i have paid Rs.45/- to recharge my cell no [protected] to one of recharger at mangalore but i have not received any confirmation message nor the amount added to my balace but retailer told me that recharge is succesfull as per his txid[protected] on 28/02/2011 at 8.11 pm from that day onwards i am complaining to airtel customer care with C no.CBNRA [protected],CBNRA[protected],CBNRA[protected] but till today the amount is not credited to my cell

    Dear sir,
    I requested for port my airtel to docomo([protected]). the request was accepted. after that airtel customercare officer called me and introduce many offers to me. So i changed my mind and decided not change my operator. I deactivate portal id request that the way of the officer told me the format ( CNCL PO [protected]). but after 2 days i received a message that ' your port request has been accepted and will be ported on 1 mar 2011 22.00pm. after that date i can,t use my number as airtel or docomo. You please not i already cancel the port request. then a call to docomo but they are told i must contact airtel offfice for details. but i contact airtel customer care they avoid me. what can i do sir ? please help me.

      airtel broadband connection deactivation
      Sir,

      I am Sunil Sinha. I had an airtel broadband connection for which my user id is 15626841_mp.
      Sir i wanted to deactivate the airtel broadband connection for which i have complained several times but stilll my broadband connection is not deactivted.
      The airtel company keep sending me bills for that broadband connection. Before this i had paid my whole bill when i used that connection , and also paid the bill for the period when i had not used my connection and its simply very shameful service provided by airtel.
      Sir I am not in a mood to give any money for that connection. So please kindly help me out in disconnecting the connection as soon as possible.

      Dear Sir/ Ma'am,

      I requested Airtel customer care by phone and then by mail to cancel my broadband connection on 06 December, 2008. Airtel contacted me on 10th December, 2008 and asked for reason. I told and requested. Airtel confirmed that it will be done by 7 working days. Till now they yet not deactivated and asking me to pay bill for this month. I am going throug mental pressure. I took the connection in my rent house, which I left, but the landlord couldn't make fresh agreement with others as my Airtel line is still there. I repeatedly requested to Airtel for that, but they didn't contact me.
      I requested Airtel customer care by phone kindlly deactivat broad band connection but we want only

      land line connection under 549 plan our Account No.12936951 and Telephone Number 42163230.

      These people will run after you to give you the connection but when it comes to parting with the customer they behave in this manner. I am facing teh same issue dude... I swear ...would never suggest airtel to anybody and will never take there connection again.

        I have a Airtel DTH connection (ID-[protected]) since Oct 2009. I had been facing DTH set top box not starting immediately since few days, but since i could not reach the toll free & tolled numbers, i left the umpteen tries since the set top box used to start up alas in 10 minutes after warm up.
        But since yesterday, the set top box has completely stopped working & the lights keep flickering. I have been trying from as many numbers to reach them even smses of "HELP" on 54325 as mentioned in an sms which came from them.
        Have also lodged a online complaint with them but to no avail. Is any of the AIRTEL management listening to their so called "Customer care" numbers not working.

        Please look into the matter as i will have no other option than switching services to other service provider.

        Hi my customer ID is [protected], there is major problem in the set top box, and it completely switched off for last two day and i have been calling the customer care for last two day. I have never had such bad experience with any customer service department.
        First it takes 5-7 min to get connected to a callcenter agent and they keep you on hold for 10-15 min and hung up the calls. And again when you call back they say there is some technical problem
        A request to all don’t buy airtel settop box and if bought they don’t expect any customer support.
        Same here, its been 16 days now, no resolution. My Airtel HD STB Box hangs every hour or so, no fix even after 5-6 hours on call. Connection ID: [protected]. Manish.

        Im thinking of Switching to TataSky in April'11. Im paying Airtel Rs 650/- for 3 connections, now I think its not worth. I was Airtel loyal customer in Broadband too, and was very happy with their service, which is why I chose to buy Airtel even if it was expensive at that time. Now I am repenting.

