This is in regard to the complain against my customer id:[protected]

My Air Tel DTH was again have problem regarding No Signal again within 6 month of changing Setup Box.

So i registered complain regarding it on[protected] and my complain no. is 3741264 and representative tell me that our engineer will resolved it within 24 Hour.

But after two days no one can come to solve the problem. so i again call them on 3rd Sept. so they said will forward ur complain and wait for 24 Hr.

Then again no one come then again i call customer care and they again said me the same so from last 16 days i am not geting any servise from Airtel DTH.

So you are kindly requested to resolved my problem as early as possible or take ur DTH system and return my money back, so i can buy new one from other company.

And also i am not able to seeing my TV from last 16 days so ur kindly requested to refund my 16 days money to my account till i dont get solution.

I am facing this problem third time before 6th month i had same problem and Airtel DTH was resolved after 3 complain to u and taking 2 month and also dont get refund of that 2 months.

Now u have to take Hard action against Air tel DTH servises.

Pls so ur kindly requested to provide my money back and i dnt want to use airtel dth anymore.

Due to this i cant able to see any news , any show , any serials, any cricket match etc. so Airtel DTH have to pay for this also.

If right now they will not get solution then plsssssss ban on Air Tel DTH connection and take hard action.

    am from Hyderabad. My son joined at VIT, Vellore on 05.07.10. I have taken Airtel SIM card for my son with No.[protected] at VIT campus and paid Rs.865/ for SIM & Package. And My son submitted one photo, VIT ID Card & 10th Marks Memo. They told within one day it will be activated. The third day i.e. 07.07.10 when we asked for activation they asked to pay Rs.150/- for activation. We have paid Rs.150/- also. But till today ( 16.09.10) SIM not activated and nobody responding at VIT stall when we ask.

    Suggest me what to do.

    last 5 days my sim inoming/outginng facilitis was not working, Ihave submitted my adress & id proof today but airtel office incharge told that sim will activatted after 15day, sim deactivated without infomation/sms, sim to be activate as soon as possible.

      Airtel is requesting me to submit my ID proof or else they will deactivate my number ([protected]). They are demanding me to submit my proof frequently. i have submitted already 3 times and still they are demanding and they are not ready to accept my proof in emails and they need me to meet them in person and submit the proof. This is highly idiotic.....

      Airtel is requesting me also to submit my ID proof or else they will deactivate my number ([protected]). They are demanding me to submit my proof frequently. i have already it. we do not have any time or what? just to go personally and submit it again? These people are real nuisance! I once informed customer care that it has already been submitted so dont send any SMS again. He said ok and again after one/two days it started again. To comman man they are very strict but to all those who are underworlds kings no identity proof needed for them!

        The telecommunication companies these days are changing their policies in India at a fast track. They are loosing faith in customers and deviating more towards investing in smaller countries. These companies are in fact loosing ethics and lacking professionalism. This may be the result of their incompetent induction of professionals in different areas. which clearly indicate that these companies are in want of revenue at any cost. On the other hand they talk about Eco-green India, actually it is cost cutting at customer level, which saves money by not sending bills to the customer, May be this idea is noble if true. But it seems to be carrying an hidden agenda behind all this, about which a common customer is unaware of. The customers is the pillar of the company and the policies made by them these days are creating a huge gap between them and the customers. I think it will have a very bad impact in near future.Their employees are away from their job responsibilities. These scenarios may be present in other similar companies and i am sure you must be a victim of such things sometime,if you are a customer.These days these companies are working at a slowest speed and lack in making quick decisions to solve a customer problem. they have created lot's of division to improve the quality but they are unaware that the growth depends upon the slowest working division irrespective of the other divisions whether they are working fast. I am not a management guru, but i know that creating new business or buying other sick units, or small companies in small countries is NO Growth. You are only self satisfied since you are creating a dissatisfied customer's base on the other hand.

        I am the victim of such circumstances with this companies being a old customer, i have observed many changes since the beginning at various levels even at the appellate or whether it's nodal level. I think there exist a great deal of communication gap among all levels and it seems that every employee is trying to save his/her skin whether he/she has to make false promises,lies, keeping customer in dark, changing policies with any intimation to the customers etc.

