    Dear Sir my PF No is HR/GGN/10693/029205 i have filled the forms and have mailed it to Mr.Pulin Das Bharti Airtel Ltd Gurgaon on 03/11/2010 .When i contacted to this mail id they told still we have not submitted your form to PF office 3 Months back.But after that no response from any of them .When i check in the PF online status it is coming as Your Claim Not Received by this Office! Pls Do the favour by crediting at the earliest

      Hello,
      I have taken airtel number [protected] around 6 years back and have been using the mobile without any interuption for past 6 years. Around June, 2010 I got SMS from Airtel asking to submit documents as per new government norms.I submitted the documents and got a confirmation SMS from airtel for the same. I went to USA on 13th, July,2010 for around 80 days. My mobile was never switched off in USA also. It was on international roaming and have been receiving SMS everyday in USA also. I got my mobile recharged online on 30th, Sep, 2010 from USA for an amount of Rs.333. I came back to India on 2nd, Oct, 2010. I used my mobile for like 10 days without any problem, suddenly one day they stopped all the services on my mobile, When I called the customer care people, they said I was not using my mobile for more than 90 days, that's why they stopped all services on my mobile. When I told them that I never kept my mobile idle without using, they hang up the phone saying they are going to transfer to the supervisor. When I call back other person says I didnot submit the documents. I said I have submitted them long back and received a confirmation SMS from airtel. Even though I submitted the documents again. I have emailed all the airtel people and nodal officers, I always get the same answer from them, that I didnot use my mobile for 90 days that's why they took back my number. Please somebody advise on this situation.

        Nowadays my airtel prepaid mobile no,[protected] deducted frequently for an amount 1 without any
        reason.At present there is no new services activated for this number.
        I will also appreciated airtel services for fast network. but from last 2 months i had notice that there is some wrong thing happening with airtel services.
        Kindly notice my complaint & give me justice.For your information I had also other number viz.[protected] for last 6 years,same thing happen with this number viz.balance getting zero after recharge.

          i am a airtel customer.my number is [protected].i hav applied for mobile portability but ur customer care person called me convinced me to continue in airtel.i agreed.with out my concern he has activated 50 p/min plan in my mobile.i just wanted my 1ps/sec offer in my mobile.i called customer care for nearly 15-16 times in a day.the call used to disconnect in the middle when they say they r transfering the call to their supervisor.at the time of portability issue also your executive told me od rc36 msg offer.but now when i tried it it is saying"this offer is not valid for your mobile".I had even asked for call back.cant you even arrange one simple call back.why dont you take the same care as when you took when i had applied for portability.this is very bad on your sidepls respond immediately

            I have purchased a Sony Bravia LED tv and was given an airtel hd dth connection free alongwith that. i have registered it on there customer care centre on 19th february,2011. i was given a promise of installation on 20th feb,2011, however none came. since then i have called them more than 30 times and daily i am given a promise of installation the next day. the concern is that i am a working professional and no one is available at home in day time. i have told the same to the airtel people, they said they will get it installed after 8 p.m. But there is no response from there end.

            I have recharged my A/C with 250 Rs on 22/02/2011 & have words with the Executive on the same day for DTH Installation on another adress it was on 554/14 1st floor zakir Nagr okhla Infront Of NFC park 110025 customer care executove told me about the my request that you vill get a satisfactorey response from our installation team on 23/02/2011 till 2 oclock .how ever when i called to the customer Care their was a girl Name was Anamika She told me you had reagister the request for instalation here it will be happen on 1st of March 2011 .

            Now it is my question from the Airtel Management how could we continue with these type of sevicese

            Airtel DTH Digital TV — dth delayed

            in airtel dth website i order one hd dth connect... then one call from airtel agency.. vriti inficom pvt ltd noida . told me we are only agencies for airtel & he sent in local our excutives to collect amont from u of Rs 3390 ...... then no one talk call from me...... tnext day msg from airtel ur account balance is RS 1600/-- ...then call to customer care no one answer correct.... till i wait for installed ....... no one order in airtel website are frauds ........

              Hi, This is to inform that I am really annoyed of receiving calls and messages about Airtel Digital TV. I surrendered my Dish and other aquipment on 28th November 2010 to one of the so called Airtel Digital Representative and received an acknowledgement for the same from the same person.But still I am receiving the calls and messages, when I called up the support center one day they have mentioned that my account is active and they didn't receive any information to remove the connection. And also they mentioned someone might be using the connection.
              Airtel thinks that after surrendering the equipment to their person, customer have to go and see if the person is using the connection... this is absoulte nonsense.
              I have the proof to show that the equipment is surrendered.
              Airtel Digital TV is having a pathetic customer care who can only speak English or Hindi.

              Can someone address this issue and take action atleast to stop the calls & messages to my mobile.