          Dear Sir,
          1) On 28.02.2011 I used airtel mobile office with 450 MB internet balance and Rs.510/- main balance in hand (in respect fo my airtel no.[protected]) in checking my e-mails for which an injustice has been there from airtel in the form of creating a vacuum in my main balance (deducting more than Rs.500/-and kindly leaving twenty one paise for consolation).
          2) It is reiterated that I was checking my e-mails only on 28.02.2011 with 450 MB internet balance and Rs.510/- main balance in hand. But in between when one mail was delayed in opening then I checked the connection and found that internet balance was reduced to zero and main balance to 21 paise respectively from 450 MB and Rs.500/-.
          3) Immediately I lodged a complain through email to [protected]@ in.airtel.com and in response to which yesterday on 01.03.2011 at about 18.10 hours I received a phone call from the no.[protected] intimating me that the wrong deduction of more than Rs.500/-by them was correct as I had used airtel GPRS instead of mobile office.
          4) In this context this is to mention here that
          a. The default setting in my mobile Nokia N 73 and in my Laptop Sony Vaio connecting through Nokia PC suite is MOBILE OFFICE. Then how it can connect something else?
          b. If, however, it had happened so is it so costly that merely viewing 3-4 mails would cost 450 MB internet balance together with more than Rs.500/- main balance?
          c. Moreover, I had subscribed for 2GB airtel mobile office for one month. They allowed me to use it for 25 days (1550 MB) but for remaining 5 days (450 MB) I was switched onto airtel GPRS without my consent with an intention to deduct more than Rs.500/- amount from my main balance? How it happened?
          d. Can I access airtel 3G or Broadband? Certainly not as I have not subscribed for those. Similarly when I had subscribed for 2GB airtel mobile office for one month then how it is told that I have used another pack of internet? Only because sufficient balance were there in my account to have a foreplay with it time and again?

          I had activated GPRS plan MO for a day and wrongly deducted 30rs instead of 15rs.I called theCC and the reason they gave is server is down so ur request could not be registred. I had deactivated the service exactly after 24 hours and for their mistake they make me pay . This is not the first time they give such reason as server is down. Still I get the conformation that request has been registred so pls tell what type of server they follow as they say something else.

          My mobile no. is [protected]. I am wrongly charging for GPRS service from 19th of January 2008 at the rate of Rs.11.99per day as GPRS is not active. I have complaint about this many time and i got refund also but not completely and it is still going to deducted. This problem is not going to solved.

          Nokia — AMOUNT DEDUCTED WRONGLY

          I MADE A TOP UP AMOUNT RS 30/- TO INCREASE THE BALANCE BUT AS SOON AS I MADE THE TRANSACTION A AMOUNT RS 25/- WAS DEDUCTED INSTANTLY WITHOUT ANY REASON. I PHONED AT CUSTOMER CARE CENTER OF AIRTEL BUT THEY HAVE NOT RESPONSED ME PROPERLY STATING THAT UPDATION OF THAT DEDUCTED CHARGE AMOUNT HAS NOT BEEN DONE. IS THIS THE ANSWER OR SERVICE WHAT IS THEY ARE PROVIDING.

          dear sir,

          i am pradeep jain (dhoka) and my mobile no is [protected]

          the problem is that on 6th april at 9 pm i activated gprs
          (mobileoffice) on my phone.

          and on 8th April i have deactivated my service of gprs at 5pm by
          calling customer care.

          then the customer care person said it is been deactivated by them .

          but the next day i.e from 9th April airtel is charging 14.99rs daily
          to me for gprs.

          after calling to customer care they told due to technical error it has
          not been deactivated so i will get refund .

          but next day the same issue is going on and from that day after
          calling to customer care couple of times they did not took any action
          on it.

          due to no action i went to airtel gallery in mumbai at chembur diamond
          garden tere i meeted mr basant i told my problem to him and he told
          the amt will be refunded (at that time my refund amt was rs 60)

          after 3 days the same issue is going than i contacted the branch
          manager of airtel's diamond garden branch of chembur.

          she told that ur sevice of gprs will be deactivated within 6 hours and
          my refund amt of 120 rs till that day will also be refunded to me .

          and after 5 hrs my service of gprs was been deactivated by them but
          the refund was till not been given to me.

          now the issue is that the amt of 120 rs is till not yet been transferred to me.

          so i request u to contact airtel and do the needful!

          Subject-: Wrong deduction at GPRS service. I am from West Bengal and my prepaid connection no is [protected]. I want to inform you that, I have wrongly charged for my GPRS service. On dated 08.07.08 at 12:09PM my account balance was Rs582.00 and I download a game from Indiagames whose charge is Rs99.00, But they charged me Rs.198.00. Same as on dated 17.07.08 at 12:30AM they charged me Rs100.00 without any download. I'll be greatful to you if you kindly inform me what is the reason of this wrong deduction from my account and how I'll be get back this wrongly charged amount.

