Dear Sir/Madam,
Your response to my request is totally unsatisfactory , a reversal of wrongly
charged amount is not the only concern of mine.I want an explanation of how
this automated task which has no human intervention could have resulted in me
and god know how many other being wrongly charged.
Please be aware this is equivalent to fraud and if i don't get a satisfactory
revert it will force me to approach consumer court.
hoping for a quick revert,
Thanks and Regards,
