Charges deducted for 0.facebook.com

I am an Airtel customer. Access to 0.facebook.com is of free of charges, as stated by Airtel, but still they are charging for it. When I have zero balance it keeps on working without any charges being deducted from my balance but when my balance is good enough, I am being charged for it and I end up having a zero balance. I called up at the Customer care, and here are the replies I got with different calls:

activated airtel friend chat without my consent

Respected Sir,
The Airtel Friends Chat has been activated on my mobile no. [protected] without my consent and the Rs. 30/- was automatically deducted from the balance. I neither send any subscription for this services nor got it renewed. It is very unfair on the part of Airtel to activate and renew these sort of services without the consent from the customer. MNP - Port out request rejected

Am from Chennai and I had placed a request to port out from Airtel network on 1st February 2011 under MNP.

On 2nd February 2011, I received a message from my desired service provider stating that Airtel has rejected my port our request for legal reasons.

I called up 121 and 198 at least 5 to 6 times and not even one person knew what these 'Legal Reasons' was.

Mine is a Pre-Paid connection...

no contact after collecting payment and documents

I live in a house in sec 44 b block noida, I wanted a new broadband connection with iptv so i contacted airtel company by phone and a person from airtel visits me after 2 days, after discussing the tariff plans and offers i agreed to make an advance new connection application payment to the person and in return he issued me a companies receipt and said that the connection will be given in 3 days.But many days have paased...

SIM deactivated without any information

My Airtel SIM got deactivated suddenly without any information. When i called the customer care they are telling that i did not responded to their call for address verification. I didn't get any call or SMS in this regard. The respnose from the customer care is that I should go for new number. Since it is prepaid and having RS1000 on it. I have another post paid mobile no with the same name and address. Looks like some wrong doing happening...

I had an airtel broadband till Jan 2007. I paid the bill, and asked to close the account. After that I left the house. After that, till now I have no idea what went wrong.

Now, in Jan 2011, I requested for a connection, and they asked me to pay 20,000 Rs bill. And threatening me to pay it. I had no idea about that usage, and also I have no proof now that I had closed the connection.

I'm in terrible state...