                Dear Sir,
                My no is [protected] & am using the no from last 3 year as airtel (CUG plan) with
                net plan 449/- unlimited. Now at this time am facing a really such a scam
                issue that I have dropped my net services in last month bcoz company was
                provided a data card to me for net purpose & since last am not using any net
                services of airtel live or etc although not need any net activity through my
                mobile also how ever there is showing high internate uses(2004/Rs) in my last month
                bill which is received in this month. No body use my this no except me then i
                am not understanding that what is the reason for this fake bill . I did not
                receive the as amount of bill while i was using net services .
                I have talked may times to airtel Nodal officer & customer care but no body provided the
                solution for this. They told me every time to contact with my HR department but Its CUG plan with customer paid then where is HR involve here,Its my personal no & this is not company paid no ,here company provided a facility of CUG plan only so I can't pay any amount of bill which servive is not used by me.

                So Plz look into this matter & do the needful in this matter ASAP.

                  Dear Sir,

                  I send a porting request from Airtel to Tata Docomo on 3rd February 2011. After 10 odd days, I got a message which reads like this: Your request has been rejected due to contractual obligation. Pls contact your existing service provider.

                  I tried contacting Airtel- No response at all. Later I got a call from one of the Docomo agency and they told me to resend the porting request and tell them the Unique Porting ID, and I did so. They said porting will be complete within next 7 days. Till now I din't get any response at all. My Mobile no. is [protected].
                  Thank you for the reply.
                  How soon can I get my number ported ?

                      I, Barnali Bose have been a customer of Airtel Telemedia services since the year 2007. In the month of July 2010, we shifted our residence from Vasant Kunj, New Delhi to Gwal Pahari on the Gurgaon-Faridabad highway. I had asked for shifting my landline connection but was told by a Mr. Bhanu from the technical department that shifting of our landline was not possible since Airtel has no connections in the area that we have shifted. So I spoke to a customer care executive called Shikha Jain, Interaction ID[protected] and asked for the connection to be discontinued.

                      However, even after this conversation I was receiving calls from customer care executives asking me why I wanted to disconnect my landline. Finally, I received a call from another executive, Mrigank, Interaction ID 50262751. I was assured by this person that I would not receive any more calls and that the next bill would be my the last bill I would have to pay.
                      However, even after paying all the bills and an extra amount of Rs.50 for late payment, I am yet been asked via sms on the 21st of October to pay an amount of Rs.687 for the month of October!

                      Even after lodging several complaints, Service Request Numbers 39124200, 39156086 and 38985710 with Nitin Bhargava, Interaction ID[protected], I am being called by CC executives and harassed to answer questions like "What is the reason for disconnection", "Are you facing any problems"? I have been called from a number[protected], on the 27th October at 13:03 p.m asking me to surrender the modem that I used for the Internet connection. Yet, just an hour and a half later, I received a call from another number[protected] asking me why I decided to disconnect my landline.

                      After sending a written complaint to the nodal officer as well the customer care officer, I was told that the money paid will be refunded to me within 45 working days. But, even after 4 months of waiting, the Airtel people have taken no action. In fact, I have been contacted by a lady from the numbers[protected] and[protected] till as recently as 19th of February, 2011 (supposedly from the Airtel Okhla office) who has said that my name as a customer will be blacklisted. She has even gone on to tell me that I need to pay an extra sum of Rs. 1000 in order to get the no-dues certificate.

                      I would like to know the reasons for inaction from Airtel's side and why am I being constantly hassled and harassed? What are the steps that I can take against Airtel tele-media services? I am attaching the various mails exchanged between Airtel Tele-media services and myself.

                      I think it is nothing but pure harassment for an ex-customer/consumer to be asked such questions over and over again. It is unexpected and unfortunate that a company as esteemed as yours is stooping down to this level. I have asked for disconnection of the services three months back and have also paid all my dues. I would therefore ask you to look into the matter as soon as possible and make amendments. I am not interested in fielding any more questions from your executives and I hope that you will stop pestering me. All the necessary Interaction IDs, Service Request Numbers and the last two bills have been forwarded to you and I hope it is sufficient enough for you to see that I am being harassed for no apparent reason.

                      In the future if I receive calls, I will be forced to write to the Appellate Authority and maybe the Consumer Court if this harassment over phone calls does not stop immediately. Also, I would not like to receive any more bills or demands for payment of bills on the alternate mobile number that i have provided.

                        Me Sushant having Airtel BB Internet Connection with Monthly Rental 549 Rs. Plan, but lasty 04-05 Months they Charge 569, 579, 568 etc Amount.
                        I Complaint this Issue 03 to 04 Time, but NO +ve Response from Airtel. They Only Focus on Payment Against Bill.

                        Airtel - Broadband — Billing Errors

                        Hello Mr. Bharti,

                        I am trying to resolve a billing error on my broadband connection from last two months and everytime I call the call center, there is a different response to the same query. People say that problem will be resolved, but it does not. We are put on long holds and after that the agent is utterly incompetent in resolving issues.

                        In my September 2011 broadband bill, Airtel charged for internet usage despite the unlimited usage connection. On followups at call center, I was promised that issue will be resolved and I will be sent a modified bill, however nothing happened. To my surprise and shock, the next month bill had the same error. This is amazing...

