i ve airtel mobile No.[protected]. i use this MObile No. from many year but today and last day company had actived VAS service on my this No. This service Name is AIRTEL RADIO and Deduct My Balance Rs.20/- and balanace is Go On Rs.-7.67/-.But i m not activate this srvice i call 198 Phone No. Regarding this.But Airtel Executive Not Specific Response. THis Complaint I remind U Many mObile Company and AIRTEL is Activate VAS service on Custmer OLD Mobile NO.and after no response pls strictly action against Them.na d return Money/Balance On my MOBILE NO.[protected]

    i Smt.Kadambini Rout ([protected]),from few date i get call & sms from a no [protected].other side a male voice always give nasty sms and call.i already put a complain at the near by police station ,they assured me for help ,but till date there is no any result.but haraesment increasing time by .i already compalain from my airtel no to airtel customer service but they put theire hand . i already try to change my no. but last night the persone came to my near by boundary wall.so please help me to over come from the situtation.

      I have taken airtel broadband connection from bharti airtel. After three months i want to cancel the connection because im shifting my residence to coimbatore very soon (Presently in chennai). I called up airtel customer support and given cancellation request over phone they have given ref no. 489202 cancellation request date 14th sep. Till date connection not deactivated and their response is very poor. im loosing patient and 29 sep i called up they are saying you connection not deactivated because already it has been deactivated first you have to active your account and then give cancellation request then only we are able to cancel your account.

      After hearing their reply i fully frustuarted and please don't hesistate the customer. Bharti airtel poor service they will spoil airtel brand name

        I am a user of Airtel Landline & Broadband for last 4 yrs. I use their wireless modem. I got an IPTV service recently for which they have changed my modem. Since then I am facing problem that I need to fix my IP to use internet connection. Once fixed I need to change the same everytime I use my Laptop at other place. No one does that these days ..IP has to come automatically. Airtel guys also say that however they unable to fix the problem. Their service engineer came to my hose and said he has fix the problem, however he just fixed the IP so that internet worked. I was in office and I checked whether its automatic he said yes. I came back saw that he just fixed the IP and lied to me. Complaint Numbers[protected] & 38098676. Engineer who came & lied phone number - [protected] . Service report form which he gave number - 1147823.

        Airtel Broadband — i am not receiving a gift

        sir,
        i am kushal aggarwal my airtel login i.d is [protected]_dsl in buying time of coonection u r sales man saying u r recive a un claim code with in 10 days on activiton of coonection but iam not recive any code about for gift so pelase solve my prblm as soon as possible.

        AIRTEL BROADBAND SERVICE — Promised gift not delivered

        Dear Sir,



        I would like to bring to your attention that I have not received my Airtel Gift (Reebok Watch) even after my repeated complaints and your subsequent assurances. Last time (more than 15 days ago) I talked with your nodal officer, she said that I would receive it within a week and I should not pester too much since the gift is of trivial value. I guess you also accept that a gift is a gift, no matter what its value is.

        It has been more than two months that I am chasing this issue and would be highly elated if I am finally receiving my gift. Being from a telecom company myself, I think I know how we ought to treat our customers.

            I have taken a connection with airtel digital TV but in a day about 100 times i get the message " Your account balance is negative kindly recharge please ignore if already done" and its coming for a month now, called multiple times to customer care , they say we cannot give a complaint number as this is a message but it blocks my view when i am watching program and why should i face problems for issues with their system, i am so very dissapointed have to move to TATA sky can anyone let me know if i can get any refunds for cancelling my connection.

            Hi

            This is Udhaya Kumar and I have also taken Airtel DTH Connection. My customer number is [protected]. Even I am facing the same issue. The message "Your account balance is negative" is popping up every now and then. This irritates me even though I have balance in my account I keep on getting the message. I called customer care once and they said it will be resolved. But it is never resolved.

            I dont know if you have something like minimum account balance, If we have balance below that we will get popups like that??

              I'm Robin Singh and my contact no. is -[protected].
              This mail is in concern of no action being taken on any complaint made again and again to Airtel Company([protected]@airtel.in , [protected]@bharti.in) .

              Can you please let me know what action has been taken by Airtel company regarding my previous complaints of SIM BARRED(registration failed)/Deactivate FRENZO service and also what improvement has been made in concern of my previous complaints.

              Please provide me full details of action taken to my 1st complaint till now by Airtel company .

              Is this type of service provided by Airtel company???

