I had the airtel nos.: [protected], [protected] with airtel postpaid service. I applied for change in service under MNP to Airtel Prepaid. Regarding bill settlement, they asked me to submit Rs. 4000 in cash & rest Rs. 2000 they agreed to adjust in security payment paid at the time of availing postpaid connection. Now they called me after shifting my no. to prepaid scheme and asked me to pay another Rs. 3500, which I clearly refused citing exploitation. But they have now barred my incoming & outgoing both, that too on a weekend. What am I supposed to do, with so many important business meetings?
Kindly provide justice!!!

AirTel — incoming & outgoing stopped

I PURCHASED AIRTEL CONNECTION WITH NOKIA 1110 HANDSET from RITIK'S MOBILE WORLD, 29, DURGA MANDIR MARKET, DABAULI, KANPUR, BRANCH F-818, GUJAINI, KANPUR AGAINST BILL NO. 1827 DATED 29.09.2007. I SUBMITTED MY IDENTIFICATION & ADDRESS VERIFICATION DOCUMENTS ( PHOTO COPY OF VOTER ID CARD) BUT AT PRESENT MY OUTGOING & INCOMMING IS STOPPED. I CONTACT AIRTEL HEAD OFFICE, BUT THERE IS NO RESPONCE.

There is no range in our area so there is problem for incomming calls.
At some times range is going suddenly while call is going on.

        Very BAD experience with the interface to reach the Customer care representative:
        Once you call to Airtel customer care service by calling 121, after that i have not find any direct line to connect the representative. Then some how i got the line after struggling 30 minutes.
        My concern is here that why not Airtel providing the direct option to call the customer care representative as you are charging .50 paisa.
        After today call i got very much frustrate as i am never going to call customer care representative.
        I have already registered a complaint regarding balance automatically, that why i was trying to get the details from Customer care representative.
        [I remember the airtel prepaid service that i used in year[protected] that time there was direct number '9' is dedicated to connect customer care executive: why not now they are providing same service]

        Airtel Postpaid — Poor response from customer care representative

        dear sirs, pl call only on [protected]
        my daddy no is [protected].he receives message from airtel regarding payment.in this referance i called 121 and spoke to yr executive and was informed that there is a dissent from my bank for payment of 424rs for above number.so i called hsbc and they informed me there was no transaction on my credit card done by airtel as i was informed by airtel executive that my that dissent was on 4th of november.
        so again i called 121 for help ,i explain everthing to yr executive but he was not able to help me out and i requested to speak to senior person.he transferred line to senior person mr fidavi supervisor.
        i again repeated everything.he told me i have to visit gallery.i made him understood that i stay at vile parle and to go khar or lokhandwala going and coming cost me 80 rs so if he can request the a/cs deparment to redo the transaction.but he refused and informed that 5 days before due date transaction can be done.in this referance we had heated argument and he told me to go to malad head office with written complaint .he is talking as if he is government officer.nowdays governmet officers are 1000times sweeter in talking.
        my problem is as under 1) we call 121 for help and try to avoid to go to gallery.in turn apart from helping we are shown rules and regulations .2) i called up regarding making payment ,and as a customer you treat us as if we are beggars.you as a company are fit for people who dont make payments and you have to run behind them for payments. after above talks with mr fidavi i called twice ,once i spoke with mr abhishek and second time with female executive.i requested both the executives to transfer the line to mr fidavi.they both kept me on hold and after sometime they disconnected the line.
        3) i have 3 connections [protected],[protected] and [protected] and 7 prepaid lines in my office.you can check my payments fromvery first day that i have not defaulted any payment or paid any late charges.
        as mr fidavi has told me to go to malad head office i am going to mail mr mittal the above mishandling and a copy to trai for some rules and regulations in customers benefits.
        from the above illmanered behaviour of airtel i would request for cancellation of all the lines with immediate effect.
        pl call only on [protected] for any cancellation formality to be completed. thanks and regards premal

        i am suffering from inproper outgoing facilitiy.
        i have complained many times to the customer care but they are not responding to that!!
        complain numbers are----
        17638333 dated on 21.07.08

        17972722 dated on 20.08.08

        [protected] dated on 29.08.08
        i had called to customer care more than 10 times a day.
        but just they give excuses that give 1 hr time or 2 hr time or 24 hrs time but there is no response and when i call the next time they say that your complain has been called of by some reasons. diffrent people are been called n told the details but there has been no action taken to it.during my calls to customer care i was given a number [protected] where no one is responding.
        i am quite haraased now and just thinking to go to consumer forum.
        so i kindly request you to look at the problem and solve my inconvienience.

