    Dear Sir,

    4 Months back, i received a call from Airtel Customer care(Recorded Voice). They wanted me to submit my Address and ID Proof. Based on their request i did the same in a week.

    2 Months back again i received a call from Airtel(Recorded Voice) and they asked me to submit my Proof again. So i got confused and called to Airtel Customer care, they rechecked my address proof and confirmed me that everything is correct, don't want to worry about that recorded call.

    On 30th of this month my sim card got inactivated. When i inquired in customer care office (Sungam,CBE) They asked me to submit my address and ID proof again, iam totally depressed and resubmitted the same.

    Till yesterday i had followed up with Sungam Airtel Office, they told me that it will get ready soon.

    So i depressed and call to Airtel Customer care and inquired the same, they gave the shocking news to me, that my sim card was Recycled i cant able to retrieve the same.

    This is really Ridiculous, I have no other options, i trusted you a lot, also i cant able to switchover to other number bcoz i will miss plenty of contacts.

      Dear sir,
      I have bought a new Airtel connection on 03rd July,2010 from AFREEN PAY PHONE, Siwan. The retailor told me that your connection will be started within 24 hours as he has sendthe activation message to the company. Even though ihave submitted the documents to the Retailor. I have also complained with the customer Care, they told me towait for 72 hours. I have done it but till now my connection is not started,,WHY?

      Airtel Prepaid — Monthly deduction of Rs 30/-

      Dear Sir/Madam,

      My mobile No is [protected] & I am availing prepaid service.
      Iregret to complin that you are deducting Rs 30/- every month towards subscription which I am unable to understand. I have never demanded for any such service.
      Inspite of complaining for this on your customer service No 121 two months ago, the same is being deducted.
      Please look into the matter & stop deducting the amount every month. For any clarity you may call me on the above phone or through email.
      Your earliest reply awaited in this matter.

      My mobile no. is [protected]. This is for the 3rd time, Airtel have deducted Rs. 30/- unnecessarily without taking any extra facility without taking any extra service. They just deducted from my balance. I have complained about the same so many times. I went to Airtel Gallary also but no body considered my complaint. They just gave false assurances but nothing was done. As i was regularly following up with the customer care, later on they stopped picking up my phone also. Now i am really frustrated with the customer service of Airtel. This is really bad experience i had. Now i am really planning to file a Complaint in Consumer Forum. The Higher Authorities of Airtel should look into it.

      When i don't want particular service when i don't demand it or not even use it why i should be charged for that. This is nothing but Gundagardi.

      I really want solution on it, otherwise i am going to file complaint in Consumer Forum surely.
      Dear Airtel Users, I wont go up with your complaints. You all are subscribed for some (V.A.S.) Value Added Service. Dont get irritated. Just call 121 and talk to Customer Care Executives and ask them to take the Deactivation Request from their Side itself. Again the same problem is continues means dial 198, again not satisfied? Contact Appelate authorities.

      Airtel — Automatically deducted Rs. 30.00

      There are several service complain against the service of Airtel

      1. Without confirmation and reason Rs. 30.00 automaticall deducted from my balance. It displayed Last call duration 0:00 call charge Rs.30.00 bal. Rs.2.40 Validity 11Jan11... on 27.06.2010 @18:30

      When I talk to local service provider center they told that positively I press something for downloding, but it not so. I am using Nokia 1111i and no GPRS & net service

      2. My scheme automatically transfer to 1p/sec and if I send sms to 405 for plan it reply that description not available.

      3. All most every day when I try to make a STD call to my native kolkata from Pondicherry it say all the lines in this root are busy.... I have to try at least 20 time then I may able to connect any call.

      4. Daily at least 10 call & 10 sms I have to attend for Airtel add

      5. For the past 10 years I am using Airtel only, but last 2 years the service in terms of tarif, charges, bal deduction is very poor and simply they are ignoring the fact.

      for this kind of mishap once i change to new connection and same thing is going on now also.

