Dear Sir,
I have taken an Airtel Prepaid Mobile No. [protected] one month back and submitted my required documents on the same day. After 5 days the no. stoped saying they have not received the documents since then I have been complaing to the Karsog office but they are not paying any attention rather they are saying that you take new connection. I tried to contact their Zonal Sales/Buisness Managers but they are not picking up the phones.The services of the Karsog office is disgusting. Please help.

Airtel Prepaid — services of the airtel office is disgusting

Dear Sir,
I have taken an Airtel Prepaid Mobile No. [protected] two year back and submitted my required documents on the same day. Two month before the no. stoped saying they have not received the documents since then I have been submitted the document & take new sim by paying Rs.25/- Also I refilled Rs.60/-but now they said the no. alloted to other. They are not paying any attention rather they are saying that you take new connection.(shivaji park,Dadar) I tried to contact their Zonal Sales/Buisness Managers but they are not picking up the phones.The services of the airtel office is disgusting. Please help.

but from year 2004 due to some reason/mistake I am not continue the above number, and the above no. is disconnected.

Now at present above number is available in your company as per our enquiry at

    We had installed Airtel Digital TV in january month of 2010. After expiring the value pack validity, when i recharged it, the STB is totally blanked & nothing to show. By contacting Airtel Call centre on 28/08/2010 and they told that your request will be resolved within ''48 hours'' but the 48 hours not completed till date. During this span of my busy schedule i contacted the Aitel Customer Care centre, their Dealer in Jamshedpur & Customer care Supervisors more than 50 times, Each time they informed & assured me that problem will be short out within 48 hours, but not................

    Is any answer? For wasting my time & money on the FALTOO jobs.
    Is this the way adopted by airtel to humiliate genuine customers and harrass them by charging them exhorbitantly evey week?

    AIRTEL DIGITAL TV — POOR Customer care response

    I am Tarun Chopra writing from faridabad, haryana.I am a subscriber of AIRTEL DIGITAL TV.My Cust ID is [protected].From the very First day of Installation I have been facing problem in some channels, Like Pitcure gets hanged every few seconds.I registerd complaints Through mail & By Phone.But AIRTEL DTH is having such a poor & Worse Customer care DEptt, It's beyond my Imagination.I have been using Other AIRTEL products Like MObile Connection, I was expecting the same service In DTH also.That's why I purchased AIRTEL DTH.But facts are Totally Reverse:
    1) AIRTEL Does not have good & Effctive Customer care DEptt to handle customer complains.
    2) It's very Difficult to reach Customer care Through Phone.
    3) You can't get timely response of your issues even after Registering complaints with customer care.
    4) AIRTEL does not have sufficient team of Service Engineers Till, NOw.
    5) Don't expect AIRTEL DTH service, Like AIRTEL Mobile service which is very Effective & Customer oriented
    i have add a colours channel then date is 5/12/2009 but i have not see mey channel in airtel digital service .plz request to start my colours channel.
    Despite repeated complain no action taken by Airtel DTV. Complain No1762109 dated 14 Jan 10 was closed with out resolving stating reasone that not knowing Kannada, as if that is a crime. compolain number 1809743 was closed with out resolving the viewer card problem. If that card is not a Airtel card then how it was running for one month. This all process are rubbish. Customer will be fade up of calling and giving the details repeatedly and will give-up. This is the policy of Airtel.

      i have taken a connection of airtel digital tv (id-[protected])on dt 30/08/2010 of economy for one year for this i have paid rs 2750/- my connection was disconneted on 9/9/10.I have contact with customer care and they were provide me a complain no-[protected] and they were also told me your problem would be shortout on sep 12 at 11.45 am but my prolem did not short out.Again i contact with customer care and they were told me your prolem would be short out on sep 13 at 10.52 am.inbetween one madam call from[protected] to me,sir please start your tv and left him for 1/2 hour again my connection have not connected. Again i contact with customer care and they were provide me new complain no-3836352and told me your prolem would be short out on sep 15 at 3.45 pm.
      should i guilty for taken a connection for airtel digital tv.

          this is all about me

          now the issues are

          1.
          mr. davinder from Ludhiana R.O. give me Challenge for fight and he does not come to fight with me...(no personal issue with me , you should thank to god this not my personal issue then i definitely show to mr. davinder who i am )