        I too had the worst experience with airtel customer care 121. I just cant believe the low class service thats been provided. I called over 15 times to just try n get my blackberry services activated and not one of them knew what to do. They couldn't understand n neither communicate in English properly.The worst part was when i tried again today morning, i went with the instructions to speak to representative and they network kept getting cut by saying please dial *123# to know your account balance...hahaha...How silly!!! when i got home I realized I am not the only one struggling...My brother, my little sister and few of my friends are facing the same issue.We all have decided to change to Vodafone by tomorrow. I clearly see a downfall for Airtel...it has already begun in my circle.
        Exactly the same here[protected]. I have tried a number of times in the last two days, during office hours, evening, and night. There is no way to connect to a representative. Even after being told that any further assitance will cost 50 paisa, no representative comes on line. The recorded message continues and the call is terminated. This is indeed shocking! No way whatsoever to talk to a rep to find out how to change a plan or whatever other concerns we have as customers.

        I have sent complaints through email also in the past. We get a nice automated response that it will be attended to in the next 24 hours, but then nothing happens!
        I'm going through the same kind of experience with calling Airtel Customer care, dial 121, go through all the options. When we finally get to confirm to pay for the call, it redirects to auto-response saying to dial *121# to know about balance, validity. Have tried from 3 different lines, same response. Don't know why the guys at Airtel are not giving direct helpline number when we are paying for this? Is it really hard for them to provide a direct line?

          Airtel/Prepaid — cannot contact to customer care

          Dear sir,
          I am having the prepaid mobile no: [protected] suffering from a prohibition of call to the airtel customer care executive for about last 40 days. Sir, I must mention here that some day when I asked a customer care executive for a problem to solve then he told me to go to the nearer airtel office and solve my problem. But when I told him that my problem is not so big that I could have to go to the airtel office then he whispered something in an unknown language and cut the connection and since then I am not able to contact to customer care executive any more. In between I got a message that the company has activated a package "Friend Locator" and even I am not able to tell some one to deactivate that service. I dont understand that, why the company activate any package without even applying for that. Is this not a rub.
          So, I request you not to rub me like this and please activate my call at least to customer care executive, so that I may at least contact him to deactivate my auto activated service.

            In the bill dated 9 Nov 2010 (Bill number[protected] I noticed an added charge
            of 85 Rs referred to as DSL usage charge. Called customer care and spoke to
            Ankur he said that this amount will be reversed in the next bill. (Complaint
            ticket no[protected]

            Did not receive the bill next month. On confirming with customer care exec
            Anurag came to know that the DSL charge was not reversed and the same was added
            in the bill for that month. (Complaint ticket no[protected]. He said that I
            could pay the bill by deducting the DSL charge for this month and the previous
            month that is Rs 170 . Hence I paid Rs 1127 (after deducting Rs 170 from Rs
            1297)

            In the bill dated 10 Jan 2011 (Bill number[protected] was slapped with a late
            fee charge of Rs 50 for non payment of Rs 170 in the previous month bill. Was told by your customer care exec Deepak (complaint
            ticket no[protected] to pay Rs 50 less and not to pay Rs 170 in the current
            payment.

            In the bill dated feb 2011 the charge of Rs 170 is still not reversed plus Rs 50 have been charged for not paying the full bill last time.

            I have been complaining in Airtel for past 5 months. The airtel customer care executives have told me that this charge of Rs 170 has been reversed. Then every month I am being slapped with late fee charge of Rs 50 for non payment of complete bill.

