I had recharge 18 rs internet card on 1.25 pm airtel mobile.but i donot use the sirvice properly.to day till 9.00am i am use approx 5 mb data .otherwise whene i am downloading a file in that time the line was disconnected or link not available and my main account balance was reducing.and i am contact in customer care service they will disconnect my calls .so will expect the forums the positive answar in my service imideatly.

    i had activated my airtel GPRS facility with recharge of 98Rs.on 12/09 but still i have face problem regarding activation of GPRS. I had already launched a complaint four times but still i have facing problem.
    please sort out my problem getting pissed off due to not activation of facility

But Last 8 Months it was not working ( no incomming and no out gining , that the informaction is bar his incomeing calls ), may i counselt so many times in ur coustmer care centers in kurnool, he says ok sir u got a call after 24 hours, so please kindly inform you sir, please verify the problem and solve my problem as early as possible.

      AirTel — number is not working

      hi i m hussain raza im one of oldest customer of air tell i decided to purchase the new sim cards the no.is [protected] i purchase thise no.before1 &1/2 month its show change sime on mobile when i meat the customer care exicutive he said you have to buy a new sim cards without any clearification why i sapouse to buy a new sim once agian please help me on that.

      Airtel Prepaid Customer Care — Not Able to call customer care since last one and half year

      AirTel — no working

      i m not able to contact with customer care when i call from last six months it is busy and my call disconect automatically can i able to conect with my customer care in future or not

      Airtel Prepaid Customer Care — wrong service provided & ignorance to customer

      I by mistake recharged 48RS recharge. I called cutomer care they told me that once your recharge validity is over it will automecally give you previous benifits I was getting that is of friend's scheme.
      But it has been one & half month I am not getting the benifits when I used to call cutomer care they kept telling me with in 24 hrs you will get converted into your origanal plan, but it never happened.
      Today when I called customercare they told me that my card has got converted into Lifetime card & I will have to rechage 156RS to convert into friends.
      The guy was not ready to listen to me & just cut the call. Names they told me while comtact are Subrato, rameshwar or somthing I do't know ...but Subrato assured me that card will get converted in friends but it got converted in Lieftime...hows that????

        I am the holder of the Airtel Cell No.[protected] and there was a balance of Rs.332-62 Paise in my sim card but unauthorisedly my amount has been taken off by the company. I was not using the cell from more that 6 months and my balance is Rs.0.12 paise and all the amount has been charged unauthenticated by the Airtel. Kindly take further action and remit the balance amount to my above illustrated cell.

          Suddenly One day I had a request to submit documents from Airtel. It was the same set of documents I have submitted one month back during buying the SIM. Moreover Airtel doesn't provide proper reasons for the request of document and it becomes more painful to talk with Airtel customer care representatives.

          The first Airtel representative to whom I talked told me to resubmit the same set of documents it would be fine as it is a periodic check by Airtel. I just bought this number one month back and I told him Airtel cannot ask these documents everymonth. He had no answer or rather kept on telling resubmit documents but didn't tell why I should.

          The message I received didn't mention anything about outgoing calls being barred.however Airtel barred outgoing calls around 2 days after I received the message without any proper intimation

          I called up again. This time the airtel representative said, incorrect documents were submitted. When I asked which document was incorrect. He said he didn't know and nobody in Airtel can tell me that. He suggested a list of documents which had to be submitted, which was nothing but same set of documents I submitted last time. Now I don't know actually what was wrong in my previous document submitted to Airtel and I fear the whole process will repeat with Airtel. But nobody was able to tell what was incorrect in first place.

          Now I wanted to register a complaint in Airtel. The Airtel voice message said I had to call 198. for complaints. But when I called the complaints department. This time they said Government of India wanted to know my documents, so airtel had given it and they want a copy of the documents for reference which is why they are asking it. This response from Airtel seemed foolish to me, they could have taken a copy and send it to government was my response. I wanted to raise a complaint which the person said he cannot. Even though it was a complaints number I called. he said there is no way they can take a complaint on phone and I would have to only send an email. so I think people who don't know to email cannot complaint in Airtel.

