DEBIT WITH OUT ACTIVATION

Dear sir,
I talk to Mr. Vijay on 03.05.2011 at 12 O Clock and he refund the Rs. 30 and all the services deactivated on our mobile no . [protected].

but after one hour my balance deducted of rs. 15.00 & 3.00

What is this.

Please check it & refund the same in our account.

Please do the needful.

Dear Sir/mam;

I am your customer for the last 5 years. Yesterday (24 March) AIRTEL deducted Rs.10 for browsing on the net but due to some reasons the net was not getting accessed still they deducted the money from my account.This frustrates me as it was not my fault that the net was not getting accesed. Kindly look into the matter as quickly as possible and see if you can refund the deducted balance

    Hi... I am Pradeep from Avadi... Its been more than a month that I requested for a Airtel Broadband connection. I have also paid the initial Rs.899 that they requested for, but still waiting for the connection. I have spent almost more than Rs.200 calling my sales rep and the other people he has referred to. Each and everyone would say some reason and after a couple of days, would direct me to a different person. Why do they take applications if they are not able to provide connections. I had a very good impression about Airtel but lost it now. I change my mobile number that I had been using for past 6 years with Vodafone to airtel thinking that I would get good service.

    My Application number is 1176748. My address is no: 39B, Nethaji street, Nandavana mettur, Avadi, chennai - 600071. My Mobile number is [protected]. Can someone call me and fix this issue for me ASAP.... I cannot always share internet connection with others

    i have aplied for a broad band conection 15 days ago till now no body gives the answer is this is air tel nobody replyed till as i have already paid the initioal amount by cheque so can i get any answer that if in begining you make fools to customer how service you give tham nobody bother to give a suitable answer as who fill the form that executiv not pickup the phone very bad exp to get a conection from airtel.my no is[protected].

      My Land-line Telephone with Broadband internet connection (service provider: AIRTEL) is not working since long (Dead). I have tried to lodge complain through[protected] thrice but on each occasion line is getting disconnected automatically. It is really disgusting and is not expected from a service provider like Airtel. Pl get the complaint rectified at the earliest.

      my landline and internet both are not working from last 10 days. I have complained in airtel customer care for the same on 9th Aug., 2010 but my complaint was not attended. After that i am regularly complaining but still my complaint is pending. this is realy very shamefull for such a big company. I want the action must be taken within a day.

        I want to bring this issue in your notice that Airtel is very bad service provider in Indian market.
        I have a prepaid airtel number and i was working in office and my mobile was on the desk on still mode(Doing nothing).After few minutes,i started getting messages from AL Hello Tunes that "Thank you for choosing HelloTunes.You have been charged Rs 30 for 30 days.To stop this service call [protected]"

        and got the second msg also that "you have been charged Rs. 15.Your Hello Tune has been changed to Humko Tumse Pyar Hai.To search your favourite sog sms to 578785."

        Its a trick to charge customer for any Value Added Services...I have a sympathy with Airtel that they are doing such crap with the customers.I have a better idea for Airtel that they should stand outside Mandir with a katora in hand.What a pathetic service provider that they didn't even ask for customer's approval for such services.

        what a disgusting service provider airtel is? Total 45 Rs has been deducted fro my balance.After that i call Airtel customer care and the person on other side aarguing with me that i had subscribe the service and when i asked him to transfer the line to manager then he disconnected the line.For the sake of chillad(few money),airtel doing such disgusting thing...

        Biggest mistake that i have Airtel Service.......

        A very bad service provider as well as customer care also. Now i am very much frustrated and irritated from the Airtel service.
        Request you to kindly look into this matter and take strict action agaist this service provider.

        The same thing happened with me yesterday. I was charged 45 for Hello tunes, even though I never subscribed to it. I angrily called the customer service and they refunded my money.

        For english literate people it is easy to understand what happened and they can call CS dept. The real misery is with the people who cannot read english and thus never realize why their balance goes down by Rs.30 every month without talking. My maid servant pays Rs90 per month because he was automatically subscribed to cricket scores and caller tunes !!

