Dear Sir,

My Airtel Digital TV customer ID is [protected].

I would like to bring to your attention my complaints made to Airtel Digital TV for relocating my Digital TV.

I moved to new house from area - pin code (560068) to pin code (560017). After moving , I called customer care to do my re-installation at my new address and updated my address to new one. I did this on Mar-22-2011. But , I got an SMS that problem is resolved though I was not contacted by any engineeer and problem was not resolved.
I kept calling customer care explaining the same problem again and again and problem is still not attended (May-2-2011). Sometimes , I get an engineer number as contact via SMS but the engineer usually says he is not responsible for area (560017).

I have called customer care atleast 50 times now, spoken to their seniors but all in vain no reaction from their end. I think Airtel folks are not sure who is responsible for Area-560017. This is shocking as 560017 is HAL/Old Aiport Road area and one of the most populated areas.

Secondly they keep on deducting my digital account balance every day & keep on irritating me by sending me sms stating that my digital TV account will be expired. I have lost Rs-350 so far .

Worst part is customer care executives disconnect my call mostly telling me they are connecting me to their seniors or they are putting me on hold while checking the details. Also, customer care executives cant speak proper language or mostly can't understand the problem. Also, every time , I call the customer care , it takes average 4-5 minutes to reach the executive.

I am providing the details of few correspondence with the Airtel Digital TV

Unresolved Request numbers ( I have only few numbers )- but I am sure , Atleast 10 requests should be there in Airtel records for this problem

AIRTEL DIGITAL TV — INSTALLATION NOT DONE EVEN AFTER 45 DAYS PAST REQUEST

This complaint is regard to the reinstallation of our Airtel digital TV- I had called up and register for reinstallation of the same on the 1st of July 2010 and they told me the same would be done with in 3 working days after i recharge the account with 300Rs and the same had been done but its more than 45days and they haven't turned up to reinstall it while are very prompt in deducting the daily rental charges even though we aren't using it.

we called up and reported on 15th July 2010 why it is not installed even after recharge and what they say is they don't have technician to install the same and it would be done by 20th July 2010 but they haven't found time to install it till date. If a company can't service its clients the why give out new subscription when its pathetic at servicing end.The distance between the old and new residence is less than 100mts and such a bad experience when we are ready to spend money to have the same shifted.

I am getting tortured by the landlady of my old house, she is calling up every alternate day and asking when would the same be removed from the terrace and the wire lining inside the house.

I would like to file a complaint with minimum 50000Rs compensation for all the agony, frustration and irratition we are still undergoing because of the same.

Ah! Forgot to mention. Pls don't Buy Airtel Digital TV if you are expecting good service and have a hectic life where you wont have atleast an hour every day to call their pathetic customer care
Dear all,

This is regarding some fake consumer forums existing in the internet. There are huge number of consumer forums blacklisted by cyber crime department. These are not authorized forums by any government across globe. Also they cant do anything regarding your complaints and cant solve your any problems related to any service.

Then you might have one question that if it is true then why these forums are created what benefit they are getting from this???

Now a days internet marketing of the products is booming. Search engines such as Google, Yahoo are masters in the internet advertisements.For placing the advertisement in website, website owner get paid by the related companies. This business is growing day by day and the turnover of the same is in multi billion dollars. To get advertisement from the ad agencies page ranking and the popularity of the website is the very important parameter, and these parameters are dependent on number of visitors and users of the website.

To make the website a" money making machine" huge number o[censored]nauthorized and fake discussion forums have been created across the world, and as complaints and discussions about product and service is the very close issues of day to day life of human being, these forums are taking advantage of this fact.

In these forums people can post anything about anybody and about any company. Most funny thing is that you will find some fake complaints about some company and the ad of the same company will be displayed in the same forum. These so called forum administrators have no control on the posting. They display the malicious and defamatory contents without verification from the companies about the issue. Not all companies's management have time to put the comments below the queries and many of these companies's management is not even aware that somebody is putting malicious contents about their companies in these forums.

