    Sir/Madam, My name is Aditya and my no. is [protected], I was changed my caller tune on 15.09.2010 but still my caller tune is same which I was set 1st and in my cell your customer care executive cut Rs. 15 to set of caller tune charge... many times I called your customer care no. and he/she said your caller tune problem will be solve after few times.

    But still I face same problem in my cell...if within a day you solve my problem so its better otherwise I will complain against you in consumer court.

      This sms low my Battry......and it's very funny...i can't get any way to stop this sms

      so please please please ................stop this sms........!!! as soon as possible.......!!

        I have a land line of Airtel- [protected] which I have been wanting to surrender. I have shifted my residence in Delhi about 11 months ago & had asked the helpline then (Oct 2009) to disconnect my connection, but Airtel has done nothing on that . Whenever I call them, I am told that some executive will get in touch with me soon & get the disconnection & surrender of telephone done. This has happened on numerous occasions in the past 11 months, but nothing is actually happening on ground. Can Airtel be please be told to do the needful.My contact cell No is [protected].

        airtel land line connection — not getting bill from last 3 month &when get the due date is gon

        respected sir/mam i am totaly dissatisfied with airtel landline service, 1-on a 1 day the problem is net service, this same complaint was repeat again and last after 1 month the net is working. but this is not a single i dont got my bill in time after due date i got my bill.and now on 04-01-09 i dont got my bill and your executive calling me lot of time for paing the bill just now i dont got my bill this same problem came third time.today i complain in 121.and the complain no is[protected]this is last after this i will go to consumer court.i dont have lot of time to roming here and there for a bill.thanks KOMAL NARANG dist president of i.p.s jabalpur {m.p} CELL-NO-[protected], [protected], [protected]

          dear conrned,

          in response to my earlier complaint on 19/09/2010 i am very happy that my complaint is given attention and is resolved to day. at the same time i am sorry to say that to day i have recieved another sms on my mobile no [protected] that i have subscribed for i have used "bollysubcription" and rs 10/- was deducted from my balance. the same was not used by me. i am astonished to receive such an sms. please look into the matter and arrange to reverse the entry. also see that such unauthorised entries does not take place.

          The balance in my a/c was Rs 78.79 on 8 th of November 2009. Please tell me how it has reduced to Rs 49.79 today on 20 th of November 2009 having made only two calls and two SMS during the intervening period.
          Kindly refer to my earlier letter below. I repeat I do not wish to use any of your additional paid services /internet access e.t.c.

          I HAVE BEEN USING AIR TEL MOBILE PHONE WITH NO [protected] FOR THE LAST FIVE YEARS. I HAVE CHANGED THE NUMBER FORM POST PAID TO PRE PAID CONNCECTION A FEW MONTHS BACK.

          ON 16/09/2010 I RECIEVED AN SMS FROM AIR TEL THAT I HAVE SUBSCRIBED FOR "BOLLYSPICE" SERVICE AND Rs10/- WAS DEDUCTED FROM MY BALANCE. I HAVE NOT SUBSCRIBED FOR THE SERVICE. ALSO ON 18/09/2010 I HAVE RECIEVED AN SMS THAT I HAVE DOWNLOADED "HUNGAMA CONTENT GAME" AND MY BALANCE WAS REDUCED BY Rs75/-. I HAVE DOWN LOADED ANY GAME. IN FACT I DO NOT HOW TO USE INTERNET SEVICE OVER THE MOBILE THOUGH MY MOBILE IS COMPATIBLE. I HAVE BEEN A LOYAL CUSTOMER TO "AIRTEL" AND QUITE SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICES TILL THESE TWO INCIDENTS. SUCH TYPE O[censored]N AUTHORISED DEBITS TO MY ACCOUNT MAKES ME THINK OF SHIFTING MY SELF TO SOME OTHER SERVICE PROVIDER. CONCERNED PERSONS/AUTHORITY TO LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND REVERSE THE ENTRIES.

          First of all we can hardly get to talk to customer care executive after calling 121. Most of the time it gets disconnected half way through.

          Now my complaint is that value added services are on my phone without my activation. I want to deactivate all value added services on this phone and do not want any value added service in future.

