      I am a resident in UAE and haven't been to India for the past 2 years. I had subscribed to life time service card during my last visit which was in 2018. I had taken 2 numbers and now I can see that one of the numbers is being used by someone in India which is a breach of privacy and against your policy of protecting the customer's agreement.

        We are also Been harassed by these customer care... the bill got generated even after we disconnected the broadband...
        And the airtel one plan is a scam... we were told that airtel offers 2 sims, 1 broadband and a free landline... in one bill of about 1500/- but we got different Bills for two phones and broadbands and the amount surpassed 1500... we got somewhere about 2000/-... and the mobile network is so bad that we cant even call... an sms takes 5 mins to send... mobile stays in 2g... and In Roaming... so we had no contact when outside... so when we disconnected it... the sim got ported successfully... but the broadband cancellation request took so much time... like first they disconnected the service and we payed for the month o[censored]se before disconnection but one person calls us and keeps pestering us to pay the bill for the month after the disconnection... EVEN THOUGH WE DID NOT USE AS ITS DISCONNECTED... he sends us one link and says pay through that link as the system got disconnected... now I'd not know if it's the airtel fault or it's the team's fault... we have one other broadband in our office for about 6 - 7 years we had no problems at all... it's now that airtel has bad coordination in teams...

        Also the customer care service is very hard to reach... it's too complicated

            My mobile no of Airtel [protected] stopped working and Airtel asked me to get duplicate SIM. This number is listed with PAN, Adhar, Insurance, EPF and Bank.
            So i sent my daughter who is in India with authority letter alongwith all my credentials i.e Passport, Visa, Adhar Card and her id proof but the Crossing Republik Airtel branch as well as the airtel authorities through [protected]@irtel.com informed me that i can get sim only after coming to India. It is shocking i am blocked from all communications that come from above agencies . I Could not verify myself for IT return filing. And i can not afford to airtravel to get duplicate sim.
            I am ready to submit myself before AIRTEL global partner UMNIAH in Jordan for verification.

            Kindly order Airtel to issue sim to my daughter who is in India so that the above mobile number can be active and i could detect fraudulent transaction in my account. Otherwise Airtel will be responsible for blinding me from getting SMS alert.

              Facing network issue with calls/internet and raised this complaint to Airtel for the past 6 months and no action is being taken yet.

              WORST WORST WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.,

              I am using Airtel postpaid for the past 10 years and never faced such situations. I have raised more than 15 complaints for this and everytime it's closed without my notice and issue remains same.

              Need to educate the person technical things to fix it soon ..

              FRUSTRATING to see this from AIRTEL ..!!!

                My main number is [protected] and this is under ONE FAMILY connection for about 1 year which includes and Digital TV connection number and another personal number of mine [protected].

                Since moving to Rs. 800/- ONE FAMILY PLAN, I have not got a bill amount of Rs. 800 /- at all. it used to be ranging somewhere around 2000+. I have already raised complaints but they had only restored my connection after late payment, but did not sort out the excess billing issue till date. Every time I raise the complaint the phone bankers, but no solution provided till date

                CUrrently also I had made a complaint, only to see my line disconnected (both [protected] & [protected]). I had no choice but to make the payment for erroneous billing. It is claimed that the connection will be restores within 48 hours. But it is 72 hours now, connection is yet to get restored.

                I do not understand what is the accountability on the people responsible to address these issues. why should there be a commitment when it is not being fulfilled and how Airtel is going to address this to customers. Is it just by restoring the lines after getting such complaints. As that was how my complaints had been handled till date. No resolution had been given to prove / disprove billing error.

                Airtel officials, should have checked the complete billing amount vis and vis Rs. 800/- multiplied by the months now. But no efforts had been taken to resolve and clarify to the customer.

                Besides now once again my connection is disrupted. I am sure by making this complaint sooner or later they will just restore the connection but I doubt if there will be any solution to resolve billing concern. I am fed up with Airtel. I am seriously looking at moving out of Airtel

                But before that I just thought of raising this complaint and if still find this also unresolved once want to escalate to the highest authority possible so that atleast other customers may not suffer such irresponsible approach and then switch over.

                I am only these surprised to see the Airtel Ad about reaching 0 complaints. I doubt with such officials in place, will it just a remain a dream

                  No signal on my prepaid sim

                  I lost my Airtel sim which is of Maharashtra Circle...i live in Assam state now...Applied for new sim which is of Maharashtra Circle...i visited Airtel Center in Mission charali.. Tezpur..They gave me new sim i have paid 25rupees..I inserted sim i got signal & i got a message from ATDSA saying your service has been set please restart your handset..after i restart my Handset There is no signal From Last 24 Hour...kindly solve my problem...Dhanyabad...

