time.

              I have taken an HD package but the very next day on 21March I logged a
              complaint(No: 6189442) regarding my problem with the sound in the MOVIES NOW HD channel. Firstly, I am not getting Dolby Digital sound in this channel. Second, the is a sound is extremely distorted whenever there is any loud sounds, for example explosion or airplane etc sounds.

              I constantly chased the log in customer care and finally they asked me call on a phone no ([protected]) for my problem. Then again after chasing on this phone no for 2 days they sent 2 persons on 24th Mar. These persons had absolutely NO IDEA of the problem and promised to send some senior person.

              I requested them not to close the complaint(No: 6189442) till the problem is resolved.

              On 25th Mar, I somehow got connected to customer care 12150 and the person on the other side told that the complaint is closed and disconnected the call.
              Is this the way you operate in the support?


              May I request you to please look into this issue and get the problem resolved and also to get some more trained people to handle the incident calls.

              Airtel — Incapable customer care and system

              Airtel's customer care is totally useless! I wonder if they are trained to handle issues or not. I own a Bangalore pre-paid SIM card and about 2 months ago, I went on a vacation to Cochin, Kerala where I recharged my balance for Rs350. I told the retailer clearly that it's a roaming SIM card and the retailer showed me some rate cards where I chose to recharge for Rs350. Now the SMS that I received later said my recharge balance was only for Rs3.50. By then I was already on the highway and couldn't turn back. So I came back to Bangalore, lodged a complaint with Bangalore's Customer care which took 1 month to "check with concern department and revert" and said they cannot solve the problem becoz the retailer is in Kerala and that it's not within their control. And the customer care officer said "Sorry we cannot help you in this situation"! Period. And to think I spoke to a Floor Supervisor and not a trainee or novice on the job!

              I then had to ask her the customer care no for Kerala and then contacted them (Shouldn't these officers know how to direct calls that are not within their control? ) After I asked the Floor Supervisor for the no. to call in Kerala, she gave it to me and you know what they have to say? "Sorry this is a problem where retailer has done wrong and we don't have option to check it out from our system". So I asked who takes charge of complaints regarding the retailer and she said there's a customer care for retailers. I was glad and asked her and she said "It's only a no. for retailers and only a retailer SIM card can reach that no." So I asked her what do customers do when there's such a problem where the retailer has made a mistake in the recharge process. And she had no answers for me.

              Isn't this great for an organization like Airtel... Hello Airtel people... are you reading this?? Better buckle up! I would have given names of the people i spoke to n this email but i don't see a point in embarrassing them when the organization is incapable of training these officers. I'll never EVER use Airtel's service again!!!

              I have raised a relocation request to airtel on 28 April 2013, even after 7 days still no one visited from airtel site to re-install the airtel dish. Request tickets no are 30096825, 30102024, 30110260, 30074979, 30128980



              I have already spoken as follows person but absolutely no result. Is this right way to provide customer service.



              Most bad thing is that entire customer care team trying to convince customer to saying “WE WILL REFUND YOUR BALANCE ON YOUR ACCOUNT WHICH IS DEDUCTING DURING THE ISSUE.

I am not able to send an SMS to 52000 for the unsubscription. Now my balance has become Rs. -10.00 - negative value.
                Can you please help my by unsubscribing from the Airtel Blog.

                  My mobile no is: [protected] which is the Airtel Maharashtra Circle Number and I am using it since July 2009. The current scheme for my number was that of 1paise/second.

                  Since my balance was 6paise, I recharged my account with Rs.100/- (only for talktime) from a shop near my place. I recvd an E-recharge message saying RECHARGE SUCCESSFUL on[protected]. Talktime Rs.1.00. MRP Rs.100.00 . TransID[protected].
                  This Re.1 is also not shown in my Balance but i can call to any number.

                  Things to Note :
                  1) My scheme of 1paise/second got terminated and i am getting charged Re.1 for every call.

                  2) Also i cannot send any message since the balance shown is only 6 paise.

