Hello,

My airtel Landline number is 45511769 I've been using airtel Broadband for quite sometime and one month i did not pay my bill so my outgoing and incoming was cut a Representative from airtel called me and asked me to pay my bill and they will activate it, I paid my full bill of RS 4500/- and they never activated my number and every time i try calling them either they don pick up or even if they pick up once in a while they give me someone else's number and they do they same, and after sometime i logged in a complaint too the customer care and they told me that they will not be able activate it because of some kind of technical issue ( they told me the switch in my area is full) they asked me to contact after 2 months and i did contact them after two months they and they told me the same its been 9 months now and they are still saying the same but i see that even now people in my area are getting new connection and when i call them and ask for a new connection they are ready to help, I Dont understand what's happening why is it so hard to activate an account and i wonder how the technical issue is resolved when i opt for a new connection.I need My connection back at the earliest.

    I am writing this mail with utmost dissatisfaction after experiencing the
    poorest service provided by Airtel DTH service at Guwahati. Here is my
    painful experience:

    My customer ID is [protected] and I have shifted my quarter within the campus on 17/4/2011.

    On 18th morning, I made a call to [protected] (got this no. after calling
    [protected] and informed them about my quarter shifting and request them
    to relocate my Airtel DTH connection at my new quarter. They told me that
    it will be done by 18th evening. But no one turned up that day.

    On 19th morning, I again called [protected] and asked about the time of
    engineer's visit. They told that it will be done by 19th evening. But no
    one turned up that day too.

    On 20th morning, I called tolled free customer care[protected] and
    informed them about my relocation request and accordingly I got request
    no. 7161360 as "Relocation request". In the 20th afternoon, the engineers
    visited my place and did the relocation of Dish and STB. After relocation,
    engineers told me that there was some problem with the STB as it was not
    getting any signal and it need to be changed. I told them to install the
    other STB which they had with them . They told me that they could not give
    the new STB to existing customer. They told me that it will take 2-3 days
    to replace the STB. They charged Rs. 200 from me as relocation fees and
    told me to pay another Rs. 100/- when STB would be changed.

    On 21st, I got a call from Airtel DTH about the relocation status and told them about the STB problem.
    They gave me a new request no. 7217297 "Video Problem" at 6.40pm.

    On 23rd evening, the engineer visited again and replaced my original STB
    with an old STB. I paid Rs. 100/- to them as told earlier. They told me
    that I have to wait a few hours as it would take time to activate the
    account with the swapped STB. I waited till night, but no activation done
    as I was getting error code: 14 on my TV.

    On 24th morning at 8.30AM, called the customer care[protected] to know
    about the activation status of the STB and got a new request id 7306568
    for 'Video Problem". At 10.30AM, I got a SMS saying that "service request
    7217297 an for 'Video Problem' has been resolved, i[censored]nresolved please
    call [protected]". Another SMS at 10.58AM that "service request 7306568 an
    for 'Video Problem' has been resolved". But till that time my STB was not
    activated. I was shocked to see that how they could close the request nos.
    without solving the problem. I tried to call [protected] (obtain from SMS)
    and found that the number does not exists.

    Then I called [protected] regarding the problem. They told me that they
    will activate the STB now and told me to keep the STB on. While I was
    trying to ON the STB, it was not getting ON and was going to standby mode
    with 'red' light. I informed them about this problem and they told me that
    it will be solved by 24th evening.

    I again called the customer care[protected] and intimate them about the
    problem of local service provider and they gave me a new request id
    7312470 for "STB issues" at 12.50PM and told me that it would be done by
    evening.

    In the 24th evening, the engineer again visited my residence and inspected
    the faulty STB and could not rectify the problem. Since he did not brought
    any spare STB with him, so he told me to wait for next day. Again I got a
    SMS at 4.40PM that "Service request 7312470 for 'STB issues' has been
    resolved", that too without solving the problem. I do not know how the
    service request got resolved without customer consent.