          Because they are not allowing me to use the Rs 700 odd balalnce I had, I asked them to refund the money, which they are not willing to do. Being a customer with two airtel mobile, a airtel DTH and an airtel broadband connection. I'm really really thinking of changing the service provider for all for this kind of sloppy service they provide. Don't know why i took Airtel for all in first place.
          I submitted my document a week ago but they want it again, i am using this no for past 4 year this is getting me frustrated; They are don't how to threat a customer..
          I've been using my Airtel prepaid card for over 4 years now, and now I'm facing the same issue. The outgoing calls have been barred without any prior intimation. The junks at customer support do not provide any rational reason for it, they just keep on repeating "you have to submit your verification documents". I wonder
          what Airtel has done with the documents initially submitted by me.



          Please stop harassing innocent customers.

            Respected Sir/Madam,

            Myself Mr. Omsingh Tanwar had taken the airtel digital TV around 2 years back. Since then we are facing some or the other problem and every time contacting the customer care for problem resolution is a tedious job. But since few months there is problem of picturization due to the DTH. After speaking to the higher authorities at the customer care after several calls they had send executives 3-4 times to resolve same problem but still not resolved and I was charged for the service every time they paid visit.

            Now even after several calls and an unresolved serious problem with the DTH service, I want suggestion to contact the right person to get these issued solved once and for all.

              This is regarding my Airtel Number [protected]; few (13th Feb 2008) months ago I have requested to deactivate this number (ref number :[protected] After few days I have lost my SIM; for this issue I have requested Airtel to block my SIM.


              After 1 month I have checked my number was still showing active (however it was blocked) with www.airetl.in, on the same date I contacted Airtel “121” to know the status, they said to make all payment then only my Number will be disconnected. After making complete payment I thought now my number will be disconnected and I stopped chasing Airtel for this issue (but I was wrong).

              I got a bill (bill number[protected] for the month of 20th feb to 20th march (NO WONDER! I WAS EXPECTING THIS FROM ARTEL). I again contacted Airtel they (some manager) said “you don’t have to pay your bill and your account will be deactivated, and we will give you a call once it is done”.


              But obvious I never got a call from Airtel and my Number is still it is active. Again I tried to get the status by calling “121” they said same thing again “your number is temporary deactivated and after few days it will deactivate permanently” (But I am sure I will get 1 more bill from Airtel).
              Again I have got a new bill for rs. 735 (bill period 20/04/08 - 19/05/08), for the same number (no wonder, AIRTEL always do that).

              I don't understand what to do now.

              Last week i had given application to convert from prepaid to postpaid to Hadapsar Airtel (Reshma). My no is deactivated since last 7 hrsn n still it is not activated. That Resma told me it ll b activated in 4 Hrs. My no. is [protected]. Plz do something i m missing important calls.

              airtel bill — Deactivation & Disconnection

              I had requested for the de-activation & discontinuation of my post paid no [protected] about a month back and had requested for the adjustment of my current bill amount from my secuirity deposit. However, I was immensely surprised to receive my biil and understood that no action had been taken in this regard and arter talking to the customer care executive, I was horrified to learn that my connection has not been deactivated, only the outgoing has been stopped.
              We have five Airtel post paid connections in the house-if this is the sorry state of the customer support, then I don't know what to comment on this issue.
              Kindly look into this matter and do the needful at the earliest, as this is not only a waste of time but also a waste of my hard earned money.

              We are using the mobile line no.[protected] for such a long time. We have shifted and we have given the change address request to the airtel. But getting change of address proof will get delayed for some time. Now, the airtel has barred my outgoing and incoming calls. we are very much annoyed this kind of service provided by airtel.                 My complaint is against AIRTEL DTH SERVICE. I am Mayur Ramesh Tupkari customer of this company . customer ID [protected] . I was registered the complaint that my DTH SERVICE STOP. There is errer code B0001. Complaint no 3922547 dated 21.09.2010 at 7.30 pm. I was recharge my a/c on same day at 6.00pm. by Rs. 250. voucher no 183650.