                        Main issues with AIRTEL Customer Care Call Center
                        1. Long Holds
                        2. After long holds and difficult IVR, agents just hangs up without saying anything or just Hi
                        3. If you get to talk to agent, he/she is very incompetent.
                        4. No written record shared with customer of the conversation.
                        5. Despite many calls, issues are not resolved.
                        6. There is no satisfactory response to written email complaints. Its standard mail, you get everytime.
                        7. Looks like you are banging you head on a Wall.

                        Hope they can put things in order. For me its very easy, I will switch to other operator. But for a company to lose old customers like this is not good.

                          This is a serious bussinees issue for Airtel. And a small problem for Airtel's customers.

                          I am an Airtel SIM card user. My number is [protected].
                          I am a software engineer working in TCS Siruseri(SIPCOT) office. All Airtel users here are having NO signal for airtel. Sometimes we get a weak signal. Please provide full signal facility at TCS Siruseri.

                          Many People converted their Airtel connection to Vodafone, since Vodafaone has good signal in this area.
                          Even Aircel signal is better here.

                          Hope Airtel will take a quick action on this.

                          I am a computer operator working in Suriya Travels office. All Airtel users here are having NO signal for airtel. Sometimes we get a weak signal. Please provide full signal facility at Santhaipettai Street, Kovilpatti, Tuticorin District.

                          Many People converted their Airtel connection to Vodafone, since Vodafaone has good signal in this area.
                          Even Aircel signal is better here.

                          Hope Airtel will take a quick action on this.

                            I am here to share my very first experience with Airtel. Thank you for your patience to read the complete mail.

                            I called up Airtel customer care[protected] executive (Priyanka) at around 11:00 AM on 20th Feb 2011 and requested for a new Airtel DTH connection with Recorder. My request was to get the AIRTEL DTH installed on the same say, the call center executive said she will try to get it done and confirmed to me that otherwise also the installation will be done in maximum of 48 hrs. She then asked me to obtain a security pass code from my bank to perform a telephone transaction and said that she will call me back in 10 mins. As expected, she called me at 11:40 AM and diverted the call to IVR for the payment of Rs 3590.00 and provided me the transaction ID "13657413".

                            Now, its already been approx 36 hrs. I called up the above mentioned customer care number again at 11:25 PM on 21st Feb 2011 to know the status. The representative (Arun) told me that i booked connection through some third party and he doesn't have status on progress. He was not able to provide me any useful information and put phone on long hold (close to 2-3 mins each hold without asking me to stay on call in between) twice. On my special request after speaking to floor supervisor, i got to know that AIRTEL is counting the above specified timelines(hours) as working hours and is working only 6 hrs a day therefore it could take up to 8 days.

                            What a WOW experience first up. I did not get any follow-up call from Airtel in 36 hrs after the payment of complete amount, and most importantly i was not told in first place that Airtel does work only 6 hrs a day. Also, I have not been provided with any Customer ID therefore it is very difficult for me to get any visibility on progress.

                            I am sorry to say that i will not be able to continue with a company working 6 hrs a day and want my money back. I will prefer to go for another company which can fulfill its commitment and have a better customer service experience.

                              We switched our DSL plan two months ago, and since then a monthly charge for Rs 199 has appeared on my Airtel DSL bill. Airtel says that this is a charge for Games on Demand service provided by their partner.

                              I never signed up for this service. I called up Airtel to complain and de-activate this service. They say they cannot de-activate this service and asked me to contact Indiagames directly via email (no phone number I was told) or by logging in to their website

                              Indiagames has not responded to the email
                              Their website is declared to be a 'spoof website' by most security software, with both Firefox and Internet Explorer advising me not to proceed.

                              This does seem like customer abuse.

                              Airtel is charging me for a Service called Games on Demand every month insipite of me cancelling this service from Airtel.
                              This service was activated by a false statement from an Airtel/Indiagame employee who called me on 23/March/2010 and promised me that Games on Demand is completely free for All Airtel Customers who is on Unlimited Downloading Plan.
                              Since then i am getting a charge of Rs 199 from Airtel for this Service. On top of that every month i have to call Airtel to wave off this charge and cancel this service and they promise to do that but never cancel it. I even got the Reference IDs provided by the customer advisor whom i spoke to for the Refund and Cancel of this Service , but unfortunately they do not cancel it and i get charged for it which leads to another call to wave off the charge and cancel the service , but again they never do so...

                              Finally i spoke to a Supervisor on 31/July/[protected]named Neha at Your Bhopal Call Center , She promised me to Wave off the Games on Demand Charge of 199 for the month of July and also refunded me the last month's Games on demand Charge .If this happened properly than my bill should have been Rs 597 instead of Rs 797 for the month of July.
                              What i want from you is to adjust the Billing for this month and please investigate my case so you can find out who is misleading your customers to pay for a service which is actually a Paid one.
                              If i dont see any action regarding my issue, i will forward this email to Consumer Court Address and also Telecom Trade Watchdog TRAI.
                              Its not a matter of Rs 199 but its a matter of trust and Customer Satisfaction.
                              Please do take necessary action and Get back to me on my contact number with a appropriate solution

