I am airtel customer purchased blackberry phone 8900 to took advantages of blackberry phone. I had sent activation sms like BB1, PMP 8900 , about 100 time in two month time..Then I talked to blackberry customer care No [protected] ,your representative assure me that they will activate my services on priority level, I had talkrd to them 7 time on 1 s october, 3 october , 4 october, 5, october , 6 october ,7 october and today also.Every time they assure me to resolve my problem in 24 hours.I didnt understany d what to do, I am feeling cheted to purchase Airtel locked blackbeery phone. Please resolve my problem to continue to faith in company like you.

Airtel IS PATHETIC, AND ITS CUSTOMER SERVICE IS WORST. i have been using Aitel from the time i started using mobile phone. But have never experienced such pathetic customer service.
I am using Airtel postpaid under Dell CUG plan. i had visited malaysia in the month of october from 5/10/2011 - 12/10/2011 and these people billed me for 2500... is that a joke. Also when i was in bangalore form 12/10/2011 - 3/11/2011 in bangalore, they have billed me for 7000/- where in my credit limit is just 3500/-. How can that be possible. And usually if my bill amount reaches to 2000/- i start getting notifications, but this time no notification was sent. other days if i exceed 3500 by even 500/ - they barr my phone connection, but this time i had to call airtel customer service on 4/11/2011 to check on my bill> after several conversation with several managers, still no resolution has been provided and they have barred my ph #... utter customer service. NEVER USE AIRTEL