          This is not the first time this type of complaint is made. It is a very frequent way of making money without our knowledge.
          THIS IS TO KEEP INFORM U THAT I HAVE BEEN USING AIR TEL MOBILE PHONE WITH NO [protected] FOR LAST LAST 6 YEARS.
          ON 22/03/2011 I RECIEVED AN SMS FROM AIR TEL THAT I HAVE SUBSCRIBED FOR "HELLOTUNE" SERVICE AND Rs15/- WAS DEDUCTED FROM MY BALANCE. I HAVE NOT SUBSCRIBED FOR THE SERVICE.AND MY BALANCE WAS REDUCED BY Rs 15 I HAVE BEEN A LOYAL CUSTOMER TO "AIRTEL" AND QUITE SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICES TILL THESE INCIDENTS.           hi i am unable to speak to airtel customer care exwcutive. everytime i dial 121 198 it takes me to the automated voice. yesday airtel deducted 99 for a website i dmo not wish to ever subscribe. pl.help
          I recharged Rs.100/- for my airtel prepaid mobile number +91 [protected] on 06.01.2013. As the balance was NIL again I recharged for Rs.100/- on 15.01.2013. Even in that money was being deducted. Customer care officers are telling that I have subscibed for something. But I dont agree with them. Last time also in the same way money was deducted and again given re-credit. This time they are refusing to give re-credit. In my opinion this is as good as cheating the public.

          My question is
          1.Tomorrow If Bankers deducts some Crores from airtel bank account and say that airtel has subscribed to something / donated to some institution, what airtel will do?. Will they sacrifice that amount. Today Airtel is cheating. Tomorrow If Bankers cheats in the same way?

          2. Is it not illegal? deducting money when we have not subscribed for anything.

          3. Why even for making complaint, you are charging 50 paise for three minutes.

          4. Why we Indians should trust you?

            this is regarding my bill of airtel mobile no. [protected]

            i am very sorry to say that i am facing this problem since four months.. but after so many complaints
            and 100 visits to your airtel showroom, my problem has not been solved..this is in regard of my bill, thare are
            two F and F are in my ac.. one is [protected] and 2nd is [protected]..
            but i am not getting discount of mobile no. [protected] . in last three bills.. for the month of may and june it was
            done manually on my requests.. but again in this bill waiver was not done and moreover
            earlier discount(given in july bill) is also added to the bill for the month of august..totalling of the bill is also not correct..
            despite so many calls and complaints..your executives daily assure me to solve my problem, but all in veins..
            now your people are saying that amt of 3400 is due against me which is not due.. bcoz this amt pertains
            to above said f and f no.. and this should be waive off..i am not going to pay this amt bcoz if waiver
            is not posted that is not my fault.. you can easily check my july bill...

              I AM AN ADVOCATE FROM BILASPUR HIMACHAL PRADESH, I AM USING AIRTEL SERVICES. BUT I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH YOUR SERVICES .                   My name is Suresh Kanaparthy. I am having Airtel Mobile connection since 9 year(Approx.) in Andhra Pradesh State.
                  My Airte Mobile No. is [protected] .I have started this no. as postpaid for 4 years and then converted it to prepaid lifetime plan. Resently since last few months this Mobile No.not in use . From last few days my mobile no.-[protected] is not working(Neither I can make call nor receive).
                  I asked Airtel's Customer Care, Airtel's Customer Care Relationship Center- Ameerpet Airtel Headoffice, Nodal Officer . But answer given to me by above all Responsiable Parsons (for Airtel Customer Care) mismatches with each other's answer.
                  I talked with Airtel'sCustomer Care Relation Ship Center Head on dated 10/09/2010, he told me that you have lost your Mobile No.-[protected] and it will come in market on date 21/07/2010.
                  So, now I don't know what to do? Why Airtel's employee can't give a proper and unity answer that because of which reason My Mobile No.-[protected] is deactivated?
                  Then I Talked to the Nodal Officer on dated 10/09/2010, then informed me your Mobile No.- [protected] is in Open Market, then i asked to reactivate it, they informed we will forwarrd a request,after one weak follow up on 17/09/2010 I came to know that My number was taken by other person.

                  How it is possible in very-very sort time?

                  I need my no. as I used it for almost 9 years.

                    i am mrudula sawant and my mobile numbers are [protected],[protected] and [protected]. i am using your service from last 5 years and more. from your previous record you can find that i am not interested in any of your extra services which are being now and then activated to my above numbers without any prior request or notification. i just want you to deactivate right now the bollyspice service runing on [protected] and [protected] which is not yet been deactivated even after request. Also return the money unnecessarily debitted on my accounts for the above service.