                                Airtel has been calling me frequently (except for 1 week I was in south goa and could not get airtel signal!) and pleading not to port! I have told them many a times that their irritating calls and abuse of DND is one of the main reasons I'm switching (other than bad signal at home) but they will not let me PORT!!!! I filled out all the paperwork on the 7th of Feb and submitted to Vodafone. On the 17th of Feb, I get this message from Vodafone:

                                Hello! Your Porting Request AG559762 dated 15Feb11 has been rejected by your currentoperator due to There are subsisting contractual obligation from the Subscriber agreement. Pls contact your current Operator for further details

                                On the same day, I receive a cheque for Rs. 250 from Airtel saying they have appreciated me as a customer, etc. etc. and enclosed is a cheque for Rs. 250 as a token of appreciation. Of course, two different stories, so I go over to Airtel office and tell them about Vodafone message above (I gave them a copy) and they assure me that my number will be ported by 21st (today).

                                Then this afternoon (21st) I get the most desperate call pleading that they will fix the coverage to my house and if there is anything they can do to have me stay as a customer - I said too late as they have been promising for 4 years and I am not changing my mind in any circumstances. SO THE LADY CHANGES HER STYLE AND RESORTS TO BLACKMAIL - saying that my number is a "VANITY NUMBER" and am I aware of any charges if I switch to another service provider? I tell her that since SHE IS CALLING ME, SHOULDN'T SHE HAVE ALL THIS INFORMATION INSTEAD OF ASKING ME? Then she tells me that I will have to pay Rs. 6,000 if I want to switch over to another network provider. I told her i have a file with the original application and it says nothing about her claim. I also ask her to email me this information so I can take appropriate action - to which she says she doesn't have my email! so I give it to her but she keeps changing back to penalties, etc. and I tell her that I will be filing a legal case against Airtel if they do not port my number, as I have ensured there is no outstanding amount due and they also have my deposite of Rs. 6500! I finally gave up to her pleadings and hung up on her!

                                This is really cheap of Airtel - a company I once felt proud of as an Indian!

                                Airtel, I hope you're reading this. Lesson for you - the customer is always right, don't screw with your customers when they want to leave you!

                                Airtel has already sent me a letter with cancellation of service (attached) and a cheque for Rs. 250 - but this letter is misleading since they are not cancelling my account.
                                Yesterday, I got a call from Airtel again to convince me to stay with Airtel, and after my insisting that my decision is final to port, the lady said that they have given me a "VANITY NUMBER" and I will have to pay Rs. 6000 in order to port to Vodafone. I conceded that I will indeed pay the amount IF there is an agreement by me to do so and if they can produce such an agreement. They are not producing a copy of this agreement either.

                                Hence, I am writing to you with a complaint against Airtel wiht a copy marked to them with the hope that they will comply per the rules and regulations of TRAI and stop harassing me with requests and false penalties. As indicated I am prepared to pay any penalty as per contract, if indeed such a contract exists.

                                  I took the postpaid connection (Mobile No.[protected])under corporate scheme and on the very first day i requested to reduce the credit limit to Rs. 800 being the connection was to be used by kid (Age-10 year old). After 12-15 days the services been cut off and got the bill for Rs.1301.The credit limit RS. 800 is also mentioned in the received bill. I complained the same thru mail in customer care and also to the executive manager Mr. Rahul Chabra and got the reply that the credit limit can not be fixed it may vary and depends on your credit history. I replied at the instant that your statement no where stand because this is the very first bill and there is no credit history. Since afterwards i made many mails and i have all the records available but there is no reply even from the costomer care nor mr. Rahul Chabra.

                                  I have a post paid connection from airtel ([protected]). They activated a scheme on my cell withount my approval 3 months ago when i complaint they reverted some amount of it. I made them note not to do this again in future. Last month they again did the same thing and didnt reverted the fulll amount. After compalining they said that you must have got some promotional call because of which the scheme got activated and you will be charged for it. Means they have every right to activate the scheme without the approval of consumer. To what level i should go. This is complete monopoly.

                                  No one is really taking care of these consumer complaints. This is simply the mockery of consumers.

On Saturday 20th June 2009, my outgoing calls were barred and when I had contacted the customer care they had informed me to pay Rs.11000/- which has become due and finally they asked me to pay Rs.6950/- which was paid in cash before 2 pm .But inspite of this, the outgoing calls have been barred.                                   There is nobody to be contacted at Airtel and there is totally a defeciency and laxity of service at all levels. Today I had been to Airtel Panampilly Nagar Office and I had asked the contact no of mobility division and one of the guys asked me if I want to cancel the connection, he will give the application form for the same. Such is the level of service.Very much Worst than BSNL.

                                  Airtel/ advent communication — excess payment and poor customer care service

                                  Beaware people in delhi, when you take new internet airtel connection, airtel agent : advent commnucation repeatedly annoys by call asking take new post paid connection of airtel. in my case actual advance rental was 995 rs, but that middleman took 1495rs. i came to know only after first bill came. complained airtel since march 23, date of connection and all document is submitted to airtel service centre but no action taken so far. so many call to 121 and always stupid harrasing responce with no vein and so many of email repeating same answer, so useless.
                                  PLEASE BE AWARE from ADVENT COMMUNICATION, and any promoting phone all asking to take airtel postpaid after taking internet.

