Dear Sir,

I have purchased your Airtel DTH on 30th of Aug 2010 from one of your dealer in Bareilly (U.P.) i.e. M/S ERA RADIOS, D.D. Puram Bareilly (U.P) 243122.

My ID NO. is [protected]

i am getting problem on using Airtel DTH i.e. on 30th of Aug 2010 the dealer told me that your services will be actived tomorrow as he has done my recharge and also i have recived a sms from Airtel regarding that recharge,

But since then i am not able see a single channel as it says that you are having a negative balance i have complained to the customer care for the same as in they are saying that your issue will be resolved in 48 hrs but still after so many times contacting your dealer, customer care and even i have given a call to your Area Manager Mr. VIVEK CHAUHAN he is also unable to resolve the issue.

Mr. Vivek is such careless fellow that he is on getting my call is telling me about someone else problem that your hardware is getting some error and it would be done in 4 hrs for sure on enquiring further more he wakes up and saying that i am sorry it was not your complaint.

Sir... as we all know that AIRTEL BHARTI is such a big name and brand in todays comptitive scenerio but can you answer my simple quetion that i this brand name is going to sustain anymore after such thing you people are doing with us.

The type of customer care and managemnet you are provide is ridicilous and i am now telling everyone to not to use AIRTEL anymore... what i feel is its a pain that i have taken on my own by purchasing this stupid DTH box.

If you people feel anymore that you can resolve it then do it or else i know that AIRTEL DTH is waste to use.

As his suggestion put the LCD TV BOX to company M/s Intex care service at Gas pipe circle after month passed on given pressure it and insert the new circuit card and had show me clear picture of TV by LVD TV BOX

There after I Connected to your Air Tel Box but find same rough picture ( white spots waves )as previous one

That requested my shopkeeper Mr Shailesh .He said wait two day Shortly repair it .

time passes requesting again 2 but Shailesh keep looses so I had no source request to make on phone dial [protected] and it guide dial 12150. as guide keep finger 3 for gujarati and talk with representive finger on 2 wait for some one held but it automatically disconnect

    I have an airtel prepaid connection ([protected]) on which today morning at 9:40 am, received an sms from[protected] that ' you have pressed star to copy the song dil titli without VO as your hello tune ,to confirm reply with 9 or call[protected] . subscriptions charges Rs 30/pm and download Rs15/-song ' where as I never opted for such kind of request .I don't want any hello tune to be activated on my number . kindly do the needful otherwise I disconnect my services

    Airtel Prepaid Connection — Activation of Hellotunes

    I m a regular customer of airtel prepaid connection.. But one day airtel had just activated hellotunes service . I had never activated hellotune service.. After then when i call up customer care then they just replied that " sir, this may be due to technical problem, Please call us after 4 hours"... I had warned them not to deduct my balance for hellotunes but these [censored]s had deduct my balance...

    Airtel is the worst service among Telecom services...

    I m using prepaid airtel connection from one year. My no is [protected]. I have sony ericsson k550i handset.
    currently i m in hisar (Subhash Nagar near ashirwaad academic). I have taken GPRs connection and paying 300 /- per month. now days i m facing problem of net. Not able to access net in my area but it is running well in all other areas well. I have complained twice in air tel care..but still not get any response from there and getting the same problem. I m really very much disappointed with this. They say that mam ur prblm will be solved in 3 days..but today is 8th day when i m facing the same problem.and my whole work is pending. Please do something as soon as possible.

    Airtel — Hello Tune receving without any confirmation or sms

    On 12nd November, 2008 I received call for Hello tune, that I never did. a tune is activated, again I have not done or requested for this. In consequence they deducted Rs 30 from my balance without my request or confirmation.

      Till date I have not received any sort of positive response from these guys.

      With reference to the below mentioned mails, Still awaiting any sort of response from your side.
      So far have tried calling your customer care centre 24 times with assurances of getting the problem rectified and somebody will contact within 24 hours but no progress so far.
      I again repeat myself, it is going to be a whole month since I have made payment if you are unable to make the installation then please refund the money paid.
      If you are unable to make the connection please refund the amount without any more delays.
      If this matter is not resolved by next i.e. 13th September exactly one month after making the payment, self will be forced to start taking legal action by approaching customer court.