                  3) When i connect to Customer Care, they say you can't talk with the representative since your balance is low...

                  What is the fuss, when i can recharge smoothly from an ATM card...

                  The shopkeeper has no answer for this... If he's serving the customer, he should do it full-fledged.

                    I am writing this mail to you after repeated and failed attempts to have a resolution from my cellular connection vendor. I have airtel mobile connection in my name and have been using it from past 10 years.

                    I have communicated with them to resolve my 3G GPRS activation on my cell phone connection which was deliberately activated and i have been charged heftily on the grounds o[censored]sage for the each data activity which was activated without my knowledge and consent or request.

                    Each time I requested them to consider my tenure having a connection with them and give a consideration to re visit the 3G activation mistake happened from their end. Till date they are saying as per their records they are very correct with data usage on my cellular connection and not giving any waive off for the same.

                    I am enclosing the communication details which has happened between me and airtel people.

                    I request you to look into this and suggest me the best solution.

                    These un happy situations hurt the relationship.

                    Once again I would like to bring your kind notice on how Airtel cheated me for the second time.

                    Please refer below mail from Airtel and my reply to it.

                    After my below reply I have received a call from Mr.Prashanth (Collection Agent who is available on phone:42065430 in Bangalore office) requesting me to make Rs.1005.35/- so that he can enable my SIM card within 24 hours. I replied to him that I would make the payment if he can send out an official email in this regard. He told me that if he confirms the same through email there is no guarantee that I would retain this Aitel mobile number ([protected]) and I have to go for a new number. So without waiting for the email and his repeated calls I paid Rs.1035/- vide bill no. 674768 dated 16th June 2011.

                    Till today my SIM Card is not activated and When I contacted Prashanth he said he is helpless.

                    I would like you to kindly intervene on this issue and resolve this at the earliest.

                      Raised a request on 1st week of April for dish antenna re-alignment. Till date no action has been taken by Airtel. Visited the BG Rd, Bangalore Airtel office and spoke to Airtel reps. The rep assured me that someone would come over to my residence on 24th April morning and get it done. Till now, the issue remains there. I have already complained to Nodal officer and also written to airtel presence but of no use. Nodal officer is big joke. He will always say that it will be resolved in 24 hrs but nothing will be done. Tried calling the Technical Vendor(Communication Networks- Phone: [protected]) but they are worse. Either the phone will be busy or nobody will pick up.

                      Its a BIG SHAME for Airtel that their own vendors don't give a damn to their important business partner. Customer care are of no use as each time they will say it will be resolved in 24 hrs. Getting calls daily from Delhi Airtel office assuring me that it will be resolved in next day. But fact is that Airtel DTH customer service is a big failure. The only option left is to move to different DTH operator.

                      Airtel HD DTH — Dish alignment

                      I raised request for HD channel package. Customer care told me that we need to realign the Dish for the same and technician will be doing it next 24 hours. But its been 3 weeks nothing has happened. I got the technical office number but they are not picking the phone or the number will be busy. Office name is "Communication Network" and there number is [protected].

                      Each time I call the customer care they will tell me that it will be done in 24 hours. I tried calling nodal office also but there no one is picking up the call. This is the worse service from Airtel.

                      Thanks Mr Rakesh for looking into the matter. Just also wanted to add to my complaint. On 23rd of April I happen to visit the Bannerghatta Rd Airtel office and personally spoke to one of your representatives there, who in turn had a word with one of your vendors who handles technical issues. The rep assured us that someone would come over to my residence on 24th morning and resolve the issue. I'm writing this on 24th evening and till now, forget about seeing somebody I havent even received a call.

                      Its a BIG SHAME for Airtel that their own vendors dont give a damn to their business partner & i believe one of their most important business partner. I really m at loss of words. I feel deep pity and extremely sorry for Airtel who have tied up with such partners who are not only paying any interest but are not even bothered about the consequences. Just shows the pitiable condition Airtel is in right now. After this I dont think I've any expectations left from Airtel. When your own people don't care for your image I dont know why m I loosing my sleep over such a trivial issue. Its not as if I dont have a choice around but being a loyal customer of Airtel for last almost 10 years, when I decided to get digital tv installed my obvious choice was Airtel. But now I might just give a miss to Airtel forget about giving a thought to it also. M laughing my head off now at your marketing strategy. Till date I keep receiving smses informing me about the special offer on HD package, what after applying for the package if for a month no action is taken about it. Sheer wastage of finances I must say.