      Earlier also I made complain, but either nobody responce me nor it has resolve.

      Bharti Airtel Ltd. — Unauthorized deduction of Rs.30/- every month

      Despite filing complaints, Bharti Airtel Ltd. is deducting Rs.30/- from my pre-paid account ([protected]) balance. I have not subscribed for any VAS, while calling customer care customer care executive told me that the Airtel Live service gets activated automatically and if customer doesn't unsubscribe it automatically it remains active. I requested him to unsubscribe all VAS wrt my account and he had made sure that he unsubscribed all VASs, still Rs.30/- got deducted from my pre-paid account. This is highly unacceptable and sheer loot.

      Bharti Airtel Ltd. (Mobile Services) — Unauthorized deductions from prepaid account

      My airtel prepaid connection particulars are as follows: MSIDN(Tel.#.) [protected];

      Current Balance (as on 23 Feb. 2011) INR 369.81; Expiry 17 Sep 2011

      A fortnight (or so) ago, my balance was over INR 500.00, and the cost the legitimate services that I have since used does not exceed INR 25 or 30. The company has been deducting charges in respect of entirely UNSOLICITED "services" like "KingfisherGirls' calendar", "Comedy zone", etc.

      I have NEVER used these "services", nor do I ever intend to use them in my lifetime.

      Even after my explicit UNSUBSCRIPTIONS from these nuisances, this company has been making UNSOLICITED "renewals" against them!

      I request you to prevail upon the company to make proper amends to these nefarious practices by rolling back all the deductions made so far towards unsolicited "services", and bring back the balance held in my prepaid account to nearly INR 500.00 (as it would have been without the unauthorized deductions).

      ON 17 MAY 11, AIRTEL HAS DEDUCTED RS 30/- WITHOUT ANY HEGITATION AND STARTED CHAT SERVICE WHICH I NOT DEMANDED MY CELL NO IS [protected].. HIS CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE HAS VERY RUDE TALK . TWO TIME HE HAS CUT MY PHONE CALL BUT ULTIMATELY I GOT MY COMPLAIN REGISTERED. PLEASE STOP ALL SUCH AXULAIRY SERVICES. AND GET MY MONEY BACK IN MY ACCOUNT. AIRTEL IS BRAND AND BRAND IS DOING THIS WHICH TOTALY UNFAIR. PLEASE DO NEEDFULL.

        I have purchased the airtel DTH-HD set top box on 27/8/10 from Singh Electronics Viman nagar Pune with sr no-[protected] & kit no-[protected]. Till date the installation is not done. One person came & he is not ready to climb the building even though we have provided him full safety equipments & assistance.

        After that no body is responding to the calls well, every one is saying today we will come....
        The call ceter people are giving the Engineer number & that fellow is talking as if he is doing it for my sake.

        Call center people are not ready to speak to their dealers, insted they are telling us to contact. I have not purchased from that dealer & how the dealer will respond weel to my problem?

        Airtel please respond to the problems...
        If the installation is done before 9/9/10 i am returning the set top box.
        I am tired of follow-ups with the call center, dealer, engineer....

          dear sir,

          I am yuvaraj from chennai. Before 2 months from this date i had given a phone shifting request from thiruvottiyur to anna nagar west (extn). even after many number of requests, my phone connection has not been established; but i have been given with scheduled bills depicting the monthly rentals and usage charges. i called to customer care and asked about that. there is no good reply from them. after a month period an airtel bill collecting person came to my home and said it was not possible to establish connection here due to non availablityof distribution point. i was told that my connection will be properly disconnected if i pay the balance payment. after having discussion with him, i agreed to pay rs 975 and i paid it. he has given me a copy of my disconnection request letter stating that my connection has been properly disconnected.
          after 3 days from that payment i got another bill depicting the amount to be paid for that month. i refused to pay it and this month i got a legal notice to pay for that bill, failing which legal action would be taken against me.

          I dont know what to do. i am being exploited.