            I will only write in when I receive the bill. And so far the issue has not been resolved. Got a call from Sanjana on 3rd march that Rs 170 will be refunded (complaint no[protected] and bingo their is no refund in the current bill. I feel that you have made a mockery of the entire customer care system. I write to your nodal officers they say that Rs 170 is refunded. I get calls from your reps they say it is refunded... where is the refund. I paid the excess charge last month hoping that the Rs 170 will be refunded in the current bill... but no it is not. I feel I am just wasting my time trying to get someone to solve my problem in airtel but all I get is a complaint no everytime and no refund.

            Airtel Landline & Broadband — Connection not working from 3rd March 2011

            I am Ruche Mehra user of airtel landline & braod band connection at home my phone no is[protected]

            My connection is not working from 3rd march onwards my complaint reference no is 43721886 i have been assured it will be taken care and rectifed by 4th march 11am through sms

            Every time cutomercare officer tells me some problem with DP some technical issues will take another two or three days today i been told it is been damaged will take another three days by 20th it will be done

            Now i am tired of their fake comitments first 4th march, 8th march, 11th march, 15th march, on 15 march next 24 hours and today 20th march

            The most useless, lousy & sikening technical backup of airtel who took more then 15 days in making this connection get going or rectified, Sorry but even worse services then mtnl services

            Now i donot wanted to continue with them, wanted to cancel may connection with immediate effect, i just want to ensure this should be taken care and i been commited by Mr Bharat some manager in thier customer service department that I will not be billed even a rental for this period untill it will rectified.

            Please refund the deposit and your instrument collected from my address

                Dear Sir, I am eight month old customer of Airtel Prepaid Delhi region(# [protected]), one day(around 12-14 January 2011) with balance message I got Dial *xxx*x#(toll-free) for Airtel Call manager(ACM). But, when I dialled that number I got a sms that Rs. 5/= has been deducted from my account for providing ACM service to me for 5 days. I de-activated the service immediately. Again, when I get recharged my number, Airtel deducted Rs. 30/= for providing the ACM service for 30 days without my request and prior approval of mine. Is Airtel losing customers due to MNP and by this way they are compensating for their lose.

                Hope for early settlement.

                I have the same thing of automatic activation happening in my airtel account i think for the second time without any intimation my my end. Twice in a year. Bloody cheats! Airtel just chooses numbers to do this activationa nd then they say that this activation is not possible except from the customers side it self.
                not to mention their Customer Care number which does not give you an option to talk to the customer Care executive unless u follow a single IVR path, and that too after getting disconnected twice..

                Myself karthikayeni I have air tel connection for last one year. But from last month onwards they dedute money for Air tel radio without our knowledge. We dont want this service.                 my self vinod kumar, a customer of Airtel Prepaid Delhi region(# [protected]), today (around 4.30 or 4.45) a call is coming on my mobile, I press 'OK' button for answering, but when i hear that this is an promotional call I disconnect the call. But after that an SMS is coming on my mobile in which an information about deduction of Rs. 30/- from balance for AIrtel Radio. I am not requesting any kind of this type of services. Airtel deducted Rs. 30/= for providing the Airtel Radio service for 30 minutes valid for 30 days without my request and prior approval of mine. Is Airtel losing customers due to MNP and by this way they are compensating for their lose.

Couple of months back, I activated AirtelTV (mobile tv) for my mobile, again I deactivated the same within the same week. After that in last 3 months, I have been charged atleast 7 times (40/- each). Every time I called up CustomerCare unit, they said they will refund the money. But that never happened. They are not aware of why this activation is happening. One Customer Care person accepted that there is some problem in the system, that’s why this is happening. I tried to connect Nodal Office also, but nothing happened till date. Now I am searching an option to go to Consumer court to complaint the same.

                Dear Sir,

                I have not asked for any Airtel Radio Service . But this morning ay 9.57 AM I ahve received a message that my AIR TEL RADIO SERVICE has been activated and they have debited Rs 30/- to my account. My mobile number is [protected].

                Kindly deactivate this service and refund the deducted amount of Rs 30/ immediately

                  Hi,

                  My name is Saurav Dev Burman and I live in Gandhinagar Gujarat, and need help/guidance as to how I can take action against my current service provider Airtel for not letting me move to other service provider by always giving me one or the other ridiculous reasons for the rejection of porting out my number.

                  Since, January 2010 every month I used to call up customer care to complain for their terrible network service; however, till date there is no solution to it and every time when I call them up their CCE says, they had taken my feedback and will forward it and I will get a call after resolution and I am waiting for it since last 14 months.