    On 25th morning, again I called[protected] and described the whole
    problem. Again got a new request id 7328895 for "STB issuses" and told
    that it would be solved by afternoon 1.00 PM. Accordingly, the engineers
    visited at 12.30PM and replaced the faulty STB with another one they had
    brought. But after 2 min, this STB too stop working. They told me that
    they will bring another one by evening. I again insisted them to give a
    new one that they had, but no results. But, no one turned up.

    But surprisingly got an SMS at 7.58PM that "Service request 7328895 for
    'STB issues' has been resolved, i[censored]nresolved please call [protected]".

    I do not know who is cheating whom by this kind of service and SMS. But in
    all case, we genuine customers are the sufferers. Besides these, my DTH
    account balance is also being debited day by day from last Monday.

            I have a prepaid connection.The telephone no is [protected].ON march 6th 2011 got recharge for Rs 1111/-.
            On 31st March the balance was Rs 1016/-.After that the balance was Rs 0.20.On April 11th 2011 I lodged the complaint with airtel customer care and I was told that they will look into the matter and money will be refunded.On 16th April 2011 again got recharged for Rs 555/-.Within 1 hour the balance left was Rs 300/-.Today on 25th April the money left is Rs 127/- There has been no outgoing call from this number.
            My request reference no. is CBDCC[protected].
            Have been calling airtel but no positive response.
            I thought airtel was very professional but found otherwise.My money is unsafe with this service provider.It is better to change.
            I will be grateful if my matter is expedited urgently.

My first complaint was lodged on April 11, 2011 .The reference request no was CBDCC[protected].Other request references were dated 14th April 2011---CBDCC [protected]at 10.30 AM; CBDCC [protected] at 10.33 AM.
            Till date no action has been taken.Request to take action on urgent bases.Thanks

            I lodged my first complaint on 11th April2011 .And till now no action has been taken. I am unable to use this number.My money being deducted without making any calls is really strange.Many poeple have contacted me and enquired the details but there has been no result.I would like to know the status of my request.               I am one of the Airtel service user. My complain is that Airtel has subscribed me for cricket pack which I have never subscribed and they are deducting Rs. 5 everyday. Continuously this amount is deducted from 3 days.

              I have tried to contact airtel customer care, but the call is not getting connected to customer care executive. Even if it is connecting they are disconnecting the call after few seconds.

              Without any permission from user or any intimation to user company can not subscribe to any such pack and can't deduct balance. I need my balance back and hope that the same will not happen in future.

                Sir,
                I am feeling very sorry to inform that the service from airtel customer care Jharkhand is pathetic. People does not know how to talk. I was using airtel service at Karnataka for 5 long year. now i am staying at Bokaro Steel City, Jharkhand. I was willing to continue the service but for any assistance from customer care i feel to throw my phone. Recently i gave a call from my ex number [protected] to Jharkhand customer care for assistance regarding GPRS service, the person i was got connected to is Mr. Ajay and Mr. Suresh. If really the phone conversation was recorded then my request is to check it and take a good decission to make an effort to improve the service. please keep some good criteria to select people for the service. Otherwise airtel will never become a good service in this part of the India. As a Indian it was my responsibility to inform about this, therefore i have done that, now its up to you to take necessary steps regarding this. Unless you try nobody can help. I dont know whether any one from higher authority check any of these 25568 mails/ complaint posted on internet.

                  I have taken a Black Berry Plan- 399 on Airtel Prepaid. The plan states Unlimited BBM and Unlimited Data.
                  When ever I on the data service even after the plan being active my balance get reduced on its own. I went to the Airtel galary they asked me to switch to 2g on my handset so I did as mention still my balance get cut for nothing. I called the customer care and they had no clue of it. The customer care rep asked me to speak to Black Berry Customer care. When i spoke to the Black berry Customer care with is 7070 they say its a billing issue so please speak to billing department. No one is resolving my issue. I am totally fed up with airtel. All the customer service rep just keep tossing me around with out any discussion.

