Dear Sir,
We bought your AIRTEL Digital TV set top box and entire antenna and accompanying equipments on 29th of September last year from M/s SHAH and Co., Chromepet outfit, Chennai. A fortnight ago, the set top box failed to function. After our repeated attempts and follow up of complaints registered with your toll free number, your representative or employee came in to see only today, that even, did not replace at all. They are quite arrogant and refused to reply properly to our enquiries. At last they tried to fix a very old, dilapidated and not in good condition, smaller box, which is incorrect. They mis handled the new one also, which we purchased.
When the warranty is on, how can they replace with a oldest, dirty looking, smaller outdated version, was our repeated question, which was confronted with a very rude and discourteous reply from those service personnel. They told us to contact their team lead one Mr. Senthil by Mobile No.[protected]. His reply was much more arrogant, asking me to do whatever I can.
This is not the way a genuine customer can be slapped with, for all the trust and confidence with which we have gone in for your DTH Digital TV.
Request please look into this immediately as any more drag will only entail lapse of time to warranty. Kindly arrange to replace the set top box with a new one, which only you are to do with a moral conscience.

I have already paid the amount of Rs 999/- through my HDFC Credit card, the payement details is 13792 TPIVR on 18th sep. The order was confirmed by the executive and a transaction Id was provided to me which is : 10874488. He confirmed that payment of Rs 999/- has ben debited and also confimed that the connection will be installed at my home address within 72 hours. It is 22nd Sep today and as of date I have not heard back from Airtel. Its been 5 days today and there is no revert.I have called in 12150, on 20th sep but not got any satisfactory answer. After taking the money and repeated complaints no body has even bothered to give a call back and look into the matter.