                                  Sir, I have taken broad band connection on November 2008 under unlimited plan, and my bill was not more than 1500/-. In the month of April.09, I was switched on to limited. ( say 598.00 plan)
                                  It was a surprise that my in the month of May- June 2009 was Rs. 4503.16. Immediately I called the Call Centre (Air tel) to explain how they have generated. In the meantime my telephone was beeing tapped and cross talk was there every time. My complaint was registered. The technical person had told that the bill would have come because of the problem, .

                                  On 04/05/08/2009 one Sr. Executive Mr. Santosh has called me saying the bill amount is outstanding.
                                  I explained the whole story and he was asking time to give answer. As a senior most officer who cant' able to settle the mater, where should I got.?

                                  I have taken Rs.599/-(1-GB) Data card Plan on 20 MAY 2009 and on 23rd of May I received a phone call from AIRTEL Bill department to deposit Rs. 500/-as a minimum amount as my usage exceeded from Rs. 600/- upto 23rd of May 2009. I deposited Rs. 700/- .After that I made a several request to change my plan to Rs.999/- (unlimited) but my request did not considered and I have been told that It is impossible to change the Plan during the Bill Cycle. My Bill Cycle starts from 8th of every month to 7th of next month. When I made a phone call on 8th June 2009 to 7070 (Data Card Help Line Number) to Know about change of my Bill Plan. But I was surprised to hear that my Bill Plan did not converted from Rs.599/- to Rs.999/- .My Bill Plan, however, been changed immediately on 8th June 2009 and I was informed about this by phone call from Airtel department.
                                  On 31stJuly 2009 I requested on Data Card Help Line Number to change my Bill Plan from Rs.999/- to Rs.49/- plan from 8th August 2009.(i.e. for Next bill cycle) But I am surprised to know that my Bill Plan changed on same day i.e. on 31stJuly 2009 from Rs.999/- to Rs.49/- without informing me on Phone or SMS. Due to This I was using net connection under Rs.999/- (unlimited scheme) upto 7th August 2009 but it was considered in Rs.49/- scheme from 31st July 2009 by AIRTEL and my bill have been raised upto morethan Rs.2000/-
                                  I hence requested AIRTEL to consider my bill plan under Rs.999/- (unlimited) scheme upto 7th of August 2009 and from 8th August 2009.(i.e. for Next bill cycle) to Rs.49/- scheme Till my further request.But
                                  my Bill still not revised under Rs.999/-(unlimited) from 31st July 2009 to 7th August 2009.

                                  I am getting trouble last one year, call connection & drop was common problem. But in last month, my usage is increased & found that the cross connection & drop also increased respectively while call making & receiving. I have made several attempt to Airtel customer care to rectify the same. Still the rectification of the same is awaited. Every month I am being asked to pay the call drop / cross connection charges.

                                  Airtel — cheating in service providing and sending bills without any usage

                                  Respected All members my name is pavana siva krishna i have taken a connection of broadband with phone from airtel kphb. i faced a problem don't know where to complaint on the big companies like airtel, And finally i found this site to come forward and raise my problems with my airtel broadband connection. In the month of june i didn't get any internet services since 20 days i made number of complaints to their customer services. they have not at all cleared my problem, not given my internet services for at least 20 days. so after that 20 days we got a bill period we got a bill of nearly Rs 4100/- . we raised question why we have to pay the bill when we didn't used of your services for 20 days. we asked the deduction of 20 days bill so they didn't replied for 15 days and they have disconnected my incoming calls also, and after 15 days they called us on 31st July saying that we will agree for the giving deduction of Rs1000/- from the bill, but you have to pay money today itself. So we agreed and after 30 minutes one of their executive came and taken the bill of Rs 3100/- (31st july 1:00 p.m) and said with in 30 minutes your services will be activated as he said they have activated in just 30 minutes. after 10 minutes my net service has been disconneted since saying that i have to pay the bill again for ""which they blocked my services for 1 month that month rental"" also which they have given deduction of Rs 1000/- should must paid they said.
                                  AIRTEL services is just white color frauds. If this big companies sending bills without any usage and now if i make a complaints on this issue they have not answering my calls and they have terminated my landline number permanently.

                                  Finally overview is demanding the bill amount which they have not given/provided services for us for past 1 and half month.

