Hi,
it all started with a simple request to unlock my iphone 3gs. But today, after 15 days of continuous chasing and calling , i am leaving india with unlocked iphone and a heavy heart.
but now i know many ways and execuses of how not to unlock and iphone!!!
some people here needs standing ovation.
people at customer care : everyone knows a different way to unlock an iphone ( awesome )
Floor Managers:
Pavitra: you never got back to me, even after a huge promise.
2nd floor manager ( i dont remember the name ): you invented a new execuse of emails not working.
Balakrishnan : being a floor manager, its your duty to call back if the call gets disconnected in between. write it somewhere.
Nodal officers:
Renjit or Regin: you were not supposed to go home today unless you get the iphone unlocked, remember. and you told you will call me back at 11 o clock, which one !!
Appellate Officers:
You guys are hopeless, you didnt even replied to my mail. keep it up and keep sleeping.
One person here needs special mention :
Ushakiranmai Maddela : pop ups just dont appears out of no where !!! remember.. your was the most funniest answers of all...
Net @ airtel.in : you never got back to me..............
So all of you .. celebrate your success.... you guys are the gems of airtel. and its a huge team work... shame on u all

Hi,
it is very surprising that nobody in airtel actually knows how to unlock an
iphone. this really shamefull.
i am now regretting buying it from airtel.
repeated calls and mail have not even made any difference. every other person
has their own way o[censored]nlocking the iphone. one of the floor manager almost made
me reset my iphone to factory settings. worst kind of service in its own.
i really dont know what to do nxt or where to go.. consumer forum is the only
option that i have now.