                    I wish none of such services will be hence forth activated on my cell numbers. i would also like to make a point that i hardly receive your " atut network" at my residential area. i have to walk couple of miles searching for the network. so may i know how i shall be making a call or send messages for the extra services as conformly answered by your customer care executives. Also there is no kid at my place to activate the service as per the other option given by the executive.

                    if you are going to continue to fetch money from me in such a way then i am seldom left with other option than switching over to other network services. Your reply will be awaited for next three days.

                      I have been using Airtel prepaid connection([protected]) for quite some time now. Currently, I am in Gurgaon(NCR) on a trip and I intend to stay there for another month. Today, to my utter disbelief, I realised that my outgoing and incoming calls were barred.A call to airtel support (UP east) revealed that it was done by Airtel because I didn't submit some verification document. Now How am I supposed to know that I had to submit the documents.I didn't get any sms or calls on my mobile for the same.
                      The guy on the line (who was not even able to speak proper hindi) suggested me to come to lucknow and submit the documents. As you would Imagine this is not possible for me at this moment, so I request Airtel to kindly activate my mobile connection else I will escalate this further with Nodal authorities.
                      This is clearly a case of customer harassment.I am willing to submit all the documents once I am back in Lucknow.

                        airtel broadband is cheating people with false promises.i have not recieved the numero uno sunglass as of now!!
                        the internet service is also pathetic!
                        I cant say anything about the above complaint!

                        As on the commitment provided to me by Airtel, they had sent me the Numero Uno Sunglasses, in 20 days time after I accepted for the so said Offer. I received the Sunglass through courier, for which I paid Rs. 150 as delivery charges I just want to share my opinion!

                          and makes a call to airtel relationship center that my mobile is stolen so baar the serveces of that number .

                          the services barred but after half an hour number services activated. without my confirmation also it is dame thing that the number is still in the name of me .
                          it is sed by someone else i so not know .


                          now if there is any misuse will be done then who will be responsible for that the airtel costumer care officer . or airtel india ltd .
                          it seems snatcher brother is at set at airtel india ltd head office okhla .
                          and do support for his brother.
                          how much time you will take till date when the person the person will threats someone or demand rensome money through my number from someone .

                          the number is miissed and i had made complaints of missing of that number tries .
                          but number is still in service

                          this seems that this tipe of person can do any missdeed from others number . also this show airtel is worse company for a normal costomer .
                          be alert from airtel and its employ.
                          a new tipe of terrorist organization is emerging in delhi as they are using someone else number and id and address prooffs . and airtel like big company is supporting this kind of deeds .

                          they have several view but result is same as always they are doing ...

                            My name is Subhamay Pal; My subscriber ID is:[protected]
                            On 04.04.2010, I subscribed for Kids Plus Top-up for 12 months for Rs.242.66. Bu on 02.09.2010, while activating for "Economy Advance Rental 12M Aug-10 NRC " due to their technical mistakes the services under Kids Plus top-up got de-activated.
                            After 2-3 complains for re-activtion of services, on 17.09.2010 Rs. 141.6 was refunded to my account. When I contacted the customer care, they could not justify the act and simply disconnected my calls.
                            I am really disappointed with the service and response of one of such leading brand and want an explanation of this.

                            AIRTEL DIGITAL TV — Terminated Service Before 12 months

                            I had taken AIRTEL DIGITAL TV package of 1 year free subscription of Rs.2600/- on March 25, 2009 from Jhankar Agencies and my services were terminated on July 1, 2009 at midnight.
                            I want full postal address of regionwise of airtel digital tv offices nad in charge officials.Anybody mail me ? Then only suffered customers can file suit in consumer redressal forum.

                              I got my pre-paid mobile phone of air tel in Oct 2007. All photo, id proof was submitted while taking the connection. Today (19 Sep 2010) i received two sms stating pls deposit / submit the same. why this is so? is there any facility to submit the same online?

                              4 times i have submitted my documents. but you still asking for the resubmission of documents those documents that i have submitted that has issued by the state government of Karnataka (Driving License) probably you need the attestation of prime minister or president of india to show genuine of documents, why trouble your customer like these, i cant through away your service in the mean time, your menace is just intolerable, please you just try to understand the value of your customer.