                  Hi My name is Conrad Lobo number-[protected]. Airtel is not bother about their customers, only trying to be the largest subscriber in India.
                  Even after repeated complains there is no action taken. Every Nodal officer I spoke too only Lied to me. Starting with Kanikia Bhatia. Next Shilpi Goel. Kanikia said she would refund Rs-299/- but she only replaced Rs-199/- after that I spoke to Shilpi who on 29 april assured me that she would repay the Rs100/- and do the needful by 30 April 2011which did not happen.
                  Today on 2nd May 2011 I get as SMS stating a refund of Rs150/- but it does not reflect in my balance.

                  And the high of everything is that after Speaking to Shilpi Goel on 29 April. I clearly mention that I do not want any reduction in My balance because it was time for the Rs-399/- unlimited Black berry and data plan. I even mention that if Bharti Airtel Ltd deducts any amount regard the Plan. I would want a refund of Rs-1399/- as compensation for the harassment faced by me. She assured that the balance would not be reduced if I did not switch on the Data service.
                  Bharti Airtel Ltd is a full fraud company who not only is double charging me. Cheating people in broad day light like petty thieves.
                  I also received a Call from the Delhi Corporate office on 30th april, who assured me that he would call Me on Monday morning of 2/5/2011. He mention that he would resolve my quieres. Now its already 3:15pm and I have not received any call.

                  So it is very clear that it was all a lie.

                  I am just wasting my call calling the Nodal officer and the customer care with no results absolute.

                  I would like to speak to your legal team as I want to take it ahead .

                  Can you please specify/let me know what issue has been resolved and when was it resolved.

                  How do I get conformation about the resolution. Or is the above mail a conformation.

                  Next what about all the deductions every time I had faced in the past using the data service after activating the Rs-399/- plan on prepaid (Unlimited BBM and Data). When would I get a rebate for the same. (Want the Date to know when I will get the Rebate)

                  Once I get answers for the above questions, when should I start using the BBM and Data on my Black berry phone.

                  As per your earlier conversation dated 3rd May where you have mention that My issue of Balance reducing by itself has been resolved.

                  I totally disagree with it because as I tried to use the data service on 11th may I again got 2 reducing of Rs 3.10 and Rs 8.30 in just 5 minutes that I switch on my data service.

                  SO CAN YOU PLEASE SPECIFY WHAT ISSUE HAVE YOU RESOLVED FORM YOUR END.
                  Please don't promise Customers that you have resolved their issue when the issue is not been resolved as yet.

                    i am existing customer of airtel digital tv i have problem in dth on july-10 they send the engineer(Dinesh)to my place engineer also charge rs.200 for visit but he did not fix the dth antina he promise to come after one or two days to fix the problem but he is not come. i register the complaint to the customer care but no one give any response after lots of calls. on 21.04.2011 i am facing the problem again i register the complaint again the executive said your we will resolve the complaint before 22.04.2011 5 pm but nobody come i call to customer care again 23.04.11 6 pm the executive again said we will resolve the complaint before 24.04.2011 2.30 pm but nobody come,i call again to senior department the also promise to resolve that before 24 but i am still waiting plz take some strict action

                    airtel dth services — not working from last 1 week

                    I have the problem of no power in my Airtel Digital TV Set Top Box.

                    On Saturday, June 18, 2011 I lodge a complaint (Complaint Number – 9197325). And from then I lodge 6-7 more complaints, with no resolution yet. Every time, I got SMS saying the complaint has been resolved. But no service engineer came to my place or I did not get any call from them. Each SMS contain a phone number saying, “For any query or if query unresolved call this number”. These numbers either does not exist or switched off. Below are such numbers –

                    I contact UP nodal office, talked with some Krishna, then i talked with Sidhdhartha Hadave . who says supervisor of CC (both yesterday), they are not even did anything.

                    AIRTEL DIGITAL TV — No resolution of complaint after 1 week

                    I would like to know how I can sue Airtel for the mental harassment and very poor response to the complaints .