                But till today 24.09.2010 nobady come to solve the problem . I was contacted thrice on 23.09.2010 on 10.15am, 5.03pm, 6.30pm. on [protected] customer care no. they gave me a no of there dealer Mahima enterprises [protected]. but got no response.

                If I paid late company stop my service. Now company is faulty. This is just the harassment and wastage of my money and time on phone calls.

I have been informing the Air Tel Personnel connected to the site PAGU11 Since January 2010 and many a time I contacted helpdesk Personnel at Indus Towers Barati Tel Hyderabad over phone gave mny times complaint.                       My parents in Kerala get disturbing calls every day from Airtel ([protected] or similar numbers) asking them for identity and address proofs for our existing prepaid connection [protected] which we have been using for more than 3 years now. In fact all such required documents have been submitted at the time of taking this connection and Airtel's asking again for the same after years of service looks to be ridiculous. Also we are very much concerned about the unwanted chargeable services such as 'Ringer Tune' and 'SMS services' activated by the service provider without our request. This number is being used only for voice communication in order to minimise expenses. However, the current situation looks like Airtel deduct huge charges by activating unwanted 'Ringer Tune and SMS services' on the number and thus preventing us to use the same for basic communication purpose in cost effective manner. Moreover, Airtel customer care threats that this connection will be cut in next 12 hours if documentary proofs are not given. This is one of the finest examples that how Airtel punishes a customer for believing in their prepaid services. Shammy, Surat

                      I have received your reply today.You have not taken care to clarify any of my queries mentioned in my complain.
                      1)There was a credit balance of around Rs 195 on the 7th April.I had mentioned in my complain that it may so happen that speed dial number 2 which had been prefixed by you people without giving it in my knowledge that it is for voice station may have been pressed by mistakenly by somebody.It can be very clear that after that number 2 speed dial being pressed the phone was kept lying and you people let it on the use mode till the balance was there.If I would have had a balance of Rs 600 then it would have been for 100 mins.The phone went off only when the balance became Rs 2.50.Generally when there is no conference n the phone from either side it automatically gets disconnected in 60secs or 90secs.Even if I had mistakenly dialed speed dial 2 it should have been switched off after 2 or 3 mins.I even do not know what this voice station is.You please let me know as to what did I hear or what did I speak during that 32mins.I believe you people are having record with you for atleast 30 days for security reasons.If you need any clarification you can call me at my phone number.if you have the same answer that it shall not be reverted you please let me know the higher ups where I can complain that is your superiors and ofcourse the TRAI.Please let me have the email address as to where i can write further.

                      Please refer to your above mentioned complain number.I am sorry to state that a lady called me today at around quarter past three and she kept on repeating that I have dialled that voice station number and she concluded the things.

                      I would like to bring to your notice that voice station phone number is 12900 and I have not dialled these 5 digits.While delivering me the new handset way back 6 or 7 months I was never explained that there was a prefixed speed dial in number 2.It may so happen that somebody has pressed 2.If you can provide me the proof that I have dialled 12900 then I shall be convinced.

                      I am sorry to state that you people are making a mockery by putting these voice stations number in speed dials and trying to fish the customers hard earned money.Every now and then we receive atleast 3 to 4 calls a day to subscribe to various types of tunes and other things.I have never subscribed to anything and gives me a lot of pain that you never think while calling that what consequence it puts in my daily life and working.

                      Please confirm everything in writing regarding my complains.Please do not put a recorded like executive who does not understand how to resolve the queries.Its not a matter of Rs.192.Its like that I have been cheated by the TATA people.If I would have used that voice station number my balance would not have come to zero.That call terminated automatically after my balance was zero.

