We installed Airtel Tv & that time for 30 Minutes it shows all channels but after restarting, 95% channels were not able to display their picture, no signal and error code(I think Code was 006 or 005). Please rectify the same on an urgent basis.
Now please send us your good reply as we are going to buy more AIRTEL TV for our friends.

    Hello,
    I have been using SMS Rs.24/- pack since past few months.
    But since past 2-3 days.. my messages to a specific Reliance number are not being delivered.
    The customer cars couldnt help in this. However they registered a request # CISMS[protected].
    Please help.. as I'm able to send messages to other numbers. Also the Reliance user can receive texts from other numbers.

      Sir,
      I'm Anup and my mobile number is [protected]. I'm with Airtel for the past 4 years. I had been happy with their service. Its very sad that nowadays they are so poor in their service. There are so many service providers yet they fail to understand how valuable their customers are.
      I always take a booster pack of 225. Today, 27/02/2011 is the expiration date of that package which is as per the balance check and as per the message I recieved from Airtel which is as follows:

      "Your 225 Booster pack expires in 3 days. Please recharge again with Rs 225 and continue to enjoy reduced call rates."

      This message I recieved on Friday, February 25, 2011 9:47AM.

      But right from yesterday I am getting charged for every SMS I sent. Airtel is cheating their customers and least bothered about giving value to the money the customers spend. I had been with Airtel mainly because it is an Indian brand. But I think we the people of India get adjust to everything and anything.
      Customer service for Indians are worst. I called Airtel customer care which was again at the charge of 50ps/3mins and I got no proper reponse fom them. The officials at the customer care dont care how we value our money. They are rude most of the times. I dont understand why they have got a customer care. The people there dont know anything about the packages or the tariffs.
      I called them thrice. First time when I called some guy just took the complaint and messaged me the complaint number which is as follows:

      "Thank you for contacting Airtel. Your request reference number is CBDPA[protected]. Simplify Life! Just Dial *121# to get instant account inform"

      This message I recieved on Sunday, February 27 2011, for which I still did not get any conformation.

      I was completely dissatisfied with that service as I was not assured that something will be done. I called again. The next guy was very rude on the call. He says I will get only only hundred messages/day which was a lie to convince me. According to the plan Airtel gives 18,000 Free Loc / Nat. SMS which is valid for Valid for 90 Days and is nothing specific to one day.
      Even if it is hundred sms per day I shouldn't get charged. I hardly sent 3 or 4 messages and I was getting charged intermittently. But this guy was so adamant to make me believe that I did sent hundred messages even if that was the case I shouldn't be getting charged.

      This is just one of the bad experience I had with Airtel because it was in a very critical situation where I had to depend on the SMS package for I did not have money to make a call.
      This is the limit and I'm gonna move to some other brand.

      It is such a pity that the Indian products are never up to the expectations of the consumers and thus we got to go for foriegn products.

        I have been using Airtel for the past 5 months..Today i have recharged for Rs 52 .But i have recharged after i got the sms only.but when i complained to customer care ,they said presently u cant send sms as TRAI holded the same.Then i asked why you have sent such information,they haven't given any reply.when i asked 52 ruppees back , they said it's not possible..they will send such information they will take money they will not give offer..Its real cheating..Please help me in this regard..

          this is phanendra.,
          i made a call to the customer care and made a complaint and no is[protected]. he told that he'll connect the call to higher person, instead of connecting he disconnected the call twice. this is really unfair.
          and i asked regarding the message offer which i am using, but balance is reducing from main balance, for that he told some that i have recied 100sms/day. but as per rule 700sms/day.
          if its really 100sms/day, when i am messaging, its getting display that Recharge with 88rs and get 700sms/day.
          What the [censored] it is. are u ppl r thinking that customers are fools.
          This is what with Airtel now.

          same problem even i have, i hav put booster and havin validity more than a month i was sendin more than 100 messages per day but m not able to send more than 40 sms perday from today onwards, i called customer care they told they l connect the cal to higher person but they dint they disconnected the call, again i called i was waited for for a long time patiently to reach them they picked an again wantedly they disconnected the call and barred me, i m able to call them now.
          do they think customers are fool an they are clever. i hav lodge a complaint also regarding this but no use. M sorry to tel this m fed up with airtel prepaid connection.