          Airtel- I am user of Airtel network services. My no. is [protected]. My problem is that I can’t keep balance in my account because of their deductions. Whenever I recharge my no. they activate services daily n cut money from my balance. My balance always remains NIL. I have to use my cell only for incoming calls. I am afraid that if I keep balance they again cut all the money. I have complained so many times but they says that they can’t do help for me. I am not only there are so many users who also facing this type of problems but no one have the courage to come in front.
          I request you please take necessary step against above service provider. and refund me my money.

Now my problem is that they call me so many time to activate their services like unlimited music, caller tune and all, but every time I say no. On 27th april,11 they send me an sms ” Unlimited minutes free!           I m not satisfy with u. When there is a balance in my account I m facing same problem. Plz take a permanent action. Tomorrow I called 121(customer care). Ur representative call me for hold. I waited about 16 minutes but no one attend call again and finally I have to cut the call and they charge 3 rs for it. My services automatically activated. Amount is deducted from my balance. I request u do not give me stress next time. I have registered for DND on 27th april. my registration no. is S[protected]. U asked me for 7 days but right now I m receiving ur service call n msg. I request u that plz don't allow me next time for complain against u.

              Hi All

              I thought the customer service center in Kodambakkam is one of the worst but latter found that its not just one location but the concept of customer service itself is not there with the private cellular service providers. All of the private service providers are computerised,a good thing, but they dont seem to understand the need of automation.

              Recently I had lost my mobile and wanted to get a duplicate sim card and went to the Kodambakkam Airtel Customer Service center run by a francise. That day there was power cut for the entire day (9 to 5) and hence when I went there they informed me that they cannot help. When I asked them what is the next nearest center it was T.Nagar, but that was also without power and the next one was Anna Nagar, but they don't know if there is Power in Anna Nagar.

              If the entire operation for a customer service center is Computerised, then how is it that the customer service center is functioning without a UPS backup for the computers/connectivity. When I raised this issue with the customer service center, they said they dont have any minimum requirement like having a UPS backup for being a service center.

              Then I talked to the customer service for checking if Anna Nagar center is with power backup they said they dont have such data. When I asked to talk to the Manager he also was not able to help and forwarded me to the Nodal officer who only said I need to go and see if anna nagar has power or go to Kodambakkam when they have Power and can take a feedback for further use (without commitment to inform me of action taken on this).

              I think TRAI has to put in some basic regulation on customer service like
              - number of center per area and per customer base - so that people get access to customer service
              - minimum ablity to work across Power outrage

              A typical customer service example.
              1) When I had told you what is the issue - Poor customer service at Kodambakkam center and stating that you dont have even simple Power backup for the computer when you claim only 100% online working how do you expect better customer service.
              2) You asked me to give all contact details - phone number, address, etc but not your contact number and gave only generic email id to respond to
              3) When I had not yet sent you the details within two days, you assumed that the issue is closed.

              I would prefer you post all questions you have on this forum and I can respond to that as I don't want to wase my time on telephone with you after 10 time calling your center and nodal office on this issue when unresponed/indifferent reply, so if you have any questions that you want to understand beyond what I had given in the issue let me know in this forum.

                Airtel Landline services SUCK!! The custmer care simply disconnects the phone whiel you are discussing your problems with them...the customer (s)care insists that the problem reported by us is not correct and whatever we may say, they just mention that there is or was a problem with the handset installed on the fixed line!!

                Amazing Airtel....Airtel has just lost it completely and they are not willing to provide any call details even if you view the bills online. They just ant you to pay up blindly whatever they ask for!

                My phone was disconnected for a period of 10 days without any reason and now they are denying that this was ever the problem with the phone.

                Airtel is a FRAUD and they are simply cheaing the innocent users...We had written to the nodal officer and they neither answered the calls nor did they responded to the emails. Please be careful with Airtel, look out for other options around before signing up the services with them.