      Please treat this as a 7 day notice.

      If you are unable to make the connection please refund the amount without any more delays.
      If this matter is not resolved by next Monday (today is 6th September 2010) i.e. 13th September exactly one month after making the payment, self will be forced to start taking legal action by approaching customer court.

      I got call from your customer executive on 12th August 2010 regarding the same. During the process self had made a payment on the same day from credit card with transaction ID : 10259775.

      In response Self got 3 SMS with installation scheduled for following timings :
      1. 15 August 0900 hrs
      2. 17 August 1500 hrs
      3. 26 August 0900 hrs

      However Till date (27 August 1100 hrs) nobody has come for installation so far.

      Please clarify as well as schedule the installation asap.

      AIRTEL DIGITAL TV — No connection even after payment

      I had registered a request for a new connection for Airtel Digital TV on Airtel website on 21st & 24th instant. In this regard I received a call from phone no.[protected]. The person told me his name 'Anurag' & told me that he is from organization named 'Connectindia' which is part of Airtel. For taking Airtel-Digital TV connection, he asked me to visit their official site 'http://offers.connectindia.in/checkout.htm' and asked to pay Rs.1750/- online. He also assured that somebody from Airtel will call you within 2 - 3 hours and the TV connection will be completed within 24 hours. But till now nobody has called me or visited my place.

      On callback to the no.the phone is coming busy.

      On enquiring with Airtel Customer Care on tollfree no. 12150, the lady unable to give any details of above said referance.

      May I know immediately whether the call I received & the site I visited & paid is genuine or FRAUD ? Accordingly I have to take immediate steps.

      Airtel — no connection even after 10 days

      i have paid 750 rs. for broadband connection. they said me a defaulter which is wrong & i have cleared this matter to them.but until now they have not provided me broadband connection.i have deposited rs. 750 on 10 march 2010 but until now their is no response.they have taken my original electricity bill & now not returning it.as this bill is necessary for me to get refund from mp electricity board.

      AIRTEL DIGITAL TV — delay in installation and no progress after making several calls to customer care

      I have made an online booking for digital TV connection on 30th of March 2010 and been commited that connection will be activated withing 48 hrs of time frame. Till now my digital TV connection is not active and I have no phone call from the department. I have paid the money on 30th march itself and still waiting for connection to be active and working properly.

      Today I had made a trasaction of Rs 1750 towards my Airtel DTH connection.He promised me with 1 hr I will get an email with all detials.Till now (After 5 hrs) I did not get ant mails.

      Airtel — NO CONNECTIVITY AFTER PAYMENT

      Tried level best to register a complaint for no connectivity inspite of making payment to Airtel. Everytime a new number is given by the customer care exec. I do feel after such a long waiting and innumerable calls i know more about them then their CEO My request no given by them is 37106066 dated 1st Sept. Can you guys help me out

        I have taken a Airtel Prepaid number no [protected] and I am using this from last two year, All the verification was done at the time of activation.

        Now I have received a call from[protected] and they are saying that i have received a complaint that some one is using your sim card. and they are trying to call again and again and disturbing my parents. there is no law in india who can help..the no from which they are abusing me is[protected]... This number is with my parents

        If you need any further varification then please call me on my post paid number [protected], [protected],[protected], [protected], I am using other Number as weel , If you need any document related to MY ID as PAN CARD, VOTER ID or any other then i will provide you . although it is already provided you at the time of activation.

        I further request you to not to disturb on this Airtel no. [protected]. Otherwise i will file a consumer suite in consumer court against Airtel services.

        I am again attaching herewith MY ID again for your reference.

