Regarding The number [protected] which i was used since 4 years, only by Me ,presently they Blocked My Number .Without my knowledge so am totally disappointed in this regard,For this am contacted customer care they telling that ur address proof Mismatched,so they ask me to submit the Proof once again ,as per his information i did the Same,

How Address proof got Mismatched???????After 4 years

If they have any datas need refer old Database Home location Register................

More than 500 contacts in this Number..........

I need that Number ASAP.......So pls do the needful

    AIR TEL(PREPAID CONECTIN) — NUMBER NOT ACTIVE

    Dear senior-concern officers,

    This is to bring to your kind notice that.I Shankar prasad thakur have bought a new PREPAID-SIM of AIR-Tel from their specified center at L60, RAJAPURI (SOM BAZAR ROAD).The number of the sim is[protected].
    After purchasing this sim, My number([protected])was not activated due to submission of invalid residence document but I have submitted the right and correct documents again.Till date my number is not activated and on calling the customer care of AIR-TEL I am not getting any response.I even forwarded a E-mail to the following address
    1). appllate.[protected]@airtel.in
    2). nodalofficer.[protected]@airtel.in
    But there is no response from them.
    The above mentioned Email address are of sales officers and customer care officers of AIR-TEL. When last time I called there customer care.
    I was told that my number is permanentally deactivated.On the top of it all the money i have given for sim and the recharge coupon will not be refunded and this was done without any notification.

    I even told them that i will go to consumer court, but they are not responding well for that and asked
    me to go to consumer court but the mony can not be refunded.
    Please look into the matter and take an appropriate action.

      My broadband connection - Tel no[protected]
      Dear Sir

      1, Your Service is Pathetic and i prefer to go back to Tata indicom
      2, Last 10 days the broad band is very slow
      3,I have contacted your Area -Service Engineer Mr Senthil bearing the
      mobile no -[protected], may be every alternate day for last 10 days but
      he promises he will send somebody but nothing happens

      4,I have given a pr-paid amount for last 3 months
      5, Till today it is on Temporary connections and nobody cares
      6, They have unnecessarily trenched inside my compound for nearly 70
      feet distance and put in cable but failed to give permanent connection
      7, Instead they have given temporary connection from nearby neighbours
      house by suspending the cable between poles


      I have been requesting Senthil - Mobile no[protected] He just does not
      care.

      If i fail to get response in next 2 days, I will cut and paste this
      complaint in Google Consumer forum where 100000 people can view and
      understand about Airtel

      Airtel Broadband — Broad Band bill complaint

      I am using Airtel Broad Band connection for the past 5-6 months. It is booked in my son name R Sivacharan.

      First I have paid Rs. 1800.00 for booking and 3 months usage as advised by the sales man, who visited my house.

      Third month bill came for Rs. 700. When I contacted customer care they said you have to pay.

      Fourth month Bill came Rs.600

      Fifth month bill came Rs.600

      Sixth month bill is come Rs. 2400

      When I disputed what is this bill the customer care said there may be technical problem. They promise me to check and come back. Now they are insisting to pay with out any proper explanation.
      Agree with you AIRTEL does this cheap tatics...thats y they call themselves biggest service provider...
      If collection agents harass u lodge a police complaint at ur nearest police station and send a mail to
      [protected]@airtel.in stating ur complaint, else make sure no one else gets AIRTEL broad band connection..

      mera airtel broadband plan 499 ka hai .maine net connection 22/08/2009 ko liya .mere yaha already BSNL landline connection hai. so mujhe sirf net connectivity ke liye broadband lagaanaa thaa .jab maine airtel broadband ke liye airtel ke executive se contact kiya to unhone mujhse bola ki 499 ka plan unlimited hai aur bill apka 550/- ka hi aayegaa so maine plan le liya per july aur august me mera bill 664/- aayaa jab maine complaint kiya (airtel complaint office krishna complex, raipur, chhattisgarh)to unhone bola ki aapne pc secure karvaya thaa jabki aisa maine nahi kiya aur aapne call bhi kiya thaa...