          Am using Airtel for more than three years. Now i got a major issue and no one can resolve the same. Everyone is escalating to others. I dont know if this complaint make any resolution.

          My issue as follows :

          I had recharged My Airtel Mobile by March month for Rs - 1110 and the talk time is Rs . 950 (am not sure about the exact amount) but i know it is very much nearer to this and the validity is 6 months. Am sure Airtel give this offer by march month.

          It seems to be a worth offer so i go with that. I talked for Rs 450 and i have a balance of Rs. 500 now with 90 more days by June 11 th . however i got a message saying that my validity will expire by this June month ( remember by offer my validity is still there upto august month) When i called a customer care and enquired this they were saying that the airtel is wrongly credited rs 1110 for a 599 plan and they were going to reduce the same after three months. ie by june month.

          Just analyze this answer - its my amount and i have paid more than Rs 1000 and i got the offer but now am in terrible position where am going to lose my 3 more months and also the remaining Balance of Rs 500.

          Am sure if this is going to happen am going to quit AIRTEL and i will go to VODOFONE.

          Atleast can any one resolve my issue

          AirTel — Wrong Deduction of amt

          I have been wrongly dedected amt from account 30 Rs bcoz of Devotional download pack which i have never subscribe, I have complain it on 18th oct 2008. Still customer care gives false promises that it will be credited into account. 121 and 198 and [protected] all these number are blocked dispite personaaly visisting there showroom. these peopole are unable to so;ve problem . Now they are telling that i have been wrongly dedected amt bcoz of incoming calls. This is shocking. Such a pathetic attitude of Airtel. They alwaz lie that sorry for wrong dedection and then they block customer services. This is worst services
          provider i have seen. Shame on attitude towards consumers.

          If this problem exists then no would prefer to purchase this card. I have been advising my friends too not to purchase this company's card rather prefer the one i have purchased.

          This stupid company is deducting my 20 rs daily on the name of IGMOBILE, i have not activated any service. and wen i call on there customer care no. they tell that the amount is been refunded back but its not been done yet and daily my 20 rs is deducting. my phone no. is [protected].

          On 20-Mar-2009, Rs 10 for 10 days was deducted regarding Airtel Friendz chat.
          0n 24-Mar-2009, Rs 20 for 20 days was deducted for the same.

          Once i hav paid for 10 days how come it has been deducted again.All the customer care numbers hav been blocked. PLEASE HELP ME OUT.
          This is not the first time i am facing a/c related problem.
          I Beleive Airtel Quality has started to detoriate substantially.
          This is with ref to some vague activation of some wap based services of which I am unaware of.This auto activation has been deducting Rs 15 from my balance everyday.My mobile no. is [protected] and i request u to please deactivate the subscription immediately today itself and refund the amount deducted, failing which i would be forced to lodge a complaint in the consumer forum.

          I am using the connection no. [protected]. I was suddenly charged for making an ISD call whereas I haven't made any ISD call from my Phone. Somedays back, I had a talk with a Customer care executive but he failed to satisfy my problem by saying that my complaint has been forwarded to the higher authority. But no higher authority has tried to get back to me so far.

Last day I brows "wapin.in" for download free theme through "MO", but not entered into games link.
          After getting this sms I call 121, customer care representative told me that last day u use Airtel Live and download a game from Airtel Live. For using Airtel Live we are unable to refund your balance(Rs.50).

          I am confirm that I am not using Airtel Live more than 1 year(Because I have MO). If possible please know me the real reason for my deduction & also refund my Balance(Rs.50).

          Airtel / Mobile Office — charge from main balance for using MO

          I have activated Mobile Office Service by recharging 498/-. But from yesterday whenever i connect to internet from my mobile the charge is deducted from my main balance. however AIRTEL launch this product as unlimited internet usage.
          Dear Sir,

          This is to regards that i have a Serious concern with "Airtel" Today i have recharged with 102 rupees which is for unlimited sms free. After recharge i have sent couple of messages after free also company has deducted few money from my account and still the services is not activated yet.i called airtel regards this they said that amount will not be refund back and this concern is repeated from last two month this is not a first time this is happened earlier also.

