I have recently shifted to Chennai, and working with one of the TOP IT MNC.

On 13 July I have taken a Airtel postpaid corporate connection with number +91 [protected], from Airtel Sales person Mr. Raghunathan ([protected]), and Mr. Sureshbabu ([protected]). It is a corporate CUG plan( H21 CUG 175 PLAN ) that AIRTEL is providing to employees of my Organization. While taking the connection I have submitted photocopy...

I am using airtel prepaid connection [protected]. i am faceing a problem from last six month that money deducted from my a/c without using any service, i contected the customer service executive he says that a service is subscribed by you, and this service is discontinued , and money is refunded to you within two hour,I am still waiting for refund. and i am surprised that after sometime the money is again deducted from my a/c....

I called one airtel representative from one to one communication named manoj on july 24 and asked for airtel broad band connection.i am staying in Teachers colony koramangala 1st block.he has send one person to my house and taken the address proof and 850 rs from me .my form number is TBL 0127788. after that there is no response from him.now his number is switched off and i called the customer care and registered a complaint,service...

This is fourth incidence of complaint, which they either didn't resolved or I had to do extensive escalation.
Complaint number is 3476106 and 3283707despite of innumerous calls they are not resolving it.

Earlier they cheated me and charged twice for extra cable wire. Cash was charged by people came for installation and they deducted from my account too.

I recharged once for Rs 3350/- it took 4 days...

DONT BUY AIRTEL WORLD SIM CARD EVER.

MY SON PURCHASED WORLD SIM BEFORE GOING TO EUROPE AND GOT SO MUCH PUZZLED THAT EACH OF THE SMS SENT BY HIM WERE RECEIVED BY THE ADDRESSEE AFTER 45 MINUTES OR LATER.

I COMPLAINED TO THE AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE BUT THEY FAIL TO UNDERSTAND THE PROBLEM MAY BE THEY ARE AWARE THAT SUCH DELAYS ARE INEVITABLE....

I would like to warn everyone who is looking for DTH connection that not to take any coonection from Airtel still i[censored] wish to take a connection order with your nearest dealer instead of ordering online reasons i m stating below

I was interested in getting a DTH connection so enquired on the net and went to Airtel DTH site. There was a form inwhich you need to fill up details if one wants a customer care people to call. I filled...

I have an inquire to Airtel Customer care dated 03-Aug-2010 Time 11:00 a.m 03Aug2010 and conveyed regarding the talk time vouchers they have.

I purchased Airtel's trial offer for 3 months, in last week of June. After that an engineer surveyed the area around my home to fix the dish. Due to some problem with my neighbors, we were not allowed to fix the dish on the roof. As there were no other place to fix the dish, i requested for disconnection of the service. This was done in the last week of June/first week of july.

Till now, i haven't received the amount...