          Hi,
          I totally agree with Yuvraj. I am facing the similar situation. My scenario :-
          I am airtel broadband customer from last 2 years, I recently shifted my home in pune then I raised a transfer request with airtel on before said date, initially they deactivated the connection within 24 hours as against the date I mentioned was some 5 days after, due to this faced lots of trouble as I have to do lots of other follow ups.
          After this when I shifted to other place then I was contacted by other airtel person he suggested me that instead of transferring the connection I should go for new connection as this will save me transfer fees and all.

          So trusting that guy I applied for the new connection and raised a request for deactivation of old number.
          Now after one month o[censored]sage I started receiving bills for my old number also on my new address.
          I contacted customer care on multiple occasions and they assured me of some action.Now this complete process took them about 2 months more and in the meantime I continuously received bills for old number too. Finally I wrote them on there email and for my surprise I got a response that my request of deactivation is being processed as of that date and I have to pay a bill of some Rs. 3500.

          Then I wrote them again with all the details asking for proper facts and proofs.
          a) That my old number is never been connected my new address.
          b) How can they activate two numbers on single line?

          Surpise after surprise ... I have slapped with a advocates notice to pay Rs. 3500 bills on the number which never got connected to my place also they have mentioned that I need to pay additional Rs. 500 for that notice.

          I just want to ask what action I can I take to ensure that I am not being harassed by airtel.
          Whats the legal framework I can work within to make sure there is no exploitation done to me by airtel.

          Now my only concern is after all that is happening in our country all the scams involving telecom companies and there malpractice's working against national interest and inflicting such huge losses to country, the only thing remaining is these corporates robbing you of with your hard earned money using the instrument that were created to serve the citizen's of this nation, twisting the law and finding the loopholes.

          Hopefully anybody reading this will search there soul and give a thought, whatever happening to me today can happen to you tomorrow.

          And if you are the one working with Airtel today and thinking that I am some over-reactive fool then give a thought also that this can be done to you or to your family by some other company and may you not feel helpless and harassed as I am feeling.

            Hi

            My Broadband and telephone connection([protected]) is frequently disconnected. I had
            complained many times. Though the technicians came, and did things... still the
            problem exist. Now it has become a routine for me to make a complaint in every
            alternate dates


            This is worst ever service that i havn't seen before..

            airtel-broad band — frequent internet disconnection

            Ihave broad band connection[protected] for the past 2 years 8 months.Oflate i am regularly using internet .The common recurring problem is frequent disconnections.I am ashamed of subscribing to such a poor service provider.Kindly redress the problem at the earliest.

              When I was in sleep Got a similar missed call on 6th Sept around 8.23 AM, from [protected]. and I called back , I thought that is India number, that person who talks in hindi, i didn't know much hindi knowledge but I understood that only he said that you won 25 lakh lottery from Airtel for your special number, and he given a number ([protected], RamSingh, Senior Supervisor) asked me to call to him, what I understood is he didn't understand English, When I talking in English he cuts the phone.I didn't make any calls to that number, as I understand it's fake calls.
              One request for Airtel Service is please disable the International out going service and activate when ever they want to call to international calls by the confirmation from your support team. we simply replied to them not even to see from which country the number is. actually I have seen the number from my mobile is like +9234...., I thought that it's somewhere from India, if out going call is failed I should know that number is other than India.

              Even I recieved a call from the no[protected] saying that I have been selected for Rs. 25 lacs lottery andI need to call Mr. Akash Verma on the no.[protected].I asked about the address of this airtel location, I was told that it is located in Mumbai Head office bandra.Rest all the details will be given by Mr. Akash Verma.
              I didnot call that no. as I never applied for any lottery.After checking in the internet, I found out that these type calls heve been recieved by other people too. thanks for posting your message online.

              Completely fake... and needs to be pinned..