                    I have a multiple TV connection with Airtel ,( 2 tvs) and since last 1 month I faced problem of no voice in the TV , after followup of 3 weeks both the HD STB's were replaced on 17th august and thus started my problems, the engineer who replaced told me that the services would start in next 2 hours , however since then it is been one week but the services have not started on my TV's.
                    Everytime I called in last week ,i was asked to give the same information like the STB no and the Card no and was always told that the resolution will be done in next 2 hours ..

                    I have spoken to atleast 30 different customer care executives, supervisors and A very unprofessional nodal officer and his team in chandigarh ( Mr Mohinder Thakur , yash and Sallaudin )
                    the worst point is that every time the conversation was for atleast 30 minutes and each time I was told that problem was different, examples given
                    A. The STB's were changed after warranty of 1 year but as my complaint was old I wont be charged but they need approval from HUB officer.
                    B. The cards in STB's were not suppossed to be changed but were changed by mistake by the engineer..

                    each time they put me on hold for 20 -30 minutes and them come back to me that it will be resolved in 2 hours .. why put me on hold for a long time if you have to tell me the same thing.

                    the worst reply came from one executive , that they cannot resolve the problem becoause I am calling them every 5 hours and they are forced to launch a new complaint and the resolution time gets extended .. so there is no accountability ..

                    As now I am very sure that Airtel customer care team is the worst example o[censored]nprofessional behaviour and they will be never be able to resoulve this issue as the yhave not done yet after 1 wee kwith talking to 30 executives ..

                      Airtel Digital TV HD — Loot for offering world cup in HD

                      Airtel Digital is charging Rs150 for 50 days of worldcup to offer just one HD channel ESPN HD. where as Tata sky is changing just Rs 50/mth to offer 5 HD channels.

                      I am moving to Tata SKY or will go back to my old Dish TV. Dish is planning to add 30 HD channels by 1/3/11 and tata sky is showing multi angel interactive sport channels.

                      Airtel sucks...just one HD (NG) for last 10 months..no news of adding new HDs, I heard they lack transponders...shocking!!!.cheaters/ money suckers.
                      This issue is not resolved... You cant go away saying it is company policy.. I want ot know who is regulatory authority for this and want to forward my complaint to them... You cant charge such absurd amount

                      Airtel Digital TV HD — No Installation or Revert even after 14 days of making the payment!

                      My customer ID is [protected], I had asked for a REFUND of the INR 3130 amount which I unfortunately paid to your incompetent company for a DIGITAL TV HD Connection. The SMS I got from a number listed as “DTH” was “Dear Customer, thank you for contacting us. Your Service Request Reference No. is 6684771 for “Refund Related-Others” For any further assistance please contact at [protected].”

                      However when I called the number mentioned above the person told me he is not responsible for this and I should contact the Customer Care number at 12148. I contacted them yet again and I was told to write an email to you. Hence, NOW KINDLY SEND ME MY REFUND IMMEDIATELY since I am REALLY FED UP with your services and just want my money back! Payment for the Connection was made on March 30th.

                      8170978 was another number mentioned to me for my reference if the same is of any use to you.14301833 was the transaction ID.

                      USELESS COMPANY AND USELESS SERVICE..... REALLY AIRTEL SHOULD WIND UP ITS OPERATIONS IN THE COUNTRY!
                      You are still working on my complaint?... How difficult is it to return my money?...Do you not understand english or do you just choose to be a corrupt company led by corrupt and inefficient people like yourself?

                        The cheats did the same to me a couple of days back. it is a big fraud peeperated by these mobile companies. they fraudulently subscribe u to some vas services and deduct ur balance. it is a sly way of inxeeasing falling arus on prepaid.

                          I Have applied for Airtel DTH relocation service as i wa moving from Mumbai to Bangalore.

                          10th April 2011 : Called the Airtel DTH customer support in Mumbai and requested them to Uninstall my DTH and Install it in my New address at Bnagalore. requested to do the uninstallation before 15th as my Movers will move the good on 15th. ( Sevice request ID : 6803059 ). 18th April was fixed as the reinstallation date in bangalore.