            Dear Conceern,

            We have paid bills for these ([protected] & [protected]) two numbers of Rs.1605/- on 30.07.10 vide chq No.655296, but in current bill Dt-18.08.10, its mentioned as Rs.0 ( not paid ) for [protected], but we paid the both bill in single payment of Rs.1605/-, and i also lodged a complained to [protected]@airtelindia.com on 30.8.10, they replayed that they will revert back to our mail, but still they didn't send any confirmation from there side.

            They provide this service request number,(The Service Request number[protected] but of no use.

            So, please confirm us for the same at your arliest.

            Airtel — excess payment not reverted back

            I feel terrible pain while writing that irrespective of over a dozen mail to [protected]@airtelindia.com from my side I am getting same and unfortunately wrong response.
            I will be putting my query in simple words now ( hope this is to be understood )
            I had used Online bill payment facility to pay my bill on 21/ 08/2009 for my mobile number :: [protected].
            But some how I ended up paying the same amount twice that is I paid my bill of 219.50 twice .
            Which is reflected on my credit card bill.

            Now my simple question is the additional 219.50 which I paid should have been adjusted in my Sep bill but somehow it did not.
            So I am expecting that amount to be adjusted in my bill to be generated on 20th OCT 2009 until which I am not going to pay my Oct 2009 bill.

              With due respect I Arpit Asthana would like to bring to your notice some malpractice being done on your name. I am a loyal customer of Airtel since last 2 yrs. My prepaid mobile number is +[protected]. As I have moved to Pune for my job, I wanted to continue using your service.
              I along with my 2 other friends went to Airtel Exclusive Outlet located in VishalNagar, Pune named Apeksha Communication on 2nd, Sept,2010 (Thursday). We chose to purchase 3 friends card for which we were asked to pay Rs. 50 per card(Actual MRP of the friends prepaid SIM is Rs. 34). But we were asked to give extra Rs. 16 over this MRP.
              When as a literate citizen we asked the reason for this overcharging, we got excuses like ' The Airtel company is not providing card, we are purchasing it from other dealers'. Further said, ' If you want to buy these cards then do it, else we dont have the time to justify ourself '. These statements were shocking for us when hearing it from person handling one of Airtel Exclusive Outlets. Other customers at that place we surprised too. We could have opted for other service providers like Vodafone or Idea but we wanted to continue with you. So still having faith in your company and service, we are bringing this instance to your notice.
              Please take appropriate actions against these persons under the law because they are making undue profit at the cost of Airtel image. And if its possible please help us get back the over charged amount of Rs. 16 multiplied by 3 from those unscrupulous persons handling your exclusive outlet in Vishal Nagar, Pune named Apeksha Communication. And think of the illeterate people who are still unaware of this malpractice.

                I had requested vide complaint no 24596 to discontinue the facility of Broadband on my Phone no [protected]. On 3rd Sept '10 when I contacted Customer Service center to find out why my outgoing calls have been barred , I was given to understand that other than discontinuing Broadband my Telephone rental is seized with )D barring done .

                This is not fair as I requested for only discontinuing the Broadband with continue service of landline on the earlier plan .

                Pl look into the above complain and restore the outgoing call facility on my phone no [protected] .

                Airtel Telephone & Broadband — Discontinuation of Outgoing Calls

                Our Airtel A/c no. is 13801821. We have made payment for the period July-Aug'08 vide chq no. 607542 dt. 19th Aug'08 via ICICI Bank of Rs. 7405, the chq was droped in an Drop Box at 10th Flr, Signature Tower-B, Gurgaon.

                But still our out-going calls have been discontinued.

                Kindly look into the matter on prior basis.

