I've visited Airtel care centre in new Bowenpally Hyderabad, they charged me 650/-rs for first recharge after MNP, now my new sim is activated but there is no recharge available, I've proof o[censored]pi transaction, location proof, the store lady said there is no bill for recharge as it is online and due to covid there is no physical copy...

I have recharged my mobile number [protected] through the airtel thanks app on 7th April 2020 and received an SMS with a Transaction reference and I also have a bank statement. The bank transaction was also completed successfully but my mobile is not recharged. Till now I got no message regarding the recharge, although the amount has been debited from my bank account....

I am a senior citizen of more than 78 years of age & have undergone heart bye - pass surgery. Have Airtel Mobile connection [protected]. Already paid the charges up to 07.05.2021. For the last 1 month, there is no network connectivity. due to that I am not able to receive any calls & OTPs, which is causing me a great loss & inconvenience.
I have complained a number of times, but no action has been yet taken to restore the connectivity....

I recharged my phone today with 349 so amount deducted from my bank. I received message also about the recharge has been initiated to your mobile number. But when I check balance in my phone it says 0 balance and phone not recharged....

From the past 3 months I'm not able to use my data network .This my 8 complaint. But you have never take any action whenever I complaint . If you don't take any action I will change my sim ....

This is Prajakta Mete from Pune my airtel no is [protected], which is net speed issue's past 3-4 days, it's been hectic over now the 4G run's moreover with 2G speed as well as the it's quiet TDS job to perform as net usage is most needed as per the job.I am truly been stuck with these net issue as well the constant buffering faced....

Airtel XStream Box with refundable deposit Rs. 1500 payment.
Bought on 27 November 2020.

After one week customer support says that I need to continue for one year with Rs 461 subscription, then only that refund is applicable. This information is not provided before. I applied it through Airtel Thanks app.

By knowing this, I asked them to take the box immediately. They are not refunding the amount....

I want to port my airtel no. As i am not satisfied its internet and calling service. The issue is i am trying to send port msg to 1900, the error ' couldn't send massage' appears everytime. I tried changing massage centre no.and manual network selection all the solution given on internet.
please resolve my issue...

My name is Santosh, On Dec 3, 2020 airtel worker are trying to installed a box which have height approx 5ft and width 3 ft. on mid of the vacant area. I have opposed that time and they said we will shift it. But when i come back from office and see they have finished the installation. Now we are facing issue due to its in mid. I have called the contractor/supervisor then he is denying to shift that box. Please shift that box in one side....

I asked several times whether my locality has connection or not.They said yes several times. After paying no one has picked the call.I tried Customer Support they said wait some days, I told to Refund the amount.

Today 4 December 2020, Today I called customer support, they said refund issued on 23 November, I said then...

I actually used the airtel payment bank to recharge an airtel number I tried it twice but recharge is still not done yet. and the total money deducted was 49 + 49 and I want my money to be refunded.