                Airtel Landline — Poor Service

                I have been using airtel landline since 1 year, i have subscribed for only landline plan, but they have added broadband scheme into it for which i have been paying the broadband rent every month

                i have lodged many complaints in customer care but they never listen to customer's complaint, they think that customer have enough time to call on customer care for their complanits but they never listen to them. they are only to extract money from the customer and fulfill their pockets with their heavy scheme.

                i am resident of faridabad where no tata indicom and mtnl service provider is present. We have also applied for BSNL services but they are worse than airtel, so i don't have other option except airtel but they are so dumb that they dont bother of customer complaints

                Your call centers are untrained and do not understand the problems notified to them and they keep insisting that whatever they are mentioning on the system is what the best way to describe the issue!! And of course, if the customer tries to reason out, they are smart enough to disconnect the call...anyways, I look forward to speaking with you soon.

                Dear Mr. Rakesh,

                I hope you remember me and would be able to recall our discussions a year back on the poor services by Airtel!

                Just to site another example, I hd lodged a complaint with your call center on 13th March 2012 at 22:59, ticket #: [protected], which was to be attended on the 14th March 2012 by 10:30m.

                I called again as a follow up to this complaint and I was informed by yoru agent Vijay Bhargava that your engineer Rakesh had attended the complaint on the 14th March 2012 at 09:16am and he had met my wife...just to inform you, my wife is a working women and leaves the house by 8:00am every morning and I leave fo work around 09:30am or so...Rakesh had closed the ticket on his own and your call center agent refused to pass the call to the supervisor as I wanted to escalate the matter!

                Needless to say, I strongly believe that Airtel services are absolutely useless and good for nothing! If this is the treatment metted to an ex-employee (I havd worked with Airtel for 4 years approx). then, don;t know what would be happening to all those innocent people who have been duped by your sales team to sign up for the services and pay a good amount each month to Airtel.

                Letr me knwo what you would like to say in defending this incident, I would be waiting to hear the story.

                  My Airtel Digital TV customer ID is [protected].

                  I would like to bring to your attention my complaints made to Airtel Digital TV for relocating my Digital TV.

                  I moved to new house from area - pin code (560068) to pin code (560017). After moving , I called customer care to do my re-installation at my new address and updated my address to new one. I did this on Mar-22-2011. But , I got an SMS that problem is resolved though I was not contacted by any engineeer and problem was not resolved.
                  I kept calling customer care explaining the same problem again and again and problem is still not attended (May-2-2011). Sometimes , I get an engineer number as contact via SMS but the engineer usually says he is not responsible for area (560017).

                  I have called customer care atleast 50 times now, spoken to their seniors but all in vain no reaction from their end. I think Airtel folks are not sure who is responsible for Area-560017. This is shocking as 560017 is HAL/Old Aiport Road area and one of the most populated areas.

                  Secondly they keep on deducting my digital account balance every day & keep on irritating me by sending me sms stating that my digital TV account will be expired. I have lost Rs-350 so far .

                  Worst part is customer care executives disconnect my call mostly telling me they are connecting me to their seniors or they are putting me on hold while checking the details. Also, customer care executives cant speak proper language or mostly can't understand the problem. Also, every time , I call the customer care , it takes average 4-5 minutes to reach the executive.

                  I am providing the details of few correspondence with the Airtel Digital TV

                  AIRTEL DIGITAL TV — INSTALLATION NOT DONE EVEN AFTER 45 DAYS PAST REQUEST

                  This complaint is regard to the reinstallation of our Airtel digital TV- I had called up and register for reinstallation of the same on the 1st of July 2010 and they told me the same would be done with in 3 working days after i recharge the account with 300Rs and the same had been done but its more than 45days and they haven't turned up to reinstall it while are very prompt in deducting the daily rental charges even though we aren't using it.

                  we called up and reported on 15th July 2010 why it is not installed even after recharge and what they say is they don't have technician to install the same and it would be done by 20th July 2010 but they haven't found time to install it till date. If a company can't service its clients the why give out new subscription when its pathetic at servicing end.The distance between the old and new residence is less than 100mts and such a bad experience when we are ready to spend money to have the same shifted.

                  I am getting tortured by the landlady of my old house, she is calling up every alternate day and asking when would the same be removed from the terrace and the wire lining inside the house.