                                  AirTel — Excess Bill - On Blackberry Services

                                  I have been getting irritated with Airtel for last month and a half. I am a long time Airtel customer have been using Airtel for last 6 years. I was happy with the service until last month. I am using Airtel's Blackberry services. I was under Blackberry 899 Plan and last month I called up the customer care and asked him the next best Plan as I wanted to reduce the bill....He gave me an option to for 499 Plan, which I accepted. Within 3 days I got a message saying that my unbilled amount was around 2,500. I was shocked and immediatly called up the customer care. The customer care executive told me that there is a billing issue and took my complaint and told me that it will be resolved in the next billing cycle. But after a week...I got a message sayin my unbilled amount has crossed 4,000+, as i did not want to talk to the customer care executive I asked them to transfer me to the floor manager but was put to a team leader who was not able to solve my problem....he gave me the same reason and told me that I will get the necessary discounts when the bill arrives....after that call...I have registered a complaint almost daily....with the same response. As my bill was growing....I changed my plan to the Basic Blackberry plan....but when i got my bill...I was shocked to see a bill of Rs. 7,000+

                                  When I called the customer care...they told me that i have used blackberry.net and hence you will be charged....When I told them that I had reported the problem constantly to Airtel and none of the executives were competent to resolve the issue...they escalated the matter to the manager.....and it's been 15 days since I am fighting this battle with Airtel. Today I got a call saying the amount will not be waived off....!!! I am seriously helpless....with this attitude of airtel...!!!

                                  I am not going to give up on this...!!!!

                                  If this is the way to deal with your customer then really we have to think twice.

                                  Airtel — Will start charging storm some service without my knowledge

                                  Dear sir,

                                  I received a message from airtel saying tat "You are active on Airtel Picture Post -cricket service @ Re1/1Day. To stop service dial *321*44# and go to My Active Alerts" from 555630, dated 28/04/11.
                                  And they have started charging for that, which i have never activated. They are activating by themselves and asking us to stop service dial this.
                                  Normally I used to deleted all the service message from airtel, suppose I would have deleted then they will be charging Re 1 daily without my knowledge.
                                  So I called them on the same day to the customer care, they have two numbers one is 198 which will not be charged and other one is 121 that will be charged 50 paisa per second. When i dialed 198, its saying that service is not available for some reason, then i tried 121 and customer support person took the call, I told about that that guy is telling sorry and discontinue the service, and just asked then why you are activating this without my knowledge then tat guy was not responding even i asked to transfer the call to some senior manager who can answer for that then simply he cut the call. That happened 3 times.

                                  Then again i tried to 198 and somethime its connecting, then repersentation is doing the same telling that sir we have desable the service for u and discunnect the call, no one is answering for this. After when i tried calling the same no 121, its not going to the customer repersentation, they have desable for me.

                                  I got same kind of prob 6 month back and put a complaint then one airtel repersentative called me and without any discussion refunded my Rs 50 + Rs 15 what they have cut for saying tat I have downloaded the gave and missed call alert.

                                  These guy is doing tat again and again and starting sevice without knowledge tat is really not leager.
                                  They cannot activate any sevice for me that I dont wat or without my knwledge, they cannot take my money.

                                  Airtel — Charging Rs 5000 for 10 day internet connection on mobile

                                  It is very unfortunate that a reputed company like airtel needs to flinch money from it’s loyal customers to support it’s 3G services.
                                  I have been a user of mobile internet for quiet some time now and my monthly data consumption averaged around 100 -150 MB. So when I was offered airtel 3G services with a monthly data of 250 MB I was only too willing to accept it and try the so called new facility by airtel. Inspite of facing Deterioration in connectivity immediately on switching to 3G in both Voice as well as data related aspect, I chose to remain loyal with airtel and understood that a new technology requires some time to adjust itself. But being monetarily penalized for the same is something I did not expect from a company like airtel. Today I regret my decision to stick with airtel and feel I should have switched long time back. Kindly note the following facts about my usage
                                  1. Monthly usage: 100 -150 MB
                                  2. Switched to Increased to 3G in April. Billing ok for first month. More than 500 MB usage in 10 days (Between 25th April to 5th May ) after a month of switching to 3G (Obviously the 3G accounting system in airtel is flawed and overcharging the customers)
                                  3. Faced huge connectivity problem with voice as well as data in the 3G mode and complained several time to customer care regarding the same (I can’t understand how can I download when I am not connected)
                                  4. Did not download any heavy file during 10 days of 3G connectivity (500 MB is equivalent to Movie, obviously I did not download anything that heavy. The 3G technology may have being devised in a way to over count the usage).
                                  5. Informed of heavy usage on 5th May, understood the flaw in 3G system of airtel, immediately switched to older plan.
                                  6. I have a credit limit of Rs 2000 Only, why was I informed of my over usage till the billing reached Rs 6000 ???. Obviously Airtel wants it’s loyal customer to pay for it’s flawed 3G system.
                                  In summary Paying INR 5000 for 10 day internet connectivity is ridiculous and unfortunately that’s what airtel demands from me !!!!
                                  In consideration of the fact that I was not informed of my over usage immediately on exceeding my usage quota of 250 MB while on 3G or on exceeding my credit limit of Rs 2000, Which would have enabled me to stop the flawed 3G services on my mobile and switch to normal internet (an action taken by me immediately on being informed about my over usage on 6th May). I demand that the data usage charges on my current bill be reversed.

                                  My name is Rana Pratap Singh and my airtel mobile number is [protected].

                                  I have not yet received my airtel mobile bill dated 09th may 2011. So, I called customer care and registered a complaint on 23rd may 2011. The service request no. Is 37567802 and I was told that I would get my bill by 31st may 2011. In the mean time I received a message on 30th may from airtel stating that a duplicate bill had been delivered on 27th may 2011.