                      Airtel Communication Co Prepaid Customer — Illegal Debit Balance Amount

                      Respected Sir,
                      I am a customer of your Mobile service more than three year & My No is [protected] which connection I can use only for Mobile Internet Service. But on 26Th Jan 2011 My this Internet service was shutdown by Co & I believe that in Jamanagar Municipal Co. State Gujarat has cut off cable of Company's Mobile Tower due Problem With Local Municipal Co. So i can not complain in Company's customer care center.
                      But after three day i contact to customer care center where in charge reply me that my this Mobile Internet service will discontinue due to Minus Rs 10/- Balance in my account. when i reply him that which way my account balance is became in Minus Amount at that time call center call receiver reply me that you have activate F.M.Radio Mirchi Service in this Connection so his Charge rs 10/- for 7 day's debited in your account so i reply him that I have receive a SMS from Co. that this service was free of Coast then why you have debited amount from my account so she reply me that you have receive a call which charges was debited so i reply she that Incoming call charges is free of coast if it is not out of state & i have receive only a Company's Service Call which is not chargeable.
                      So she has connect my call with his senior officer who accepted my details & Offer me to Credited my service Day's for more Fifteen Day's. Which show's that this Company will debited any amount at any time on any Reason if customer complain about this Issue they are allready to ready to Credited any Amount or Service .It show's that Co.is not reply actual details which is prove that Co.has Illegally debited amount from my account
                      So i have decided to change Operator & I have Log in my Mobile No in TRAI Portability Facility Next day I receive a call from co. officer who will accepted all things & ready to Credited Internet Service Day in my account.
                      Yesterday on 2nd Feb at evening time i receive Co.Service SMS Showing that Co.has debited Rs 10/- For F.M.Radio Mirchi. & Deactivated my Mobile No so i can not complain in customer care Center without Recharge my Account. So i Try to Recharge my Account but due to deactivated my Mobile No it is not Possible.
                      so i have Doubt that i can not get Benefit of My No Portability facility Due to deactivated my this Mobile No.

                      Madam,
                      This is to inform you that I Subir Sarkar want to surrender the mobile of no.[protected] and my walky of no. 65350405is out of service since 15th and 60 days respectively. we lodged a complaint against this. My walky was not working since 60 days as mentioned earlier in 121. Inspite of lodging a complaint no neccessary action was taken. One of the customer care executives came to my house and issued a receipt regarding this problem and informed us that we need to go to saltlake to exchange the walky which is not possible for me. Informing that also didn't help. During buying, the dealer assured us that if any problem occurs in the handset or in the mobile set action will be taken promptly. But that did not happen and they are counting the bills for my unserviceable mobile set and hand set unnecessarily.As your customer service didn't take my problem seriously i want to surrender my sets within 3 days and according to my bill whatever payment is due i will pay it. In the beginning the payment you have taken as deposit for the hand set and mobile set i want it back. If you do not take my matter seriously then i will directly go to the consumer forum.
                      I, therefore want to surrender my hand set and mobile set. I hope that this request will be granted promptly.

                        Dear Sir,

                        I have a postpaid Artel mobile connection - [protected], active since May 2006. Since late 2009, I have noticed a serious problem: the high security transaction passwords sent by my bankers/share brokers/mobile shopping providers etc are not being received on my phone. The agencies involved had, in all cases, confirmed that the messages had been going out from their servers. I had lodged at least 25 complaints on different occasions with Airtel, and they have not been able to resolve the issue till date. They have been coming up with the following excuses everytime:

                        1. Problem is not with Airtel (I used to contact the banks on all those occasions and confirm that the messages had indeed been sent. To confirm further, I had deregistered my Airtel mobile number and had registered another BSNL number and the messages used to arrive promptly, falsifying the Airtel claims!)

                        2. The problem is with the handset (I had tried the SIM on at least five different handsets and the issue has been persisting, again proving Airtel wrong.)

                        3. This is happening because I am registered for DND services (I have been registered for the DND since 2007, and till late 2009 I had no problems in receiving the messages from my bankers - again a false claim by Airtel!)