End of the day because of these forums many companies's business is indirectly getting affected and most of them are small and medium scale businesses.These forums are spreading negativeness about the service providing companies by doing their dis advertisement and allowing unverified defamatory contents to be displayed.

Coming to the point, the conclusion of the story is consumer is posting the complaints in the such a forums in which administrator of the forum himself doesn't have any control regarding the contents ( means if you put defamatory contents about that forum itself it will accept). Consumer having problems regarding the service of any company should approach company management first and should give the application regarding the problem solving. If that also doesn't worked out consumer can approach Government consumer court or file an FIR in police station.

In 98.7% of the cases about the complaints against the service it is observed that problem gets resolved immediately after reaching company management. And for other complicated or fraud related cases, government of every country has its own consumer court in every city and district.

Friends, No machine in this world is 100% efficient, it implies to every human being, every service and every organization. But it doesn't means that you should defame that person, service provider or an organization. It will indirectly affect the business of the company and in turns every person including the consumer get affected by it. Our constitution has given right to everybody regarding speech but this doesn't means that you start taking revenge by destroying image and goodwill of the company which is the port built by efforts and hard work of honest people.

Yes, you have right to talk and spread awareness about the fraud people and organisations but only after verification and getting perfect legal proofs against it.Don't start blaming anybody or any company just because one wrong, defamatory and baseless comment came in some unauthorized forum.

Approaching right person, right organisation is the only way of solving the problem, Please Please don't support the illegal forums to spread their illegal business.

Very soon we are posting the list of all blacklisted forums by cyber crime department

    Hello,

    I am having problem in porting my number from BSNL to Airtel. On 22nd April'11 i went to Airtel Relationship Office, Near Axis bank, Rohtak and submitted my port pin number(BH334987) and all the documents they said me to submit and also given Rs. 50 for that as they asked me to pay. Now this is 1st May'11 and my number not yet been ported into Airtel. I made phone call to Airtel office two or three times and once they pick my call and now they not picking my call and whenever i am visited to Airtel office they told me they submitted and forwarded my document further. But still my number not been ported then i tried to check my port status by calling [protected] Airtel customer care they saying we didn't get any port request from your side kindly visit Airtel office where you submitted document but i already made 7 visit their and not get any concrete solution. Is any body their who can give me feedback and when my number will port.

    I am using the airtel no i.e.[protected] i want to port out my airtel no. beause my balance has gone several time without any use.I have applied for MNP
    PORTING-id:AT382671 on[protected].but the Airtel send an sms
    MNP rejected due to contractual obligatiion violation clear it and inform to bsnl my no is an individula no so that no contractual obligation is found.
    discuss with friends all are receiving same sms when portout for MNP
    kindly settle the issues unwantedly created by AIRTEL.

    Problem is same here on 21st may'11 i again went to Airtel Relationship Office and given request to port number from bsnl to Airtel. but till today problem not been resolved and i already submitted my document's the port code that i submitted that time was BH326288. And today on 2nd June'11 i again went and submitted request any my new port number is BH583844 and submitted my document again in office but while generating request they said Airtel send reply is your number is already in process. so tell how much time it will take to port my number into Airtel. As firstly i given request on 22nd April'11 and after that 2 more time i submitted my port number and document or number not ported yet. this is over how much time i will wait if you enable to give solution then i will go Legally action.

    This is with regard to the porting in request which i had submitted to a Airtel outlet on 9-9-2011 for the mobile number [protected]

    I'm currently have VODAFONE as my operator and wished to port in AIRTEL.

    I had submitted documents and received a SIM for the same from AIRTEL relationship centre, but its been over 12 days but the porting has not taken place yet.

    On talking to VODAFONE customer care i came to know that AIRTEL has not requested for port out of my number from VODAFONE.

    I migrated from videocon to airtel last week on 10th March 2012, I got an sms from network that the porting has been done and it will get activated by 00:31 hrs and My videocon SIM got deactivated immediately and still now my airtel sim is not activated i have signal but no incoming or outgoing from my number is going.