        The only good step for the customer is to approach the Consumer Court , No doubt you can solve your issue, but why it happened? who created this discomfort for you & why? This is still a big question again, I wish they worked in ethical way and treated us like real customers instead of money making donkeys.
        The top brass, the actuaries, the management gurus in these companies should realize this soon or it will be too late.


        In my view point these big houses should be brought under RTI by the Government.

          I have been with airtel with the number for 3 months in this house and i have been with the number[protected] with stay and gain plan.And i have been informed that i would be charged 881 per month without using phone and i would be deducted with 100Rs from my 3rd month bill and if i am discontinuing the service i can get the remaining money back.And i have been told this from my welcome call and the sales man.after that i have called customer care and i have been given the same answer and i have been told the same by all.now i am in a position to vacate this house and i have checked to continue with the service there is no network in my permanent residence as per the feasibility check.so i cannot move the service there.so in order to cancel the service to know the procedures i called customer care then as per i am not satisfied from the answers i asked for a escalation manager and his name is harish and he told that i cannot get any money back from airtel as remaining one or something.then he asked sorry for the miscommunication.i dont want sorry this is not any relationship to ask sorry its money and you have to stick to your commitments and then why the same wrong info has been communicated through all the way then.i have spoken to the appellate as i cannot reach the nodal as his number always busy for more than 30 minutes and then as per the appellate request(Mahalakshmi) i am sending this mail.she asked me to get a call back request on this issue.please do the needy because i will not surrender the equipment if there is any negative answer because a person in your concern had told me that i can get the remaining amount as a cheque in 45 days to my permanent address.so i want this to be sorted out before i am cancelling you request as on oct 31.i want the active connection still oct 31.i want that to be disconnected on oct 31.i dont want to transfer ownership or this connection to my native where there is no network and i want the option that i have chosen and i have been committed for.and there is an apeallate number where i called in and i cant speak to manish singhai who is the appeallate but i have spoken to an idoit named Arvind who is very rude stated that they will take an legal action if not i am not paying the bill and airtel is not very transparent to the customers and i dont like the dominating answer by the appealate arvind and i want manish singhai the appealate to call me or else i will meet this issue through court.


          This is the mail that i have sent to the appeallate and Airtel appeallate is manish singhai and i couldnt speak with him and i have spoken with the person called arvind he is very rude and said that money cant be refunded and then i said i cannot pay the bill then he said that legal action will be taken and he is threatening me stating that he cannot help Bharti Airtel is the second worst service provider next to BSNL.Indians are fooled by the service providers like this

          Airtel — CHEATING THRU SCHEMES

          EVERY OTHER DAY THERE ARE LOT OF SCHEMES, MANY A TIMES I NEVER TOOK THE SMALL CASES SERIOUSLY, BUT IF A SERVICE PROVIDER KEEP ON MAKING FOOL THROUGH SUCH CHEAP SCHEMES IT IS BETTER TO CHANGE BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE..I ALWAYS HAD A SPECIAL ATTRACTION TOWARDS AIRTEL, MY EARLIER NOS.[protected], & [protected] WHICH I HAD USED FOR MORE THAN 6 YEARS WAS CUT OFF AS MY SIM WHICH WAS BROKEN AND WAS OUT OF STATION FOR 4-5 MONTHS. AND STILL HAVING 2 NOS OF AIRTEL WHICH I AM HAVING PROBLEM EVERY OTHER DAY i.e [protected]&[protected], EVEN AFTER THE CONTINUOUS PROBLEM AT LAST I THOUGHT OF GIVING A LAST TRY IF THEY CHEAT THIS TIME TOO OR NOT, AS ON 2ND I GOT A MSG SCHEME SAYING OFFERS ON CHARGE OF 50,BUT TODAY ON 6TH TILL NOW EVEN PUTTING A COMPLAINT DID NOT GOT A SOLUTION .....BETTER TO LOOK FOR NUMBER PORTABILITY, BUT WHICH WILL BE THE BETTER CHOICE

          Airtel Broadband — Cheating on plan

          Hi have been using Airtel for quite some time now and being in the "Stay and Gain" scheme, also mentioned in the airtel receipt/acknowledgement form given while taking the connection.

          According to the plan I would be getting 100 INR discounted every month after the 3rd month as told by the representative.

          But from this month, I am not getting this discount and when contacted airtel then asked me to pay the bill and didn't provide any clarification.