                      Remember it takes loads of hard work to build a client base but even more hard work and dedication to retain them. Dont ever underestimate the power of your customer. In a service industry what works best is the word of mouth.

                      My DTH account id is [protected]. My STB stopped working since last saturday. I made a complaint through customer care. Since no one turned up, I repeated the the same exercise four times. Every time the customer care executive assured me that my problem will be resolved within 24 hours, once I even talked to their supervisor, he put me on hold for more than half an hour and he was claiming that he was contacting the bangalore area manger and assured me my issue will be resolved very soon.Today, morning the so called engineer surfaced but he went back saying he doesn't have spares and he will be back within an hour, even after 8 hours he hasn't turned up and when I tried his mob number obviously he was not picking the call. In between I also got a message saying your issue has been resolved and if still not resolved please call[protected]always busy or otherwise no answer!!!). These guys are making a complete mockery of the system. Do this company has some responsible people working for them? Does the upper management aware of all these things? I am really frustrated with Airtel DTH...

My service provider is daily deducting rs 5/- in my account without any intimation. when I requested for the last 5 transactions I came to know that they are cutting the amount for some games club membership.                             Last week I got a call from a mobile number saying that "Hi I am Jeeva (Tamil Actor), would you like to talk to me ........" I disconnected that call and doing my work. After 5 mins I have received a message saying that "Rs. 15 is deducted for the activation charges...".

                            I called your customer care no 121 and after many difficulties i was able to talk to your "officer/staff". I have explained her everything and she replied that "sorry we can't refund your amount since you have activated something..." I have requested her to stop all these nonsense calls & message, she said that she will be de-activate all these with in seven days.

                            And yesterday[protected] I have got a call from[protected] this number when I was riding I could not pict up the call. After sometime I called back to that number, call was picked but no response, so i disconnected the call after 10-15 seconds. I have got a message saying that "last call charge is 10/-......"
                            AGAIN I called your CC no 121 and AGAIN many difficulties I got your officer/staff called "Saranya". I have told her everything she replied me we do not have any records for that........... I asked her to give it some other higher "Officer/staff" she passed the line to "Supervisor Deepa" AGAIN I explained all the stories she said we do not have any records now but we will be able to tell you the reasons by today before evening. I got a mss from 121 "thank u...... reference no CBDCC[protected]"

                            NO FURTHER STEPS/ACTIONS TILL NOW!!!!! I do not want to write you harshly. I know these are the tactics doing by the Airtel company to get the money from the customers and when the customer ask for any questions/enquiries AIRTEL officer say something else. For that also you are charging the customer!!!!.

                            Please take necessary steps/action and refund my amount (15+10) 25/- rupees as soon as possible.

                              This is regarding my attempt to Port Out my Mobile no. from Airtel to Vodafone.

                              I am trying to port out my airtel mobile no.[protected] from airtel to vodafone since 4 months. Initially they rejected my port out due to false claim - that i asked them to do it. But I DID NOT DO SO.
                              Then, I called customer care to resolve the query. They asked me to resolve it by sending an SMS to 121. But that SMS was actually for CANCELLING the port-out request. I was fooled by the executives again.
                              All this happened in Feb, 2011.

                              Then I contacted the Appellate Officers but they also have taken 3 months to simply port out my number. They delay my calls, suddenly disconnect my call, never follow-up, give reasons of technical faults mostly, Always say that its not their concerned department, keep me on hold for a very long time, and always ask me to apply for a new port-out form.
                              IT IS VERY FRUSTRATING.