          2.
          using abusing language with me

          3.
          continues receiving call from take new connection from mr. davinder team near about 50 call i rec.. from 30 aug to 10 sep.(meera, rena, etc...)
          and when i call back them don't don't call me again then
          mr. davinder pick the phone said
          (muje is se kuch laena dena nahi hai
          muje apne target puree karne hai
          chahe tuje call aye yaa naa aae ya
          tera loss ho ya na ho
          chahe tu harassment ho ya na ho ....
          then he start abusing language and also challenge me for fight )

          please please don't appoint that type person in this future

          in 19 aug. i was discontinues request sent to your company
          i receive a call 1st from Delhi and 2nd from Mumbai the said we give you 40% discount on my rental for life time
          the i call 121 ask for the same they said sir this commitment is wrong nothing is activate
          then they again call back me give 325 discounts for my all late payments charges
          then again call me then said 499 1mps plan ( 1mps up to 5gb then 256kb plan) changed by us and now its limit is closed to recive the 1mps unlimited just because me continue this connection
          but after that i call 121 to confirm that they sir this impossible
          in all person give me wrong commitments
          dear mr. rakesh kumar why u apologize for this .. you done nothing . the mr. davinder has to apologized for this and i send the same mail to nodal officer on[protected] .. he/she need 10 day so i waiting after that the legal action is taken from my side.

            Hi,

            This complaint is for excess amount paid for Airtel Mobile No [protected] and not getting refund of the same without surrendering the connection.

            Actually I tried to make payment of my Credit Card of Rs. 6024/-. In the biller’s list there is Airtel as first biller (default selection) and while making payment, by mistake, I have selected Airtel and made the hot payment.

            My monthly bill of Airtel mobile services is approx Rs. 400/- to Rs. 500/-.

            I have called Airtel call centre, they are saying there is no option to refund the excess payment, only choice is to adjust it in monthly dues. As explained above, it would be remained there approximately for next one year. If I would pay short in any month then Airtel will charge late fee on the overdue, then why the excess amount can not be refunded. If it is a matter of 1-2 month advance payment then okay, but it is matter of whole one year in advance without any interest/extract facility.

            It was my mistake that I accept, but there should be some provision so that if customer is asking for refund then that should be allowed.

            Since it was a huge amount, I have surrendered the connection to get the excess amount refund. Due to this there is loss of my office working, personal network and daily working.

            It is suggestion in term of complaint. Additionally, I want to re-acquire the same No.

            I have taken postpaid connection under corporate schme and using this no. from april 2012, For the month of september i got excess bill amount of Rs. 2134 and even i checked in my generated bill they charged 1000 rs for internet brousing only for a day on 15th of sept., when I asked that i have not broused or u let me know what brousing i have done. they are not able to answer. I complained and asked waive the exess bill charged amount, they generated one request no. 53366750 saying billing dept. will take care of it. But I did't recieve any call from airtel till last day of my bill date.

            I called them and asked for status of my request no. they said amount is valid amount and your ticket is resolved.
            I am not in condition to pay bill of that huge amount. I don't know what i have to do now.

              I have received that i have won 100,000 Pounds in nokia mobie draw and was asked to visit nokialotob.blogspot.com and my ref no was tod as Nokia 68------ and was asked to send an e mail to one id. is this true or fraud?? and also i keep getting some messages like this saying its a UK draw or american draw.. etc... cant this be stopped by government or even service providers like airtel or vodaphone etc., ??????

                  Hi everyone,

                  My self Dipesh Kumar taken a connection of Airtel Leased port in the Month of May 2010 of 2MBPS.Mr. Manoj Bagai was the sales person of the Airtel and he has promised the good speed and good connectivity, Due to its poor connectivity i decided to discontinue in the month of August and i had given the notice on 12th August 2010 for the discontinuation,but no body is ready to talk so i have mailed this issue to the Airtel and i have received a message that you concern will be sort out by 13th August 2010.But nothing has happened.Finally i have called some senior person Mr. Mathur who is the looking the top level escalation and several follow up and Finally got the disconnection on 28th August and equipment has been collected.Then i was worried about the disconnection letter.Again i have called the Mr. Mathur who has directed this issue to Anamika and she has written a mail which is as under:----
                  Greetings !!!!!!

                  As discussed this is to confirm that we have cancelled the leased line which
                  you were using in the above said account & your hardwares have also been collected with an o/s of Rs 19,303 which payable on 01/09/10 .