          Airtel — Soon Airtel Is going to be in 100 th position

          If this proposal to charge customers for calls made to customer care is accepted, it would have,in my opinion,the following impacts:

          1. Customers would be put on hold for longer duration to milk money.

          2. Over a period of time customers would become intelligent and start making calls from office phones etc.

          3. A lot of customers who don't have the second option would stop making calls to customer care even if a caller tune is activated without request and so on. You might even find companies start charging us wrongly by a few rupees every day in the hope that no one would dare call customer care.

          4. If the calls made to Customer care become very less these telcos would not need to hire many for call centers. So job losses would occur and economy would have some impact due to this.
          They have activated some pack called CRICKET pack by their own and after complaining not agree to return the money .I didn't expect from company like Airtel.
          I am holder of Air tel mobile phone no - [protected]. On 15/4 I found that a sum of Rs 30 has been wrongfully deducted from my prepaid balance. On lodging a complaint with Air tel I was informed that this amount has been deducted on account of so called services taken by me by dialing 543216 number which is said to be regarding friend chat service. I never opted for such service and neither I ever indulged in ringing up on this number. I am a senior citizen. The Air tel did not refund the amount to my balance. This is third instance of such wrong deduction. I was refunded Rs 30 feb 2010.
          I agree with your complaint.

          From 28/11/10 I am charged everyday with 2 or 1 rupee per day.

          By thbis way ur company has deducted the lumsum amount of nearly 15 rupees.

          Give me my money back & stop every such MEGA MASTI services which I have never subscribed.

          Ya its 100% true in airtel. Even it happen to me and to many of my friends. Always airtel charging money from our main balance if once we received the automated call from airtel. Eventhough we cut the call within 2 sec after hearing the computer generated voice, they used to charge us rs.15 or rs.30 based on the call we attend. If we contact customer care means, they used to tell that we only pressed the corresponding key for charging the money. Its highly irresponsible act from airtel. These problems arise if we attend the calls regarding hello tunes, airtel radio subscription, etc...also they used to set hello tune by themselves and charging from us by telling that we only select that song. See we know whether we select any song by pressing * and 9 or not, but they used to tell that because you press only, we are charging. Someone stop this idiotic thing from airtel...

          I had recharged my account with 201 rupees on 12/02/11

          & my balance was drastically reduced afterwords;

          Airtel has already blocked my number as they don't want to revert my money;

          When I called Airtel through someone else's mobile number & inquired about wrong deduction; then I was informed that Airtel has mistakenly deducted my call charges as 60 paisa minute.

          But my call charge scheme is 1p/1s.

          So my every call which are less than 60 seconds; I am still charged with 60 paisa which is wrong.

          So give me my money back; also give me detailed call charges deductions of my usage as I don't trust such a cheat company.

          Also on 20th & 21st Feb 2011 Airtel has again charged me with some wrong deduction.

          Give me my money back & don't credit to my account but send money order for the same amount because I want to change my number from Airtel to BSNL through MNP.

          just send me money order for the amount.

Today at early morning @ 6am i had activated a small 3G Pack amount of Rs45 150MB For 7 Days. i hv utilized maximum 130MB from my data but all data balance got deducted and even my main account balance is now 0.0 that time i had 106INR in my account. i am sending you some screenshot of Dongle with following details data Transfer, usage, other activity etc. Please refund my balance in my main account after that m not going to use Airtel services any more. its my humble request to you.
          my name is Suraj Bhosale my no is [protected] and i have been charged 99 rs for some data value download, but i haven't downloaded any data value pack, previously i have same problem with my airtel sim but airtel is unable to resolve my problems.
          I made a call to No. [protected] by mistake in place of [protected] from my no. [protected] on 13 may 2014 at around 11:05. I got connected to the same person though but then Airtel has debited Rs. 14 for that call. Although I admit that the no. was wrong but was not connected internationally and was local vikhroli no. where I talked to the correct person. When I tried to register a compliant, the person is not able to understand and are not interested in helping. Now if Airtel can understand the problem refund my money.             This is Anand Bhatia and my airtel mobile number: [protected] .my landline line no is[protected] .i am facing lots of problems since last 3 months.according to my plan and schemes i should get discount of F & F Family i.e FRIENDS AND FAMILY DISCOUNT,which i am getting .i have complained so many times but after so much effort i got only for 2 months. discount of 3rd month is not yet approved.i have so many references numbers given by supervisors of customer care but there is no use of that.my wife received confirmation calls of approval of waivers of 3 months.but now outgoing services of my landline connection have disconnected.my wife spoke to noddle officer also. he assured me that he will try to solve my problem,but he didn't.
            i have paid My bills on regular basis.THERE ARE SO MANY DISCREPANCIES IN MY BILL .THERE IS NO F&F DISCOUNT GIVEN ON MY CALLS .NOW I AM VERY MUCH DISSATISFIED WITH YOUR SERVICES . NOW WHAT I WANT IS MY WAIVERS SHOULD BE APPROVED & MY OUTGOING SERVICES SHOULD CONTINUE AS BEFORE AND IHIS PROBLEM SHOULD NOT OCCUR IN COMING MONTHS.