                I have an internet conn on prepaid
                But the speed is vary slow
                I can not talk with customer care beause this service is not activate on my number . I send so many massage on 121 but my problem is not solved.
                so don't trust on AirTel
                I am consumer of Airtel for he last 1 year and my mobile no. is [protected] and presently i am in jodhpur (rajasthan) the plan which i was using having the call rates of std 1 rs. and local .50 paise but last month when i asked the vendor to incorporate a topup of Rs 220 instead of doing the topup he recharged my mobile an plan get changed and call rates became 1rs.local and std 1.5 rs. per minute an to rectify the problem i had went to customer care of jodhpur many a time but they are not at all giving any solution to the problem moreover the way of talking is very rude public dealing is totally nuisence overthere i am totally confused that which sort of office they have got in johpur this office is in ratanada jodhpur. Please help me out from the problem otherwise i have to change the number.

                I am using airtel for a long time and have called the customer care many times regarding my problems but they always seem to have trouble in understanding my problem and redirect my call to different sections...

                Problem...
                I don't receive calls from many people outside the sate and even when i call them i get answers like this no is invalid... whereas that no is fully functional... i am in the full coverage area and i still get this problem... and the customer care doesn't understand what i am talking about...

                Please look into the matter as I and many of my friends are facing the same problem. Please make your services more user friendly...
                Please stop using that sim card, the number perhapes may be used one, change your number (buy new sim card with new number)

                very bad service. staff do not know how to respond to customers. they disconnected my sim cards (total 6 cards in name of company) in the middle of the night. airtel gives the explanation that it was mistake. the connection were not there for more than two days. i suggest never to purchase airtel sim cards. very very bad service. they are just horrible. bsnl provides much better service then airtel.

                  From last 3 -4 days I am getting 10 - 15 calls from the no [protected]. If I tried to answer the call no one responces and if there is any responce they are talking very rudely and if I tell them that I will complain regarding this they were telling that "Do whatever you want"

                    I have received SMS on my mobile No.[protected] for free gift Airtel digital set top box
                    Web site address: www.airteldigitaldish.com

                    I registered this number on www.airteldigitaldish.com. When I entered in above mentioned website there was a information regarding payment of Rs. 440/- (Customer Service Tax) into State Bank of India in the name favouring Mr. KARTICK PAL Account No. [protected] SBI, Mumbai Branch through online transfer.
                    I paid this amount through online transfer to Kartick Pal account. When I was trying to send the counterfoil through FAX No.[protected] the fax was not working.

                      I had taken a mobile connection No. [protected] from a Airtel Dealer after submitting the required documents. My connection was deactivated all of a sudden and I started getting the following msg whenever I dialled a number:
                      "The services on your phone have been barred for non-submission of required
                      documents. Please submit the documents at the nearest Airtel Relationship
                      Centre for re-activation of the services."
                      In this connection, I sent my request to Airtel Customer Service at [protected]@airtelindia.com on 13th Aug.'10 to reativate my connection since I had already given all the documents. I received a mail from Airtel to provide them my details. I provided the details to them but they did not reactivate my connection. Airtel is harrassing me and sending me wayward replies instead of re-activating my connection. I have again submitted the documents at their office in Chandigarh in Sector 35 one week back, but my connection has not been re-activated. Please help me.

                      Bharti Airtel Ltd. — Discontinuance of Prepaid Mobile Connection with Life Time Validity

                      I purchased a prepaid mobile connection in Rohtak, Haryana (India) from Airtel in the year 2007. My phone no. is [protected]. Thereafter, I got the same converted into lifetime validity by paying a sum of Rs. 495/-. In the month of April 2008 while roaming in Uttar Pradesh (India) I got the same E charged from Bareilly on 27.04.2008. However, after one or two days of the same, my number stopped working. On enquiry from the Airtel's office at Rohtak, Haryana, It was informed to me that as I have not used the phone for a long time, the services of my phone no. have been stopped by the company. Whereas, my connection was with life time validity and the I was using the phone on regular basis. If I was not using the phone, than why the company accepted money from me for E recharge on 27.04.2008. Moreover, when the phone was used on 27.04.2008 itself, there is no ground to stop its services after that date. I request you to kindly take-up the matter with the co. and to reinstate my no., else I would take appropriate action in a court of law.