              Also, please let me know the reason why no action is taken on my previous mails.
              This is my 6th mail to Airtel Company([protected]@airtel.in , [protected]@bharti.in) and still no action on any of complaint.

              i'm not satisfied at all with the Airtel services.

                I have taken post paid airtel connection(no- [protected]) from Airtel authorised dealer of Behror,Dist.Alwar
                Rajasthan from 24th July,2010. I paid first bill of Rs 121 on 24th Aug( beside 500Rs activation charge paid on 24th july) w/o waiting for bill on due date . my incoming and out going was suddenly stopped w/o any notice on 7th of Sept.When i contacted authorised dealer Agrawal communication([protected]) and airtel no proper reply was given.
                I repeatedly tried to contact airtel for reason but i got dissappointment every time. after lodging complain
                on airtel customer support i got reply to first deposit the pending bill which was due on 24th sept. then only
                they will explain the reason. when i submit the bill amount of rs.1520 to agarwal communication, he failed
                to submit bill on due date. Finally i paid the bill through on line payment on 27th,sept,2010.even after confirmed payment airtel costomer support(no.-[protected]) could not confirm the payment.The bill amount
                of Rs.1520 from 24th Aug. 2010 to 7th sept 2010 is also out of prportion and totally unjustified.I have suffered
                great humiliation and disrespect after such treatent by Airtel service and its authorised dealer response. I want justification and reimbursement of losses i have suffered due to my mistaken trust on airtel

                  I was approached by Airtel services(Mr.Lalit Sethi) to provide Airtel broadband connection at Chandigarh but I refused saying that I am using Connect broadband without any problem,but he offered me unlimited usage with high speed.I again refused saying that I don't have to get my Connect connection cancelled as my wife is suffering from blood cancer and is under treatment at ludhiana and I am not interested,but he offered to get the connection cancelled by himself, I agreed to his proposal and paid Rs.1000/- cash for installing air tel broadband connection.The first lie of his came to light when after installation I got a call that the the download usage is not unlimited but limited to 3GB data download only then I choose not to instal the connection and demanded my money back but he again lured me by saying that my earlier usage is only less than a GB so for speed purpose I agreed got the connection installed at my place.After insiallation he did not approach me for the cancellation of my connect connection,after calling him regularly he came to my place and took the modem of connect company for the cancellation purpose and now he says that he had got the connection cancelled on 18th of August 2010 but on demanding the receipt of cancellation he either does not pick the phone or if by any chance he picks up he promises to provide the receipt by that evening but till date (29/9/2010)of writting this complaint I am waiting for the receipt,when I complained to Airtel I got a call but my problem was not sorted out.I have got his phone no.only([protected]).I think Airtel company is not concerned with the problems of their customers.I have got the bill from Connect company which proves that I connection had not been cancelled so far and on approachin Mr. Lalt Sethi, he told me that you can file a suit if you wish and he disconnected.Now tell me how can I file a case of fraud against Airtel or get my problem solved.Pl guide me.

                  Even I faced problems with Mr. Lalit Sethi. I had applied for a Broadband connection for my home and paid Rs. 500/- for the installation charges and was told that the connection will be installed in 2-3 days. But when I did not heard back in 3 days from Airtel, I called him to know the status, he told me that our servers are down and will take 1-2 more days. Even after waiting for 2 weeks, my connection was not installed.

                  I had to cancel the request for the connection and reapplied from some other agent and my connection got installed in exactly 3 days.

                  PLEASE AVOID AIRTEL CONNECTION REQUESTS TO MR. LALIT SETHI.

                    I am a customer (Customer ID [protected]) of your esteem company since June 2009 and residing at Shillong, Meghalaya. My bitter and horrible experience with the service center of your company at Shillong compel me to write following lines.

                    1) Due to non functioning of my STB, I lodged first complaint on 17.8.2010 inspite of repeated complaint there after the service Engineer failed to turn up though they had attend within 24hours. At last, on 20th August'10 one person come and replaced my STB with an old one and charged Rs.600/-.

                    2) Since 9th Sept'10 STB started giving trouble intermittently again. After keeping it on watch for a week when there was no improvement, I lodged a complain again on 15th Sept'10 ( Request no.3856132). In reply your Call Center promised that Service Engineer from Svc. Center, Shillong would visit my house by 4pm on the same day. But till 18th Sept'10 no one turned up and again lodged a request (no.3890405). On inquiry with the Svc. Center, Shillong on 18th Sept'10 evening, they replied that the STB would be replaced when new STB is available in the Svc. Center, Shillong.