    I received a call from your team from the number [protected] and they told it will take 24hrs more to get activated and the person told to take any action against the network if i wish. I am a airtel Post Paid customer , My videocon number is deactivated and my airtel number is not working.

    I am missing all my incoming calls and i am not able to make any outgoing calls..
    dial 123 and choose ur prefferred language then u got 5rs in ur main balance then go to retailer shop and do 48 rs FRC RECHARGE THEN u will got full talk time.. enjoy

    i changed my number from vodafone to airtel. network is good but they charge excess of call rates. for example, if the call ends at 35seconds they'l charge 36paisa, if it ends at 77seconds they'l charge 78 paisa.. In vodafone it was not happening so... so please rectify the fault and give good service to attract customers...
    Respected Sir, My name is BHARAT PRAJAPATI. I have airtel prepaid. Which number is [protected]. I have faces some problem of internal error while on porting. I can receive my porting code but if the some other co.send me MNP no.than i face in some internal error. I am gone in bharti house at ahmedabad 4 times but there executive cant solve my problem.     I migrated from Tata Docomo to airtel last week on 16 August 2012, I got an sms from network that the porting has been done and it will get activated by 01:34 hrs and My Tata Docomo SIM got deactivated immediately and still now my airtel sim is not activated i have signal but no incoming or outgoing from my number is going.

    I have port my no. [protected], from Vodafone to Airtel, given request to port on8/08/2017 and Vodafone accept it and Network withrawan . My number was ported on 14/08/17 and it was working properly but then on 16/08/17 it wasn't showing signnal and my number was said to be invalid. And when I called in the customer care they said that the porting request is still pending. I want to know that if the request was pending then how come was number got activated for two consecutive days. I'm really unsatisfied by the replies I am receiving from the customer care. I have only one number and I'm facing a lot of problems due to the this. Kindly look into the matter and resolve it fast
    I port from vodafone to Airtel at Nov 11 . shopkeeper says that quickly the Airtel sim activates . Nov 15, I received msg from Airtel., itself the new Airtel sim starts working.But still now it does work (does not shows server name also).

    Iam porting from bsnl(Kerala) to airtel.I gave all the details in airtel showroom and also give my finger print . but the very second day I got a msg that they rejected my porting rqst due to contractual obligation violation plz help me this is my primary sim and facing low internet speed here

      My cell no is [protected]. Airtel is constantly charging me for the services that i have not subscribed. I have not asked for any extra service from airtel. Earlier also i was being charged for unsubscribed additional services. I went to airtel office to stop such services but inspite of that airtel charged me for airtel radio,airtel fun challenge and today iam being charged for Rs99 for downloading value pack that i have not done.Despite of me not subscribing any of the above mentioned services,i have been charged for them. Iam fed up with your services. You are requested to REIMBURSE ALL OVERCHARGED AMOUNT TO ME failing which i will be constrained to move to consumer court.

      AirTel — CHARGING for unsolicited services.

      My Airtel postpaid number is [protected]. Few days back I got an email in which one has to enter his mobile number and confirmation code and one can win lots of prizes.
      No other information (like charges) were shown. When I entered the number I got message from[protected] Its AIRTEL number) telling me that Rs. 20 has been deducted for subscribing the text based service. I am receiving the message every week and deducting Rs.20 every time . I don't have Airtel live service on my cell and I don't want to use it. I did not know about these services and charges.
      I am quite appalled to know such kind of malicious practice from Airtel to make money
      Thanks for your acknowledgement. You are once again requested to reimburse the money charged from my account for the unsolicited services like airtel radio, fun challenge and the latest being for downloadung value pack that i have not done. An early action is requested.

