Dear Sir,
4 Months back, i received a call from Airtel Customer care(Recorded Voice). They wanted me to submit my Address and ID Proof. Based on their request i did the same in a week.
2 Months back again i received a call from Airtel(Recorded Voice) and they asked me to submit my Proof again. So i got confused and called to Airtel Customer care, they rechecked my address proof and confirmed me that everything is correct, don't want to worry about that recorded call.
On 30th of this month my sim card got inactivated. When i inquired in customer care office (Sungam,CBE) They asked me to submit my address and ID proof again, iam totally depressed and resubmitted the same.
Till yesterday i had followed up with Sungam Airtel Office, they told me that it will get ready soon.
So i depressed and call to Airtel Customer care and inquired the same, they gave the shocking news to me, that my sim card was Recycled i cant able to retrieve the same.
This is really Ridiculous, I have no other options, i trusted you a lot, also i cant able to switchover to other number bcoz i will miss plenty of contacts.
Could you plz support me in this regard.

I purchased an Airtel prepaid sim at Cennai on the month of May, I subbmited all the document proof, after a few days the outgoing call blocked for the reason of resubmit proof and I also submit my proof again at Sholinghur, Vellore district Airtel agency on 16.07.08 Please clear this problem.