                  After MNP was launched, on 24 or 25th Jan. 2011 I opted to port out from Airtel to TATA Docomo and all the verification process was successfully completed by TATA; however, Airtel rejected my porting request mentioning the reason as "Contractual Obligations". When, I called Customer Care they asked me, "Was there any fraud case or any legal action/case filed against you?" I was just shocked to hear this, I told that guy to think before he speaks to me. I told him that; if I am that kind of person then how come Airtel gives me credit limit of 12,500K per month? In more than two and half years, I have always paid my bill well in advance and that too more than the actual bill... I have even paid 10K to 11K in just a month and this is (tag of fraud) what I am get in return for being a good customer.

                  Later fighting with them for 3-4 days for hours and waisting my money for calling customer care (121) they asked me to apply for port out once again. Again I had to go through the process and this time as well all the verification process was completed successfully by TATA Docomo; however, after 4-5 days (last Friday) I received a msg from Airtel saying, my porting request has been rejected coz o[censored]npaid bill. I called up customer care and told them, that my bill was of Rs. 232/- and I have paid Rs. 400/- and other bill was Rs. 64/- and one hour back I paid Rs. 100/-. Although I want to move out of Airtel, still I am paying more than my actual bill and you are saying I have unpaid bill although everything is clear before due date?

                  I had to argue with them for 45 odd mins and later they asked me to go to Airtel relationship centre (at Palanpur) where I had paid the bill and the relationship centre guy told me that as Airtel server was down, so could not update your payment request, will be done in 24 hours and he again requested me to apply for port out.

                  For the third time, I applied for porting of my number but again it was rejected this time saying that my number is vanity number and I have to pay some charges to Airtel before I move to other service provider. I told them, that I have got this as a pre-paid number from one of the shop that too without paying anything as the shopkeeper asked me to recharge it with Rs. 100/- for some kind of scheme 4 years back... at this Customer care said that as your number is now post paid... it has become vanity number and you have to pay the charges to port out or else you cannot move out of Airtel.

                  They guided me to Airtel Relationship Centre at Gandhinagar and after waisting my time there for one and half hours... all the employees there said that your accounts seems to be okay and there is nothing pending from your end and we too are not aware as to what is the process for porting out Vanity number and why Airtel is rejecting your request to port out? They even called up their managers and back office team... however, no one was aware about this and no one could help me out.....

                  When, I called up customer care (198 for complain) and asked them why they are charging me for providing vanity number after 4 years... they said you have got discount when you got this number and we want that discount back .... however; I told them that, I have never got any kind of discount from Airtel when I got the card...

                  Also, if this is Vanity number then you must have charged it to the shopkeeper and now you are charging me again? And, if you had given this number for free to the shopkeeper, then you need to ask him for the payment... why you are asking me...?? As, I have not purchased this card directly from you nor you had sold me this card?

                  Airtel Postpaid — I need help

But last month one girl called me from Airtel & told Airtel schemes her name was Rita. I purchased Airtel postpaid I choose one number & told her.but my Prepaid converted in to postpaid by her mistake. I inform her. This is your mistake & she is agreed. she apologize me & request me to go to Airtel gallery I went Airtel gallery in Airtel gallery executive confirm with Rita then Rita admitted her mistake & executive request to her send a mail further process till now. But she do not send a mail. without mail Airtel take didn't any action They said we can't help you first you tell dealer send a email after we sole your problem. But dealer not receive my phone I don't know dealer address I know only her mobile no. her mobile no. is [protected]/82. So what I do. I need your help

                    I write to express my Highest Level of Dissatisfaction in the way my complaint has been treated with.

