There is an Airtel Tower situated in Village Dewapur, Police Station Barulli, District Gopalganj. The said Tower is situated at the Land of ONe person namely Bir Bahudur Singh. Said person is using electricity of Generator of Airtel Tower, unathroizedly, for his home appliances. His refrigerator, Color Television, Motor, 4 fans and more than 10 high power fluresent bulbs are being used 24 hours from the electricity of generator of Airtel Tower. He even charging batteries of other needy persons after taking fees from them. He tells that he has gotten permission from airtel authorities for the same and he is paying amounts to local airtel authorities for getting such fascilities. The local airtel officers, gets him alert when there is any checking by superior authorities. Please act accordingly to check such unathorized use of electricity.

Punish such a rude n selfish person...Senior Authority should check out d fault n must penalize dat culprit...Bcoz as we know dat how much scarcity of power is going on in our country and if we dont heed on dis type of culpable den ellectricity power will b ruining by leaps n bounds...!!!

    I have been requesting for refund of deductions, OF RS 1997 started one year from ECS after i had surrendered my tel. , FOR THE PAST 9 MONTHS BUT THERE IS NO RESPONSE. FROM AIRTEL.while in india i visited their office but only false promise to refund shortly and they refused to give any document confirming or denying the same.

    Pl. refer to my complaint no. 28348176 and various reminders since
    past 9 months, as well as personal visit to airtel sector-18 noida
    where it was promised that refund for excess deduction will be
    expeditiously done, i am still awaiting the refund of excess payment.
    Pl. inform status of refund ASAP.



    Pl. ref my complaint pending for over a month now. Inspite of various reminders deductions are still being made from my bank account.There is no response from your end except auto message to attend in 24 hrs.
    date 6-2-2010 amount deducted Rs 647,date 4-1-2010 amount deducted Rs 759, date[protected] amount deducted Rs 591.
    I will be compelled to take up the matter with consumer forum in case the deductions since last three months are not refunded immediately, and further deduction stopped. Pl. confirm to me and my bank of the same.

      My Mobile No-[protected] and my SIM was lost.

      So, I had gone to your Fort gallery on 2nd September 2010 and received a duplicate SIM which was to be activated within 4 hours but the same was not activated after 4 hours.

      Subsequently, when I had called your helpdesk, he told that there is a problem with the SIM and he would deliver the same within one working day. Since then I had been following up continuously but till date neither I had received the SIM and again I had been receiving false commitment from your
      helpdesk that he would deliver my duplicate SIM but till date no one has turned up.

      Service is very poor and pathetic from your end.

      Kindly escalate the same at the earliest.

        Dear Sir,

        I have been using a blackberry airtel service (number [protected]) for a year upto March 2010. I work for the UN and have been posted to Kenya now. Before leaving i wanted to cancel my phone in India so I went to the airtel relationship centre. They told me first three months its better to leave it in safe custody, after which it will automatically be cancelled. I said I dont need the phone as I am moving, but they kept insisting, I said is it gonna cost me anything, the Relationship center said no. They made me call using a landline in the centre to office. The person on the telephone confirmed that the phone is in safe custody, I said what is the proof they said, they have made the changes and its been done. Now I am in Kenya for over 6 months now and like the centre said I thought it would have been cancelled, so i forgot about it, as I dont need an indian number.

        Two days later i get calls from my friends in India, that somebody is threatening them with legal notice for an unpaid bill. I was surprised and i called the number back, from which the calls came. This guy sameer who claims to be an advocate for airtel. Says that since i didnt cancel my phone its being charged. I asked him why are you calling my friends, if you were from airtel you will have my registered email with you. He says its blocked and he is talking non sense that he is calling only those who are very close to me in a sarcastic way. I am absolutely shocked that, having followed a procedure properly as said by Airtel relationship centre in galleria gurgaon, and always been a prompt bill paying customer, I am made to go through this harassement and made to make calls all the way from Kenya.

        He claims, my phone is now active, although I have not used the sim since March since i put it in safe custody and cancellation. He says the bill period is May to July. How is this possible, when the sim is off and I am in Kenya? Is this a prank, or does Airtel takes pleasure in harassing its loyal customers? I have always had airtel connection since the time i bought my cell phone and have always paid my bill on time. I have always followed procedures. So why is this false bills? and harassing phone calls, not just to me, but to all my friends?