                  I would like to file a complaint with minimum 50000Rs compensation for all the agony, frustration and irratition we are still undergoing because of the same.

                  This is regarding some fake consumer forums existing in the internet. There are huge number of consumer forums blacklisted by cyber crime department. These are not authorized forums by any government across globe. Also they cant do anything regarding your complaints and cant solve your any problems related to any service.

                  Then you might have one question that if it is true then why these forums are created what benefit they are getting from this???

                  Now a days internet marketing of the products is booming. Search engines such as Google, Yahoo are masters in the internet advertisements.For placing the advertisement in website, website owner get paid by the related companies. This business is growing day by day and the turnover of the same is in multi billion dollars. To get advertisement from the ad agencies page ranking and the popularity of the website is the very important parameter, and these parameters are dependent on number of visitors and users of the website.

                  To make the website a" money making machine" huge number o[censored]nauthorized and fake discussion forums have been created across the world, and as complaints and discussions about product and service is the very close issues of day to day life of human being, these forums are taking advantage of this fact.

                  In these forums people can post anything about anybody and about any company. Most funny thing is that you will find some fake complaints about some company and the ad of the same company will be displayed in the same forum. These so called forum administrators have no control on the posting. They display the malicious and defamatory contents without verification from the companies about the issue. Not all companies's management have time to put the comments below the queries and many of these companies's management is not even aware that somebody is putting malicious contents about their companies in these forums.

                  End of the day because of these forums many companies's business is indirectly getting affected and most of them are small and medium scale businesses.These forums are spreading negativeness about the service providing companies by doing their dis advertisement and allowing unverified defamatory contents to be displayed.

                  Coming to the point, the conclusion of the story is consumer is posting the complaints in the such a forums in which administrator of the forum himself doesn't have any control regarding the contents ( means if you put defamatory contents about that forum itself it will accept). Consumer having problems regarding the service of any company should approach company management first and should give the application regarding the problem solving. If that also doesn't worked out consumer can approach Government consumer court or file an FIR in police station.

                  In 98.7% of the cases about the complaints against the service it is observed that problem gets resolved immediately after reaching company management. And for other complicated or fraud related cases, government of every country has its own consumer court in every city and district.

                  Friends, No machine in this world is 100% efficient, it implies to every human being, every service and every organization. But it doesn't means that you should defame that person, service provider or an organization. It will indirectly affect the business of the company and in turns every person including the consumer get affected by it. Our constitution has given right to everybody regarding speech but this doesn't means that you start taking revenge by destroying image and goodwill of the company which is the port built by efforts and hard work of honest people.

                  Yes, you have right to talk and spread awareness about the fraud people and organisations but only after verification and getting perfect legal proofs against it.Don't start blaming anybody or any company just because one wrong, defamatory and baseless comment came in some unauthorized forum.

                  Approaching right person, right organisation is the only way of solving the problem, Please Please don't support the illegal forums to spread their illegal business.

                  Very soon we are posting the list of all blacklisted forums by cyber crime department

                    Hello,

                    I am having problem in porting my number from BSNL to Airtel. On 22nd April'11 i went to Airtel Relationship Office, Near Axis bank, Rohtak and submitted my port pin number(BH334987) and all the documents they said me to submit and also given Rs. 50 for that as they asked me to pay. Now this is 1st May'11 and my number not yet been ported into Airtel. I made phone call to Airtel office two or three times and once they pick my call and now they not picking my call and whenever i am visited to Airtel office they told me they submitted and forwarded my document further. But still my number not been ported then i tried to check my port status by calling [protected] Airtel customer care they saying we didn't get any port request from your side kindly visit Airtel office where you submitted document but i already made 7 visit their and not get any concrete solution. Is any body their who can give me feedback and when my number will port.

                    MNP rejected due to contractual obligatiion violation clear it and inform to bsnl my no is an individula no so that no contractual obligation is found.