                          11th - 13th : No calls from Airtel DTH on uninstallation so, i called them and asked for appointment to un install the Dish, the customer service agent assured that it will be done before 15th, so that i can carry the dish with me to Banaglore and get it re installed in Bangalore.

                          15th April 2011 : No uodates from Airtel, I got the dish un installed with t he help of the packers & Movers as i have ship the Dish to bangalore

                          18th April 2011 : Called the Airtel DTH customer support in banaglore and asked for confirmation on re installation time. The support executive mentioned that i have to log a seperate service request for this and she can send some one the next day to get it re installed. I agreed and the new SR created ( SR Number : 7088793). appointment was fixed for 20th evening 4-5 PM.

                          20th April 2011 : No one showed up at my residence to re install the dish , so i had to wait at the home cancelling all my plans of going out for dinner, another sad day becaues of Airtel's ir responsible behaviour.
                          Called the Airtel DTH support again and mentioned that no body called or visited my house to do the re installation. The suport lady escalated my called to the Escalation Department ( The worst bunch of the DTH team ). A guys identified him self as the supervisor has put meon hold for more than 20 mins and confirmed that the re installation will be done the next day ( 21st between 9 - 10 am).

                          21st April 2011 : Waited at home till 10:30 am and no body showed up for re installtion, called Airtel DTH support team and a support executive has apologies sever time for the in convenience caused and assured that the service engineer will call me in 10 mins. No calls till evening !!!! called the support again and got escalted to the escalation department, here comes the best escalation manager of airtel DTH, she asked me to be on hold and not to disconnect and vanished for 40 min, i was on hold for 40 Mins...yes 40 Mins, i guess that will be the higest of the hold time in any call center. i called the customer support from my mobile and asked the support guy on what should i do with the call on Hold, showld i continue, he as usual apologized and asked me to disconnect that call and mention that he will take care of the issue. He said that appointment for the reinstallation was schedule for 24th 4:30 pm. One more schedule, and lot of apologies......

                          24th April 2011 : No calls or SMS from the service engineer to come and re install, so i called the support again and asked for the details, an arogant support guy said i have to wait till 4:30 and the engineer will show up ( miraculously ) i asked to put me through any senior guy so that i can talk and get assurance...on hold for sometime and got disconnected...fantastic....waited at home till 4:30 pm nobody showed up and i have called the support team again, a very polite gentleman from teh support aplogised several time for thein convenience caused and promised he wil take personal care and get this resolved and promised that there will be call from the service team within 2 hours. 6:30 pm - No calls , so a s usual i have called support and same story of appointment for anothe rdat etc.... as usual i asked for escalation and as usual i was on hold and the call gets disconnected for no reason...

                          So what shoud i do now........ This as caused me lot of stress and time and i'm pushed to the space where i started feeling that Airtel DTH is being run by bunch of incompetent peaople who acnnot even get a dish re installed for their customer.

                          Common issue with Airtel support :

                          Even afterpressing 1 for call in English, we land up with some Hindhi speaking lady / men.

                          You ask them to cmmunicate in English, with no excuse, the call will get disconnected abruptly.

                          Luckily you get through support guys, 50 % of them dont know what is happening with the case.

                          After explaining them the history, simply aplogy and they ask us to understand the issue ( How logical !!! ) and promise on the issue tp be solved next working day

                          Finally the ultimate Comedy,the ESCALATION department, who puts you on hold for more than 40 mins and still wont respond to you.

                          Top of all , I guess the engineers ( the guy who installs the dish ) in Airtel are in more demand then any Rocket scientist, because you can never have them in your home completing their Job...

                          Is AIRTEL DTH interested to solve my issue and take the relationship forward ????

                          Is there any high priority email adress that i can write my complaints to ???