                    3) Yesterday (27th Sept'10) again I have contacted with your Call Center and informed the all facts with the all reference nos.. Your Call center replied that they are taking appropriate action and promised me that within 24hrs my problem will be solved. Till now (16:45hrs 28.9.10) the same has not been replaced neither anybody call me from Svc. center, Shillong.

                    In my view the stuff of the Svc. Centre, Shillong are liar, dishonest, inefficient and more over, they lack professionalism. This inefficient stuff are not only tarnishing the reputation of the Company like Airtel but also destroying the establish Business of Airtel at Shillong. Their callous & unprofessional attitude and stupidity have created a serious impact on the mind of many customer including me............................. as a result I find no other way but to appeal to the consumer forum against the company on the ground for not providing proper customer services, disobeying customer complaints, depriving and cheating the customer.

                      I am really disappointed to say that all the DTH service providers named above do not show "PEACE T.V", in any of the channel pack. I was planning to purchase the DTH connection but was spellbound to know that not even a single DTH service provider in India provides "PEACE T.V".
                      PEACE T.V is about to be the most popular religious channel of Muslims. But I am really amazed to see that in such a competitive era like this how can such a big companies who spend billions of rupees in R&D ignore the demand of the second largest community of the country.
                      Its a great loss from the companies perspective also because in this customers like will never go for such product and find is better to stick to the old and traditional cable T.V
                      If any one can suggest me any DTH T.V provider which provides "PEACE T.V" in any of their channel pack I would be more than happy to purchase that.

                        It is disheartening to see one of the biggest telecommunication company in India, after spending crores on marketing campaigns, saying that customers are the first and foremost important people for the company, cannot, solve simple issues and have hired useless employee, who don’t know how to talk to customers.
                        After using airtel number, for all my life, and believing in the company for having superior service, I am let down. First I got a problem with the wireless phone sold by airtel along with a number ([protected]), and my mother has been using the number for 5 years or more. Now after 5 years the wireless device is not functioning properly, which is fine, because nobody can expect machines to work all the time. But to rectify the problem, I had to go to 3 different airtel stores, starting from Nehru Place, to okhla then at last to Kailash Colony, where I was told that nothing could be done. After this I spoke to 3 different customer care executive( Nidhi, Nitin and Raksha), every one of whom after listening to me for more than 20 min, said a senior, would call and tell me the solution. But no such call came. I was also given a useless reference number[protected]. I did not deter and still believing something can be done by airtel I wrote a mail to relationship manager, as advised by one of the executive, on 13 september, to which I got a computer generated acknowledgement mail. My mother also took the initiative to call airtel but the same, old, answers we got that “we will come back to you as soon as possible” or “something is being worked out and we will get back to you”. I even suggested to one of the customer care excutive that, if it is not possible to change the wireless set then just provide me the sim with the same number.
                        Today is 28th September and still nothing had been done. The least I expect that Airtel tells me straight forward that nothing can be done, and I would have to give away the number after using it for 5 years.
                        Along with the above problem, today I get a call on my personal number [protected] from 47310700 from a person naming Amit from Airtel, saying that I would have to resend all the document again for verification to your outlet. I believe by law Airtel is supposed to keep all my documents, which I provided while taking the number, SAFE. If it is not with airtel then, this matter is serious and I am in no mood to give my personal information again, just to be stolen.
                        When I asked the person on the line to send me a mail regarding this he responded saying “mail female, hum nahn kkarte hain”. It is clear that an illiterate had called me from airtel which I seriously don’t expect.
                        My Suggestion to Airtel is stop spending the bucks on marketing gimmicks and actually do something about the bad customer service. Because being a literate man, I can read what others are saying about airtel’s service.

                          I have purchased a Airtail Dish TV (DTH) on 19th of Sep 2010. I have directly made payment of Rs. 999 from my credit card through their online system. I have been informed from them that the Dish will be installed between 48 Hrs. My customer ID is [protected] and Transaction ID is 10869265 given to me By Airtail DTH.
                          Today after 9 days Dish is not yet installed. Kindly help me to get my money back, so that I can take a Dish from a good service provider.