            IF THEY CONTINUE IN FUTURE THEN IMMEDIATELY I WILL MOVE THIS WITH MY FAMILY ADVOCATE TO TAKE FURTHER ACTION AGAINST THE ALL AIRTEL BILLING CALCULATION TEAMS.

              This is very disappointing feedback from Airtel as they are not ready to leave my number from their service after requesting the portability of my number. I have sent the message to 1900 requesting PORT and I got the unique ID. I also contacted Vodaphone to transfer my number to their service. After some days Vodaphone sent me a message saying that my portability request has been rejected by Airtel. I contacted Airtel, but they are not transparent about their service. I am really disappointed by Airtel and their service. please someone tell me suggesting what should I do now. I want to leave Airtel.

              We have sent the message to 1900 requesting PORT and I got the unique ID for 6 numbers. We confirmed BSNL to transfer my number to their service. We have sent the port id for 3 times and still your network has not been supporting. Then after 4 days BSNL have the message to the consider sim card that the unique port id has been rejected by your network provider and the UPC code is incorrect. How could be the UPC code wrong 3 times for all the 6 numbers. We have sent the port id for 3 times and still your network has not been supporting. Its very disappointment for us. Please close the problem immediately.

                Iam Senthilkumar,i purchased SONY 46' BRAVIA TV on 17 th feb 2011 at chennai.The showroom people said that AIRTEL DTH HD connection is free with this TV.After contact with AIRTEL DTH customer care at [protected], they told recharge with RS 1000/.the customer id will be given.My customer id is [protected].The instrument supplied and fixed on 24th feb 2011.From that day onwards i called customer care daily there is no proper answer.finally 26 feb they give the service engineer no [[protected]].The service engineer picked the call only on 28th feb and the problem will be solved within 1 hour.After two hours he never picked the phone till now [1st march 2011,at 8.30 p.m].

I am very upset with services of airtel, bcas in bigning around 1month ,they have disconnect my services by saying that I had not submitted the complete docs,however ,I had submitted the complete docs. Any ways,when I did submitted the docs,then it was told that mob is going to activate in 72 hrs,where as mob had been activated aftr 20 days.

                      On thursday night i checked my balance, it showed 22.64INR.
                      Than next day when i checked my balance, it showed 2.64INR.Rs.20 was deducted wiyhout any cause, without any intimation.

                      on 7th Jan. 2011 i got a message that Rs.99 has been deducted from my balance due to usage of airtel live facility.
                      i have neither used airtel live service nor downloaded anything, though i have made a complaint in the service centre on the same day, they gave me a complaint no. COLWO[protected] and said problem will be resolved within 24hr and i will get my balance back.
                      today(9/1/11) on again calling the call centre the senior executive(Mr. Ashish) said that computer is showing the usage of the service and so balance can't be refund.
                      What should i do now as i have not used airtel live for which i have been deducted my balance and also lost more money by calling service centre again and again.

                      i hope some person should seriously took my complaint or else my long term loyalty and trust will be lost from Airtel

                      This is complaint regarding the deduction of balance twice and the customer care center unable to give any reason for same.

                      The amount once deducted was Rs. 99/- on 18th January for which they said I have used airtel live, which I have never used. Second deduction was on 24th January of amount Rs. 34/- for which the customer care center have no record as their server is down and he replied bluntly to me to call after 4 hours only.

