    As per the subject, I am raising complaint on Airtel company for not providing the needs of the customer. In my Apartment there are nearly eight to ten flats and most of them are using Airtel. The problem we are facing is that, we are not able to use the internet (Data). In view of this, many complaints were raised, but nothing seems to be working. For your perusal, below are the complaint raised by me, for which no solution has been provided till now. Also the customer support are not answering with the required standards. Every time they give the answer that it will be sorted out in 2 days.

    In this regard, I need proper justification to say why am i supposed to pay for the internet for which am not using. Else, i need the answer why it is not working (sometimed i have 2 kbps) properly in that locality.

    We were not able to work during the pandemic situation, also the online classes for our children has become a major hurdle with this type of network connectivity.

      I did recharge two time the plan was of Rs. 48 for 3 GB data validity: 28 days. The transaction is done both the times but the scene is not activated. It was on date 2 Feb 2021 and 3 Feb 2021. I request for both the scheme to be activated within an hour.

        Hi,

        My Airtel SIM stopped working and there is no network in my phone. I tried the same SIM in different slot also but same issue. I tried to use the same SIM in different phone also, but same issue. Please resolve this issue ASAP

            I recharged Airtel 4G Data pack for Rs 98/ on 30/1/2021 through Airtel App.
            Amount debited to bank but Airtel did not give credit for recharge.
            Call to 121 did not give result.
            Mail to 121 did not give result.
            Mail to nodal office did not yield any result
            No body gave me SR Number
            What to do?

                      My Name Manoharan Stay in Dubai UAE. Last 15 Years I am Using AIRTEL SIM and last 3 weeks my SIM not working, even not Showing in the mobile phone. I have Enough Balance and Roaming charges also.
                      I contact Airtel, they mention that I have go back India to get the SIM and come back.
                      Is it the way to help customers. Really don't understand. Whom i have to complaint to get rectify and for the solution.

                          Dear Airtel, My airtel number [protected] has been suddenly stopped working, it has been dead from last 2 days. I tried contacting airtel customer care but haven't succeeded in doing so. Why airtel is not starting my number again, this is pathetic airtel customer care service never goes through. Please activate my sim again. This number is important to me as it is associated with my all transaction and interactions. I have been using this number from last 2 years. I do not understand, why Airtel is taking fun in loosing customers like me who has been with airtel from last 10 years. Please take action as soon as possible. Best Regards

                              I’m using Airtel same number for last 10 years and suddenly my phone read activation needed and all network services were disabled. For the last 5 days I have submitted my Adhaar, Pan card but my SIM isn’t still activated.

                                    My airtel number got deleted suddenly

                                    I was using airtel prepaid sim(converted from postpaid in July 2020) and kept recharging it with Rs.598 plan (having 1.5 gb per day for 84 days) since conversion. Lastly i recharged it on 10th December 2020, so it had validity till 1st week of March 2021 atleast.
                                    But suddenly on 28th January 2021, my airtel stopped working. I couldnt make calls or message anyone. When people tried calling me it said inval number.

                                    I am dialing a particular number which was earlier correct but nowadays when I called thr number it's showing me invalid, please check the number and even am getting call from the same number but can't make call? Why what the heck is ?

                                      Again recharged yesterday night (28/1/2021), but unable to make calls

                                      Instead of relevant reply, customer care is directing irrelevantly