        I have followed the instructions by the relationship centre, who said after three months of safe custody the sim would automatically expire and cant the people realize someone who has paid bills regularly how is defaulting? arent airtel departments connected at all. The customer has clearly moved out of country, the airtel guys forced him to put up safe custody when he wanted to cancel it, and lied that it will automatically cancel, and now harassing him through some thugs. I do not owe anything to airtel, but airtel still owes me the 1500 deposit i made for ISD calls. Which I have had no time collect. Now this false bills are put on a phone thats disconnected.

        I would like to take this matter to court. Please advice me.

          Sir, I have applied for broadband connection on 19/07/2010 by paying Rs. 1800/- through cheque but due to non availability of network area, the same can not be finalised.
          I have made hundreds of calls at Local office Lucknow but all in vain.
          At last on 6th Sept. 2010 I personally visited the local office and informed that my refund has been finalised but the said cheque is yet to reach the destination of 8 kilometers (between office of Airtel to my residence).

          Airtel/Broadband service — Non availability of new connection

          Dear Mr.RajKishor Prusty,


          I had applied for Airtel broadband connection on 12th June 2009 from Connaught Place ARC, & fulfilled all the documentation.
          Following are the details:
          c.e.f no.1541322
          money receipt no.702260
          Complain no.:[protected]Complain lodged on 17.06.09)complained due to non-confirmation of connection.
          On 20th June 09, I got a call from customer care that Airtel is unable to provide the broadband connection & the money will be refunded after 45days.
          Is Airtel lead by you is really unable to provide the connection or are these the marketing strategies applied to harass the customers merely to complete the business targets.

          I will be highly obliged i[censored] can take this matter into consideration & revert on the same asap.

I have also complain number 33837870. I am also going to I.T.O in delhi for disconnection of my airtel internet connection. I am also do many time complain in 121 but which is not being process so that after june I got sms through airtel Rs 760, and I am not using the broadband servise since 12 june.
          I am also submit moderm in airtel offfice in sec 57 noida.

            Recording from Mobile not working with Airtel DVR connection

            Hi,

            I purchased normal Airtel digital TV connection sometime around March, 2010. Customer ID: [protected]. Location: Bangalore. Around May 1st week-2010, I upgraded to Airtel DVR (Recorder) connection. As of now, I only have 1 connection and that of Airtel DVR. I'm successfully able to record programs from set top box.

            However, I'm unable to record any channel from my mobile. I was successfully able to download the mobile application, login using my credentials. I'm also able to see list of channels. However, when I select the option to 'Record' any channel, I always get a message: "Please upgrade to Airtel Digital Recorder to enable recording". It seems that somewhere on the account, it thinks that I do not own a recorder. I've opened up several Service Request for this issue and Airtel just resolves it in 2 days without even checking with me. It seems that the representatives are more interested in the number of cases resolved within a timeline rather than actually resolving the case. I spoke to Mary also who is floor manager here in Bangalore, but still no resolution.
            I can be reached directly at [protected] for any queries. Looking forward to a resolution to this issue from a company that is known for its excellent customer service

            Airtel DTH — connection not working

            I have an airtel dth which has not been working for the last ten days.Inspite of repeated reminders to customer care and nodal office nothing has been done.I have sent mails to nodal as well as customer care.Customer care call centre is ineffective and very difficult to get through.
            there is going to be no response from airtel dth you will have to file case in consumer court in following format I too had the same problem and am filing the case shortly my cus id is [protected] and my no is [protected] call me and take help free of cost .

            Airtel digital TV connection — non working of digital tv

            our digital tv is not working since 1800 hrs today.we tried to contact office ph.no.43215357 several times.One Mr AMIT picks up the phone and says I AM HOME and disconnects the phone.We tried to contact ph no.[protected] without any success.Then we sent SMS at [protected] and got the response that complaint will be attended soon.
            We called the call centre at [protected] and after waiting for quite some time,we were told that the complaint has been registered and it will be attended to, by tomorrow.
            Is it the kind of service that Airtel(a renowned company otherwise) is providing to its customers and is it the type of response ,we get,from airtel executives,when we try to contact them.

              i recently surfed 0.facebook.com which is free by facebook itself after logging out my balance was deducted alot it was around 31.99 but now its 15.76 many times i reported this issue to costumer care. but they take it prob very lightly even i just used facebook for 10-15 seconds but still balance was deducted around 15rs i faced this problem many times and now i am really fed up. my mobile no. is [protected] please tell me why does it happen again and again.

                Hi , recently i brought sony bravia .along with that i got airtel digital tv connection free .
                my customer id is [protected].ii reacahrged with rs 1000/. 2 weeks back , still activation is not done . i contacted several times customer care and near dealers.they r not much cooperative.for installation they asked me 700 rs .i gave without reason .but for activating they are again expeccting money.
                i dont know whom to report and activate my account . it has been 3 weeks since i recharged.