          Please Don't Buy Airtel Prepaid/Postpaid Services in Karnataka, i'm Really Disgusted with it's worst Services from the year 2008 to 2010. Really The Services are too Horrible than Vodafone Essar (This Operator also become Worst in Karnataka) Here Airtel has so Many Problems (Call Disconnection, Network Failure, Network Busy and Network Error) This has become so worst than a New Gsm Player who faces initial Problems with the services. it is just like "Hale Pathre, Hale Kabna, Hale Paper" Mobile Service that means (Old Vessel, Old Iron and Old Paper) Which is a useless Mobile Service some Airtel Lovers claim the network is best in Karnataka.             i buy a new airtel dth connection from auth. seller of airtel M/s Image Enterprises , civil lines , bareilly-243001 (U.P.) Contact no.: [protected]. on 08-09-10 at 12.30 p.m. on that time they gave fake promise that your installation will be done within 2 hours.......but there is no response from there side all over the day everytime i call them they said that we had no engineers for installation at present time...so after more than 24 hours i call them again & they not put my phone.they really waste my entire day. my reciept no:1690, amount: 1750=00 (which i paid cash as fuul advance). i also send u the scan copy of receipt.........pls help me

              Hi,
              I am a resident of Gugaon and have been using Airtel Broadband services since a couple of years. This year (2010 ) in the month of Jan a gentleman from Airtel calls me up and offers FREE Online Gaming option. I declined the offer, however he still insisted and reinstated that the service was for free and collected my Acccount number and created an account at his end. I still refused to use the service. After a couple of days I received Airtel's Bill and found that they had charged me 199.00 extra. I called up their customer services for waiver of the charges and removal of the said service from my account. They promised to do the same. till date they have not done any thing about it.

              I have called Airtel several times, have emailed they several times still they refuse to resolve.

              They have sent me a bill of 3098 till July and have disconnected my connection (On July 15 - 2010).

              I want them to remove
              199 x 6 = Rs 1194.00
              100 x 6 = Rs 600.00 (Late Fee which happed due to they fault )

              Total of Rs 1794 from 3098 and resolve the issue
              Second concern after disconnection on 15 July they have send me a bill for August as well.

              Now a total of 4139 rupees

              I want to shift my existing Airtel Broadband & landLine to my new residence.
              So, I logged a request on 5th of September 2008.

              Request was to disconnect the existing line by 24th of Sep 2008 from old premises and to reconnect it on 26th of Sep 2008.

              Please, do something for this. I never need any person to be cheated by Airtel here after...

              They made me trusted, that, I will get connection and now they saying, they can't.. After they itself committed, they can...

              This mail is to bring to your notice about the poor service provided by airtel broadband. i have installed airtel broadband service during the month of june 2009, The connection was provided and the DP box was placed 30m away from my residence, due to that there was lot of interruption in the broadband connection. so i have posted a complaint during the month of september 2009 and the complaint number is 23773524, there was no response to my complaint, so i have posted two more complaints in the month of october 2009 and the complaint numbers are 25556650, sa2x2900-1 bt that was too in vain. till date my complaints are not rectified.
              instead of placing DP box in my residence they have cancelled my connection without bringing to my notice and now they are claiming Rs.2, 800. Not satisfy the customers complaints and cancelling the connection and claiming Rs.2800 is not inorder.

              I request you to make a thorough investegation on it, cancel the claimed amount, fix the DP box at my home and provide us proper service

                Dear Sir / Madam,

                This is to bring to your attention that my Blackberry service (299 plan) has been non-functional since the night of the 11th August 2010, on my Airtel connection ([protected]).
                A ticket was raised to this effect (Complaint #[protected] on the 13th of August 2010 and a resolution date of 17th August was conveyed.
                In an effort to reset the services, the support centre decided to deactivate and re-activate my services but did not succeed, and since then my service has been in the <B> "Pending for Activation"</B> status.

                Numerous emails to bb.[protected]@airtel.in and repeated calls to the Support services (7070) as well as the Nodal Officer south region have not been able to resolve the problem. I have been told that the support staff has escalated the issue and has also spoken / written to the back-end technical team about it, although there has been no positive response from them. Various deadlines committed to me by your support staff have not been met and the service still remains inactive as of 09th September 2010

                As of today morning, I was informed by the Nodal officer south that Airtel is not able to solve my problem and are facing similar issues with a number of other customers.                 Airtel-Blackberry — Sending sucking bills

                Please note whenever u go in for a Blackberry package of RS.499/- from airtel, Airtel sucks you throughly. I quote the sentence from the letter i had received: "the Blackberry goes to the server every 15 minutes to check for any data in the email, this process is called 'Polling'. Further, Rs.0.50 paise is charged for 1KB." In short whether there is message or not, you are paying Rs.4/- per hour and Rs.96/- per day or Rs. 2, 880/- per month as GPRS charges. This info is never revealed to the customer.
                I received a fat bill and arguing out with the Nodal officer thru lots of correspondence. If anyone interested to help me i shall be very happy.
                Moreover, such polling charges i discovered is not charged by Competitor Vodafone. Which company will you opt for? Be careful and get all details.

