Dear Airtel Service Provider,

My outgiong call has been barred without informing,the next day i submiitted the documents in Airtel Customer Center near Rajkumar road bangalore.
But due to their improper submission of Document to main nodal office, till now my outgoing is unbarred.
I called customer care,almost some 20 people talked to me for two days and every one said it can be done within 48hrs.
Then...

partha a airtel digital tv installer ,mobile no. [protected].. is purely a thief ...he will came and move the antena direction and will come and repair the antena by charging 300 rs.. he will collect some recharge amount like 500 rs and recharge 200rs and tell u its company policy ..money will go slowly in ur account...i dont know why airtel agartala is entertaining such rough and dada type people...we are planing to file a court case against...

i am vishal allure and regular user of airtel postpaid my no is [protected] and i am geeting allways over bill which is more then my using amount so kindly do the needfull and oblidge...

I'VE USED YOUR PORTAL FOR THE PAYMENT OF MY ARITEL MOBILE BILL OF Rs. 600.
WHEN FIRST PAYMENT WAS NOT CONFIRMED BY YOUR SYSTEM, I'VE MADE ANOTHER ONE . THUS Rs. 1200 DEDUCTED FROM MY A/C.
BUT THE PAID AMOUNT WAS ONLY Rs 600 AGAINST MY MOBILE BILL . THE DETAILS OF PAYMENT ARE AS FOLLOWS:

I am sending this mail again as the issue is unresolved so far (30/3/11) by the
mumbai appellate, so i am also requesting other Appellates to please intervene in
resolving the issue.


The problem is connected to my Airtel no [protected] having a bill of 13433
/-for feb.
(my normal bills are around 400/-)
(Also i am not in a position to afford it )

I had submitted two complaints about BIKINIRICH ALERTS...
I have been recieving messages "YOU HAVE BEEN RENEWED FOR BIKINIRICH ALERTS FROM AIRTEL AT RS.3 ".I recieve this message every day..I have never subscribed for any such alerts from airtel.
Each time i recieve this alert,I gets charged RS.3/RS.1 ..When there is a balace above Rs.3,I get charged Rs.3 and when I have a lower balance,I gets charger Re.1 each time...

On 15/03/2011 a caller tune was set to my connection automatically without my consent.
It was known to me when I received a message regarding balance deduction.
I called to customer care and registered a complaint
Then he told me that he is going to forward the call to his senior.
But no one picked the call and was automatically disconnected.
I tried again calling customer care but...

Dear Sir,

I would like to bring to your notice, I have booked Airtel DTH connection on 28th March 2011 @ 4 PM and paid the money through Credit Card.


Transaction ID Number is : 14255031.

But till date no engineer or ececutive call me for installation. And I am extremaly disappointed to say that the customer care service has been pathetic. There is hardly any concern from call center people....

Iam the pre pid customer of Airtel mobile service. I was subjected to deduction of Rs.5.00 everyday without my knowledge for the purpose of renewed charges to http://gclub.in.ea service for latest games for which iam not subscribed. if it so may be out of mistake or ignorance.
Now I request you to not to renew the service here after and not deduct the money from my pre paid card.

i have been using the airtel prepaid connection for past 3 years. but now an amount of nearly rs.200 is deducted in the past 15 days. i have contacted the customer person but no action is being taken till now....

i ordered a broadband connection and was promised connection in 3 days,i provided all necessary documnts , but the airtel officer kept mis guiding me for 29 days…finaly said cant provide a connection..so i forwarded a complaint against him to his manager…As a result of which , my prepaid sim card of airtel was blocked,i was told to resubmit my documnts, still, sim card has been bloacked for last 15 days,even the nodal office refused...
