I (Ratanlal Gupta) am using airtel prepaid no. [protected] , on 8-Apr-2011 by morning I recharged my phone by Rs. 50. But my account was deducted. and when i complain on customer care they say Rs.50 recharge is special recharge You get 100 local/Std call for 15 days that is valid only in mumbai circal but i am in U.P So how i can use this scheme. please carried forward this balance to main balance so i can use.br...

I am using Airtel card from long time but from last few days, every day I am getting SMS stating that,
"Thanks for using WCVideo pack subscription service from Airtel. You have been charged Rs 3. Get latest games at http://gclub.in/ea".

So please revert me the amount (Rs 3) and stop sending similar messages in the future.

the package given by the airtel dish tv comprises of 14 telugu channels including news channels as against 16 channels of tamil. It indicates that more tamilians are living in andhra pradesh than in tamilnadu. It is a shame to the company by providing such paackage. that is the reason why mossst of thepeople are preferring local Cable TV channels due to their large number of telugu channels despite poor technical know how. Hi ! My airtel num being [protected].. I am using this just for broadband with unlimited plan.. when I went to make the payment I see 1826 intead of 899.. when asked they say its because of the voice calls.. I mean I dont have the telephone instrument at all for this num, and I dont understand how calls are being made from my num... Have spoken to customer care regarding this.. They said they would get back.. but all in vain! worst service...

I got a Samsung Airtel Normal Activation Kit free with it then
i got a call from airtel in November 2010 saying that this is your Customer ID ..which is [protected] and asking address where to install the Dish TV.
then after a long time when no one showed up at that address ..i called up airtel...

Pl deactivate Cricket pack at my Airtel Prepaid No: [protected] which I never subscribed. I have tried unsubscribed thru SMS/Customer care/other means but it is still not de-ativated. I have given my complaints serveral times but no result.....already 50rs. have been deducted from my account and its really frustrating......

On dialing the said 1900 number we get a prompt that we are going to receive our upc code in six hours time. I have called nearly 20 times and i have not got any call regarding my upc code!!

i haven been using airtel for many years but want to switch to BSNL in order to get blackberry services. I have already taken the matter with consumer court here in kashmir and i am planning to further inform the media...

I (Ajit Pratap) am using airtel prepaid no. [protected] for last 2 years, on 6-Apr-2011 by evening I recharged my phone by Rs. 100. But next day my account was diducted for caller tune charges while i have not applied for any one. and when i complain on customer care the disconnect the phone. they Dicduct Rs. 45 for that without any pre information.

Complaint : MISMATCHING OF DOCUMENTS AND OWNER BY AIRTEL OFFICE.

I was using mobile no. [protected] from last 3 years. 3 years ago, I had purchased prepaid airtel sim card of mobile no.[protected] on my name. At that time documents were mismatched by airtel office. Now that sim card was damaged but i hav that sim card no. H-[protected]. So I want to purchase on my name but airtel office was not giving me services for...

Getting calls from number[protected],[protected] but when I received the call it was cut from other end. Because of this time is wasted we are distrubed. My mobile service provider is Airtel. On one hand they are providing service & other end they are harassing us. Please stop this or will have to lodge complaint against concerned or stop using Airtel. One should feel ashamed by doing this type of act....

I am using an airtel number from past 6 months. Last month some executive form airtel called me and asked if i am interested in 3G services. I clearly told him that i am not interested in it and told him not to activate the 3G services. But after some 3 days, 3G services was activated on my number.
After some days i recieved monthly bill in which they has put Rs. 1500 as internet usage charges where as i have not...

My telephone number is[protected].For past 3 months My Airtel broadband is not working due to non-payment...

Again I have faced the same pathetic experience with Airtel Digital TV, this time for HD Plus channel Top-Ups, I have just added the HD-Plus Top-up from my airtel digital TV login, once I activated I am just checking in my TV only one channel is coming out of 3 channels.
I have just checked with customer care, (that guy not able to speak in English, he is telling honestly he knows only Hindi and Marathi, see what an excellent customer...

On 31st March I sent a SMS to 1900 requesting for Porting of my services from Airtel to Vodafone.

i want to make sever complain against Mr.Charanpreet customer care executive representing on behalf of your prestigious company.He could not satisfy our queries nd further put us on hold many times also talked to us arrogantly. I have applied for new Broad Band Connection from Airtel on March 28, 2011. Acknowledgement No is CEF NO CH 1150758. A person from Airtel Marketing named "Balaji D (mobile: [protected])" have reached my home and collected Rs 1099 for a connection. He told that the connection will be start available in with in 2 days.

After 2 Days only they given some cables but not connected with broad band...