            Dear Consumer Court,

            In recent past I had raised a complaint on Airtel prepaid mobile.

            for changing my tariff plan after recharging with RC27 for the reduced call charges.

            this was resolved by the Airtel Delhi Office one Rep contacted me, she informed about these things, ever since that day a new problem has started. my calls charges are been deducted extra (i.e.) if my call ends @ 10th sec im been charged some times 11paisa or 12paisa. ever since the day this rep had called me since that day my customer care 198 toll free number never gets connected or (BARRED)

            Other problem what I am facing unsolicited sms's from all these [protected]/ 722/ 738/ [protected].... and I am registered for DND services since way long back when I had taken this connection in 2006. now upon checking The server says That the service is not registered. I have tried this one more time today to re-register for the same service. The Airtel DND service would not allow me to re-register as this new service wants me to select these options as follows.
            Options.
            1. Banking/Insurance/Financial / Products/credit cards.
            2. Real Estate.
            3. Education.
            4. Health.
            5. Consumer goods and automobiles.
            6. Communication/Broadcasting/Entertainment/IT.
            7. Tourism and Leisure.

            I would like to know the Meaning of Do Not Disturb Services. they have covered all most many things in these options...

            This is my plea your regards, I would want your department to take a serious action in this regards,

            ever since my last complaint I HAVE GONE THROUGH MANY Issues the above mentioned services.

            I am facing too many problems again and aging by Bharthi Airtel Prepaid Mobile Service.

            Honorable Members,

            last evening I've received a SMS from Airtel @ 18:06 Message center Number[protected]. We Have Changed * copy *9. you have only pressed *. please reply with 9 or call[protected]free) to Make Sri Anjanaya Suprabhatam your Hello Tune. you will be charged Rs30 towards Hello Tune Subscription charges and Rs. 5 For song.)

            The moment I saw the sms I had called the 198 Customer Care & the guy called Prabhakar the agent is only willing to talk in Local language & constantly saying that there are no such charges on your account & nothing is been deducted from your account, by that time from my balance RS 30 were deducted and later said I am transferring your call to my supervisor and kept me on hold for 17 minutes and the call got droped.
            I received a sms by 20:28 in the evening I receive another SMS from (543211 ~ Thank you for choosing HelloTune. You have been Charged Rs30 for 30 days. to stop this service, call[protected]toolfree).Call55234 to avail Festival DhamakaOffers). same time one more SMS from (543211 ~ Your callers will Hear Sri Anjanaya Suprabhatham as your HelloTune. Song Downloaded Charges @Rs15.)

            Since 20:28 Hrs I've been trying to call the 198# as usual they have blocked my number once again. the IVR message disconnects the call even after pressing the option #4.

            Honorable Sir / Madam... I would like to ask you all a simple question Why a MUSLIM person would like to have a (Sri Anjanaya Suprabhatham) as a Hellotune.

            Ever since I've taken this connection I've never opt for a Hello Tune.

            They Have made this as their business of cheating the customers on daily basis. whatever they public in the Ads they repeat they same thing on daily basis.

            please help me out I am fed up with this cheating business of Bharti Airtel.

            Kindly show me a best way of taking an legal action, it's a sheer mental and Financial Harassment on monthly or by monthly basis.

            Kindly take a strong action this time as with my last complaint one person calls & wants me to tell him what I have written on your website later he was suppose to call me back till date I am receiving the call from them.

            This time a total of Rs75 deducted in one evening, I don't know I've stopped the service now by next morning I may end up with another shock.

              sir , i beg to invite your kind attention regarding some callousness shown by distributors and airtel customer supporter . i bough a sim no.[protected] on 20 jan 11. i submitted all relevant document but after one month without any intimation its registraton got failed due to insufficient document,so i again resubmitted the same on 23 feb 11 .The distributor told me that it will activated within 2 days.but after 4 days the status is same.while i call to disrtibutor , he is not picking up my call..i had recharged my no.with one month internet packet but unfortunately i m losing day by day its validity.
              it is very tough to believe that such a huge mobile provider is doing a fraud with customer or making fool.... pls do a positive response and take a action

              my mother has airtell prepaid cellphone no. [protected]. she always tell us that her balance is deducted without any calls.she has bsnl land line. she does not need to make calls from cellphone.we bought her cellphone for safe side in case she is away from home so we can contect her. but last week she found that her phone is not working.showing a massage thatSIM CARD REGISTRATION FAILED.she went to her dealer
              .he told her that youdid not recharged since2month.but she charged it on feb 28.and has balance 117rs.please look into matter .and help me she is old and iam living for away .thanks

              my moblile no [protected] has been used from last two months due to some medical reasons. but after 2 months when i switch on my mobile phone that showing a massage that SIM CARD REGISTRATION FAILED! this number i am using from last 3-4 years due to which i am facing so many problems. i request to bharti airtel please reactivate my number to show that company is consumer friendly .looking for a positive response.

