First of all I urge people not to opt an airtel for your dth and just don't take even if given for free as part of some promotional offer and later you may repent for the service.don't rely on this company for dth at all based on other vertical services provided by airtel

I am a customer of airtel digital tv for the past 18 months. But the service provided by airtel digital tv team is pathetic.

The service gets stopped very frequently
(every alternate day)by showing error message SM2 and all channel gets blocked. Once service is blocked you need to run after customer care and call them repeatedly for hours and hours then they may listen to your problem and will provide a...
