I'm using samsung GT-I5801 with an airtel no. [protected]. I have a problem wit my handset or my network with which i cudn't get to know about my MAIN BALANCE, SMS BALANCE, NET BALANCE and any other USSD CODES... I have applied for disconnection of Airtel Broadband services (Phone No:[protected] on 10 Jan 2011 (Ref No 403020). However even after several reminders the service is still not disconnected. I again registered a complaint regarding the same on 24 Jan 2011 (Ref No[protected]. However, no action has been taken by the company. so I used the porting service then I got the Unique Porting id "AA114A5J" on 22nd jan'11.
I submitted the mnp application in aircel on 22nd jan'11 itself.