                I'm a prepaid customer of airtel mobile for the past 4 years. And I have activated talkmore 49 plan for my mobile. As per the plan they are supposed to take re1/day.
                But they are detecting some day re1/day and some day re1.50 and more than that.
                If i contact the customer care also they are not responding properly.Kindly help me

                Dear Sir,
                I'm a prepaid customer of Airtel from the year 2006. with regards to my previous complaint of non regular deduction of daily rental for my mobile number [protected] dated feb 27, 2011 i have been provided with a refund amount of Rs 30. I have been using airtel booster pack for the past one year and as per norms of airtel, if we are using booster pack, they should not deduct any daily rental from the customer. Still they had been charging ( this time they got caught by charging 1.80 p. when i called their customer care they said those details we still haven't received yet. may be you are using some services thats why you have been charged)
                When I called and asked they didn't provide a proper response and so i have decided to use mobile number portability and decided to move from airtel to BSNL. i have sent port request on 25th may 2011 (wed) and received a Porting ID AT 919619. After i have decided to port out, i am receiving calls from airtel ([protected]) stating that they are providing offers with reduced charges of calling from A2A at 30p and Airtel other mobiles 50p without any daily rental for 30 days and the offer is valid for 180 days.
                i told them i have already put booster pack of 198 rupees for 3 months, so i won't find any difference in the call rates whether i am using booster pack or not using booster pack.
                And i have also stated that i have bought the BSNL sim, so kindly allow me to change from airtel since i am not satisfied with the services provided by Airtel.
                For that the customer care guys stated that we will refund you the amount for booster you have choosed and if required we ll provide refund amount for the bsnl sim also.
                i was firm in my decision stating that i want to change from airtel so kindly process my request. they said OK fine you can come to airtel after 90 days and kept the call. the call is on 30th may 2011 (tue). in the next half an hour, i got a message from 1901 stating that your port request for mobile number [protected] has been rejected by your service provider due to legal reasons.
                so i got irritated and called their customer care and inquired whats the reason for rejection. they said we wont do such kind of activities, may be you would have provided wrong details of your address. kindly check it again, so it will get port out automatically. when i contacted the bsnl office they stated that documents provided are perfect, airtel only is not allowing to port out.
                in the mean time i am getting calls from airtel number ([protected]) stating that please don't go away from airtel, we will figure out the reasons for your deduction of money and also we will provide you offer of low call rates (as mentioned earlier in this complaint).
                i called the customer care and asked the reason for rejection again on the next day i.e., 31st may 2011.
                the customer care executive stated that yesterday itself you have accepted the offer provided by us, thats the reason for not getting port out. how come after accepting the offer you are contacting the customer care again.
                i got irritated and stated the above details and also mentioned that even after the port rejection message from 1901 came, i am getting calls from airtel number ([protected]) with offers provided by them.
                The customer care executive then said, no you have accepted the offer that is the reason for not getting port out, so still if you want to get port out resend the message again to 1900.
                When i asked for the proof for accepting the offer provided by them, they didn't have an answer. after a long talk with the customer care guy, he transferred the call to his senior executive. the executive also stated that offer has been accepted that is the reason for not getting port out. any way if you provide the documents again in the bsnl office for re processing, you can get ported out without any charges for buying new bsnl sim for this purpose.
                so i have given the documents again for reprocessing and was waiting to get ported out by today (4th june 2011). Message from 1901 again came stating that your request has been rejected by your service provider for legal reasons.
                no response from airtel customer care when i called now. Being the number 1 service provider in the telecom, are they behaving as a dictator in this sector?
                to retain a customer will a service provider go to such an extent?
                Being an educated customer i could expose this to all the people through internet. if the same has been happening to an uneducated customer means?
                consumer complaints forum and TRAI only needs to say an answer for this.