                      I Am Ankit Narang purched a new Airtel number on 7of march and fulfilled all the formalities at the time of purchase of new connection. the documents which were submitted was Voter ID as identity proof and address proof, beside of that my number was disconected as the reson being documents were not submitted without intimating me they disconected my number.
                      when i approached the custimer services of Airtel they dnt welcomed me with my complaints they kept on ditching with same answer no one answered that what actually the problem is and till what time my number will be activated.
                      the fault is at dealer level and customer service level then why i am being irritated with the incovenince please take action against the faulters.

                      AirTel — Deactivation of mobile

                      I had a pre paid life time mobile connection numbered [protected]. At that time when i purchased i have submitted a copy of the pass port which is a valid identity. I am residing in Dubai and whenever i come to India, I use that number. But now it is deactivated saying that i have not used it for a long time. I had a credit balance of around Rs.500/- on that. I have talked to customer service executive of Begumpet center ( Ph no[protected]) asking him the procedure for activation. He expressed thet it is not possible since the number has already been allotted to someone since i have not used it for a long time.
                      If so what is the meaning of lifetime SIM card? Why i was not informed that the number is deactivated? What happened to my credit of Rs 500/-.

                        M/s Bharti Airtel has picked up my telephone instrument and modem on 10th June, 2010 and is constantly raising bills when even my instrument is not there. They have raised the bills for the month of July and in the Month of August they have added late fees and addtional monthly charges. I have been speaking / writing to their customer care but in vein till date. I have also mailed c.c's to the Chairman Mr. Sunil Bharti Mittal.
                        The line disconnection application was given on April 30th and they disconnected the internet and started begging through customer care for retaining the landline, which I obliged initially and thereafter as no value addition it was doing I have logged in a disconnection application through their hotline setup at Salt Lake City
                        Centre, Kolkata. The instrument and modem was picked up therafter on 10th June, 2010 by they and they have issued a Equipment Return Note as well. They company is a cheat and one has to be extremely careful when they put up something from this company as because they become a big cheat when it comes to disconnection of the same.

                            My set-top box is not functioning properly I am getting error code B0001 along with the message "Your set-top box is unable to receive signal". I had made the complaint on 25th Aug and I had been told that tomorrow on 26th Aug till 1:30 P.M. our Engineer will come to your home and resolve the issue, but till date no one came and again contact to Customer care on 5th Sept. The Executive told me that our Engineer will come and resolve the issue within 4hours, but nothing happened as per commitment. I think Airtel doesn't provide the Customer Care service to customer for their products.

                              I am Avanish & took 999/- plan of digital TV. It was on postpaid mobile scheme that in 999 will get 1 month subscription free& free instalation. I made all the payments on 24 sugust 2010 but got a responce from customer services, sir will take time. Finally got installed on 5th November & still waitng for channel activation.
                              I suggest you guys please dont go for online/onmobile booking. I you really want Airtel only ,go to any centre & catch the person. Rest your luck.

                                I am very, very disappointed with Airtel's broadband services. I have a 30GB limit package and everything was ok for the first few months. The only time we reached our limit was when we used multiple gadgets via wifi and after we rectified this, our connectivity was back to its usual limits. But the problems started 3-4 months back. When there were 5 days left in the bill cycle, I would get a mail from Airtel saying "you have used 80% of your limit." Even then, I didn't touch 100% limit.
                                But this month, on day 19, I got the email from Airtel, stating that I have now consumed 100% of my quota. How can I use up 30GB in 19 days? I haven't watched any movies / TV shows online, I purchased a handful of songs on iTunes and uploaded some photos to send via email. Does this use up 30GB? Especially when I have been using 3G on my phone to browse and not used Wifi from it. After 2 weeks, my phone shows 300 MB data usage while it took only 19 days for 30GB to disappear into the ether.
                                I have complained many times but no luck so far. This morning the call centre person admitted this has happened with many customers and she will get her supervisor to call me and sort out my issue, please wait.

