Despite repeated complaints, speaking to the call center supervisors, and even
after activation of BIS 399 on the above mentioned cell number (on 1st October-
after 1 week of calling the helpline and spending over Rs.200 on those calls) I
am still not able to access blackberry services on my cell.
Everytime I make a call to the helpline, I get an assurance that the services
will be activated within sometime, or a maximum of 24 hours, which never
happens.
This time, I was given the number of a nodal officer of Rajasthan, which is
also a helpline number (only available for 4-5 hrs a day from monday to friday)
and not a direct number.
At the latest, I am being told that the device pin and imei are registered elsewhere, but even after telling them that I have not used bb service from any other number, nothing is happening. I was just using the service on my postpaid number, which I got converted to a prepaid number.