                            I am a customer of Airtel using Post Paid Mobile No. [protected] since 2006. Earlier I have making Bill payments mostly through Cash at Rantime Electronic, Shop No. 5, Bapu Dham, San Martin Marg, Chanakyapuri, New Delhi-21 or through Cheque dropped at Airtel Drop Box located at Nayar Communication, Nanakpura, South Motibagh Market, New Delhi-21. Since last year the facility of cash payment at Rantime Electronic was withdrawn by Airtel. Since then I have been making payments through cheques through drop box /ipay machines located at Nayar Communication, Nanakpura, South Motibagh, New Delhi. However, this year Cheques dropped through Drop Box and latest paid through i-pay machine have not reached its destination. I wrote to Airtel but was of no use. I am thinking of converting it to Pre-paid or switch over to anfother Company. Is it possible.

                              but so many times Airtel debit my ac balance for so many reasons like songs charges ,coller tunes charges etc. approx amout Rs. 145.00 from 15 days. When ever i contact with Airtel Customer care they reply me you have request for this service so, charge had debited but i never request any type of services & i gurtanteed told us no any service requested from my end if have then they proof it. So, Now i have fedup from Airtel subscriber & i required all debited amount refund in my said mobile no. as per as possible.

                              kindly take necessary actions against my issue immediately otherwise i take further steps against this.

                              I totally agree with Mr. Govind Prasad Gupta. I myself was a loyal customer of Airtel, until they started using these stupid antics. When I complained to the customer care executive that I've not selected any service, they say that I have & yet they can't prove it.
                              I told them that we have to first select the service & then give confirmation, they say that I've done the confirmation as well. It's really hopeless. If you pick up a call from Airtel then they are going to make you pay for a service from Airtel.
                              The best solution to this is to call the customer care service of Airtel & activate Do Not Disturb on your number so that Airtel doesn't get to call you at all.
                              Then they can't charge you for anything

                                I am using Airtel HD DTH and customer number is [protected]

                                New HD channels and Tamil channels are not able to add. I first registered the request on 16th March and got the feed back from customer care that my dish direction needs to be changed.

                                Till now the direction was not changed and I am not able to add the HD(discovery HD and movies now HD) and few Tamil channels ( Captain TV etc)

                                I registered the request more than 20 times and getting erratic feed back from customer care.

                                No one came to my house to change the dish direction.

                                It is very poor response from Airtel DTH customer care, most of the time i am getting blank calls from customer care.

                                No reply to the mail

                                I am in no choice to go for other DTH

                                Airtel HD DTH — Not received after payment done

                                I plan to buy Airtel HD DTH through online, so i registered my name, email id and my mobile number in the Airtel website. Next day i got a call from a guy named Ranjeet sign from Noida saying that he is calling from Airtel. i spoke to this guy, he told me that if i paid today tomorrow i will get the connections. so i decided to go for HD box, He sent me the url link http://offers.connectindia.in/checkout.htm for online payment. Rs 3000 was paid and i got the reference number and he gave his mobile number [protected] for any queries, I waited for three days no body from airtel called me, so i called Ranjeet he is not at all picking up the call, i tried his land line number also no body picking up the call, once he took my call then he disconnected after hearing my voice, i pissed off. i called Airtel customer care lot of times, but no use. finally i lost Rs 3000 because of this Airtel.

                                Airtel HD DTH — HD pack not activated though it's part of the offer

                                Dear Airtel DTH customer support,

                                I have purchased 40 inch Samsung LCD TV. I got an offer of ---
                                Free “HD DTH Connection worth Rs. 2840/- with 3 month Economy/South Pack including 2 month HD Pack”(Consumer to pay Rs. 750/- for activation)

                                Here are my details:

                                Activation and installation date: 30th October 2010.
                                1st Complaint raised: 4307176
                                2nd complaint raised: 4310911