                  I fail to understand when i have paid all the rentals in advance why should i pay more.Bill have specifically mention that its from 1st september 2010 to 30th September 2010.But Airtel people still send me a notice to pay that.This is the face of airtel.See i have already paid the advance rental of the month of August 2010 and it got disconnected in the month of August only.Airtel people should refund the my 18days rental of August because i was not using the connection.Where as Airtel wants the bill of September which is not existing in my premises.See this is the real face of Airtel. So beware of Airtel.This is the master of sucking the blood of consumer.
                  I have written the mail to Mr. Mathur as well but no body is ready to respond:--
                  Mail copy is as under:---
                  Dear Mr. Mathur,
                  I have spoken you around 15 days back for my airtel disconnection (Airtel
                  Account number[protected] and you have given the number of some customer care
                  people.
                  ,but you people are really disgusting and want to suck the blood of consumer .
                  See the below mail and my follow up for disconnection.Still i
                  am receiveing a call 5 times in a day for the September Bill which has been
                  disconnected on 28th August as per the mail of Anamika.Why should i pay sep
                  bill which i am not using.I had the paid the advance rental of the Month of
                  August while i have given the notice on 12 th August to disconnect the
                  connection.Equipment has been also collected on 26th August,2010.But you people
                  again asked for the money.Really you are the master of Harassment.Remember this
                  time we will not paid a single rupees .I am ready to face any case against
                  you.Hope you people undersatand the problem of consumer and update your
                  database for my cancellation .

                  So people donot go for the Airtel.This is my humble request.

                    Airtel Recharge — ONLINE RECHARGE NOT DONE

                    Sir,
                    I have purchased online recharge of Rs 333/- on 26.08.09 for my mob No.[protected]. My account was sucessfully debited ref No.CCA[protected]G10337054 transfer to account No-[protected]. Please recarge my mobile by Rs 333/-
                    I recharged my mobile number [protected] with Rs. 333 on 18/08/2010 using Airtel mCheck service.The amount deducted from my credit card account and i recieved conformation message from airtel.But my balance remains same which was updated on second recharge only.

                    Airtel please revert back my Rs. 333 asap.

                    AIRTEL MCHECK — Talktime not added

                    On 23 March 2011 I had recharged my mobile no [protected] with mcheck service of Bharti Airtel for Rs 444. I had got the message from 543219 confirming the transaction and the same amount has been deducted from my Credit Card but the talktime has not been credited. Please look into this and add the required talk time as soon as possible. The receipt no as per the message I got from 543219 is 0C68839351.
                    Please resolve this immediately.

                    I HAVER RECHARGE MY MOBILE IN BANGALOR FOR RS. 249/- BUT MY NO IS FROM DELHI NOW BALANCE IS SHOWING RS.1 ONLY. PLEASE RESOLVE THE PROBLEM
                    I too faced the same issue while recharging an Airtel prepaid number in Kerala using mCheck, and I am running behind the various levels of customer services since more than a month. Everytime I speak to them, I get an assurance that they will call me back.
                    Is there any level of escalation above the appellate body to resolve this issue?

                      I have raised req#50003911 to reinstall my digital tv within same pincode. however no one is attending my request. when i call the customer care, they raise a complaint and even then no one attends it. I was given a specific time slot for my request to be attended. i raised req on 9-sep and they have given me slot for 12-sep morning 10. however no one is bothered to take the request. this is pathetic service. if someone is given a slot and no one is bothered to attend the same how can they retain the trust of customers. and adding to this they claim to win customer satisfaction awards.

                        i am advocate amit singhal from meerut.i have got an airtel broadband connection with a/c no 15829053.i had got a plan of 499 rentel wid unlimited downloading wid d advance rentel of 1800 rupees.i hv got dis connection from mr ajay mob no[protected] who had told me dat he will change my plan to 250 rs rentel wid 1 gb downloading after 3 months.. my 3 months r over and i m not in a mood to pay dis month bill as my usage is not upto 1 gb..so kindly change my plan....