                  From 3-4 days, all of a sudden my airtel sim shows no network while on other airtel sim working totally fine. After several tries like rebooting, changing the phone, and restarting there was no improvement. I also went to a nearby airtel store they offer to change issue the sim card with the same no. but still, there was no signal it is still showing no network registered.

                            After deactivating my internet connection, they agreed to refund the money via check.

                                Hello Sir/Mam,
                                The client (Mr. Ayush Gupta, Petitioner ) was recently contacted by Mr. Mukesh Jaiswal who is in charge of the marketing department to upgrade Airtel technology upgrade from technology change from VDSL to FTTH wherein reliable speed is provided o[censored]p to 100 Mbps and was charged an upgrading cost of Rs 2122 including GST of which proper bill is yet to be furnished by Airtel. My client was also informed that he will get a higher amount of bill for at least 3 months which can be used to reimburse from the client's employer through which both the parties (Airtel Marketeer and Petitioner) can be benefitted learning to which my client expressed denial.

                                Post that my client discovered that instead o[censored]pgrading the new connection, he is given an altogether newer connection ([protected]_DSL) and the old connection is still incurring charges. In the wake of finding two connections at one place for the same address and email ID, My client enquired Mr. Mukesh to disconnect the older connection and asked for a refund for the extra amount of 5 days that will be charged in the next billing cycle for the old connection until the date of disconnection. Not being answerable to the complaint, Mr. Mukesh gave Ayush an offer of Rs 100 - Rs 200 to suppress the matter and get ongoing with the new connection.

                                As an esteemed customer of Airtel, My Client escalated this issue to the higher authorities through proper channel informing the situation confronted and asked for clarification of the equivalent of which customer care responded stating that "Yes Ayush, the complication you have faced is a fraud and a strict action will be talked against the person who gave you new connection instead o[censored]pgraded connection" and they assured Ayush full refund of the connection. Forewarning that the old connection was valuable in the sense that the contact number is shared among relatives he was also told that your old connection will be restored with no extra charges and upgraded technology.

                                Ayush got several spam calls after the request in which he was enquired about the reason for disconnection with no resolution provided including one from Mr. Anil Sahu, Marketing head of the Bhopal division who told Ayush not to escalate the matter to a higher level and let's resolve the issue at its best interest. Another call was received wherein the Engineer's visit to the place was assured.

                                Post which Petitioner is yet to be contacted by Airtel even after paying outstanding bills on time.

                                We believe the regarded issue has surfaced to a lot of pertinent users and they must have paid installation charges for the new connection even if installation charges are not required for existing user accounts. Subsequently, even if the issue is resolved, the matter must be taken to the grievance cell for proper redressal of the issue and my client gets the best possible resolution in the nearest of time.

                                To summarize the details, we found Airtel to be held liable for the following reasons -
                                1. Not informing my client of the New connection and New Landline number. Now new landline contact details have to be shared among the client's relatives and friends.
                                2. Putting self-interest before client's for commission as sources suggest that Airtel offers higher commissions for new connection instead of degradation.
                                3. Keep incurring charges for the old connection when a new connection is established,
                                4. Offering money under the table to suppress the request.
                                5. Spamming user for enquiring disconnection request.
                                6. Wrong promises of speedy response and full refund of accountability including a token of apology.

                                I expect full remuneration for the time and money spent and look forward to your replies in the shortest time.
                                The client has a few details as evidence including undefined bill receipt for Rs 2112, emails shared, and call recordings.

                                The facts hereby mentioned above are true to the best of my knowledge and belief and nothing has been concealed therein.

                                  On 2 January 2021 i had opted for porting from BSNL/Bihar to AIRTEL/Bihar.

                                  Then I received a confirmation SMS from Airtel stating the number will be switched to Airtel by 06 January 2021 12:30:00 AM.

                                  At the same time current operator (BSNL) number stopped working assuming Airtel would be activated.

                                  When i inserted Airtel SIM card i recieved two SMS from Airtel
                                  1.Thank you for choosing Airtel! We are setting up your services please wait.
                                  2. Your services have been set. Please restart your handset.

                                  So i restarted my phone and there's no signal at all. Airtel is yet to activate my number.

                                  Disappointed.