                              Over past 3-4 months, I have talked to the following persons in Airtel-Appellate Office:
                              Anuradha, Piyush, Nidhi, Kunal, Sanchita and Rituraj.

                              They always ask me to repeat the same story again. I am totally fed up.
                              These people are not able to SIMPLY PORT OUT MY NUMBER, inspite of being the higher authority of the company.
                              They give false suggestions and only delay the matter.

                              I request you to kindly look into the matter immediately.

                                  Tried calling nodal officer, but it was a waste of time as i couldnt connect to him even after calling him more than 6 times.

                                  Unfortunately i could see there was only one technical guy running around entire R.T.nagar area and he doesnt know any technicalities and bluffing around. my office will be closed by 6:30 everyday, but unfortunately i could see one executive updating the status as the issue was resolved after attending our place at 8:30 in the night.

                                  No one could help me with this and the issue is still pending, with we wasting 2 days without any work as we are into web development, one can understand the problem without internet.

                                  I seriously dont know wr to complaint or what to do, Please do someone help me, Final conclusion is i lost hopes on AIRTEL (One of the leading telecom serv ice provider with very good reputation)

                                  i had given Rs1500 for airtel wi-fi new connection on 16 sep 09 to airtel agent Mr. Deepak by hand cash......But he submitted d check to airtel and after one week check was bounced and connection is disconnected.....We talked to Mr. Deepak and airtel engineer and airtel officer Mr. Parvesh of mohali......
                                  But no one is giving response to our connecting internet connection.....its now 48 hrs passed dat no one in airtel is listening to us,,,,,,,and i m sick of airtel service.....Please help me sir,,,,,,

                                  Hi Sir/Madam,

                                  "No rpoper installation done"

                                  The Airtel Connection was given to me after repeated complaints to the Local Area manager in Koramangala (Bangalore) and had a lot of difficulty after paying the amount in cash.
                                  After paying for the full installation charges; i was promised that connection will not create any problem. but since last three weeks i have used my internet only for 3 days.

                                  Its been a really frustrating situation for me as currently my exams are going on and even after 2 complaints my internet connection is not working.

                                  It seems that the complants are not taken seriously. In that case please disconnect the same and refund the amount immediately.

                                  Please act against such fools who bring bad new to the company.

                                    I am using Airtel broadband high-speed internet plan. It’s a 4MBPS plan (Impatience 1399) which comes for around 1500 Rs. /month (including all the taxes) I am a regular bill payer too.
                                    My AIRTEL land line number for this broadband connection:[protected]
                                    This plan has one limitation that if the user crosses 25GB download limit the internet speed automatically reduces down to 256KBPS for the rest of the month, which is very slow as compared to 4MBPS.
                                    Complaint number for billing cycle 26th April to 26th May: 868880 (current month)
                                    Complaint number for billing cycle 26th march to 26th May: 868880 (last month)
                                    Both complaints still not resolved though issue being the same every month
                                    For last 2 months I used 4MBPS speed for only 10days (26th march 2011 to 30th march 2011 i.e.5days and 26th April 2011 to 1st may 2011 i.e. 5days) and I am paying Rs.1500/month for 4MBPS connection but in reality I am using only 256kbps speed very slow internet from 26th march 2011 to 5th may 2011. Just because of some technical issue in AIRTEL system.

                                    Now my complaints against AIRTEL are as follows
                                    1. My speed was reduced before I cross this 25GB limit. It’s happening for past 3 months out of which 2 months I lodged a complaint but did not get any solution from AIRTEL.
                                    2. I took this matter to Nodal desk last month they promised this will not happen again still I am facing the same problem this month.
                                    3. Customer care executives are so irresponsible at AIRTEL they don’t even bother to call back even if they say that they will. Every time I have called back to AIRTEL customer care. In fact many times in last 2 months my complaint was marked as resolved without my concern or without making sure that the customer is satisfied with the solution or not.
                                    4. AIRTEL people do not understand what my problem is, they are just considering this as a limited quota of download exceeding case and they are just ignoring the case BUT I AM SURE THAT IT’S A BIG TECHINICAL PROBLEM IN THE AIRTEL SYSTEM.