                                According to airtel, you have ONLY ONE HD channel which is NGC HD and that wasn’t enabled.
                                I have raised few complaints on the same and been calling the customer care every day from the day of installation.
                                The first day(30th Oct), customer care executive told that it will get resolved with in a day(31st Oct). But they closed the SR with out resolution on next day (31st Oct).
                                I called again, they said they couldn’t reopen that complaint and raised a new complaint, which they said will get resolved by next day (1st Nov). Then i called 2nd day (1st Nov), they said backend has updated the ticket and the resolution will take one more day. i asked for reason, they said backend didn’t update them with the reason. I called again for 3rd day (2nd Nov), (complaint was closed), the customer care executive couldn’t even understand what the problem is, he simply said that you need pay an additional of Rs100/- to get NGC HD channel. I requested him to check the offer, he said he understood the offer and he gave his version of offer: According to him HD pack means HDMI cable and HD STB. Then i asked if that is so, then what do u mean by 2 month HD pack?
                                With that he disconnected the call.
                                I called again, and one more executive picked up, he said that i am supposed to get NGC HD connection for Free for 2 months and also said that the complaint wasn’t closed and it will be resolved with in one day (that is 3rd Nov). I told him to write down that words in th complaint tracking, so that i need not explain to one more customer care executive tomorrow. He said that i don't need to call again and it will get resolved by tomorrow.

                                Today on 3rd Nov 2010, i called customer care again and enquired about the status. Here again I need to explain the whole problem again, i don’t understand why they have complaint numbering system. They were again saying that you won’t be getting 2 month HD pack; you need to pay for that.
                                When I reiterated that it was mentioned in the offer, and told that it was confirmed by your executive yesterday, they said that they don’t have any such offer with anyone and asked me to speak to the Samsung dealer who offered it. I asked him to escalate the call, he connected me to his higher ups Anamika-floor supervisor, Srinivasraju-process leader who again were saying the same thing.
                                I hope with in 3 months (after which the offer will get elapsed) airtel DTH backend will enable HD PACK for me as promised without any TOPUP.

                                Airtel HD DTH — Fake Airtel DTH Offer

                                On 1-11-10 time 2:52pm that your mobile has won the airtel set top box from airtel DTH, and directed me to visit the website www.airteldigitaldish.com(Now it has been removed) and registered my self, so i did so i registered my name,

                                today again got a sms that your address is confirmed and check the status of your delivery on that link www.dewaligift.org(Still active.put my mobile no. removing 0 and see./but it is showing something different).

                                so i had gone through the Web site n read the whole description in that its was mentioned u had to just pay 440/- rs as Consumer Service Tax n after depositing the money in the given a/c the same deposition slip to be fax on the [protected].

                                i did the same deposited the money into account but wen trying to fax the fax is not working the whole day i tried but no used i am herewith attaching the snapshots of the same letter which i received request you to please provided your proper mail address wherein i can send u the snap shot of the letter. my mail address is [protected]@gmail.com, cell no -[protected]

                                also I am attaching all the snapshots from the starting.

                                I also mailed this problem on '[protected]@airtel.in' for which i got a positive reply and i got a call from customer care to check if the channel is coming properly.
                                Finally i have got what airtel promised (ofcourse with lot of pain).

                                Still i am not getting one channel (which is free) "DD Sapthagiri" which is a telugu channel sponsored by Dooradarshan), its not there in channel list also.

                                When i called customer care, the same harassment is getting repeated. If they dont know the answer they will simply disconnect the call, next time i[censored] call them and ask about the disconnection they will simply say that Network issue. They are not even taking the complaint, they are saying that since this channel is not in the airtel list we cant take the complaint. Please resolve this issue.

                                I got the airtel hd set top box free with bravia.
                                Now since the free period is over, i am unable to add any new channels or use their services to the fullest. I tried everything to make it work.
                                When i tried to get it work via the web a message "‘We are unable to process your request. Please try again later. Regret the inconvenience.’ comes up.
                                I find this to be very inconvenient and request the airtel team to find some solution to my problem soon.

This practice from airtel is been done from 6 to 8 months, we cannot keep an account of single paisa what we recharge. it is their responsibility to safe guard our money.