                Airtel-Blackberry — BB Service

                I had purchased a Black Berry in 2007 & then in 2009.

                I had given it as its display was lost in March 2010. It had been 1.5 Months since I had given mobile for Change. They gave me a handset after 1 month but it was not functional so i returned them back.

                Every time I give BB for some problem i don't receive it before 1 month. This is really ridiculous. For now it had been 1.5 months. I have to travel abroad. My lot of work is hindering because of this.

                  My complaint is - 30 rupees are being charged on my airtel broadband number as music portal charge, from last year i am registering my complaint to Air-tel through email and telephone, but nothing is happening.

                  i dont why they are not removing music portal from my account. i got plenty of emails and phone calls from airtel that my problem will sort out this time. even this month also 30 rupees are being charged. it might be a toughest job to remove music subscription from my account, but it should not take more then an year.

                  highly disappointed with airtel services.

                  is there any way to remove music subscription from my account permanently or i have to discontinue with there broadband service.

                        on[protected] i reinstalled my DTH connection at new address. After installing the settop box was not showing sufficient signal level and quality, i told the service engineer Mr. Tinku mobile no. [protected] to get the signal quality improved. he told me that there may be weather problem, everything would be alright, and he may be contacted for any problem, if occurs. from the very next day the signal quality deteriorated. i called him so many times but he didnt respond.

                        since i was bust with my shifting, finally on[protected] i formally complained at cutsomer care vide complaint no.25664194. on[protected] the engineer came and concluded that the dish location is not correct and would be reinstalled. he told me that he has already informed his office and the same person would rectify the problem who has earlier installed.
                        i waited for full[protected] and[protected] no body turn up. on[protected] i again complained at CC vide complain no. 25731452. today its[protected] more than 8 days. my dish problem is not yet solved. EVERYTIME I COMPLAIN, A NEW COMPLAIN NO WITH 24 HRS TIME IS GIVEN
                        THESE ARE MY VARIOUS COMPLAIN NOS I HAVE DONE VIDE EMAIL/ CC ETC 25664194,

                        ONE MORE THING, AIRTEL DIGITAL ARE CHEATERS THEY FRAUDULENTLY CHANGED MY ADDRESS IN THEIR SYSTEM ON[protected] SO THAT THEY CAN MAKE EXCUSES THAT MY ADDRESS IS WRONG. HOW CAN MY ADDRESS GET CHANGED IN 5 DAYS OF REINSTALLATION ONLY?
                        I AM FED UP WITH AIRTEL. AIRTEL SERVICE IS WORST I HAVE EVER SEEN. IM DISCONNECTING MY DTH AND HAS ALSO APPLIED FOR PORTING OF MY AIRTEL MOBILE.

                        UNFORTUNATELY THERE IS NO EFFECTIVE AND TIMELY CONSUMER COURT IN INDIA OTHERWISE I WOULD HAVE SUED THEM.

                          I had converted my prepaid plan to post paid just 20 days back and submitted all documents to Airtel Mansarovar office, bhopal. Now day before yesterday I got a sms from company that submit the documents in 2 days or your outgoing services will be discountinued.

                          Now my outgoing services has been discuntinued.

                          I am not able to understand if I have already submitted the documents than:
                          1 why should I resubmit all documents again.
                          2 Or if there is any correction in form than why local office did not informed me timely.

                          When I complaint on 121, their executive again suggested me to submit all documents again, my problem is that I am on tour for 1 week to Bhilai, chattisgarh and do not carrying Address and identity proof.

                          I am not able to make any outgoing calls even SMS to contact my family and others. No STO PCO available nearby and after 9 PM all shops get closed.