        Sir,

        This is Yogesh Nigal, and i have been using airtel since 2006. It was a prepaid number, but recently i converted it to postpaid and was using GPRS on it. But since 22nd April 11 i was not able to connect any site on my mobile so on 23rd i called up customer care and specified my problem, and as they told i did changed my settings but there no progress so i registered a complaint (Complaint Number :[protected] on 23rd evening at 5 PM and i was told that within 10 days my problem was resolved. But after seeing there is no action being taken on my complaint i called up again to airtel customer care on 30th April 11 at 10 AM. I had a talk with the concerned officer and she said i have again register a complaint and she will talk with the GPRS technical team and call back within 4 Hrs but did get any call from airtel... my complaint number registered on 30th April 11 is 37174025.

        Airtel is giving very poor service to its customer...
        Am planning to change the service provider as i dont want any head aches of keeping on calling customer care and keep registering complaints...
        There is no use of registering complaints in airtel as no actions are taken on it..
        Today is 9th day since i have registered my first complaint but till now no action......
        I think i will have to pay airtel Rs 98 for not using GPRS...

        Sorry to say but your people are just working and non of my complaints are solved yet..

        you are talking like politicians who just give assurance but after elections no results...

        and i dont want such kind of assurances...
        Airtel does not give proper service to its customers..
        Today morning an appointment was fixed to solve my problem at 10 Am. I was going to get a call from ur technical people to solve my problem but till evening no call. U need not do any drama of taking appointment o[censored]r customers to solve there problems i[censored] cant keep up ur promisies..

            This is Krishnamurthy Kikkisetti I was ex employee of Bharathi Airtrel. I have sent PF withdrawl forms to the Bharti Airtel Limited,
            Aravali Crescent, 1, Nelson Mandela Road,
            Vasant Kunj, Phase – II, New Delhi – 110 070 on 04 months ago, but still I did not received my pf amount back. Please let me know the status about that .             AirTel — Bharti PF not received

            Its been more than 2 yrs but still not recived the PF, Although i have logged many complaints on the PF site also, Now i do not know what to do and is there really any regulatory authority to control the functioning of the PF office .

                Well, I had been having this mobile number [protected] since the last 7 years. But Airtel has started my prepaid balance theft. It has happened like when I recharge a get a balance say Rs 30/- overnight that reduces to 0 and by next day it touches negative figures. This has happened 3 times by which I have lost around Rs 300. A complaint was lodged at the Airtel customer care where assurances were given that it was a mistake and that they will get that corrected. But the same continued even thereafter.

                It seems that Airtel is now a front organization for organized theft business.

                Particularly, since now that I have moved to a different place (due to work) and the number has been used by my parents, who are not that aware of these tricks that were played felt cheated after the same happened repeatedly. It was only then I came to know of it.

                To me it is not the money but the harassment that my parents had to suffer. I seriously feel like moving to the consumer forum with the issue and would use my corporate links too (if required)
                Sorry Airtel. This has not been resolved. The balance still appears in negative. Please return any balance that was deducted without any notice.
                One time airtel deducted my balance for using GPRS. I called Customer care and get back that money successfully. Otherwise no issue from airtel.

My Airtel Mobile Number is +91-[protected],When ever I am calling to customer care 198(TollFree)/ 121- customer care no one is responding to my call, I hav tried many times since last 15days and the same result I m getting , some one picked up the phone and then disconnecting it ,hence being rigid of this type of customer care I have decided to portout my number from airtel ,for that when ever I m sending Sms as Port [protected] to 1900 Re 1 is everytime deducted from my balance but the reply was “your request could not be processed. please try after sometime” in this way I have lost more than Rs100.00, when I dialed from another airtel mobile and complained all about the above said matter they told me that your request will be solved soon ,but atlast I found there is no action and having no response from airtel since last 15days now I m here to complain,Hence its my request to you that please enquiry the matter and solve the case as soon as possible and help me to port out from this cheater telecom airtel,if here also my complain will not be solved then I will 100% sure break this sim and through this sim in dustbin and in my family 15 members are also using airtel I will port out their mobile also to other network and I hav the power in my hand and I can do it and advise all my friends not to use airtel connections,hence kindly help me to port out from airtel.