                  Iwish to highlight fraud by airtel gprs through *567# in looting customers by way of auto renewals.
                  I had subscribed to [protected]@Rs 97 wef 16 Jan 11. On 08 Feb 11 I recd sms saying that my gprs will be auto renwed in next 72 hrs based on my available balance and to cancel auto renewal I contact *567#.Since gprs validity was till 15 Feb 11 Ipaid no heed to the msg.
                  However on 11 Feb 11 at 0810 hrs I recd another sms saying that my gprs has been auto renewed @Rs 18 per day for 2 GB.On checking my balance I found that Rs 18 had indeed been deducted from my account balance.I dialled *567# to deactivate but received response "rejected by network" and so I contacted airtel 121 and informed the anamoly and lodged a complaint CBDCC [protected] and I was assured that necessary action will be taken to refund my money. I could not use my phone to contact anybody/my family due to low balance on 11 Feb 11.
                  On 12 Feb 11 I again contacted 121 and enquired regarding my complaint and was informed that action is in hand.I recharged my acountRC 50 at 11:58 and used my phone for surfing and call
                  At about 3:30 PM on 12 Feb 11 while surfing the net I realised that Rs 26 have been deducted from my acount I immediately lodged another complaint with 121 CBDMO[protected] as presumably my gprs valid till 15 Feb 11 was nonfunctional and I was being charged @ airtellive
                  On 13 Feb 11 at 11:08 AM I was again charged Rs 18 for daily 2 GB pack leaving me with no balance and depriving o[censored]se of my phone. Similarly I was charge for surfing net on 13/14Feb through airtel live though my MO gprs was till 15 Feb 11 and again charged Rs 18 on !5 Feb 11 contacting *567# always gave "rejected by network" errorWhy?was my so called 30 day gprs wef 16 Jan 11 to 15 Feb 11 valid only till 10 Feb 11Why auto renew when Start Stop is available for customers to chooseYour 121 has not given me any feedback on my complaints
                  pl refund all charges levied wef 10-15 Feb 11 on imdt basis Also my email to nodal officer J&K has not been ack as yet

                  It is quite an irony---- airtel does not wish to resolve the problem in an open forumWhy???The consumer forum was contacted because your customer care/nodal officer and appallette authorities failed to respond inspite of dozens of emails/verbal requests

                    I Ravindra Singh Thakur from Indore(m.p.) presently working here in Pune
                    since last one month. Sir i had bought a new airtel prepaid connection here in January 2011 for my local use , for that i have submitted my license xerox copy as id proof and after 15 days my sim stop working and indicating the reason of documentation. then i resubmit my documents at the airtel service center near to my office.At that time after 4 days my sim is start working.but aagain from 22feb 2011 the same problem i am facing ,again i have submitted my new documents with photograph the responsible person at airtel office said me to wait for 24hours but it's 48 hours and only outgoing calls i can make from it but for incoming calls they said my sim is not in service.My number is [protected].


                    Sir due to that problem i haven't talk to my family ,my boss and with my friends also.Sir i am new at this city and i am facing such type of problem sir i am maintely really frustrated and due to that problem my boss make different thinking
                    about me.sir please do something about this as early as possible. i am waiting for your responses

                      I have attached below the mail sent to the Customer care regarding their inability to answer the calls regarding customer queries for a premium Blackberry data service.

                      Kind Attn: of Customer Care Manager,

                      My Name is Anoop Menon and I have been an Airtel customer since 12 October 2007. For the first time in these years of being an Airtel customer i have been forced to write to 121 regarding the disappointment of being an Airtel customer.

                      Problem: without any notice, my blackberry service has failed to connect to the internet when I tried browsing using my internet browser and twitter application. I have restarted the system, switched off and turned on the network and still no access to Internet on those two applications. Now i seriously contemplate why am I paying such a premium price for a service that doesn't work always.

                      Now I am forced to believe the advertisements of other mobile operators who mock competitor's uncouthness in making customers wait online while attempting to call customer care executives.To add salt to the injury, as i speak to you my phone is connected to 7070 (shows that i have been connected and waiting for the past 25 minutes) - your customer care number for blackberry data plan customers. As soon as i selected option 2 - technical queries, i was on hold with a song for 17 minutes and then after the 17th minute the song went off and the line went blank. In between at around 10th minute my line was connected to the customer care executive as i heard the ring, and barely within 3 rings I was put back to hold to continue the mockery. Finally after about 7 minutes of silence the background songs back to life and still not connected to the technical department. I am ashamed to be part of such an service provider who makes the customer wait for 30 minutes and who is still unable to sort the issues regarding a premium service that has been subscribed by the customer.

                      At this time i have ended the call at 30 minutes of being put on hold. This is outrightly atrocious.

                      In case you want to put an end to the mockery kindly revert back to me.

This services working good but almost times facing a problem for using inernet sent receive not working and internet is not properly used at all locations. This is reular problem and I am not satisfied with Aitel.