                          i am asenior executive of orissa power transmission corporation limited recevied a free activation voucher by purchasing tv. then i contact to airtail company through toll free number and i was directed to deposit Rs550/- and recived one id number then i deposited rs550/-and recived confirmation message through mobilei.e on 28.11.2010 then after several telephone calls the machine was installed on dated 05.12.2010 but till date activation has not made .i am very sorry to say such type problem should not be happen with such big company.my customer id-[protected] my name is umesh prasad das

                            1-i'm completely frustrated with airtel services since, i had transferred my no. from postpaid to prepaid i have deposited my id documents, 4 times in modinagar Reg.office(Mr.Sandeep chauhan) and 2 times in your Reg. office at Garh Road near ccs university MEERUT.till now i have been asked for my id and documents.
                            Due to which my no. gets barred and the registration no. of my sim gets failed.
                            so, please activate my sim as soon as possible

                            2-Also, i have written 1 more complaint before about the deactivate of the FRENZO SERVICE on my no. but no action has been taken yet and therefor charged 20rs.again from my account.

                            now i want to inform you that if no action been taken on these matter then the company will have to pay any losses due to sim blocked.
                            Also i want that company should pay my rs.20 back to my account and please activate my no. as soon as possible.

                            i'm not satisfied at all with the airtel services at all

                              In response to requirement of service provider I submitted residential proof and PP photo on 10th Sept 2010. Documents were deposited with Bhubaneswar Agents (shop opposit Xavier Square, Jayadev Vihar, Bhubaneswar). Strangely, Aietel sends threatning message to stop service (via my mobile phone [protected]). Why should I suffer for the inefficiency, negligence and callousness of Airtel/ their Agents?

                                This is to draw your kind attention to the fact that the services offered by Airtel are flawed and not one bit customer friendly.
                                I had applied for an Airtel prepaid number ([protected]) in July 2010, and for a couple of weeks it worked fine.
                                One fine day in mid-July, I got an sms late in the evening that due to incomplete document submission, my Airtel number will be blocked. This despite the fact that I had submitted all the required documents to the dealer at the Airtel outlet (Sohna road, Gurgaon).
                                Within 2 hours, my number was deactivated, without a proper notice period and without any time to help me rectify any issues.
                                I was so pissed off with Airtel that I stopped using that number and switched over to Vodafone.

                                Now 1 month after I stopped using Airtel, the losers have the nerve of debiting an amount of Rs. 1030 (ICICI bank Credit Card, transaction ID ref. no.: 75140680246042337241200) via an mcheck payment, something which I have not done.

                                Kindly advise as to how I should get this issue rectified?
                                Also, I'm seriously planning on dragging these buggers to the Consumer Forum for the mental trauma and distress that they've made me (and probably many others) suffer!

                                Airtel — Harrasment to me by suspending my number

                                I am having post paid connection of the airtel, I got this connection last month, I have deposited Rs 500 and got the connection from one of the execitive, I have paid the last bill that was around 2887 i paid 113 rupees extra, mine credit limit is Rs 2500 and i have not defrauded any of the bill, If I call the customer care they say that your account is active but all thge time There is display on mobie that sim registration has failed.
                                After runnong from one office to another i am not getting exactly what is reason they have suspended my account.
                                I am very far off from my faimly and these people even ypu pay up the bill still they are harrasing me , I am in mental taruma.
                                If some one knows the email ID of sunil mittal Bhati please let me know so that i can express him what kind of service you people are providing. I am really amazed if they are doing with the person like me who use to pay more then the outsatanding amount what this people would be doing to person who may paying the bill littile late due to some reason

                                I am a Customer of Airtel Pre-paid Service. My Airtel Mobile Phone No is [protected]. These days, I am getting unwanted SMSs from to my mobile. SMS Sender s ID: 5432101. I am also un-necessarily charged after receiving sms from the aboive sender. I neither talked to any person nor I did send any SMS. Thus my talk value is reducing minute after minute every day without any service from Airtel.
                                You are therefore requested to look into the matter and stop all incoming SMS from Sender s ID: 5432101 and also stop un-necessary reduction of talk value.

                                Airtel — unauthorized deduction in prepaid sim card

                                My name is Pratheep antony raj.I am having a prepaid Airtell sim card.[protected].I have subscribed for 50Mb free down load scheme in the prepaid scheme.Though down loading 50Mb is free an amount of Rs.160 has been deducted from my balance amount towards the down loading charges.Air tell customer care is not responding properly.They have given an Reference number-CBDCC[protected].But the customer care is not taking any action to remit the amount to my account.