                    Problem is same here on 21st may'11 i again went to Airtel Relationship Office and given request to port number from bsnl to Airtel. but till today problem not been resolved and i already submitted my document's the port code that i submitted that time was BH326288. And today on 2nd June'11 i again went and submitted request any my new port number is BH583844 and submitted my document again in office but while generating request they said Airtel send reply is your number is already in process. so tell how much time it will take to port my number into Airtel.                     I'm currently have VODAFONE as my operator and wished to port in AIRTEL.

                    I had submitted documents and received a SIM for the same from AIRTEL relationship centre, but its been over 12 days but the porting has not taken place yet.

                    On talking to VODAFONE customer care i came to know that AIRTEL has not requested for port out of my number from VODAFONE.

My number was ported on 14/08/17 and it was working properly but then on 16/08/17 it wasn't showing signnal and my number was said to be invalid. And when I called in the customer care they said that the porting request is still pending. I want to know that if the request was pending then how come was number got activated for two consecutive days. I'm really unsatisfied by the replies I am receiving from the customer care. Earlier also i was being charged for unsubscribed additional services. I went to airtel office to stop such services but inspite of that airtel charged me for airtel radio,airtel fun challenge and today iam being charged for Rs99 for downloading value pack that i have not done.Despite of me not subscribing any of the above mentioned services,i have been charged for them. Iam fed up with your services. You are requested to REIMBURSE ALL OVERCHARGED AMOUNT TO ME failing which i will be constrained to move to consumer court.

                      AirTel — CHARGING for unsolicited services.

                      My Airtel postpaid number is [protected]. Few days back I got an email in which one has to enter his mobile number and confirmation code and one can win lots of prizes.
                      No other information (like charges) were shown. When I entered the number I got message from[protected] Its AIRTEL number) telling me that Rs. 20 has been deducted for subscribing the text based service. I am receiving the message every week and deducting Rs.20 every time . I don't have Airtel live service on my cell and I don't want to use it. I did not know about these services and charges.
                      I am quite appalled to know such kind of malicious practice from Airtel to make money
                      Thanks for your acknowledgement. You are once again requested to reimburse the money charged from my account for the unsolicited services like airtel radio, fun challenge and the latest being for downloadung value pack that i have not done. An early action is requested.

                        Sir,

                        This is Yogesh Nigal, and i have been using airtel since 2006. It was a prepaid number, but recently i converted it to postpaid and was using GPRS on it. But since 22nd April 11 i was not able to connect any site on my mobile so on 23rd i called up customer care and specified my problem, and as they told i did changed my settings but there no progress so i registered a complaint (Complaint Number :[protected] on 23rd evening at 5 PM and i was told that within 10 days my problem was resolved. But after seeing there is no action being taken on my complaint i called up again to airtel customer care on 30th April 11 at 10 AM. I had a talk with the concerned officer and she said i have again register a complaint and she will talk with the GPRS technical team and call back within 4 Hrs but did get any call from airtel... my complaint number registered on 30th April 11 is 37174025.

                        Airtel is giving very poor service to its customer...
                        Am planning to change the service provider as i dont want any head aches of keeping on calling customer care and keep registering complaints...
                        There is no use of registering complaints in airtel as no actions are taken on it..
                        Today is 9th day since i have registered my first complaint but till now no action......
                        I think i will have to pay airtel Rs 98 for not using GPRS...

                        Today morning an appointment was fixed to solve my problem at 10 Am. I was going to get a call from ur technical people to solve my problem but till evening no call.                                 Well, I had been having this mobile number [protected] since the last 7 years. But Airtel has started my prepaid balance theft. It has happened like when I recharge a get a balance say Rs 30/- overnight that reduces to 0 and by next day it touches negative figures. This has happened 3 times by which I have lost around Rs 300. A complaint was lodged at the Airtel customer care where assurances were given that it was a mistake and that they will get that corrected. But the same continued even thereafter.

                                It seems that Airtel is now a front organization for organized theft business.

                                Particularly, since now that I have moved to a different place (due to work) and the number has been used by my parents, who are not that aware of these tricks that were played felt cheated after the same happened repeatedly. It was only then I came to know of it.