                        I talked Priti Rangalvali today on 26.02.2011, Satuerday between 3 to 4 pm on phone Number 198 using Airtel. I asked my request or compalint number but she has put line on hold and and no responce from Airtel. I am strongly request you to check my call and solve my Mobile office problems ASAP. After two nos. of attems my tries to talk with customer care personal is hang by Airtel.

                          I am an airtel customer who is availing the Rs.26 message booster every month. I recently received a message saying only 100 msgs need to be sent every day and if a person exceeds the limit, the balance gets deducted, and the same seems to be happening to me.Is this the case with every message booster plan or only with the RS.26 message booster plan? Does the limit to send messages per day increase or decrease with the other plans?
                          yes 4 me too tey are charging Re.1 for every message. it is really worst !!! please change back to normal. it s very difficult to us otherwise return our money back. tis is unfair!!! please change otherwise none of them will use airtel hereafter..

                                  I am using Airtel prepay sim. Since last 2 month, certainly, love pack was activated

                                  without my permission or agreement. so everyday they charge me 1 Rs.

                                  I really really don't understand this situation. I tried to fix it up but so far it was not successful.

                                  And my second complaint is,

                                  Through ICICI bank mobile banking and internet banking, I charged my balance.

                                  And from my bank, money sent...and never came back.

                                  Is Airtel is thief?? It is not one time. After sometime, I tried for mobile banking..

                                  I want to sue Airtel with all not charged money(Rs 1,033)

                                  along with love pack service charge(approximate, Rs 60).

                                  I didn't know that does that and never used..

                                    This is Sachin Jadhav (Airtel no: [protected]). I am a software engineer by profession. Here in i am writing a horrible condition i am going through because of my airtel postpaid connection and the third class service given by them. This is my third complaint against airtel on consumer complaints forum. They must be ashamed of the same. The people from airtel reply here saying we will get in touch on pesonal email. There they give you the nodal officer email id. When we lodge complaint there the resoltuion they provide is always in airtels favour saying whatever charges are applied are valid no matter how critical is the problem.

                                    Well, as per my profession i always visit many places for business meetings. This time i was supposed to be in singapore from 9th Feb 2010 to 25th Feb 2010. As an emergency contact number i activated international roaming on my airtel number [protected]. Before doing so on 8th Feb 10 before catching flight i called 121 asking for information. They informed that the rental for roaming is 150Rs and the charges will be deducted as per the selection of the operator. I checke dthe website and maximum it goes for outgoing calls is 85 Rs per minute. I activated roaming. They billed 150Rs as rental.Then when i was in singapore i used phone let's say 8-10 minutes outgoign and similar incoming. ew messages also, but the damn thig is i was not getting details of my usage and how much is my unbilled amount. My billign date is 11th of each month hence on 11th Feb i asked my friend to go and check in gallery what is the bill amount. Below is what the people responded at Airtel gallery Mulund.

                                    His bill amount is 4016 Rs, which was only 700 on 8th February when i left. He might not be getting updates on his phone, but his bill is getting prepared. I didnt understand the meaning of if it's getting prepared then why not updating my unbilled usage? And the most interesting thing is the actual bill amount was about 2500Rs. What is this? What type pf information is being provided?

                                    Well. knowing this hefty bill, i removed airtel sim card from the phone at the evening of 12th Feb 11 i.e. first day of my february billing cycle and asked my friend again to go and deactivate international roaming. They responded that now it is activated and will run for one month.Ok so i decided not to use airtel phone for international calling. Till this time the phone was off and i inserted the sim card when back in India on 25th Feb 11. That means in this billign cycle i dint use the card at all till 25th. Here is what the horrible thing happened.

                                    When back in India i checked the unbilled amount and shocked to see that it is 3235.13 Rs. Damn!! If teh sim card was out pf the phone and i didnt use the phone at all, how come my unbilled usage is so high. So in shock i visted airtel gallery, mulund myself today to confirm the last bill as well as this amount being charged that also without using phone. Here is what happened.

                                    I went to counter 3. The person was giving me all the information again which i alreay have. For 1 hour i sat there but no valuable response? Regarding the previous bill, being a postpaid customer i can check my itemized bill online through airtel account, but i dont see details for any international calling there. The person in gallery gave me some sample details liek for one number i talked for 1.13 seconds outgoing and the harge is 195.20Rs. Now you aply international roaming outgoing call rates for any service airtel provides in Singapore, it doesn't match at all. Maximum it goes is 170. The explaination i got on this is that this due to dollar rate fluctuation. THIS MUCH??? When isaid i already confirmed the charges from website and then activated; the person responded that you might have seen the old charges. How is it possible if the 121 call center agent himself suggests to check the charged on website.

