My request Number for installation of BroadBand is 135938 which was registered on 02/10/2010. . The following instances could really mar their customer relations:
1. Without having called for one of Airtel salesperson Mr. Rahul Tek visited our premises with false claims that he would get us Wifi router for free, he will get the installation within a span of one day, your engineers are working till 11 in the evening so on and so forth.
2. On the above promises, the application was submitted on 26/09/2010, the application number being 237860. Since that day we have been behind them to get the installation done. We have to follow up with Mr. Prasad Juvekar, Sr. Sales Officer, Mumbai and Mr.Suresh Tek, Territory Sales Manager, Mumbai with no reply from their side except for saying that the installation will be done tomorrow where tomorrow never comes.
3. Even with the Customer Care, regarding the complaint which was registered on 02/09/2010 where I was said that the installation will be done maximum by 5:30 pm on 04/10/2010. The time was again rescheduled to next 48 hrs, which I came to know after giving a call at the customer care after the promised time elapsed and I did not receive any call. Further to my astonishment the time was rescheduled without giving me any prior intimation of the same.
4. I received the contact number of Airtel's Nodal Officer Mr. Sanjay Bhutani, who does not receive the call after having called thrice.
