Airtel rejecting my MNP application
I am using airtel no [protected] (Kerala) for the last 5 yrs . And i want to change my mobile operator Through mobile number portability from airtel to IDEA.
And i went to IDEA show room and i submit my id proof and porting charges.

But i receive a message from IDEA that Airtel mobile operator reject your porting . Because of Contractual obligition. Actually in my case there...

My Mobile No[protected] and it is a prepaid connection. On 29.01.2011 night balance was Rs 68/. On 30th Jan the balance was Rs 38/ only. They with out availing any value added service, they charged Rs 30/ from my balance. Why they are un necessarily charged my account?

We have taken airtel boadband plan of Rs.999 in last week of Nov. In first week of Dec our set top box of Airtel IPTV was not working . We lodged a complaint for the same against Complaint ID.41876512 . One of the engineers of airtel came to resolve the issue and replced the set top box to an old one and without giving us a chance to check the new one , he just left. for the reverification of the same. I find it bit piculiar why should a client needs to re-submit the docs. Its the responsibility of the company to take care of their clients records.

A few months ago i have given a resquest letter to Supreme Telecom erode to discontinue my mobile number as there were some fake billing summary.They accepted the letter and destroyed my sim themselves.But still i am getting bills for my mobile number.But the supreme telecom does'nt take any responsibility to follow the issue and close it.Even the tamilnadu nodal officer is not responding to the e mails regarding this.

I was holding Airtel landline phone number[protected] with internet facility. For the last two months internet was working intermittently. Despite several requests and complaints, Airtel did not rectify the problem. Every time they tried to persuade us to continue with the service assuring that the complaint will be resolved.

I've bought Airtel Rs.251 internet pack on 05-Dec-2010 that provides 8GB allowance with a validity of 3 months. However the validity got expired on 16-Jan-2011. This was pack was bought for the mobile number +91 [protected].

We are having 2 phone connections, 2 broadband of airtel since 2007. Last September we had a couple o[censored]nresolved issues with 1 broadband and we decided to terminate it.

When we gave request for termination, there was a proper response and they offered us a retention plan of 2mbps with unlimited usage. We accepted the offer and till 3 days back Jan 24th 2011, it was perfect.

Suddenly my speed was dropped down...

today ,27th jan 2011, tuesday at 10:29 pm, i receieved a call from [protected]. It came to my knowledge that call is from pakistan. Although i missed the call, but i am concerned about how did the calling person got my number. I would appreciate it if you would look into this matter....