                                    Still i am fine to pay my last month bill considering yes i used the phone in singapore, however I didnt get any damn explnation on how come without using the phone for first 14 days of this months billing cycle, the unbilled usage is 3235.13 Rs. As per the persons suggession, i need to wait till the bill is out for clarification. But if i am not able to resolve the billing problem within due date for payment i have to pay the full bill amount and because of issues i didnt [ay i also need to pay the hefty fine amount. This is like the trap Airtel peple have created for people to get into the billing problems.

                                    The point is being postpaid customer from past many days. I dont get itemized details of international roaming and need to pay blindly whatever they charge. Need to pay 3235.13 Rs without using phone. And if any issues then also i have to make full payment of the bill to avoid being fined. This is getting very frustrating for me now and now i am surely going to sue airtel in Consumer court to explain how the unbilled amount is 3235.13 Rs if the sim card is out of the phone and why am i not getting any usage details?

                                    I want people here to help me out on this issue and support me in this regards. Airtel is totally fooling customers by addin damn hefty hidden charges and their so confusing customer care service. I tell you even after making 10-12 calls and writing 3-4 times to the nodal officer, your problem doesnt get resolved and there is no higher post where we can escalate our problem to. I am getting very much frustrated as i am facing unnecessary lossed of nearly 6k Rs because of airtel. I want every damn explanation on this from higher authorities as nodal oficer dosnt help anymore on any problem or i am surely going to sue you in court now.

                                    Plese revert back.

                                    I am attaching copy of my mail to nodal officer and the reply in airtel favour as usual as i said. I also attached unbilled amount screenshot i taked today. Evn if it is 26th Feb, it shows only till 24th Feb. Last time when i lodged the complaint for network complaint i recieved same reply thrice. Thats how they work. I dont think my unbilled amount till date of this billing cycle must be over 400Rs, as i didnt use the sim card only. I want explanation on how it is 3235.13 Rs as i am unable to pay this amount that too without using the service. I also received sweet later from airtel for activating international roaming, but that doesnt mean anything because of this act of them. SO MUCH FRUSTRATED AFTER INTERACTION WITH AIIRTEL MULUND GALLERY PEOPLE TODAY!!! No issues with previous bill, but atleast clarify this months unbilled usage problem and provide me the details regarding how can it be this much without even using the phone.

                                    This is Shanmhugam.N.M. from Sathyamangalam, Erode District - Tamilnadu, a past holder of Airtel Postpaid Connection Number [protected]. I have disconnected my cell number [protected] for some particular reasons. - So I return a letter pasted by sim handedover from Coimbatore Simtel Office on 25.06.2010. I got a call from customer care regarding the same and they gave me a complaint also. After that i got a received a bill every month. Today i again called up the customer care of Airtel for the same, again i got a complaint. I am not able to understand the situation when i have already gave up my connection and also paid the necessary charges .

                                      Hi,
                                      This is regarding the billing and unfair practices used by Airtel broadband. My plan is for Night unlimited with 5GB limit during the day. The usage is free between 10 PM and 8 AM. I have observed that even if i restart the router 5-10 mins post 10 PM few of the sessions in the bill come around 9:55 PM for which usage billing is applied.

                                      Further at 8 AM the sessions are reset by Airtel to start billable usage but they don't apply the same rule at 10 PM to allow free usage.

                                      This is a ploy used on purpose to increase billable hours and provide unethical and unfair services.

                                      I have paid all your crap extra charges and moved on to BSNL. Never ever will I be an airtel customer in my life. When I wanted to disconnect, you guys chased behind like anything, including waiver of extra charges and stuff. This is how you treat customers who have been with you for more than 1 year. When we try to leave you try to retain but don't care to solve issues when posted to your helpdesk. You can keep the money made via fraudulent tactics. I am better off without any association with phony companies like airtel!

                                        I had the airtel nos.: [protected], [protected] with airtel postpaid service. I applied for change in service under MNP to Airtel Prepaid. Regarding bill settlement, they asked me to submit Rs. 4000 in cash & rest Rs. 2000 they agreed to adjust in security payment paid at the time of availing postpaid connection. Now they called me after shifting my no. to prepaid scheme and asked me to pay another Rs. 3500, which I clearly refused citing exploitation. But they have now barred my incoming & outgoing both, that too on a weekend. What am I supposed to do, with so many important business meetings?