                  Airtel/ mobile service — airtel not sending UPC code

                    That I have been embarrassed to apply for Internet broadband connection on the 26th Feb.2011,whereby initial part payment of Rs. 500/- were collected by your executive vide receipt no. 1584006 dt. 26th of Feb.2011 ,assuring that the connection would be installed by 28th Feb.2011 but did not happen till date- which is clear cut violation of the norms agreed upon.
                    Hence you as a principal are liable to be held responsible for it besides your franchise,M/s Gem Marketing P Ltd, Sanjay Place Agra.
                    Though, it was sought to be brought to your knowledge but failed to have a talk due to faultly tel. no./not getting the number.
                    That the notice were sent to your franchise vide speed post on March 9,2011 but they did not care to respond inspite of receiving it.
                    Even, the personnel of your vijaynagar office were told all about it oiver the mobile, but they too did not care to it.


                    That acting on the misreprestation , I am entitled not only to recover the loss actually sustained but also any profit which I would have gained. Which in the present scenario is Rs.2000/- in addition to Rs.500, paid to your executive.
                    That you are requested to remit the amount to me at the earliest but not later than 15 days from the date otherwise the matter would be taken to the court.

                          I bought a airtel plug and surf modem...it costed me 3500/- and was promised a lot of things like speed of 256kbps...wherein i only used to get the speed of 15kbps....when tried to return the modem and get a refund by reaching to manager level people...no one listened...looking at the fact that companies in INDIA seriously can loot common people...i gave up and stopped using the modem within 10 days of purchase...and still received a bill of somewhat around 1300/-...i still have the modem and feel...which reminds me that i will never ever use AIRTEL ever in my life....plz advise is there anyway i can get refund...

                                16-Feb-2011.
                                because i have been transfered to the banglore location from 16-Feb-2011.i am not statying in Hyderabad
                                why are you sending the bill from 16-Feb-2011 after the deactivation of the connection.

                                I have the request for the cancellation Form that i got at the time of
                                returning the instrument on 16-Feb-2011 and receipt of payment on 12-Feb-2011.As a proof of Deactivation.

                                I will not pay any bills after coming deactivation(16-Feb-2011)

                                please stop the sending bill otherwise i need to take appropriate legal steps of sending unwanted and illegal bill after deactivation from Airtel as a harrashment.

                                Airtel — Bill after de-activation of connection

                                Dear Sir,

                                I was a customer of Airtel broadband.
                                I had an airtel broadband connection with the airtel no[protected].
                                I had paid all my dues in the month of July, 2009 and then called Airtel Customer care to de-activate my broad band connection(ref requesd id: 243352 dtd 4th July, 2009). Since then I am not using the airtel broadband service but my bill for the consecutive months are being generated by Airtel.
                                Sevaral times I talked with airtel customer care executive regarding this issue and they told me that I need not to pay anything. I have following request ids with me[protected].
                                But from last 4 months people from airtel are mentally harrassing me by asking about due amount whereas I don't have any due amount to pay.

                                Please let me know the legal steps and advice from the Indian Consumer Forum so that I can defend myself from the unwanted harrassments by the Airtel Broadband customer representatives.

                                Airtel Broadband — Billing even after Deactivation

                                I availed Airtel Broand band services last year till 5-Aug -2010

                                I have asked for disconnection on 4- Aug-2010 and I have cleared the unbilled amount, They even collected the equipment and gave me the receipt of the same

                                Problem :

                                I am still receiving bills for the Number stated above and when contacted the customer care, they are giving meaningless explanations.How can Airtel generate bill for a deactivated Number.

                                My Earnest request you to solve this issue and need an explanation form the service provider.
                                This is totally lethargic on part of airtel. So far i have mailed several times to [protected]@airtel.in and [protected]@airtel.in. They have opened 2 tickets 38826796 and 38766180 thats it. Till now i havent received any communication regarding solution of this non sense issue.