                                    I never seen such cheating from airtel. Yesterday (23rd Apr 2011) on 8.37pm when I was on online using my mobile network (moblie No:[protected]), suddenly airtel radio service activated massage appears and Rs.20/- is deducated from my account.
                                    Suddenly I surprice that I cannot enter or contact any services how it activate. I tried to contact to customer care using numbers 121 & 198 but they never receive the call. Later I contact (contact number 635) using my demo service sim via (M:[protected]) to airtel representative they said that you yourself activated the service. (answered ticket nos: 75820650, 75821097, 75821246,75822057,[protected] ” How worst saying like this?"
                                    I say if you have to make money please leave your wife, mother & siters to prostitution give to customers to enjoy and earn money. Don't do like this.

                                      my costomer i.d. no-[protected] ka set up box 15 april se faulty hai.costomer request no-7001553,15/04/2011,20/04/2011,cost req no-7187597,20/04/2011,cost req no-7221654,21/04/2011,22/04/2011,cost ref no-7187597,22/04/2011,cost req no-7298034,23/04/2011, uproqt lot of complaint karne ke bad date-22/04/2011 ki sham ko box lagaya aur kaha ki gaurantee men hai 100 rupee visit charge de do.hamne 100 rupaye de diye.aaj hamko bataya gaya hai ki aapka box gaurantee men nahi hai.jabki men 9-10 din se safar kar raha hun.mera box teen bar change ho chuka hai.ek bar mere 500 rupaye ihonne kat liye.kirpaya mery samsya ka sheeghra samadhan karane ka kasht karen.mera box abhi gaurantee men hai.

                                      Airtel Digital T. V — When we on the set up box button sometimes colors of TV gone out

                                      Dear Sir,
                                      I have purchased Digital TV airtel in month JULY 2009 , my ID is [protected] ,
                                      My Problem is when we one the set up box On some times TV Colors gone out .
                                      B/w picture comes that time in TV .

                                      Pl give us soluion for the same .
                                      AIRTEL have such type of problem , It is very embrassing .

                                      Airtel Digital T. V — Misuse of personal details

                                      Dear All,

                                      I, Karun Bansal had taken a digital t.v connection from Airtel on my name around a year ago.

                                      After some time i got to know that there is one more connection in Airtel's record in my name which i never availed.

                                      I am receiving calls from various numbers to recharge that fake connection which actually is not with me.

                                      I have spoken to their call center several times and lodged my complaints for the same but AIRTEL people are harassing me. I receive at least 4 to 5 calls everyday even my number is registered in DND.

                                      I request you to resolve this issue else i have to go into consumer court.

                                      I do not want to take even a single call or sms for that fake connection.

                                      My actual I.D is - [protected]

                                      Fake I.D is - [protected]- even i have recharged this fake connection due to their unwanted calls for recharge the same.

                                      sirf ek din ke liye t.v. open kiya gaya hai. men 24 april ko ratri 1.00 am per jab agra se ghar return aaya to mene t.v. open karke dekha sabhi channel aa rahe the.lekin 2nd day fir close ho gaye.ab error code-14 aa raha hai aur koi bhi channel nahin aa raha hai.

                                      dated 15/04/2011 se abhi tak ek chhoti si samsya ka samadhan nahin ho saka hai.jab in logon se bat karte hai ki agar hamari samsya ka samadhan nahin hota hai to ham consumer court jayenge to inka jawab hota hai ki aap jaiye. isseyah ispasht hota hai ki inhan bilkul bhi kisi ka dar nahin hai. kal mere dwara communication minister ko complaint kiya gaya to call itne aa gaye ki men sunte-2 pareshan ho gaya. lekin abhi tak koi bhi enggineer fault sahi karne nahin aaya. please my problem solved as soon as possible.

                                      mujhe ashcharya ho raha hai ki aapke foram men kai bar complaint karne ke bad bhi solution nahin huya to ab aam aadmi kahan jay.men is matter men 15/04/2011 se safar kar raha hun aapka har jawab possitive aaya per huya kuchh nahin.mere pass do din pahle ek engg ka call aaya ki kal shubah aapka t, v, theek ho jayega aap 350 rs cash de dena hum aapke yah paise aapke account men recharge karwa dege mene kaha tab to de dege lekin abhi tak koi nahi aaya.mery is samsya ka sheeghra samadhan karane ka kasht karen.