                      For every query/complaint on customer care they charge us Rs. 0.50/- for every 3 minutes while we have to wait for at least 3-4 minutes to speak to them. Then they make us hold for 1-2 minute for checking the status regarding our query.

                      Hope to have some solution and reversing of my deduction.....

                      On 20th January 2011, Rs. 99/- was deducted from my balance, while asking the customer care for same they said that I have used Airtel Live services for which they have deducted, but I have never used that. Adding to that, they said that, within 2 days i will get the call for reason, but i didn't get any call from them.

                      While inquiring again for same on 23rd, they said the server is down and bluntly asked to call after 4 hours. And on the same day again my balance was deducted by Rs. 30/- again for which the reason is unkown, as whenever i call customer care they have no reason about the deduction and they always provide one or the other excuses.

                      I have the Mobile No. of AirTel since its launching and is using it as a Prepaid Customer. Last week Rs. 40 was deducted from my account. I think that it might have deducted due to long call by mistake. Later on I recharge my mobile with Rs. 100/- and I got the approx. amount Rs. 88/-. But with in day I was surprised that the remaining balance in my account is Rs. 4/-. Then I come to know that the amount is deducted by the company knowingly. I approach the customer care and they told me that your complaint will be solved out by 25th January. When I contacted on 26th January 2011 again the Customer Care Executive give me 2-3 more days to pay the balance. It is very difficult for me to make calls because I am not recharging the phone because they might deduct the amount again. It is very sad thing on the part of AirTel. The customer is very hopeless because they not giving the solution for 6-7 days.

                      Airtel Prepaid Phone connection — Balance deduction without any reason

                      My name is Chiranjib Paul , Mobile no. [protected]
                      Today at 6pm I received one SMS that I have activiated Rupankar details in my mobile for Rs.10. They have deducted Rs.10 from my balance.I didnot activated anything in my mobile. On the other hand when I talked with customer care they are unable to say how it has been activiated. They disconnected the line after keeping it on HOLD.My balance also deducted Rs.1.0.
                      I want my money back.Pl.deactivate this rupankar facility.
                      I am keeping this number for last 10 years almost.This type of problem I faced earlier.Pl. refund my money immediately and stop this type sending SMS.
                      I will complain to higher management if this is not done immediately. I will also complainto my office where I will ask them to necessary action on Corporate facility.

                        I have lost my mobile handset with prepaid airtel SIM (No : [protected] ) in Nov-2010 while travlling to airport for abroad. When I returned back and enquired about getting that sim back in airtel office they told me to fill an application. Once I have filled the application they said for verification we need some details. They asekd for balance amount and the validity. Unfortunately I don't remember this 2 details exactly. I hope nobody who uses perpaid will not remember the balance always at any point in time. I have told I will provide the original idendify proof which I have submited when taking the SIM. But no use. They are adament on this two details which most of the people don't remeber. I got fedup and taken an vodaphone SIM. Just wanted to tell whoever uses airtel prepaid should notedown their balance and validity after every call and recharge. I am planing to surender my broadband and digital tvs as well for which I am using airtel. If airtel is intrested in giving me the same SIM [protected] after taking diff dtails which I can provide like idendity card I have produced when purchasing the SIM, whom I have made the last call at what time etc.... the please contact Naveen : [protected]

                            Yesterday after noon I got a call from Ranjith Sing (he told that he is a verification officer of Gwalior Session Court) and told that Advocate Alok Sharma is going to file a case against me, when i ask who is Alok Sharma and what case, be denied to tell any details. Also he send SMS the same matter. Finally after my request he gave Alok Sharma's number and case number as LM415 . Later I called Alok Sharma, he told Airtel is going to file a case against me, and need to pay 58k before 5 pm.

                              I am facing porting problem (My mob. no. [protected]) from my existing service provider i.e.AIRTEL. My unique porting id is AT982953. From airtel they are not accepting my porting request, therefore the new service provider (i.e.Videocon) is not able to activate that porting no. into their network. I made a complain to airtel on dtd. 18.02.11 (complain no. CMPRO[protected]), but now I can't able to get in touch through toll free complain no. 198. The airtel customer service might be did somthing againt my no. so that I can't able to get in touch with them. Now I am sending email to nodal office chennai, but invain.....not a single reply I have received from their end so far. Threfore I would request you kindly do the needful from your end.