                Airtel — Discontinuation of telephone

                My t no 45561909 located at vikas puri new delhi is discontinued on the plea that tje payment of very recent bill (bill period up to 25.08.2008 is not paid by the undersigned.The bill pyment was made by me on 08.09.2008 well with in time and cheque was kept in Airtel collection box at Unitech house, GGN.On 20.09.08 when i got a call from Airtel office that my bill is not paid I imedly told my adm.to find out whether somebody is coming for collection of cheque.On lodging a complaint I understand that no body from Airtel office came for last 10 days.The ch is claered from my a/c on 22.09.08 but agian credited on same day.
                I am not sure why this is done.
                This is very embrassing on the part of Airtel to stop outgoing calls at once.

                for this we made lot of complaints still now it's rectified what the next step

                  My customer ID is [protected]. I have countineously complaining for Airtel Digital TV Remote, which is not working from 21 Aug 10. I have received a message from Airtel Digital TV said that "Dear Customer, Your Complaint registered with Airtel DTH has been resolved." But the bearer complaint is still pending and nobody can contact us. Sometimes customer care emplyees said that I sending a engineer and you pay Rs 100 but no one engineer contact us. Please sort out the remote problem urgently. Thanking you.

                  my name is jay shah and i am your customer having your airtel digital TV id [protected]. i have just bought your digital tv 2 moths before and the universal remote is not working. i had also made a complain and engineer came and done something then he left but still my purpose not been resolved. i did complain for the second time but any of your engineer not yet come. i called them but the person name jigar gave me false promises with misbehavior. so i am just fed up with your system.so i hope now i[censored] could do something for me.

                  AIRTEL DIGITAL TV — Remote problem

                  Hi,
                  My complaint id is [protected]. I have registered the complaint for non-working of remote of my digital tv on 13th sept,2010 whose complaint no. is 3838467. Then again i registered the same complaint on 14th sept,2010 because no action was taken whose complaint no. is 4849965. No action was taken on this complaint even.
                  So i again registered the complaint today on 21st sept,2010 whose complaint no. is 3916458. It was told that the problem will be resolved by 1 in afternoon but no action was taken. I seek your help to redressal my complaint and provide me justice.

                    Please solve this problem today as i lost my credit of Rs. 25 & Pls. add rs. 25 in my balance Otherwise it shows an open cheating to all the customers. (in consumer court also...)

                        I'm Vivekanandan and my Airtel prepaid no is [protected]. Each and every week / month airtel is deducting 10 rupees from the balance for availing the Airtel radio mirchi. Really I didn't give any input for enabling this service and I tried so many times to customer care through 121, I was waiting for a long time to connect customer care executive, after that call was disconnected automatically, but they are deducting the amount properly. i'm wondering without getting any confirmation how airtel is enabled this service for me. dear concerns pls deactivate the service for my no.

                        I face the same problem same like Vivekanandan my number is [protected]...WTF ING service Airtel provide..!!have tried many time to deactivate the service but they wont allow me...will soon change my card...Never use airtel in future n never advice others to use...

                          Airtel digital hd connection not satisfied providing company. from last 6 days i am taking regular follow-up regarding connection and activation of same. I all ready paid amount to them but till date no action taken from there side.
                          Whenever i called to customer care they giving dates on dates. Till its not moved such thing.
                          Its very mental harrashment done from customer care and concern peoples. Its very harmfull to every one who has taken new connection
                          No response from airtel.
                          Its should be happen in india only becasue we are taking all things in lightly. I loose my so many imp. time and money on that.

                          Airtel Digital HD Connection — Still not installed

                          Dear sir

                          We booked Airtel digital hd connection trhough our credit card on 14th August, 2011. At that time airtel people committed to me your installation are completeing within 24 hours. But till date the installation is not completed. After that everyday I called to Airtel customercare in Mumbai so many times. All these Airtel people told to me same story like today evening your installation is completing.

                          We never expecting this type of services from Airtel. Why because we using some mobile connection from Airtel. We are not faced this type of service from Airtel since last 10 years.

                          I don't know what is happenig about the Airtel digital hd connection.

                          So, I am requesting you to please atleast after my mail the issue resolving mmediatley.

                          I am taken new digital hd connection on 27/08/2011.through online payment made through credit card.My transaction id 16678561. In my account they are taken Rs.2740/-.and they're send digital hd setup box .instalation also completed. But sale person mentioned for normal connection. That changing of connection corrertion not yet done. I called sevaral times to custmer care.they are saying one hour and two hour daily. they are not solving my problem.. In recharge sms they send to me 1840 rupees only. please see to activate my dth hd connection immediate. I losses my entertainment.