          Is Airtel synonymous to cheating or something or are they planning on such a reputation??? All the time I had in the year is for resolving issues with Airtel, my airtel broadband number is [protected]_kk

            Disconnection of landline no. 41724737 in the name of my father Mr. Jalal Masih , with immediate effect . we are getting lot of wrong calls and more over our out going call is nill , paying rent is not affordable .

            therefore pls act on our complaint at the earliest.

Due to not affordable to pay rent as well as my transfer, i given request to cancell the connection 2 week back ( on 28 aug 2011).Still no action taken against it.please by end of this week itself, get it done the cancell the connection and remove accesseriies fast. im going to give request to cancell the ECS in my saving account.

              Dear sir
              I am a airtel postpaid user. phone No [protected].My complaint is that my mobile phone bill on 11/9/2010 was only 30 rupees that became 569 rupees on date 12/09/2010 without use of any service at that mobile number.I have contacted on airtel complaint cell(complaint No F[protected] but they did not do any thing. Again same thing happened on 14/09/2010 when i got massage of rupees 648, 68 rupees more than the massage of date 13/09/2010 that was 580 rupees without any use of ser vice. i again complaint but airtel is not doing any thing to stop this.

                There is an Airtel Tower situated in Village Dewapur, Police Station Barulli, District Gopalganj. The said Tower is situated at the Land of ONe person namely Bir Bahudur Singh. Said person is using electricity of Generator of Airtel Tower, unathroizedly, for his home appliances. His refrigerator, Color Television, Motor, 4 fans and more than 10 high power fluresent bulbs are being used 24 hours from the electricity of generator of Airtel Tower. He even charging batteries of other needy persons after taking fees from them. He tells that he has gotten permission from airtel authorities for the same and he is paying amounts to local airtel authorities for getting such fascilities. The local airtel officers, gets him alert when there is any checking by superior authorities. Please act accordingly to check such unathorized use of electricity.

                  I have been requesting for refund of deductions, OF RS 1997 started one year from ECS after i had surrendered my tel. , FOR THE PAST 9 MONTHS BUT THERE IS NO RESPONSE. FROM AIRTEL.while in india i visited their office but only false promise to refund shortly and they refused to give any document confirming or denying the same.

                  past 9 months, as well as personal visit to airtel sector-18 noida
                  where it was promised that refund for excess deduction will be

                  Pl. ref my complaint pending for over a month now. Inspite of various reminders deductions are still being made from my bank account.There is no response from your end except auto message to attend in 24 hrs.

                    My Mobile No-[protected] and my SIM was lost.

                    So, I had gone to your Fort gallery on 2nd September 2010 and received a duplicate SIM which was to be activated within 4 hours but the same was not activated after 4 hours.

                    Subsequently, when I had called your helpdesk, he told that there is a problem with the SIM and he would deliver the same within one working day. Since then I had been following up continuously but till date neither I had received the SIM and again I had been receiving false commitment from your

                      I have been using a blackberry airtel service (number [protected]) for a year upto March 2010. I work for the UN and have been posted to Kenya now. Before leaving i wanted to cancel my phone in India so I went to the airtel relationship centre. They told me first three months its better to leave it in safe custody, after which it will automatically be cancelled. I said I dont need the phone as I am moving, but they kept insisting, I said is it gonna cost me anything, the Relationship center said no. They made me call using a landline in the centre to office. The person on the telephone confirmed that the phone is in safe custody, I said what is the proof they said, they have made the changes and its been done. Now I am in Kenya for over 6 months now and like the centre said I thought it would have been cancelled, so i forgot about it, as I dont need an indian number.

                      Two days later i get calls from my friends in India, that somebody is threatening them with legal notice for an unpaid bill. I was surprised and i called the number back, from which the calls came. This guy sameer who claims to be an advocate for airtel. Says that since i didnt cancel my phone its being charged. I asked him why are you calling my friends, if you were from airtel you will have my registered email with you. He says its blocked and he is talking non sense that he is calling only those who are very close to me in a sarcastic way. I am absolutely shocked that, having followed a procedure properly as said by Airtel relationship centre in galleria gurgaon, and always been a prompt bill paying customer, I am made to go through this harassement and made to make calls all the way from Kenya.