                        My latest complaint No. is 34042748 dated 24th September 2010.

                        Without receiving the verification codes/transaction passwords from the bankers/vendors, I will not be able to do net banking transactions/online services from vendors. The main agencies whose messages I have not been getting on my mobile (Airtel [protected]) are:

                        1. Kotak Securities
                        2. State Bank of India
                        3. NG-Pay
                        4. IRCTC

                        Please help.

                        I too facing this problem but AIRTEL not accepting its their fault. Even after repeated complaints even to their higher official, they had taken seriously even to send the reference number for the complaint. They are even charging 50 paise per minute to speak their customer care officials. My mobile number[protected]. Complaint registered on 27 November 2010.

                        I lodged complaint in my SBI branch. They confirmed their side is clear by checking the process. They also compared with Vodafone and to my airtel by sending SMS. So Airtel only creates problem.

                        After seven years with Airtel (from 2003)now I'm thinking to change service provider.
                        THE COMPLAINT HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED YET! I REQUEST YOU TO HAVE SOME DECENCY AND NOT TO FURNISH WRONG INFORMATION (LIES) STATING THAT THE ISSUE HAS BEEN RESOLVED! THE PROBLEM STILL REMAINS!!! AS FAR AS I AM CONCERNED, IT GOES TO SHOW THAT YOU GUYS ARE INCAPABLE OF RESOLVING A CUSTOMER ISSUE, BUT AT THE SAME TIME YOU WANT TO SHOW TO THE WORLD THAT YOU ARE VERY PROMPT IN CLOSING OUT ISSUES! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE, I MUST SAY!!!

                          I booked an airtel dth HD over phone with their customer service. i am an airtel mobile services user and they told me that they have a package of HD set top box, free installation and 1 month free south mega channel package for INR 2265. i did the payment on 18/9/2010 morning and the amount was deducted. the transaction id was10870376. On 21/9/2010 i made a follow up call to their customer service and they said the installation will happen with in 2 hours and as promised it happened.

                          Now after the installation my connection was not activated. made about 12 calls to their customer service and their office Trivandrum. They didnt have any clue on what was the issue and was giving me false promises that their technical team will give me a call back in 2 hours which never happened. Finally the next day evening when i spoke to their regional office the guy there told me that my information shown in their system is as in tier 1 city and actually i am in tier 3 city and they are not receiving the reply email from their chennai office for the activation.

                          32 hours after installation finally my connection was activated. Now comes the next worst thing. The package which they activated is some economy package. Again i called up the customer care gave the transaction id no, but as usual they didnt have any clue on whats happening and was giving me the same answers as if its recorded.

                          Again when i spoke to their trivandrum office today evening i was told by their TSM that they received the mail from their chennai office and the package mentioned in it was economy. he had forwarded me the email which was sent to them.

                          This is pure cheating from the Airtel. During the purchase i was promised something and they are delivering something else. i have raised a complaint - 3934933 against this in the customer care.

                          Request Airtel to show the same interest that you guys showed during the sales to show it in after sales services. And also please ask your customer care reps and dealer not to give false promises and be consistent in giving answers for same query. whenever i call them they would say the backend team will call me in 2 hours, which never happened. every time i called them they where not even able to find what the issue was and giving me totally different answers.

                          I request you to provide me the service which i have paid for and activate the south mega pack to my account ASAP.

                            hi i have sumbitted my documents for adress proof as required by the airtel .i have sumbitted this five times,i think airtel is the worst company in service providing.

                            I'm using Airtel For past 6 months. I changed the port from Reliance to Airtel thinking that they wil provide the best service. But few weeks back when i was going to my home town i got the message saying that i have to submit the address proof documents within 2 days which is saturday and sunday. Then i asked my friend to go enquire about this in the shop where i brought this airtel connection. They asked me to contact customer care, which i did and they said that "we received your address proof so u dont want to resubmit. u can ignore this messagea". Even i beleived that i ignored that message but one fine morning my out going has been bared and they asked me to submit the proof with in 2 days this its the week day. i cant go for sure i have office. also i dont know where the main airtel office located at. i dont know what to do. i hesitated to change the number so i changed the port alone. but only now i came to know airtel is worst in their service.