                          My airtel Post paid no.-[protected] which I have taken on 24th of july2010 after completing all formalities
                          its incoming and out going was suddenly blocked without any prior notice. I had already paid one month bill
                          of Rs 121 along with Rs 500 as 'advance' demanded by authorised Airtel dealer. My second month bill
                          is due on 24th sept 2010.. My no. was blocked on 8th of sept and till date no response has been given either from Airtel customer support or Authorised dealer .I have approached The authorised dealer many times and also called air tel customer support but did not got any reason for this.The message appear on mobile is 'SIM card registration failed' when i switch on my mobile.Also before
                          blocking my incoming and outgoing calls the outstanding bill showed around 1600rs which is inappropiate
                          and false. kindly take up this matter at the earliest as i fear that my no. and my documents may be
                          be misused by someone. The Airtel authorised dealer is- Agrawal communications of Behror([protected])

                            My Airtel Mobile [protected] EDGE connection stopped working at my home location since May 2010 (for past 4 months). Repeated requests to Airtel results in futile. Even Airtel Appellete stopped responding to my email requests. This is very frustrating and shows their disability to fix this problem & avoiding customer emails

                              Dear Sir
                              I have been using Airtel Digital (account NO [protected])for last 2 years
                              I had requested for 12 months mega rental in the month of January 2009 wherein my 6 months rental was in force and i was told repeatedly that the renewal can be done on request after expiry of current subscription
                              After lot of calls my rental was renewed for 12 months but not from date of expiry but before that
                              Subsequently I had deposited additional money in my account and ordered for additional top ups
                              I always ensured positive balance in my account and no time I saw negative balance
                              Few days back I received that my subscription is expiring on 11th September and I was shocked
                              I called helpline no of time and was told that because of top ups my account validity has reduced
                              How is that i do not yet understand
                              When i have paid full for 12 months mega pack rental and additional money for top ups and still I have positive balance in my account how can my subscription be reduced by 6 months
                              Now all my top ups have been cancelled to bring back my original validity as per customer care
                              Is it a fair trade practice?
                              I now fear for subscribing to top ups and thinking seriously to change to other service providers unless my apprehensions are clarified
                              I have been under stress for your bad customer support
                              Hope I will be addressed adequately ASAP

                                We have taken the DTH connection on 5th September from Total mall, Madiwala. The package was for 2560 and we were told that service will be free for six months with two south indian languages(Malayalam and Tamil).
                                But till now the service is not activated and we are getting the message that recharge should be done with the error code 6. Whenever I call up the customer care , service center and the dealers they are not responding and disconnected the phone too. Please resolve this problem as soon as possible.

                                  From the last 4 days Airtel is charging 1 Rs. Daily I am geting msg about that I have been charged for using Frenzo chat, The fact is that I had already de-activated that service on 8th April then how the service got activate again without informing me. I have also talked with the Customer care But they even not able to sort it out the problem. Now My Question is Is it Call Airtel ?? For This kind of service you charging the maximum charges comparing with the other network. One thing I must say that Airtel (IBM Daksh) is the worst Customer care center. Its far bater to take the connection from BSNL & Vodafone.

                                    I have taken a connection with airtel. Since then I have issues. I will get confirmation calls for silly reasons, however they have deactivated the service to my number [protected] since Monday. There is no intimation regarding the same neither by Call, SMS nor email that service is deactivated due to some reason.

                                    Now that after speaking to customer care for 1 hour and escalating it to Bindu Supervisor on floor, she called the agent (Kavi - [protected]) and said that he would give me a call back after checking the status. I have submitted the document at HCL Perungudi office to Kavi

                                    Is there any way the service can be restored immediately. Since Monday evening Airtel disconnected the service and still now nothing is fruitful. I have paid the OS and send the soft copy of my passport (i have submitted hard copy to Mr.Kavi).

                                    It is disgusting and disappointing that this mistake is done from Airtel, still the issues is not getting resolved soon.

                                    I never had this kind of service issues with Vodafone and I am using this service since 2007.

                                    Also the Nodal officer Nandini said that Airtel is not at all responsible for the Agents behavior. Kindly send me a confirmation email that Airtel is not responsible for the Agents behavior, so that i will make sure this type of issues does not repeat with my colleagues at HCL (Technologies/comnet).

                                    I am struggling so much as I have given this number to every one or my relatives and colleges, if that I would have taken a new number and got service immediately.

                                    May be these kind of issues disturb the customers and will give them an oppertunity to think of an alternative.

                                    Accepting the mistake Airtel might have restored the service for my number [protected] immediately.