                    Today (25.02.2011 is the 11th day, the issue is not resolved and no signal)

                    1. I have a HD connection with Cust ID [protected]
                    2. I received a call sales call for Digital Recorder *** LESSON: BEWARE OF AIRTEL SALES CALLERS
                    3. I thought about it and decided to go for it.
                    4. I booked for a digital recorder on 12.02.2011 . The sales person was fast enough to connect me to the IVR for payment collection, and later I found the speed missing in the followup action.
                    5. I was promised delivery and installation in 24 to 48 Hours, where as they took more than 100 Hours and that too after writing to them.
                    6. They had deputed a person to install the recorder and who did not care to complete the job and was more inclined to move away . Even the HDMI cable was not delivered.
                    He took my operational HD connection settop box along with him.
                    7. He assured that in 2 hours we will receive all channels ( it was at 12 noon on 19th feb).
                    8. Since I was not receiving the channels, I made number of calls to the call center and to my dismay nothing worked.
                    9. One call center executive said that by 13:57 hrs on 20th Feb engineer will visit and solve the problem but he did not turn up. I continued calling customer care for support to resolve this issue.
                    10. Customer care executive Priti Mishra spoke to me on 24th Feb and said that the issue will be resolved. BUT NOTHING HAPPENED
                    11. I continued with my follow up and after promise after promise, nothing happened.
                    12. finally today ie 25th feb 2011, I have sent a complaint and marked a copy to TRAI.
                    13. If any one else is fighting a case similar to mine, please let me know the legal remedies available.

                    Airtel DTH — Worst Customer Service - Beware

                    Hi,
                    I bought this connection in december last year and on april 27th , I logged a request to move the connection/dish to my new house i.e to de install everything from my old house on April 29th and reconnect to my new one on 30th.

                    Technician did not turn up on 29th, and on 29th i again called the customer service and logged a complaint. (ref no : 2583881 and 2632397)

                    Since then I have been calling them. I am now moved to my new house and I had to remove the dish myself. today its 8th May.. No signs of Airtel guys coming in and fixing my connection

                    All they had been doing is to deduct money from my account daily for the service that I am not using since April 29th.

                    They also have closed my complaint saying the customer move his dish himself ! and did not bother to check with me before closing.

                    I have been since then calling them repeatedly and everytime they told me that some one will be in touch. Infact couple of times they did call me to say, some engineer will call to fix up an appointment

                    I am still waiting with my dish lying in living room area of my house

                    Worst Customer Service experience I have ever had. I think these guys take the customers for granted.. as in india we do not have proper legislation...so the exploitation

                    I have bought the airtel dth on april 2010. I have done many times request ( from 26/08/10 to till date) for relocation of dth from Ber sarai Delhi to Greater Noida but till date my problem has not solved. Airtel providind very worst service.

                    There is no resolution. It is a case of mis-selling. they have reverted back my HD connection and credited the amount to my account. In short, they have retained me for another one year by collecting my amount.
                    This is not resolution, but reverting back to earlier position. There was no signal for many days and there is no compensation even for that. This speaks volumes about the quality of resolution.

                      I am extremely dissappointed with airtel's customer service. None of my complaints (more than 10) about following problems through regular channels have been resolved.

                      My phone #[protected]

                      Problem #1:
                      Despite paying heavily for the broadband, connection, it keeps getting disconnected very often.

                      Problem #2:
                      Centrex not activated for me until now even after two billing cycles since I got the connection

                      Problem #3:
                      My name and address have been spelled incorrectly.


                      It just seems that there is absolutely no use to expect better service from airtel even though this is a private player. It seems they do not care if few customers are lost due to poor service. They also do not care about the pain they cause their customers.

                      After so much efforts also Airtel is disappointing me since I took the connection past one year back I evn requested for a centrex number at the same time bt still I din get the centrex connection Iam from chennai none the complaints are being processed plz try to help me ... The connection is for office use (or) commercial use...

                        I have registered a complaint earlier that I have been recieving BIKINI RICH ALERTS FROM AIRTEL messages in my phone number [protected] and I am being charged Rs.3 whenever I recieve the message.I recieve this message from AD-54321 .
                        I got a call from an airtel cutomer care official from delhi.HE informed me that no service have been activated on my number.
                        BUT the very next day I RECIEVED THE SAME MESSAGE.An importent fact is that i recieve this message wheneveri have enough cash to be deducted from my account.If i have cash in my account, i recieve it everyday and I get charged Rs.3.
                        Now in total,including today; I have ben charged a total sum of RS.25.
                        I WOULD LIKE TO GET THIS PROBLEM RECIEVED AS FAST AS YOU CAN>AND PLEASE RESTORE THE MONEY I LOST FROM MY PHONE.
                        After the last call I recieved from the customer care officer from Delhi; Whenever I try to contact customer care service via 121, the call gets diconnected after the computer says "your call is transferred to the customer care officer".
                        I hve been using an IDEA sim card for years and they have never gave me such trouble.