                          I dont understand where should i contact and how will i manage for next 1 week.

The person who came for the enquiry, enquired in my old address. I informed customer care and to Mr Abdul who might have wrongly placed my identicard as my address proof in place of my Ration Card. Till to date both the sources failed to solve my problem even after i am ready to prove my residential address.When I contacted Airtel customer care, I was told to apply for new connection which is not possible at this moment as i used my No. for my profession. My business gets affect as i do visit Ships at anchorage were no other communication other than my mobile.There is no fradulant connection as i was using the same no. as prepaid, even you can take reference from my collegues who has CUG with me.

                            It is really very poor and pathetic service from Airtel.
                            On 18 Mar 2010 around 9:50 am i have received SMS from 54321 [Thanks for downloading Adorablebeauty from Airtel.You have been charged Rs 15.Mobile TV Watch IPL http: 10.2.34.47 OTA http: 10.2.34.47 OTA ) ] after this i have been charged Rs 15.Then i talked to customer care regarding this.

                            Complain no is [protected].

                            After registering this complain subsequently i have been charged Rs 110 in total.
                            Total amount 110 has been deducted from my Airtel account no [protected].
                            This billing is totally wrong and baseless because i have not done any downloading or surfing from my cell phone.
                            Due to this i have talked to delhi nodal officer Zeenie Chugh(+ 91 [protected]) .
                            But she was not ready to log any kind of complain even she told me that this is not a complain this is only clarification which she gave me.

                            I need my Rs.110 revert back otherwise i will go to your senior authorities.

                            This complaint is toward my post paid mobile connection and airtel. I had purchased a post paid connection from airtel, no is [protected].I have received a bill amount of 5000 on this , whereas my credit limit was 2500. I have been told that I was being charged toward my GPRS usage, but I was never told during the month that I was crossing my credit limit. Neither my outgoing was barred after crossing 2500 limit. This is fault and failure from airtel side not my side I already paid them 2500 rs and I cannot pay any further to this

                              Hello,

                              I have a airtel broadband connection in pune. i paid for 6 months in advance. After 2 months i had to change the flat in the same Lane. I raised the request with airtel. They charged me for that shifting. However shifting was declined on the basis of no connectivity in the building. Latter someone from the Airtel showed up and took permission from society secretary for some DB box installation.
                              Now it has already been 1 month and airtel has sent me a bill charging me twice for the shifting which was never done. I am an expat. Do not know what to do about it. My money is stuck with Airtel which I paid in advance for 6 months usage.

                                I'm from Delhi and a new user of Airteldigital TV and was very excited. However, i realized that the length of the connecting wire was short. I call on one of the company engineer, Mr.Ravi([protected]) to rectify the problem. He requested me to make a complain first at the customer call helpline. For the last 4 days, i have been calling the customer care executive. Instead of trying to understand my issue, they are more interested in discussing about hows & whats. Then they make me hold the line for 3 to 4 minutes but without effect. They politely promise to rectify the issue but haven't taken any action so far. I believe that if a little extra effort is taken, the problem can be tackled in no time. What i don't understand is the politeness of the CCE which is unimpressive unless they give genuine attention to desperate customers. I trust that your company will keep my trust in your company intact by rectifying the problem at the earliest.

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    4 Months back, i received a call from Airtel Customer care(Recorded Voice). They wanted me to submit my Address and ID Proof. Based on their request i did the same in a week.

                                    2 Months back again i received a call from Airtel(Recorded Voice) and they asked me to submit my Proof again. So i got confused and called to Airtel Customer care, they rechecked my address proof and confirmed me that everything is correct, don't want to worry about that recorded call.

                                    On 30th of this month my sim card got inactivated. When i inquired in customer care office (Sungam,CBE) They asked me to submit my address and ID proof again, iam totally depressed and resubmitted the same.

                                    Till yesterday i had followed up with Sungam Airtel Office, they told me that it will get ready soon.

                                    So i depressed and call to Airtel Customer care and inquired the same, they gave the shocking news to me, that my sim card was Recycled i cant able to retrieve the same.

                                    This is really Ridiculous, I have no other options, i trusted you a lot, also i cant able to switchover to other number bcoz i will miss plenty of contacts.