                                    It seems I am being cheated by Ms.Nandini asking me to pay the Outstanding on the number and will be activated immediately.

                                    I need some discount of compensation for the days that i did not had service due to negligence/irresponsibility of Agent/Airtel which lead to this situation.

                                    Now after 45 days long fight, i have decided to leave the old number and go for a new number. Now Mr.Kavi gave a new number ([protected]) on 09092010 and said will be activated EOD 9th Sep, which did not happen. Called Kavi and he said the above new number is booked by someone else and cannot be activated to me and gave another number [protected] and said it will be activated by 1600. It did not happen and i called Kavi and he gave his manager (Niranjan : [protected]) number to call and escalate.

                                    Called Niranjan and he said he is not sure about the old number issue and will try to activate if possible as there are lot of pending applications and the activation is done at Delhi but not in chennai.

                                    Now the Nodal officer Miss Aida , said she cann not helpe me on this as the information is not loaded with reference to the new number.

                                    Now I wanted to know who is taking care of customer interests ? I found there is no use of Either Nodal officers or Appelete and TRAI website simply asks customer to contact these guys who dont have any authority to do any thing out of Box.

                                    Service providers and Govt are on top of customer if there are any pending bills arranging Goondas to collect the money saying they are from collection Team.

                                    Is there any way customer can get a satisified service in India?

                                    Can you get my new number active ASAP and Take action on AIRTEL's irresponsibility and cheap service and no motto of customer satification.

                                    Is this the way AIRTEL works. How do you think the issue will be resolved automatically. I hope you assume that if customer is not answered for a time, he will withdraw his issue and you can make it resolved in your records.

                                      This is arun from Bangalore and am using Airtel number [protected] since more than 1 year.
                                      I am extremely upset while writing COMPLAIN against AIRTEL BANGALORE that my problem has not been solved so far even after several weeks of sending again and again emails and making phone call on 198.

                                      I am unable to call up any phone numbers of STD CODE 05661 (Sadabad, western UP) from Bangalore Airtel. I have checked and tried to call up other's Airtel number also but same problem and use to listen voice "All Channels are Busy, Please Try Later". One can check these numbers for your satisfaction[protected] or[protected] or just change last 2/3 digits of these numbers. Interestingly other phones of Vodafone or Relaince etc are working fine with all the numbers of that STD CODE from Bangalore.

                                      This kind of problem has happened several times in last 1 year and last time I was told from Airtel one day that STD CODE 05661 was unknowingly got BLOCKED in Airtel Bangalore system. Again same problem has happened since 2 weeks but no satisfactory reply pn 198 calls and just FORMALITY kind reply on writing emails on [protected]@airtelindia.com

                                      I am so much clueless that how can I convince that still I am unable to make any calls of any number of STD CODE 05661 from Bangalore?

                                      Please rectify this problem....

                                        My mobile no is [protected] west Bengal (Durgapur) sim.
                                        I recharged Rs 98/- pack for mobile office (2 GB free serfing)on 05/09/2010.after that I got mobile office setting and abled to access internet service up to 06/09/2010 10 am.
                                        After that when I reached Bokaro (JH) I was unable to use the mobile office service. When ever I tried to open mobile office service, it always shows "PACKET DATA NOT AVAILABE AND CHECK NETWORK SERVICE”. After that I removed that sim from my mobile and inserted another GPRS enable sim to check my phone setting. And I able to access the MO service easily. There was no problem in my phone setting. After that I again reinserted my original ([protected]) sim and tried to access MO service but I failure i.e. it shows "PACKET DATA NOT AVAILABE AND CHECK NETWORK SERVICE”. More than 20 times I contacted to your customer care. Every time they are taking one complain and giving me some times like 2 hours, 4 hours etc.every time they are assuring me that within the above time limit my problem will be sorted out. But till now I am unable to access MO service. Since last 3 days I found that your BLUDDY NONSENSE CUSTOMER CARE PEOPLE (DURGAPUR CENTER)not able to sort out my problem and some times they cut my phone also.BUSTERD CUSTOMER CARE PEOPLES (NAMES-DEPALI ,SOUMEN BANERJEE,BARUN KARMAKAR,DEVJANI,SWARUP)are sitting at hot seat to make foolish the customers only nothing else.

                                        Please take serious action on this matter so that I can use MO service immediately.