                                  Hi My name sreenivas,I have disconnected the airtel digital tv account on january 24. They had taken my dish and set top from me. They promised me within 14 days they will send the balance amount to my addreess. Till now they have not send the balance amount to my address. I have called up so many times to customer care. Every time they were telling the same thing they will send within 14 days. alomst 1 month over. No use calling customer care.

                                  more over they took my set top box and dish and smart card from me. Also you have given the same hardware(same set top box,same smart card and dish)) to new customer name antony. I have to get my balance amount Rs 379 as of 24th january 2011. But every day hey were deducting Rs3.90 from my account. kindly help me get 370 to me. They were blaming the balance amount and deducting Rs3.90 every day even after closed the account also

                                    AIRTEL DIGITAL TV — Charging more amount

                                    I have taken the Digital TV (AIRTEL) under samsung offer on Jan 1 2009. This was free for 5 months.

                                    January 31 I took, Second connection under same customer ID. This was from Big Bazar offer. I was given the offer for Rs 1099/=. But after installation I found that Rs 1750 was dedected from my account. When I complain, they recified the error. The error was rectified in Feb 26.


                                    On March 26, I recieved the message that Rs 637/= has been detected from my account and it is now negative 386. So I should recharge immediately otherwise my connection will be off by 28 March midnight. I again complain on 28 march 2009 witha request that services may continue till it is resolved.
                                    My complain was registered.

                                    To my surprise, the services were disontinued on 28 march Midnight.

                                    Till today, 8 April, there is complain has not been resolved (it is in open mode). I have called Airtel many time in between but there is no response / reply.
                                    Yes their service is lousy. Very difficult to get to their customer care and even if you reach them they have employed very immature people for dealing with the customers. Further after explaining all the issues and problems, the customer care executive plead ignorance and state that irt will become ok in two three days and if it is not rectified I should call them again. They refuse to give complaint numbers !!!

                                    Their so called customer care is a Joke
                                    I opted for magasports for 6 months on12/3/2009 by SMS at least 3 times, but no respionse. then i contacted through tollfree number of customer service and waited a long time to connect to the operator and asked for it then he asked me to pay Rs 450 for that megasports.

                                    Then I pain that amount. I did get activation so I send another SMS for mega. no answer.

                                    again after a very long time I contacted throught tollfree number and the operator asked me to pay Rs100 for set max channel also and activated the megasports including Setmax.

                                    I pain Rs 100 the same day.and deducted the amount for 6y months and the balance was Rs 53.65.

                                    today the 15/3/2010, I received a message that they deducted again Rs. 82.73 for 1 month of megasports.

                                    when I called the customer care number they said they will complaint number, but they kept the phone off.

                                      I had an Airtel Broadband + Fixed Line connection No.4081033 at my residence 1215/3, Gali No.4, Rajiv Nagar, Mata Road, Gurgaon, Haryana. Due to felt overcharging, two months back I had requested Airtel Executives for disconnection of the said Internet service. The services were never discontinued and the amount of bill became very hefty around Rs.1800/- including 2 months' rental charges etc. On 26/2/2011, Mr. Arvind from Airtel asked me on phone that the payable amount has been reduced to Rs.800/-. You pay this amount and the Broadband service will be retained to you within hours. He also gave an assurance to me regarding sending an Airtel Engineer for refixing the wires etc. and reopening the service at my house. Over this, same day, I paid Rs.800/- in cash to the Airtel man sent at my house against a proper receipt. I handed over a written request to the Airtel person regarding changing my plan with Rs.449/-. But since than no one has visited my residence for doing necessary reconnection and starting my internet service. Please look into the matter and make needful intervention for my above requested services.

                                        My Mobile Number is [protected] from airtel. I found that this is not good service. Whenever I use to call some one I am not able to connect the call. there is nothing to listen while calling someone and after some time the message comes on screen as "call ended". I am not getting what type of horrible service it is. So I have applied in Vodafone store for MNP. They have sent my request to Airtel but airtel has refused to change my number to vodafone service stating that I have signed some agreement and I should report to Airtel customer center. There is no such center available in my city. now tell me what shall I do?
                                        same her ... the Airtel guys are so damn afriad to let go of their users. I also wanted to change from damn airtel to vodafone but alas ... airtel won;t permit !!! DIE AIRTEL ... DIE BHARTI!!! UR DARK DAYS ARE COMING !!!