                                  So, I called up customer care again on 31st may 2011 around 1.00 pm and was told that I would receive the bill on the same evening. Reference no. Is F[protected]. When I DID not get the bill I called again on the same day at around 9.00 pm. This time I was told I would get the bill in 4 days. The reference no. Is F87489637.

                                  Finally I called customer care on 4th june 2011 evening and the assurance that I will get the bill soon. The reference no. Is F87699809.

                                  I got a call from airtel on 6th jun 2011 at 5.34 pm and I was told one more time that I will get my bill in next 4 – days.

                                  The result so far is that I have not received the bill yet.

                                  And to put an iciing on this cake of troubles, the waiting time to talk to customer care executive was between 5minutes to 15minutes every time.

                                  Airtel claims to be the number 1 service provider, the call rates of you people are expensive than any other service provider, you even charge money for calling customer care. And what does the customer gets in return.

                                  Every time I have called these people, I have been charged at the rate of 50 paise for every 3 minutes, which means that I am actually paying you for their negligience. And that’s not all. Even to do this I have to wait for 5 to 15 minutes to get in touch with them. And finally, even after going through all this trouble my problem remains unsolved. And I am left ignored, irritated and frustrated.

                                  Now after sharing my problem with you I expect and hope that my problem gets solved.

How come this much amount what is the meaning of Credit limit?. If it’s Rs.2, 600/PM how customer can browse once its reached to limit of downloading. Last Bill period we have used this cards only 4 days and showing bill amount is this much and extra 2.5 Gb downloded.
                                  If the Crediti limit is there how customer can download/or why your system is allowing over crediti limit?
                                  We are trusting that much in Airtel and using this much facility from you and you are cheating use like this! And for other service in future how much you are goinig to cheat ? How can we trust Airtel?

                                  I’m not ready to pay Rs.45, 326 because its your falt to not consider credit limit and directly cheating customer, you can say you are sending SMS to Mobile but who is considering mobile number or may be samen number not with him.
                                  I can Pay only Crediti limit Amount since you are not blocked the service once its reached to Credit Limit. for 2.5 GB extra downloading you are charging me Rs.45, 326, you know downloading 2 GB is cheaper than anyting form other provider.
                                  We have to rethink all about our Airtel Connections sice they are cheating the customer like any thing.
                                  Instead of Rs.45, 326 I am ready to pay only credit Limit Amount(Rs.2, 600) since it’s you falut to block the service after the creadit limit.

                                  I had taken a datacard no:[protected] in July, but it was deactivated by airtel on the reason of invalid address. But after that i got two ebills and i paid because in airtel relationship center staff told that it has to be paid in order to close the acount.

                                  But the most embarassing thing is, today i got 3rd ebill for the number. I had allready raised one complaint(15th August) for this card to be completely closed and update the database for which i got reply that my complaint has been resolved.

                                  Airtel has charged excess despite request given to close the account prior to one month before. The services and response are very poor. The calls to call center are charged. The hold time is very longer. The bills are quite exorbitant.

                                  AirTel — Excess Mobile Bill

                                  I and my wife have been put thru a lot of trauma by Airtel.
                                  My mobile number [protected] is being used by my wife. The mobile was deactivated
                                  saying that the month's mobile bill is due and was not paid as i keep traveling atleast
                                  3 days a week hence the delay. Even though i was traveling i had made the payment online.
                                  On repeated follow-up too the mobile wasnt activated. My wife was informed that she has
                                  been charged 5000 Rs for mobile internet usage which si attrotious. She wasnt given
                                  information about the usage and she was informed that she needs to visit an Airtel
                                  center to seek explanation as to why the bill was to the tune of that kind of amount.
                                  She is a 8 month pregnant lady and she had to travel 13 kms to visit an airtel center.
                                  When she visited the airtel center, she was informed to pay Rs.5000 under the commitment
                                  that it would be reflecting as a credit balance in the following months invoice but the
                                  same wasnt done and i now have an invoice of 6800 Rs and the due amount to be paid is
                                  Rs.1800 and the amount paid for activation has been adjusted against the invoice without
                                  providing information about what is the breakup of the usage.
                                  This is completely unacceptable and we arent getting appropriate responses from them
                                  as well on the resolution of the issue.
                                  i want paid bills for the month of april13 and may 13 so as to enable me to submit to claim reimbursement from my office

                                  I have taken postpaid connection under corporate schme and using this no. from april 2012, For the month of september i got excess bill amount of Rs. 2134 and even i checked in my generated bill they charged 1000 rs for internet brousing only for a day on 15th of sept., when I asked that i have not broused or u let me know what brousing i have done. they are not able to answer. I complained and asked waive the exess bill charged amount, they generated one request no. 53366750 saying billing dept. will take care of it. But I did't recieve any call from airtel till last day of my bill date.

                                  I called them and asked for status of my request no. they said amount is valid amount and your ticket is resolved.
                                  I am not in condition to pay bill of that huge amount. I don't know what i have to do now.