                                  This letter is about my address verification. I, Supreeta Hegde, I have taken airtel sim just 5 days back and it has been activated on 4th september 2010,11.30 pm.
                                  I had a call from your company for my address verification today. but i could not receive that call since I had been to market leaving my cell at my home. but there was a message from that number stating "Pl confirm address to avoid barring". But how to confirm & where to confirm? For missing one call from your company should my sim get barred??? I think this is not correct way of verifying address. At least after one or two hours your company would have tested & would have called once again. But within two minutes i[censored] give 4 calls how can i receive when i was not there??
                                  I hope you can understand my problem, avoid my number from getting barred and give a solution to this problem.

[protected], I had submitted all the necessary documents required for verification with my passport size photograph, when I bought the connection in Oct 2010,for past 20 days everything was fine but from morning of 11/11/2010 my outgoing calls and sms's have been barred and the reason sighted for this is non submission of documents by me.
                                  It becomes very painful when a service provider like Airtel does this to their customers, leaving them in a crippled situation and I am in a great mess because I cannot make any calls or sms.

My set-top box is not working since Aug 23rd and logged the complaint on 25 th but till date no one came to resolve the issue. I think Airtel doesn't cares the Customer.

                                      I am using the Airtel postpaid connection with no: [protected] regularly for four years. I have enjoyed the type of service offered by you and was satisfied till this August,2010.

                                      On 04.Aug.2010, with out my notice i was subscribed to Full track subscription service from Airtel.
                                      After wards on the same day i was subscirbed to BIZZARE Club with out intimation.
                                      Since then an amount of 15 Rs. is charged for ModelAnim71.
                                      In this connection i have called to the Customer Care No. and told them the situation, they informed that it is due to subscription to services, i requested them to unsubscribe to all services and they told that they will unsubscribe. the Complaint No is : [protected].

                                      But after giving complaint also amount was deducted from my account for various subscriptions:
                                      PartyslandSolitaire16Pack - -- 50 Rs.
                                      AOEIIIAsianDynasties ---- 15 Rs.

                                      Regarding this Once Again called and the Customer care is unable to address the problem the respoince got is not satisfactory and they told the same thing that they will unsubscribe the services. The Complaint No. is : [protected] on 04.aug.2010.

                                      on 05.Aug.2010. the subscription to various new services has took with out my notice and i haven't even browsed the NET and Airtel Live:

                                      I have received Messages regarding unsubscription of Landers,Tribal Defence,Target,Dictator Defence,1943 Escapeto England.

                                      But the issue not stopped hear, on 07.Aug.2010 again fresh subscriptions have took place:

                                      Finally fed up with the response from Customer Care, i asked them to deactivate all services except voice and SMS services on my mobile. they told that they will deactivate all services and asked me to delete Airtel Live profiles in my mobile and i have done the same thing. Deactivation of Mobile Office message was received on 07.Aug.2010 18:34.

                                      after all these unfruitful calls and amount deductions, i felt some what happy but this hasn't lasted for more than 30 days.
                                      From 27.Aug.2010 to 01.Sep.2010, i got fresh messages stating " Enjoy full songs on your mobile. initially i thought that these or normal service messages but on 01.Sep.2010 i came to know that every time i got message an amount of 5 Rs. are deducted from my account.

                                      Immediately i called to Customer Care to deactivate the service; the response i got from them is to my shock that Airtel Live is active in my mobile but i have already deleted the settings based on recommendations from the CC previously, i again asked him to tell how to deactivate the service. he told to send "MO" to 54321 to deactivate the service and the full songs service will automatically deactivated. I requested him to connect to supervisor but the call was disconnected in between after waiting for a long time.when sent the SMS , i got a message that the service settings will come shortly. My complaint No. is [protected]
                                      I once again made a call to Customer Care, this time another person has told to send "LIVE" to 54321. when sent this i got message " Not active on Airtel Live".