                                  AIRTEL (All India Racket & Troop of Ectoparasitic Looters) looted my Rs.480/-on 27.3.2011 from main balance of [protected] in regard to which series of complaints lodged. In response to my 6th reminder one telephone came today on 30.4.2011 at 1717 hrs from the no.[protected] claiming itself a person from corporate office,offered me a charity of Rs100/-in lieu of my genuine Rs.480/-. Initially this offer was of Rs.50/-. In this pattern this charity offer may reach the target of Rs.480/- after 70 th reminder. I wonder how I have been with these people since more than five years ? Despite perennial reqests they are not providing the address of their PIO. Any body reading these lines pl suggest how to move to judiciary against this fraud?

                                  Airtel — wrong deduction of Rs.480/-

                                  Wrong deduction of more than Rs.480/- from the main balance of [protected] on 27.3.2011
                                  Dear Sir/Madam,
                                  (1) There is a saying that “History repeats itself”. But it had not become a history at all when airtel had kindly refunded me my Rs.500/-. Even then the same phenomena was repeated today on 27.3.2011 and Rs.480/- appr was deducted from my main balance towards checking e-mails as done in case of earlier deduction of Rs.500/- on 28.2.2011(refunded on 15.3.2011).
                                  (2) Today on 27.3.2011 while I started checking my e-mails my internet balance was 70 MB appr and main balance was more than Rs.480/- in respect of my no.[protected] . Suddenly the net was disconnected and my internet balance reduced to ZERO as well as my main balance to 18 paise
                                  (3) Then I recharged 50 MB to my another no.[protected] through *222# and writing these lines for perusal of airtel people through this platform.
                                  (4) What is happening with my account time and again? Are they playing deduction-deduction?
                                  May I hope that immediately my deducted amount Rs.480/- and internet balance 70MB be refunded?

                                  In response to my e mail the airtel refused to refund through some Mr D.Karthik to whom I requested again for reconsideration through the mail mentioned below:
                                  Dear Mr.Karthik D,
                                  1) It was not your money which has been looted and that is why such an unethical, rude and improper reply you have sent to me. I am not aware of your status, competency in the esteemed organisation airtel but at least minimum understanding is expected.
                                  2) Mr Karthik, for your kind information it is stated that I had subscribed 2 GB internet for one month (using same thing since 5 years) valid till 10.4.2011.When my internet balance was 70 MB then I started checking my mails and in between the episode happened. If I suppose that in viewing few mails 70 MB was consumed then why not I was disconnected from the net as was done after making a loot of Rs.480/- from my main balance. I had never subscribed for “use & pay” GPRS rather it was a 1 month contract for using 2 GB.
                                  3) Running internet through mobile is the very first beauty of airtel. Time & again you go on saying to remove mobile office setting. I have not set it; rather you people had sent it to my mobile. I have already removed other connection settings. Now this is to request that whenever I subscribe to 2 GB it works with so called mobile office very smoothly up to three fourth of the internet balance but the moment it enters into last quarter of the internet balance it attacks on the main balance. Why not it is running right now? Because internet balance is zero. Then why not it was disconnected at the moment when my internet balance became zero. Instead your system attacked my main balance.
                                  4) Pl notice one thing that todays all correspondences (more than morning session) have been done in Rs.5/- only even then 41.3 MB are left, out of 50 MB subscribed today through *222# in respect of my no [protected] then why there was a loot in respect of the no.[protected]?
                                  5) I hope that you will reconsider my request and favour the justice.
                                  6) Moreover, if you are not competent enough, then please forward my request to competent authority and also let me know up to how many days / months / years I will have to beseech for the refund of my genuine Rs.480/-
                                  7) If possible, please forward me the name and address of the PIO.