                                    Dear Sir/Madam,

                                    I have an Airtel landline no.[protected] along with Broadband connection. On 4th Feb'11, I asked for shifting of the connection to my new residence. Initially, I was told by a Customer service representative that the new society is not wired by Airtel, hence shifting is NOT POSSIBLE. So I asked for discontinuation of services.

                                    On 12/13 Feb'11, I again get a call from Airtel, saying that if Airtel would provide connectivity at the new residence, will I continue with the connection? I said YES. I was told that this would take atleast 2-3 weeks, so advised to change tariff plan to a low rental temporary plan, which was done subsequently.

                                    On 20th Feb, when I started calling customer care after change of tariff plan, to ask when the shifting would be done, they say again that SHIFTING IS NOT POSSIBLE SINCE THERE IS NO WIRING. I do not understand why Airtel made a commitment in the first place and now backing out of it. THIS IS PURE HARASSMENT, since I have not migrated to another service provider and am not able to use landline or Broadband Internet services at my new place of residence.

                                    What is even more apalling is that Airtel wants me to transfer the connection to the new tenant at my old residence (since they would technically not lose a customer). THIS TYPE OF MARKETING IS ABSOLUTELY !!! I will bring this to the notice of TRAI and other Consumer Redressal Forums.

                                    Please tell me the status of my shfting latest by 23 Feb 11 / 1230hrs, failing which, I will escalate the matter suitably.

                                    Airtel Landline and Broadband — No SHifting done and Unfair billing

                                    I had registered a request for shifting my connection A/C Number 15784808 to my new residence in DWARKA on 24 Jul 10 at aroun 3.30 pm. The Ref No is 362010. I clearly spelt out that I would be vacating my current residence on 27 Jul. I was told to unplug my instrument and modem and leave the wiring as it is. New wiring would be installed in my new residence. However as of today there has been no installation in my new house.

                                    How then can you be charging me rentals and taxes thereon for the months of Aug onwards. I got a call about outstanding bill from some of your employee. I informed them that I have not recieved any bill since Jul. Frequent attempts to contact airtel help has not resulted in solving the problem. They keep transferring my call from on person to other. Then somebody tells me that there is connection possible in my new area of residence. Nobody has the decency or logic to call me and inform the same. Such a big company, and no sense of propreity.

                                    I am now in a position to have internet access through a Reliance connection. On checking the account statement, it appears that the amount of Rs 1432 in the current bill is therefore illogical and unfair. I have however paid the amount of Rs 1015 for last bill dues and late fees thereon.

                                    They must now Pl reconcile and also now pl terminate this connection. I am fed up with Airtel.

                                    Airtel — Landline Phone shifting and billing

                                    I am Deepak R Swain, staying at the address flat#010, 29th Cross, Kagadaspura, C V Raman Nagar, had placed a reuqest with Airtel fixed line division for shifting my phone to the above mentioned address from Shakthi Regency , 11th Main,Mallesh palya which is hardly 0.5KMs from the current address. I had placed this request on 30th of July.

                                    Despite of repeated follow up done on the shifting , I have got only request numbers and request numbers. Not a single time Airtel got back to me , neither customer care nor technical executive .

                                    It was really frustrating and harashing experience with Airtel after using 4 Years. My phone connection also has a Broadband service associated with it.Everyday the customer care executive wouod say about shifting would happen in 48 Hours.. and used to wait like a fool for more than 20 days.

                                    I am a teleworker and I work from home most of the time . I have been facing serious problem for past 20 days for the same.

                                    Below are the details of my phone ,sequence of events and requests placed with Airtel.

                                    Despite so many follow up, no one is responding , be it customer care or Nodal officer or Appellate office..

                                    Kindly help me taking action against Airtel.

                                      MY MOBILE NUMBER IS [protected].THOUGH I DID NOT APPLY FOR SUBSCRIPTION TO LIVE SCORE UPDATE OF CRICKET,AIRTEL HAS FORCIBLY,ILLEGALLY AND UNAUTHIRISEDLY REGISTERED MY MOBILE NUMBER FOR LIVE CRICKET SCOTRE UPDATES AND HAS BEEN ILLEGALLY DEDUCTING FIVE RUPEES PER DAY FROM MY PREPAID ACCOUNT. I HAVE SENT INNUMERABLE MESSAGES TO THER NUMBER[protected] AS WELL AS DIALLING THE NUMBER *321*618# BUT SO FAR AIRTEL HAS NOT YET STOPPED THIS DAYLIGHT ROBBERY. IF THIS HORRIBLE SERVICE IS NOT DISCONTINUED IMMEDIATELY FROM MY MOBILE NUMBER I WILL FLASH THIS UNHOLY PRACTICE IN NEWSPAPERS AND FILE A CASE AGAINST AIRTEL IN CONSUMER COURT.

                                      THE LIVE CRICKERT SCORE UPDATE IS A ROTTEN SYSTEM WHUICH MUST BE STOPPED FORTHWITH .THIS IS NOTHING BUT CHEATING AND BRAZEN THEFT.