                        i am dr pankaj goyal from delhi, pitampura. bought a prepaid connection [protected] around three weeks back. u people disconnected the number and on enquiry i was asked to submit my documents again .i submitted all fresh copy of documents to ur office in sector 3 rohini in front of m2k rohini and was assured thr connection in two days. but it was still not functioning after 4 days and i went to that office agsin- i was told it will be on in ten min - no connection again, i went again-i was told it will be on in an hour- again not functioning, next day again i went twice and i was told arrogantly that they have done there job and they do not know why it is not on and they have sent the mail and they can not do anything more. i tried on ur [protected] customer care several times and every learned person there told me that they have not recieved my documents and can not help me and asked me to wait for connection to senior who never picks up the phone-i tried all nodal officers numbers but they all are too busy to pick my unimportant call- waisted whole day on ur stupid connection which i could have utilised in treating my patients- feel like changing to other network- but told that it will be possible after 3 months of current provider usage. approaching u is like like breaking head with walls. u r big gods sitting somewhere and nowhere and we are big to see ur adds and try ur services. nobody is answerable from ur side. this mail also will be of no use i am sure- but after this much trauma i will ensure some legal action to ur company.

                          I, presently having MTNL Dolphin post-paid mobile connection no. [protected], had initially applied for porting out of my said mobile no. to Airtel (pre. paid). I submitted the relevant forms duly filled in with MNP code and required documentary proofs and last paid bill details of MTNL Dolphin to recently opened Airtel authorised outlet at Dharam Colony, near Spanish Court, Palam Vihar, Gurgaon on 22.01.2011. In spite of repeated visits to the said outlet and suffering very rude behaviour of the man at the outlet, my application was not processed. Another subsequent visit and the man returned my application papers, after three full weeks, saying it has been rejected as switching from postpaid (MTNL) to prepaid (Airtel) is not allowed. I emailed a complaint to both TRAI and Sh. Vikrant Dubey, Grievances Officer and Sh. Irfan Khan, Appellate Officer for Delhi Region of Airtel under TRAI on 05.02.2011 but to no response. I again generated a fresh MNP code, prepared fresh application and subimmited the same to another Airtel outlet opp. Sec.14 Mkt., Gurgaon on 09.02.2011. The man at the outlet (Mr. Arvind, another rude fellow) gave me a Airtel sim card against payment of prescribed fee of Rs. 19. I received two SMSes on 12.02.2011 acknowledging receipt and processing of my application. However, I received another SMS on 17.02.2011 that the MTNL has rejected porting out of my no. [protected] due to outstanding dues that had accrued during this period. I immediately deposited my dues in cash and gave the receipt to the Airtel (Sec. 14, Gurgaon) outlet. The man there did not take the receipt and told me to not use the MTNL sim for outgoing calls. Another round of telephonic and personal visits and Mr, Arvind curtly told me to submit another set of application papers, 3rd since beginning, for Post-paid connection only since switching from post-paid to pre. paid is not allowed and the application papers submitted earlier can not be retrieved. This happened despite the fact that the whole Airtel media and internet publicity clearly says the switching is allowed.

                          The whole excercise of repeatedly submitting new MNP code (valid for 15 days), fresh previous dues clearance and the whole application papers again and again with new conditions each time and still my number remaining unported has left me completely harassed and cheated. The Airtel MNP helpline at [protected] is completely useless as it is a typical system to stonewall the queries of consumers rather than helping them with responsive action towards their specific problems. I am happy that the "MTN users of South Africa have been saved from potential harassment and shudder to think of the fate of Indian consumers when Bhart-Walmart takes over.