                                  Dear Mr.Rakesh,
                                  Resolution is ex-parte. NOT AT ALL acceptable. Pl provide me the name, add of the Appellate Authority/Public Information officer of your organisation. Moreover for the sake of my gratification pl allow me to lodge 480 requests before you people with a hope that some time you will feel that when there was sufficient balance in the account then instead of renewing the month contract of 2GB why the system attacked the main balance? Else it cd have been disconnected.But nothing was done which was profitable to customer rather profit of airtel was looked upon.
                                  This is as per my counting 3rd request. Soon I shall be knocking and beseeching with my 4th request.
                                  Have a nice day which I dont have due to the mental agony given by airtel

                                  (i) Try to be honest and refund me my genuine claim of Rs.480/-
                                  (ii) If my said no. is non contactable then how I have been getting disturbing & unnecessary phone calls (viz y/day on 5.5.2011 at 1700 hrs from the no.[protected] by some Mr.Deepak) repeating only recorded lines that the deduction was correct.
                                  (iii)Think on the fact that when I am fully confident that the usage made on 27.3.2011 was only for checking 3-4 mails and at the same time if your record is also true then only possibility is there of tampering which have emerged in my mind by noticing the fact after 27th March I have recharged 2GB 02 TWO times and no irregularity was observed till 0.3MB balance was lying in my account.This may also be due to the fact that you people knew that a particular customer(murgha) is counting his internet balance daily & tampering was now not possible OR due to the fact that poor main balance did not attract you people.

                                    airtel dont play marketing games: introducing 3g net doesnot mean you would reduce the speed of gprs.............

                                    the airtel gprs was giving speed of 30 kbps..... but now when 3g is introduced to promote 3g net the company is deliberately reduced speed to 4kbps

                                    DONT PLAY MARKETING GAMES WIT THE CUSTOMERS..........CUSTOMER ARE NOT BLIND...

                                    no the issue has not resolve yet...i m still unable to open even a basic page such as google quickly... the speed still is below 20 kps its only 2-3 kbps which is too low...for mobile office
                                    on top of this the 198 is not taking the complain nor do they are provide the complain number... that is doing the window dressing...

                                      Dear Person Responsible for Ensuring Services of Airtel in the UP East
                                      =====================================================

                                      I would like to provide you with an entertaining piece of news. Owing to the supposedly lazy Airtel people at the offices of Airtel UP East, there is a serious amount of network congestion in the Hostel and surrounding areas in IIT Kanpur.

                                      What is interesting is that since the MNP has come into picture, people are now switching over to other mobile service providers. It is good, isn't it, the lazy people at the Airtel office will have to work less and there would be no pressure on them.

                                      I am very happy to mention that people at IIT-Kanpur are now switching over to other services as well. Maybe after some days I will also do the same.

                                        i am rushabh shastri from ahmedabad say that i have pending my airtel co.'s sim card. his bill amount is rs.3000/-. five day ago co. call my home and say that where is rushabh shastri my mom say that he go to himachal pradesh for co. work.then airtel co. side girl say my mom that you are liyer your son is difolter he did not pay his bill.then co side girl call me and say that you are chiter & frod but i say that i am pay this bill on 17/5/2011. but she did not hear me and say many tuf lesh word to me and my mom.she's mo no is [protected].& [protected]. i am reqvest to you that you take some action for this girl side..........

                                        i am ruchit turakhia from ahmedabad saying that i have pending my airtel co.'s sim card. and his bill amount is rs.3500/-. today... call my home and one of mine friend saying that where is ruchit turakhia.. my friend said that he has gone to mumbai for some work.then airtel co. side girl said to mine friend that you are liyer your son is chitter he did not pay his bill.then co side girl call me and said that you are chiter & frod but i said that i have already paid the bill. but she did not hear me and said many bad words to me and my mom.Her mobile no is [protected].& [protected]. i am reqvest to you that you take some action for this girl side...

                                        i am kumar sheth and vishnubhai patel using airtel billing card [protected]/[protected]/[protected] etc.. in cug plan other was paid instated pf [protected] remaining amt was 4318 due bad condition bill was unpaid, from collection agency some1 called girl name preeti shah was abusing in ph and harrshing to my family and friends making fool using very bad words i want to complain against her and collection agency for doing this task with me and my family member. i need their mailing address after that only bill gonna paid . i have did police complain i have each and every recording with me whatever she spoke with me and my family.
