      I I'm Sonali. I'm using airtel prepaid card. On Jan 16th Jan i have recharge my bill of RS399 through my Debit Card & one my husband net banking. But both transcation showing error but amount is deducted my account .after some time I checked recharge done successfully. Recharge done RS -399/ but payment deducted amount -798 / So please do me the favour and return my money to my which additional paid

        I went to airtel shop for making a dummy sim. Because suddenly my sim stopped working without any specific reason. Ao the shopkeeper told me to make a dummy sim for that. He charged 200 Rupees for that dummy sim. I was in hurry so i paid him instead of bargaining and thought of teaching him a lesso afterwards. As i came to know that the usual charges for dummy sim are rs.50 only.
        It is not a matter of 50 rs. But it is fraud and cheating with the customer . He think that customers are fool and illeterate. I have the mobile number of that shopkeeper with me in case if needed in conplaint filing.
        I hope you will understand my issue and take proper actions.

          The services provided by Airtel now is worse.
          Most of the times the range is not more than 1 bar and internet is really slow. I have registered complaints so many times and still no resolution.
          Look at the image attaches you’ll know that network quality is really poor.

                Submit for your kind information I have done a prepaid recharge on [protected] on 01 Jan 2021 through Payzaap platform, I have enquired the matter throught customer care of payzaap team and also through Airtell customer care. I have told the matter to payzapp, they said your payment of Rs 598/- has been successfully done from our side, then I enquired the matter with Airtel customer care, they told to talk with from where you have made payment, I talked as the desired, now I look payment was successfully transferred to Airtel Co. but not yet refunded back

                  I have a Airtel broadband connection. My service is down since last 7 days, still there is no one resolution from their side. I calling them multiple times, I got a call from them saying that it would take 7 more days to repair the issue. Imagine taking 15 days to fix an already working line. It seems to be a deliberate attempt by them to keep the service down so they usurp money from the consumers without providing them any service. They made a pay for 30 days out of which their service is down for 15 days. On asking if we get any compensation for non working days, they arrogantly replied that they wont provide any refunds.

                      I recharged on ([protected]) wrong number by mistake instead of [protected] airtel prepaid number of Rs 698 . Please help or transfer this recharge on [protected] number . Because i already did recharge of rs 379 on [protected] at 29 dec 2020 . So cancel this new recharge .

                        I am Shanmugam P, I have done a recharge of Rs. 251 through Amazon pay at 9.06 PM on 14/01/2021. But still it shows as pending status. Where as the amount has been deducted from the bank. Kindly do the needful.

                          I am currently in USA. I have done my recharge of 3997 which offers me 500 mins outgoing, incoming free and 5GB internet.
                          The rest is working but I am unable to use 500 mins outgoing facility.
                          I tried to reach customer care and also my parents who live in india went to airtel store about this issue. The complaint was registered but I am unable to get any help from airtel.

                                I have recharged to my number [protected] by mistake instead of recharging my mother's number with amount 379 today morning and my transaction id is[protected]. I have recharged again my mother's number but i don't want recharge on my number as i already have recharge for the next two months. Kindly help me out and refund my money back.                                       1. On airtel website i had given porting request on 30 Dec 2020 .
                                      2. After given an online request airtel sent airtel send executive
                                      for sim delivery and document verification at our office.
                                      3. He did verification and gave new Airtel sim card.(Sim No.[protected]
                                      4.On 1 january 2021 i received sms regarding schedule for port-in to airtel mumbai at 11.30.

                                      NOW SINCE 1 JAN 2021 MY AIRTEL SIM IS NOT ACTIVATED TILL DATE AND ALSO EXISTING PROVIDER DISCONTINUED NETWORK SERVICE. NOW I am not able to do any online transactions My number is link with my all http://banks.Now my mobile Number is showing its does not exist.

                                      NOW NO ONE IS RESPONDING TO MY QUERY.

                                      MY QUESTION IS WITHOUT DOCUMENT VERIFICATION AND WITHOUT UPLOADING MY DATA WHY I HAVE RECEIVED THE SMS TO KEEP NEW SIM READY ( ATTACHING SCREEN SHOT HEREWITH

                                      Please let me know when my number will start

                                      I feel like I made a mistake by porting from Jio to Airtel