                            i have an airtel mobile prepaid connection [protected]. i am unable to deliver the messages from this number to any bsnl number and balance is deducted from my account without delivering the message. i tried to contact the customer care of airtel but they r not responding and blaming my handset. i have checked everything and it is the mobile operator issue not the issue with my handset. please help me out with this.
                            I have called the Airtel customer servie and complained that my sms is going to anyone since quite a while now and everytime they give me a complaint number and cut the phone, but the problem is still persisting. My mobile number is [protected]. Neither local nor international sms is going and i am having lot of trouble because of this. I visited the airtel gallery last weekend and they did something and said that there is some problem with the profile and sms was going for some hours, but it stopped again. I am really tired of Airtel customer service as they are not fixing this problem. Please rectify the problem.

                                why Airtel and all other mobile subscribers forcing me to listen marathi on their IVRS systems even after setting my language preferences.

                                If I am a non marathi user staying in Mumbai ..... why I am forced to listen a langauge that is difficult fro me to understand, when I have declared myself as a non marathi user why I am bound to listen all messages in regional langauge on my mobile...I am sure language preferences acan be set and served as pser individaul user preferences.

                                By default any general message should be anounced in Hindi and then in English rather than any Regional language at first.

                                I am commited to raise this at national level...I am not sure about other states of India ...but if is happening there then it should be banned immediately.

                                    We had installed Airtel Digital TV in january month of 2010. After expiring the value pack validity, when i recharged it, the STB is totally blanked & nothing to show. By contacting Airtel Call centre on 28/08/2010 and they told that your request will be resolved within ''48 hours'' but the 48 hours not completed till date. During this span of my busy schedule i contacted the Aitel Customer Care centre, their Dealer in Jamshedpur & Customer care Supervisors more than 50 times, Each time they informed & assured me that problem will be short out within 48 hours, but not................

                                    Is any answer? For wasting my time & money on the FALTOO jobs.
                                    Is this the way adopted by airtel to humiliate genuine customers and harrass them by charging them exhorbitantly evey week?

                                    AIRTEL DIGITAL TV — POOR Customer care response

                                    I am Tarun Chopra writing from faridabad, haryana.I am a subscriber of AIRTEL DIGITAL TV.My Cust ID is [protected].From the very First day of Installation I have been facing problem in some channels, Like Pitcure gets hanged every few seconds.I registerd complaints Through mail & By Phone.But AIRTEL DTH is having such a poor & Worse Customer care DEptt, It's beyond my Imagination.I have been using Other AIRTEL products Like MObile Connection, I was expecting the same service In DTH also.That's why I purchased AIRTEL DTH.But facts are Totally Reverse:
                                    1) AIRTEL Does not have good & Effctive Customer care DEptt to handle customer complains.
                                    2) It's very Difficult to reach Customer care Through Phone.
                                    3) You can't get timely response of your issues even after Registering complaints with customer care.
                                    4) AIRTEL does not have sufficient team of Service Engineers Till, NOw.
                                    5) Don't expect AIRTEL DTH service, Like AIRTEL Mobile service which is very Effective & Customer oriented
                                    i have add a colours channel then date is 5/12/2009 but i have not see mey channel in airtel digital service .plz request to start my colours channel.
                                    Despite repeated complain no action taken by Airtel DTV. Complain No1762109 dated 14 Jan 10 was closed with out resolving stating reasone that not knowing Kannada, as if that is a crime. compolain number 1809743 was closed with out resolving the viewer card problem. If that card is not a Airtel card then how it was running for one month. This all process are rubbish. Customer will be fade up of calling and giving the details repeatedly and will give-up. This is the policy of Airtel.

                                      i have taken a connection of airtel digital tv (id-[protected])on dt 30/08/2010 of economy for one year for this i have paid rs 2750/- my connection was disconneted on 9/9/10.I have contact with customer care and they were provide me a complain no-[protected] and they were also told me your problem would be shortout on sep 12 at 11.45 am but my prolem did not short out.Again i contact with customer care and they were told me your prolem would be short out on sep 13 at 10.52 am.inbetween one madam call from[protected] to me,sir please start your tv and left him for 1/2 hour again my connection have not connected. Again i contact with customer care and they were provide me new complain no-3836352and told me your prolem would be short out on sep 15 at 3.45 pm.
                                      should i guilty for taken a connection for airtel digital tv.
                                      whynot responsible persons were suspended