                              I have been using Airtel mobile no. [protected] since past 3-4 years. I had no complaints till they started deducting money from my pre-paid number without me using the services. Like today only, Rs 30 were deducted within 5 minutes and i got 2 different messages saying that i had used internet, whereas my phone was lying on the table. I had never called their customer care department earlier and always felt bad for the customer care executives who were abused by people, but today i came to know why these Airtel Scamming Executives are abused. They are definitely not well read, these Airtel Scamming people are rude, and these Airtel Scamming people have no knowledge whatsoever. That stupid was telling me that i might have pressed zero while phone was in my pocket like he had seen me do it, or i had used the services of this Scamming Telecommunications company--The Airtel Scammers.com and was objecting that i was being charged

                              I work in IT dept. and know what technology is, and i know if i use the net how much i use it. Mr. Bharti, you are rich enough already, so please have mercy on the poor people of this developing country and dont fill your coffers by scamming honest people.This happened in past couple of months too but i just ignored it thinking i will change the number to some other service provider. But now enough is enough, Airtel Scamming people has really got on my nerves this time. I dont mind paying you airtel scammers if i use the service, but charging me for no fault of mine, & deducting another rupee for chatting to that rude airtel scamming executive of yours. This is not just done. I dont want to sound cheap, but airtel scammers are cheap and this is the only way to deal with you guys. I mean you charge and extra rupee from every customer and you make millions as you have so many customers, so now your greed grows so much that you start deducting 100s of rupees for services that a person has never even used.Shame on You guys...At least hire people who are graduates to talk to the customer who your company Airtel is scamming…these +2 pass Airtel Scamming Executives are underpaid n overworked. We don’t even need any foreign power to screw our economy when our local vultures are feeding on the already oppressed people.

                                  I have raised the address shift request for the telephone number[protected] on 17th September, so far not got any update. I called customer care on 21st they promised it will will be done on same day evening. Again when I called they put me in long hold and confirmed as they don’t have feasibility. The new address next floor they have airtel connection still I am not able to understand why it can’t be done? Also this should be communicated to be with in 3 days. Now I have wated another 3 days.

                                  Let arrange your team to talk to me, until that I will not make any payment balance for any reason.

                                    I had made the payment for Sep Month bill on 11th of Oct 2012 but yet the payment has been not updated. I had already done the several email's and also send the scan copy of bank statement. But yet they people has not solved / updated my payment.

                                    Any how i had decided to leave the airtel services and once my payment issue get solved i will do it on very next day only.

                                      i am a consumer of airtel telemedia services from last 2 years , from 23rd july 2010 till date i am facing technical problems from my services i have made 15 complaints to here customer care but there was no soluntion & nobody from the side of airtel came to my place to check my problem but airtel is saying that they have sent an executive to my place to check my problem & your problem is solved so i asked them to show me the consent form which is provided by to cusomer to fill it after the problem is solved but they are not having those consents also & then also demanding there bill amount of the period when the connection was not working . my airtel landline number is[protected] which is registered on the name of mr rajiv kapoor at b-406 , vijaya apartment , ahinsa khand 2 , indirapuram , ghaziabad .

                                      please take some action regarding airtel telemedia services they are trying to harass customer & trying to take money for which there is no connection .

                                      Dear Sir,
                                      In my IPtv particular channel like CNN and MGM audio is very poor, compare with other channel, in other words, it is not at all audible. I made a complaint. Ailtel sent their technician and testing. Then, he made a statement, that the telecast of the particular channels are like that. (CNN and MGM Audio SUCKS). I want them to rectify this problem. This problem started only 40 days before.