                            On 31st August 2010, I E-recharged my mobile phone [protected] (Delhi number ) with MRP Rs.498 and the talk time given in the confirmation SMS was Rs.451.50, but this balance was not showing in the service message. When contacted, Airtel customer care says that this has been put in my dedicated account 5, and that this balance will be visible when I dial *123*5# because this was recharged under some scheme and that this amount is valid till 9th september, 2010, that is, all the balance to be used within 10 days from date of recharging. Funniest part is, that the shop from where I recharged also feigned ignorance about any such scheme.

                            In Airtel website there is no mention of dedicated account or anything like that. How can a company fleece the customers like this ?

                            Who is going to look into this and take corrective action ? I am sure many more people must be suffering because of this kind o[censored]nfair tactics adopted by Airtel.

                              Hi,

                              One week back (I think 24th August) I took Air tel post paid SIM ([protected]) A2GSM service pack. While taking the SIM, I informed the Cunningham Road Air tel customer care center that they have to do ID & Address verification before 2nd September as I had planned going home for 10 days till 11 or 12th September & submitted all the necessary documents for post paid connection.

                              So they said OK for everything since they were in hurry to sell the SIM rather serving the customer. After 3 days of connection (I think 27th August) they barred out going connection stating some address verification issue. Since I was there only in my office & bombarded the Cunningham Road customer care so they started my outgoing calls some how.

                              On 1st September some guy came to my home & did address verification & went to my office for ID verification & completed the process. (I don't know whether he updated in their system or not)

                              Now (2nd September ) I am in home town Belgaum, they barred my outgoing calls & SMS. When I called customer care there some standard answers like issue will be solved within 24 hrs & blah blah...

                              I wrote 3/4 mails to [protected]@airtelindia.com stating my issue, no proper response from concerned persons.

                              Finally after trying for 5-6 hours of talking & writing mails, I decided cancel my connection itself & move out of Air tel.

                              But who is the responsible for my frustration & loss of time during this?

                                Sir, My name is TNVS Rama Rao. My Airtel prepaid no is [protected]. it is o[censored]P(West) no. Now i am in roaming at Bangalore. For that reason i was not using this no regularly. But before approx 20 day my balance was deducted of Rs 99 Saying that i was been subscribed for games club and for down loading. Where as i had not done from my side. When i contacted customer care they told that cannot be done due to non availability of data base as i am on roaming. When i approached UP West cust care they also refused to attend my query. Then i had unsubscribed the above said service. But after one week again my balance was deducted for Rs 30. The same procedure i had again followed. I had received sms that i was been unsubscribed for the same. Again After one week it was repeated and deducted Rs 30. Again i unsubscribed and received sms. Today i was deducted Rs 1 due to less balance i.e Rs 1.24 in my account and received message that i was subscribed to games club service.

                                Kindly look into this uncruel act of deducting balance with out my intervention to subscribe any service in spite of repeated unsubscribing. Till now i had lost Rs 160 for no reason. As i am in roaming i was not able to contact cust care so often. My Local no is [protected]. Kindly reply to soon.

                                  Aitel branch(Netaji subash place) Krishna Building employees told me to install broadband services, their field executive came at my residence and collected my documents and sum of Rs 500 installation fee and told that it would be install on 01/09/2010 but till evening there was no response, and when i gave them a call they were not recieving and when thet recievedMr.Ambuj and Mr. Rahul were taking ilegally with me and told me to do whatever i can.
                                  So, i do request you to solve my querru as soon as possible. I will bve very much thankful to you for this.

                                    Dear Ajay,

                                    Sorry for the subject line and raising this issue to you. But from my end this is my last communicaton to Airtel DTH, if still no action is taken I'll forget about some 5-6K INR which is currently invested with DTH and will go for a local cable connection as its service is normally faster.

                                    About the story, I just shifted my home 3KM away from old adress and the Airtel Guy de-installed the equipements at sharp appointed time that is Saturday 28.08.2010 12:00 noon and the nightmare starts as it is never installed at new premises again.