                                To me it is not the money but the harassment that my parents had to suffer. I seriously feel like moving to the consumer forum with the issue and would use my corporate links too (if required)
                                Sorry Airtel. This has not been resolved. The balance still appears in negative. Please return any balance that was deducted without any notice.
                                One time airtel deducted my balance for using GPRS. I called Customer care and get back that money successfully. Otherwise no issue from airtel.

                                  i will advice all my friends circle to stop using Airtel and port out their number from airtel to another operator as this cheater company airtel is always cheating its customer and taking money fraudly
                                  what the hell r u talking airtel not at all taking any steps to solve my problem pls solve it or else i will file a case of frauds against ur telecom bcs i hav the proof now that ur not serving me properly and deducting money always for the sms that is not benefitted to us
                                  I am trying to call Airtel customer care from last 25 days and not able to connect to the customer care because the call from my mobiles to customer care was fully ignored by airtel, I have sent many mails to the Airtel customer id's, event to the nodal office id's but there is no response inspite of continous follow-up. This is very frustrating as neither I am able to contact them nor they are making any contact and I am facing lot of issues. Also to add nobody is picking the phone in the nodal office of Airtel.
                                  Dear sir I m Jitendra kumar singh using airtel connections for a long time and after being frustrated from the worst service by airtel when i tried to port out my mobile number to bsnl now airtel is not sending me porting code instead for that particular sms everytime Re1 is deducted from my balance, like this i m always sending sms in format PORT [protected] to 1900 but the same error evrytime rs deducted and in reply ur request could not be processed pls try later after taht when ever I am trying to call Airtel customer care from my mobile [protected] since last 25 days not able to connect to the customer care neither 121 nor 198(Toll Free) because the call from my mobiles to customer care was fully ignored by airtel, I have sent many mails to the Airtel customer id's, event to the nodal office id's but there is no response inspite of continous follow-up. This is very frustrating as neither I am able to contact them nor they are making any contact and I am facing lot of issues. Also to add nobody is picking the phone in the nodal office of Airtel. I m using my self more than 3 connections of airtel Numbers are [protected], [protected], [protected], and from all mobiles calls to customer care is going except from only [protected] the calls are not going to customer care, and after this type of service i hav decided to finish the remaining balance and port out from airtel to bsnl.Hence I request you to please look into the matter and solve it as soon as possible for which i shall remain ever grateful to u .

                                    Harassment met at the hands of Airtel Executive ,Franchise and Airtel in principal for not installing the Airtel Broadband connection inspite of collecting initial amount of Rs. 500/


                                    Dear Sir/Madam,
                                    That I have been embarrassed to apply for Internet broadband connection on the 26th Feb.2011,whereby initial part payment of Rs. 500/- were collected by your executive vide receipt no. 1584006 dt. 26th of Feb.2011 ,assuring that the connection would be installed by 28th Feb.2011 but did not happen till date- which is clear cut violation of the norms agreed upon.
                                    Hence you as a principal are liable to be held responsible for it besides your franchise,M/s Gem Marketing P Ltd, Sanjay Place Agra.
                                    Though, it was sought to be brought to your knowledge but failed to have a talk due to faultly tel. no./not getting the number.
                                    That the notice were sent to your franchise vide speed post on March 9,2011 but they did not care to respond inspite of receiving it.
                                    Even, the personnel of your vijaynagar office were told all about it oiver the mobile, but they too did not care to it.


                                    That acting on the misreprestation , I am entitled not only to recover the loss actually sustained but also any profit which I would have gained. Which in the present scenario is Rs.2000/- in addition to Rs.500, paid to your executive.
                                    That you are requested to remit the amount to me at the earliest but not later than 15 days from the date otherwise the matter would be taken to the court.
                                    That the notice is being sent to you on this day, May 1,2011.

                                        I am Rakesh Chaudhari, We have two Air tel prepaid mobile connections at home. The probelm is poor signal and frequently disconected the calls.
                                        I called customer care couple of time also visited the Airtel showroom they also informed that to call cutomer care and they will look in to the matter inspite of 3 to 4 calling to cutomer care still we are facing the same problems.