                                    I got there auto generated mail saying you have crossed the quota on 1st May 2011 but till that day I had downloaded only 15GB.On Airtel.in website when I login I can find out how much MB of data I have downloaded there I can see a day to day log of downloaded data and it shows I have not crossed the limit of 25GB till today (5th may 2011) but I got the mail saying I have crossed the limit on 1st may 2011 itself and my speed is reduced since that day. I have kept all the airtel.in information in a picture format which can explain how there system is showing that I have not crossed the 25GB limit. (Please see the attachment) Last month same thing happened I got mail on 30th march saying I crossed the limit of 25GB but when I checked on Airtel.inmy account I found that I have not crossed 25GB limit.
                                    I confirmed this with airtel customer care executive Mr.satish pani yesterday that this information is proper or not so he confirmed that whatever data of download has been shown on the airtel.in site is completely true and we can trust on that information. He also said that someone will call tomorrow from airtel and they will solve this problem. I got a call from[protected] Mr. Kishore gudhekar today morning at 9.15am (date 5th may 2011) I explained my complaint to this guy again because he was in the impression that this is just quota exceeding case but when I explained him the problem he straight away said I can’t help you with this and you mail nodal desk but I have already did that so he just disconnected the phone. To my surprise when I later call airtel help line I came to know that this careless person marked my complaint as resolved. When I had a talk again with customer care at aitel, Mr. kander Trivedi reopened my complaint and said that I will get a call back within 4 hrs but I really don’t trust AIRTEL now…

                                    I tried calling many time to this number in different times of the day but still nobody picks this phone.
                                    Last month once I got lucky and some female picked up the phone at nodal desk I explained my problem to her again from the start (NOTE: I guess they don’t mention the problem when a complaint is pending they just put it aside) and I asked for an apology letter if it’s the problem from AIRTEL side. She agreed that it’s a problem from AIRTEL side but she denied my request to give me a letter of apology from AIRTEL instead she said I’ll put a mail saying this was AIRTEL’S mistake and this will not happen in future. I dint get any mail from her and sadly just next month I am facing the same issue and my speed is down to 256KBPS.
                                    I have placed many mails to nodal.[protected]@airtel.in but from their side too I see no efforts to solve this issue.

                                    Airtel Broadband — reduction in high speed without use

                                    high speed of broad band is reduced without use of given range i.e' 10GB every month which is serious concern. Request look into the matter at the priority please and convey the remedial measures taken in respect.

                                      my name is abdulsafeer and ma mobile no.is [protected] i hve been using airtel network for past 3yrs as der s no network coverage in our remote area i had decided to change to idea network during that interval one of airtel executive named as shreedar from bagalkot with a mobile no.[protected] contacted me and promised me saying that he wll sort out the network problem within 3days and asked me stay in current network trusting to his word i cancelled my port in request but nw he is escaping from his word by saying that ders server problem. nw im n dilema i hereby request plz to take strict action against such executives nd sort out my network problem so that common man like me wll not lose trust in Indias no.1 network. i hope that ma request wll be granted

                                        have been registering complaints for[protected] since past a year and consectively since past 4 days..but all in vain coz non get resolved....
                                        my bills are not being delivered to my address or mail id so i do not know my outstanding or due date, still have been paying bills according to the last ddate on the last bill recievd..aftr many complints my address is still the old one..
                                        my phone is not working, it is without dial tone sinc 6 mnths but all complaints falling deaf on AIRTEL CONSUMER SERVICES...
                                        my networ is disconnected due to non payment of bills whch i have been paying regularly evry mnth since past 4 years,not a single bill missed its payment, an today no payment is d reason cited for disconnectiong services.
                                        AIRTEL TROUBLES ITS CUSTOMERS AND ITS CALL CENTRE PEOPLE HAVE NO RESPECT WHILE DEALING WITH ITS CUSTOMERS..
                                        they say openly i[censored] want to continue wid us , ok or else u can switch to other networks, do not bother us.