                              I am a foreigner with an entry visa who has extended for one year. I received a text to resubmit documents as my visa was up. In fact the orignal visa was quite some time ago. I went to local office who phoned and said that was enough and I was assured no problem even though I asked to resubmit. I was cut off one week after the original cut off date. Very inconvenient timing as it happened as I was in another town for doctor. I could still call airtel on phone and they after some difficulties reconnected me. I said I would return to office in 4 days on my return. 2 days later I lost incoming calls ( I wont bother details of being cut off etc and over half hour on phone to deal with said). Another call reconnected. I went to office on the Monday and resubmitted. No problem again told. Cut off on the Friday without even the facility to call Airtel. I was told my documnent rejected. I sent extra documents and phoned airtel from office. Told to give 24 hours he would speak to someone from documents department. The next day it was off course starting over as forms seemingly rejected again. I think this was somehow sending of them on further interogation. Back to scratch and I am worried I will lose no and all inconvenience of that. It is number the police at foreigners reg have!! bank here and banks at home etc etc apart from all personal and social. 3 weeks 5 visits office 5 or 6 phone calls. NOTHING. UNBELIEVABLE. If one telephone company ( I have had numerous problems with 3 G connection as well) gets act together they will clean up all the business. Take note companies: customer when choice of incompetent nonsense and stress free service, who do you think they are going to chose?

                                  Today I received a call from airtel centre from their tel no.[protected] asking me my details & to provide duplicate identification for my prepaid mobile number.

                                  I approached the airtel shop situated on M.G.Road Pune, where they refused to accept a copy of my driving licence & even my pan card.

                                  I want to put on record that because of their inefficiency & denial of accepting My Documents, if my mobile no is disconnected by them Then The Airtel should be held responsible & damages should be charged to them.

                                  Airtel — NOT TAKING DOCUMENTS

                                  5 or 6 days ago I got a call from airtel for submitting documents. Since my connection is working with unknown person ID infact I have taken it with my own ID & address. For Security reason I asked for nearest relationship center location from my office at Green Park Main, New Delhi - 110016. And It was Radical Communication in 88/1, Main Road, Adhchini, New Delhi - 110017. I went there with my address & id proof. But they denied to take documents. Than I called to customer care executive but not supporing answer i.e. you may go in another relationship center.

                                  And I felt if a customer is ready to support the authority than they delibrately make it harrassed.

                                  It is Today 17 August 2010.

                                    On[protected] I sms'ed 'BUY' to 54325 to book offer of Airtel DTH @ 999/- who owns airtel postpaid mobiles. By evening I received a call from them (by no.[protected] saying as Airtel customer care, to book DTH. They (Mr. Prashant) instructed me to put credit card no & other details and they transfered the line to IVRS system. I put all details of credit card (HFDC bank) with payment of Rs. 2264/- and the same was debited from my account. Then they confirmed that I will get 1 month economy pack free, free installation, HD set top box , dish antenna. They provided me transaction ID as 10810437 and said will contact you within 48 hrs and the set top box will be installed. They also took my address and phone no.

                                    But today is 18-09-10, after several calls to them no body is figuring out by data and asking for customer ID which they never provided to me. The is total fraud and god knows how can I get the money back. I even sent a email to nodal officer but no reply. who can help me.

                                    I take my comment 'fraud' back. I wrote that b'coz after several calls to airtel, nobody can trace out my payment details.

                                    After writing email to nodal officer of airtel, the STB was installed today[protected] after 6 days of payment.

                                    Anyways, I must say return communication of organisation is poor since on commitment of 48 hrs it took 6x24 hrs.

                                    The enginners came n installed the equipment, but forget to take STB No. & View card for activation. Waited whole day, called to local dealer about that and they took the number from me and then activated.

                                        I wish to lodge a complaint aginst the haressment by airtel up east ;as i was having a cell no.[protected] in my name till feb'2010.
                                        Despite of my repeated request in march 2010 to disconnect the service & settle the pending amount in cash from me;but i was told by airtel customer care & their office bearers that they will not be able to disconnect the service.
                                        they can only make the accont inactive for next six months & iff reqired they can reactivate the services.
                                        which i have refused then & there only & asked for a final settlement;which they never did.
                                        moreover they kept on raising the bill with same tariff & payment overdue penalty;despite of phone(no.) not being used from mar'2010 onwards.
                                        now recently i have recieved a notice from airtel people suggesting that i must pay rs 858.00 immediately within a week's time;else giving a threat of legal action otherwise.
                                        through your network i wish to state that it's a very embarassing situation for me & need immediate action;as i have always paid all my bills on time in last so many years association with them(airtel).
                                        despite of that customers are threatened for legal action due to nonresponsive behaviour of those cellular companies office bearers.
                                        Looking for your cooperation in resolving the case at the earliest.