                                      This clearly shows that the inexperienced Executives are causing much trouble to the customers and these persons are not at all treating customer complaints seriously and every time the customer complains, they will just try to pass the problem temporarily and won't try to solve this permanently. the actions suggested by them are always misleading customer's and making them to make repeated calls.

                                      Finally i made call to 12118 service, the executive has told to send "MASALA CANCEL" to 52121 and i even done so.

                                      I have been using Airtel since 2006 and i have faced problems with Airtel but not of this much gravity.

                                      Being Market Leader in Mobile Services Airtel has a certain reputation which is gradually decreasing due to these issues. Now i was forced to use Airtel without Internet and Airtel Live facilities. I still don't know that i was actually unsubscribed to all services, and there is always chance that in future i may get the same type of messages and amount deductions. In this connection i request you to look after the issue and please confirm whether i was un-subscribed from all services.

                                      Treat it as a serious feedback which is vastly affecting majority of customers who are gradually using the GPRS and Internet Services. In a competitive environment like Mobile Services the customer has always a chance to switch to another network when problems like this come which will effect any big company in long run.

                                      Airtel Prepaid Mobile Connection — No response from company even after repeated complaints.

                                      I am Sulakshana Maitra and on 9 jan 2009 I purchased a new prepaid connection from airtel from Telephone Consultancy Services, in aundh, in Pune. Ever since that day i am not being able to send text messages from my number. That very day i lodged a complaint to the Airtel customer care center at 4.30pm. I was told that my complaint has been forwarded and my problem would be solved in less than 24 hours and that i would get a call from the company regarding the same. Unfortunately, no one called and neither was my problem solved. i called up again after 24 hrs on 10th jan and told them the problem again. The representative said that my complaint was under process and that i should wait for another 24 hours. and so i did.STILL TODAY THAT IS ON THE 11TH JAN, AFTER 24 HOURS, MY PROBLEM HAS NOT BEEN SOLVED AND NO ONE FROM AIRTEL EVEN BOTHERED CALLING ME. I CALLED UP CUSTOMER CARE AGAIN AND NOW AGAIN I AM TOLD TO WAIT FOR 24 HOURS. THAT WILL MAKE IT 72 HOURS, STILL NO RESPONSE FROM THE COMPANY.
                                      I AM EXTREMELY UNHAPPY AND DISSATISFIED WITH THEIR AFTER SALES SERVICE. AND ABOVE THAT THE CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE ALSO WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AND HE HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME...

                                        I have an airtel connection. Initially this was a postpaid connection. Subsequently i got the same converted into a prepaid connection....things were going smooth...On 25th eve around 6-6.6.30 p.m i tried to put a booster and recharge my a/c(no msg or reminder from your end for expiry of the booster). I got a msg saying recharge unsuccessful..Ever since i have been contacting ur Customer Care...the prepaid dept said its a postpaid connection...the postpaid says its a prepaid connection...no one knows what or where the problem is...i called up the no.[protected] and spoke to your officer Mr.Ajay. He said your account needs to be refreshed and the same will be done within 24 hrs and i will get a msg regarding the same. Till this moment nether have i got a msg nor is the problem rectified,owing to which i am not able to put booster or recharge my account....Yesterday my balance was Rs.75 and today it is Rs.25. I am not able to make calls...

                                        The response from you is pathetic. No one at Customer care knows what the problem is . I dont know how a brand like Airtel can be so irresponsible and behave in such an unprofessional manner...

                                        I also have a Airtel Digital tv connection....We are having problems with the set top box. Inspite of repeated complaints being lodged there is not one single call or step from your end to get the same rectified.

                                        With deep regret i wish to state that if the same trend continues the time is not far when Airtel will be swiped clean out the mobile,digital and broadband market.