                                    Till now I am investing 2-3 hour evryday on holding(most of the time) and speaking to Customer Care Executives and Sr. Supervisors but nothing happens. There is no liability towards raised complaints and no follow ups if the compaint has been attended or not.

                                    I have raised at least 5 compaints and no one is in a state to solve this small issue. Yesterday I spoke to Mr. Abhinav a Sr. Supervisor in CC, after a call of more than 1 hour he promised me that the problem will be resolved by evening, confronting him that I have got these assurance many times he said that he will call me in the evening by 05:00 to confirm but never come back. Yesterday I had to again raise my BP with holding for more than one hour and talking to executive Siddhart and then a sr. supervisor 'Sharad Husain' and then his leader Karan. but couldn't get anything except assurance. Karan told me that he sopke to area manager and he told that an alignment equipment is not working and is reason for dealy. Isn't this logic really funny? Is in whole of Airtel there is only one engineer with one euipement which if some problem all cusomers have to wait for more than a week? It would have been good if I had given 100 rs to local elictrican and would have done it without airtel.

                                    I am really surprised why there is no escalation defined anywhere, I would advice to make the esclation public if you really concerned about customers.

                                    So hope I'll continue to recieve and advice services from Airtel in future as it has excelltent service but Customer care is too far from quality.

                                    Airtel DTH — Now I am happy - A very frustrated customer

                                    Now I am happy.

                                    I always thought that why the Airtel call centre executives disconnect the calls inbetween and never able to provide "SUPPORT". I just looked into some complaints... And thanks.. I am having many partners.

                                    Some excerpts.............

                                    "could neither understand Hindi or English properly abruptly disconnected"

                                    "Customer compliant number abruptly closed with a message "

                                    "Consumer complaint graciously notes down grievance & gives deadline by which complaint will be attended to. But when the deadline passes (and nothing happens), the grievance is "closed successfully"

                                    "COMPLAIN OF ABOVE HAS BEEN CLOSED SUCCESSFULLY WITHOUT RESOLVING MY PROBLEM WHICH WAS SHOCKING TO ME"

                                      This complaint is in regard to the post re installation problems i have been facing of Airtel digital TV. I had called up and register for re installation of the same on the 30th July'10 and the re installation was done on 28th Aug'10 after escalating a lot. When they reinstalled the channels were coming up fine for 15min and after that it is showing Error Code 6 and asking to recharge the account. i have recharged the account twice, i have 650Rs balance in my account now. But even after that i am not able to view any of the channels. i have called up customer care so many times that i am really fed up of it. They simply say that u will get a call in next 1 hr. but that 1 hr has never come up till now.

                                      there is so much communication gap between the Customer care and the technician. these customer people really suck. when i call them they hang up the phone saying thanks for calling Airtel Digital TV. If a company can't service its clients then why give out new subscription when its pathetic at servicing end.The distance between the old and new residence is less than 100mts and such a bad experience when we are ready to spend money to have the same shifted.

                                      I would like to file a complaint with minimum 50000Rs compensation for all the agony, frustration and irritation we are still undergoing because of the same. If the issue is not resolved today i am going to file a complaint in Consumer Court for the same.

                                        I got a airtel no:[protected] in July 2007. but day before yesterday I got a message saying that "as per the goverment audit agency the documents pertaining to your airtel moblie numver are found to be incorrect.please submit passport size photo address and photo ID proof with duly filled prepaid application form at your nearest post office or airtel relationship centre within 2 days"

                                        I submited all the document on the same day I got the message. but now my phone can not making STD and ISD call...
                                        For 4 years I used the same number and I cannt afford to lose this number, since I'm a foreigner, all my contact even from outside india know me as only this number...
                                        so Please verify what is going on and what can I do about it.

                                        Airtel — Documents requirement

                                        i want to say that i am using airtel prepaid for last five years and since than i have submitted my documents twice in this five years and today also i received message from airtel. " As per Govt of India directive documents received for your airtel prepaid are incomplete kindly submit documents at any airtel relationship centre in 48 hrs to enjoy continued services."


                                        Is this right way that the person using the number from last five years should have to submit the address details again again .
