Harassment met at the hands of Airtel Executive ,Franchise and Airtel in principal for not installing the Airtel Broadband connection inspite of collecting initial amount of Rs. 500/
Dear Sir/Madam,
That I have been embarrassed to apply for Internet broadband connection on the 26th Feb.2011,whereby initial part payment of Rs. 500/- were collected by your executive vide receipt no. 1584006 dt. 26th of Feb.2011 ,assuring that the connection would be installed by 28th Feb.2011 but did not happen till date- which is clear cut violation of the norms agreed upon.
Hence you as a principal are liable to be held responsible for it besides your franchise,M/s Gem Marketing P Ltd, Sanjay Place Agra.
Though, it was sought to be brought to your knowledge but failed to have a talk due to faultly tel. no./not getting the number.
That the notice were sent to your franchise vide speed post on March 9,2011 but they did not care to respond inspite of receiving it.
Even, the personnel of your vijaynagar office were told all about it oiver the mobile, but they too did not care to it.
That acting on the misreprestation , I am entitled not only to recover the loss actually sustained but also any profit which I would have gained. Which in the present scenario is Rs.2000/- in addition to Rs.500, paid to your executive.
That you are requested to remit the amount to me at the earliest but not later than 15 days from the date otherwise the matter would be taken to the court.
That the notice is being sent to you on this day, May 1,2011.

Airtel Landline — Poor Service
I have been using airtel landline since 1 year, i have subscribed for only landline plan, but they have added broadband scheme into it for which i have been paying the broadband rent every monthi have lodged many complaints in customer care but they never listen to customer's complaint, they think that customer have enough time to call on customer care for their complanits but they never listen to them. they are only to extract money from the customer and fulfill their pockets with their heavy scheme.
i am resident of faridabad where no tata indicom and mtnl service provider is present. We have also applied for BSNL services but they are worse than airtel, so i don't have other option except airtel but they are so dumb that they dont bother of customer complaints
