delay in changing channels(20 seconds)

and the problem is channels are taking around "20 SECONDS" to change
i guess airtel iptv has started new format to display the information of every channel after changing it....this causes delay in changing the channel

and second problem is information is not correct...

Not approving MNP Requests

Hi,

I had applied for MNP request on 24th of Jan 2011 by sending an SMS to 1900 & had received the IUnique Porting ID AX326656.

Airtel had rejected the MNP request saying Non Payment of Bills. Although i have an ECS mandate provided & for the past 6 years the payment is happening they have rejected the request.

Earlier the customercare from Airtel called me & had asked for the reason...

Hi I am Sampath my problem is slightly different from you guys,when i try to connect to o.facebook.com i get a messeage reading.. "Sorry, o.facebook.com is only supported by sel;ect mobile carriers and is not available from your mobile carrier. there is an social networking site FRENZO ,for which airtel charge ruppes 20,which can be accessed by airtel live,only,after subscription ,they also charges 30 ps/20kb,which may b there original web charges.they usually say you can access your site by m.office,but when we surf,it says "sorry it can b accessed by only mobile operators wap portal'.

Email account not getting activated

data account charged without notice

Dear Sir/Madam,

Today date - 15th Jan 2011, I have charged 60INR for data services. I didnt make any request for this, or even I didnt get any confirmation from them that should I activate or want to use this service.

This is really frustrating and after talking to AIRTEL CUSTEMER care they simply said they cant refund it and I had to use this service.

It is really embaressing. I suggest no body...

DELAY IN REPAIR AND SERVICE

low network coverage

I am a airtel user since for past 5 years. Recently I have sifted to Kamothe - Sector 35 area .(owned a flat).
Unfortunately airtel network coverage is very low which is causing frequent call drops.
I have tested other operator (Vodafone, Docomo, uninor etc) network coverage, which is full and consistent.

Is there any way you guys can resolve my problem.