                          If the Airtel feels that I have been unnecessarily put into trouble, My number [protected] may be ported in under prepaid plan immediately under due intimation to me

                            I AM AIRTEL POST PAID CUSTOMER WANTING TO CHANGE TO RELIANCE.
                            I GOT MY UPC CODE ON SUNDAY 20TH FEB 2011 AND ON 21ST I WENT TO RELIANCE AND SUBMITTED ALL DOCUMENTS. I HAVE ALSO PAID ALL MY AIRTEL BILLS .
                            ON 22ND FEB I GOT SMS FROM RELIANCE THAT MY MNP IS IN PROCESS AND THT THEY HAVE CONTACTED AIRTEL FOR CONFIRMATION.

                            BUT SINCE THEN I AM GETTING CALLS FROM AIRTEL EVERY DAY AND ASKING FOR THE REASON OF THIS CHANGE. FIRST THEY WERE VERY CORDIAL AND TRIED TO 'PAMPER' ME BY LOT OF OFFERS ETC. BUT SOON THEY REALISED THT I WAS ADAMANT ON CHANGING TO RELIANCE.

                            TODAY,25TH FEBRUARY I GOT CALL FROM AIRTEL ([protected])AND THT LADY WAS VERY ARROGANT AND SHE KEPT INSISTING THT I MUST NOT CHANGE AND THAT I MUST TELL HER REASONS FOR CHANGE OR ELSE SHE LL CANCEL MY REQUEST. IT SOUNDED MORE LIKE A THREAT!!!!!!!
                            SHE ALSO TOLD ME THT IT LL TAKE MORE THAN A MONTH FOR TRANSFER AND WHEN I INQUIRED THT TRANSFER SHOULD HAPPEN IN A WEEK TO 10 DAYS, SHE WAS EXTREMELY ARROGANT IN SAYING THT IT IS UP TO THEM WHETHER TO CANCEL THE REQUEST... I WAS SHOCKED.. AND WITHIN 5 MIN OF THT HAPPENING I M TYPING ALL OF IT HERE...

                            I WANT EVERYONE TO TAKE THIS SERIOUSLY!!!

                                A sum of Rs. 333 was recharged for the Airtel No.[protected] on 21.02.2011, 12:45 p.m. through ICICI online banking.

                                The transaction reference is as under:
                                BIL/[protected]/0117/[protected]/91973 DR

                                Despite successful debit at the site, I received a message stating "Your recharge request could not be processed. Please try after sometime."
                                On calling up Customer Care, i got an assurance that the amount will be added to my balance. I received a request reference no: CANRC[protected]
                                However, the balance has not been added.

                                Kindly do the needful to update the recharge amount against the No.[protected]

                                  For the past two days I am facing the Problem of my call being overheared by the AIRTEL CUSTOMER SUPPORT People. Yesterday while speaking on the phone I got a missed call and the other person who was talking with me got missed call from the same number. After our call was over, I got the call from the same number and the person who spoke said the entire content of waht me and my friend were discussing. Please let me know how to take action on this.                                     I've applied for a number portability of my number [protected] from airtel to vodafone. I submitted all the documents to vodafone including the fully paid last bill generated by airtel.

                                    However, airtel rejected the porting request stating that mine is a corporate connection and can not be ported out. As such, there is no such regulation within TRAI that asks me for such eligibility criteria.

                                    I am registering an official complaint tomorrow with TRAI and then will be sending a legal notice to Airtel, in case no response received, I'll be moving the consumer court, Noida, located at G.Noida.

                                    This is totally unacceptable on part of airtel and serious flouting of norms of TRAI.

                                      I tried to talk to you over phone several times for the past 7-8 days and you were not picking the call even after several repeated attempts. I would have tried you almost 50 times and you are not even bothered to call back. I dont know the reason why you are not picking the calls of mine or not bothered to call back.

                                      Pls let me know whome shoul I contact for the scheme/ tarif[censored]pdates as well as the activation of Blackberry services and to shift to Airtel for my team members.

                                        I ahve registered for DND on 4th Feb 2011. Airtel has not activated my DND but their system is showing that my DND has been activated. On 23rd and 24 th Feb thay have cut Rs 15 each day for my account for activation of missed call alert. ON 23rd I unsuscribed myself from their sevices but again 0n 24th Morning they ctivated it. They are sending URLS in their SMS. If one clicks to read them it is activated automatically. I have calle dtheir customer care many times but none are able to help