                      He claims, my phone is now active, although I have not used the sim since March since i put it in safe custody and cancellation. He says the bill period is May to July. How is this possible, when the sim is off and I am in Kenya? Is this a prank, or does Airtel takes pleasure in harassing its loyal customers? I have always had airtel connection since the time i bought my cell phone and have always paid my bill on time. I have always followed procedures. So why is this false bills? and harassing phone calls, not just to me, but to all my friends?

                      I have followed the instructions by the relationship centre, who said after three months of safe custody the sim would automatically expire and cant the people realize someone who has paid bills regularly how is defaulting? arent airtel departments connected at all. The customer has clearly moved out of country, the airtel guys forced him to put up safe custody when he wanted to cancel it, and lied that it will automatically cancel, and now harassing him through some thugs. I do not owe anything to airtel, but airtel still owes me the 1500 deposit i made for ISD calls. Which I have had no time collect. Now this false bills are put on a phone thats disconnected.

                      I would like to take this matter to court. Please advice me.

                        I have made hundreds of calls at Local office Lucknow but all in vain.
                        At last on 6th Sept. 2010 I personally visited the local office and informed that my refund has been finalised but the said cheque is yet to reach the destination of 8 kilometers (between office of Airtel to my residence).

                        Airtel/Broadband service — Non availability of new connection

                        I had applied for Airtel broadband connection on 12th June 2009 from Connaught Place ARC, & fulfilled all the documentation.
                        Following are the details:

                        Complain no.:[protected]Complain lodged on 17.06.09)complained due to non-confirmation of connection.
                        On 20th June 09, I got a call from customer care that Airtel is unable to provide the broadband connection & the money will be refunded after 45days.
                        Is Airtel lead by you is really unable to provide the connection or are these the marketing strategies applied to harass the customers merely to complete the business targets.

                        I will be highly obliged i[censored] can take this matter into consideration & revert on the same asap.

                          Recording from Mobile not working with Airtel DVR connection

                          Hi,

                          I purchased normal Airtel digital TV connection sometime around March, 2010. Customer ID: [protected]. Location: Bangalore. Around May 1st week-2010, I upgraded to Airtel DVR (Recorder) connection. As of now, I only have 1 connection and that of Airtel DVR. I'm successfully able to record programs from set top box.

                          However, I'm unable to record any channel from my mobile. I was successfully able to download the mobile application, login using my credentials. I'm also able to see list of channels. However, when I select the option to 'Record' any channel, I always get a message: "Please upgrade to Airtel Digital Recorder to enable recording". It seems that somewhere on the account, it thinks that I do not own a recorder. I've opened up several Service Request for this issue and Airtel just resolves it in 2 days without even checking with me. It seems that the representatives are more interested in the number of cases resolved within a timeline rather than actually resolving the case. I spoke to Mary also who is floor manager here in Bangalore, but still no resolution.

                          Airtel DTH — connection not working

                          I have an airtel dth which has not been working for the last ten days.Inspite of repeated reminders to customer care and nodal office nothing has been done.I have sent mails to nodal as well as customer care.Customer care call centre is ineffective and very difficult to get through.
                          there is going to be no response from airtel dth you will have to file case in consumer court in following format I too had the same problem and am filing the case shortly my cus id is [protected] and my no is [protected] call me and take help free of cost .

                          Airtel digital TV connection — non working of digital tv

                          our digital tv is not working since 1800 hrs today.we tried to contact office ph.no.43215357 several times.One Mr AMIT picks up the phone and says I AM HOME and disconnects the phone.We tried to contact ph no.[protected] without any success.Then we sent SMS at [protected] and got the response that complaint will be attended soon.
                          We called the call centre at [protected] and after waiting for quite some time,we were told that the complaint has been registered and it will be attended to, by tomorrow.
                          Is it the kind of service that Airtel(a renowned company otherwise) is providing to its customers and is it the type of response ,we get,from airtel executives,when we try to contact them.

                              Hi , recently i brought sony bravia .along with that i got airtel digital tv connection free .
                              my customer id is [protected].ii reacahrged with rs 1000/. 2 weeks back , still activation is not done . i contacted several times customer care and near dealers.they r not much cooperative.for installation they asked me 700 rs .i gave without reason .but for activating they are again expeccting money.