                                  I would like to bring in the notice of the authority who is dealing with the complaints that are being registered on this online forum that I, Sankalp Thapar, am being harrased by Airtel people for paying the due amount of the mobile number [protected] which I have already cleared in the month of June this year. I depossited the amount in sector 32 office of Airtel and I also got it disconnected then and there only. The details for the are as follows:-

                                    I enjoy the Airtel lifetime prepaid service from 7yrs.Now a days Company deduct Re.1 from my balance as the due of Value Added Services which i don't ask for to the Customer Care located in Maharashtra from last 7month.When I call customer care they said that i ask them to start jokes service on my mobile on 27 march 2010.Then i ask them that why they don't send me the SMS every day as i borrow the VAS; they stop my service.                                     I would like to bring in your notice of illegally debiting money from my prepaid number by sending messages saying Thank you for subscribing the Vas pack 50 service that I haven’t used, from the phone. I received a message from no 543212 from this service provider thanking me for using their service at 11.50 am on 18-12-08 which I haven’t authorized. This is the third time I am paying from my prepaid account. Kindly take action not to repeat again.

                                    I am a prepaid customer of your mobile service,having mobile no.as [protected].Today I received message from your 54321 no.informing that I have been renewed for auto sebcsription service and have been charged for 10 Rs.
                                    I was surprised to see the message.why on earth 10 Rs been deducted from my account?I have never allowed you to do so.I have never subscribed for such a service.

                                    Airtel Prepaid — UNAUTHORISED DEDUCTIONS FROM PREPAID MOBILE

                                    I HAVE AIRTEL PREPAID MOBILE NUMBER [protected]. Every now and then some sms comes saying I have been charged (unauthorised deduction) for some down loads which I never attempted or downloaded. The latest is today 23 May 2010 for some JAVA GAMES for which I have been chaerged Rs.99/- and Tadka for which Rs.20/-. I sent sms to 121 STOP but reply comes "unable to process request try after some time." This is utterly ILLEGAL and I request Airtel to stop such malpractices forthwith and refund the unauthorised deductions.
                                    Register for DND services Do not call
                                    SMS STOP to 121 or call 1909 or SMS to 1909 for Activation of DND type START DND. You can request for refund. Some time they refund. One more thing note down your DND confirmation No:- so they have to stop unwanted calls with in 45 day if not you can write to http://ndncregistry.gov.in.

                                    You must have a Airtel Relationship Center nearby in your city, visit them some day and discuss the problem with the executives, I hope it will be solved. Alternatively, dial customer care and ask about all the VAS active in your account and ask for deactivation of all that you don't want.

                                    I am a Airtel subscriber since last 12 yrs, I have 2 SIM cards of Airtel, all this never happened to me!

                                      i have a big issue with Airtel Landline service. I am not a customer of Airtel, however I have been receiving calls from Airtel collection services from last 1 month to make the payment for a number[protected] which is in the name of Dushyant Singh. I don’t know any Dushyant Singh & not familiar with this number either. I have informed this so many times to Airtel personal & they response is that I will not receive any more calls from Airtel, however this is not being done. I am receiving constant calls from Airtel to make the payment. I am sick & tired by receiving Airtel's calls & now mentally harassed by Airtel regarding.

                                      This is a humble request to STOP these collections calls or else I will have to take a LEGEL ACTION against Airtel for Harassing.

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      I have few landline and mobile phones from Airtel. The bills are being paid regularly. Every month there is call from your collection agency for bill payment details.This has become a mental menace.What wrong have we done by taking the Airtel connections.As business head of company do I need to keep giving details to all tom dick and harry about five numbers I hold and keep myself occupied- only because I have airtel cell number declared on these numbers? You are welcome to put charges if bills are not paid in time and you are also wlcome to disconnect the facilities if there is further delay in bill payments BUT for God's sake donot keep calling and enquiring whether bills have been paid or not.Pl STOP this nuisance or I may be forced to take appropriate actions.

                                      Airtel Landline — Release of personal Information

                                      Dear Sir,
                                      I was recently made aware of Airtels standing policy to release outstanding balance information to anyone that calls and asks for it. Airtel does not require any permission from the client before revealing the outstanding balance on any account. Also once a month they call the landline and inform whomever picks up the phone of what the balance is as well as when the bill is due. I called Airtel asking them to stop this action and to at least ask for the concerned person before giving out that information to whoever answers the phone. I have not given Airtel permission to release this information to the public however with or without it they continue to do so.