                                    Could you plz support me in this regard.

                                      I have bought a new Airtel connection on 03rd July,2010 from AFREEN PAY PHONE, Siwan. The retailor told me that your connection will be started within 24 hours as he has sendthe activation message to the company. Even though ihave submitted the documents to the Retailor. I have also complained with the customer Care, they told me towait for 72 hours. I have done it but till now my connection is not started,,WHY?

                                      Airtel Prepaid — Monthly deduction of Rs 30/-

                                      Dear Sir/Madam,

                                      My mobile No is [protected] & I am availing prepaid service.
                                      Iregret to complin that you are deducting Rs 30/- every month towards subscription which I am unable to understand. I have never demanded for any such service.
                                      Inspite of complaining for this on your customer service No 121 two months ago, the same is being deducted.
                                      Please look into the matter & stop deducting the amount every month. For any clarity you may call me on the above phone or through email.
                                      Your earliest reply awaited in this matter.

This is for the 3rd time, Airtel have deducted Rs. 30/- unnecessarily without taking any extra facility without taking any extra service. They just deducted from my balance. I have complained about the same so many times. I went to Airtel Gallary also but no body considered my complaint. They just gave false assurances but nothing was done. As i was regularly following up with the customer care, later on they stopped picking up my phone also. Now i am really frustrated with the customer service of Airtel. This is really bad experience i had. Now i am really planning to file a Complaint in Consumer Forum. The Higher Authorities of Airtel should look into it.

                                      When i don't want particular service when i don't demand it or not even use it why i should be charged for that. This is nothing but Gundagardi.

                                      I really want solution on it, otherwise i am going to file complaint in Consumer Forum surely.
                                      Dear Airtel Users, I wont go up with your complaints. You all are subscribed for some (V.A.S.) Value Added Service. Dont get irritated. Just call 121 and talk to Customer Care Executives and ask them to take the Deactivation Request from their Side itself. Again the same problem is continues means dial 198, again not satisfied? Contact Appelate authorities.

                                      Airtel — Automatically deducted Rs. 30.00

                                      There are several service complain against the service of Airtel

                                      1. Without confirmation and reason Rs. 30.00 automaticall deducted from my balance. It displayed Last call duration 0:00 call charge Rs.30.00 bal. Rs.2.40 Validity 11Jan11... on 27.06.2010 @18:30

                                      When I talk to local service provider center they told that positively I press something for downloding, but it not so. I am using Nokia 1111i and no GPRS & net service

                                      2. My scheme automatically transfer to 1p/sec and if I send sms to 405 for plan it reply that description not available.

                                      3. All most every day when I try to make a STD call to my native kolkata from Pondicherry it say all the lines in this root are busy.... I have to try at least 20 time then I may able to connect any call.

                                      4. Daily at least 10 call & 10 sms I have to attend for Airtel add

                                      5. For the past 10 years I am using Airtel only, but last 2 years the service in terms of tarif, charges, bal deduction is very poor and simply they are ignoring the fact.

                                      for this kind of mishap once i change to new connection and same thing is going on now also.

                                      Earlier also I made complain, but either nobody responce me nor it has resolve.

                                      Bharti Airtel Ltd. — Unauthorized deduction of Rs.30/- every month

                                      Despite filing complaints, Bharti Airtel Ltd. is deducting Rs.30/- from my pre-paid account ([protected]) balance. I have not subscribed for any VAS, while calling customer care customer care executive told me that the Airtel Live service gets activated automatically and if customer doesn't unsubscribe it automatically it remains active. I requested him to unsubscribe all VAS wrt my account and he had made sure that he unsubscribed all VASs, still Rs.30/- got deducted from my pre-paid account. This is highly unacceptable and sheer loot.

                                      Bharti Airtel Ltd. (Mobile Services) — Unauthorized deductions from prepaid account

                                      Current Balance (as on 23 Feb. 2011) INR 369.81; Expiry 17 Sep 2011

                                      A fortnight (or so) ago, my balance was over INR 500.00, and the cost the legitimate services that I have since used does not exceed INR 25 or 30. The company has been deducting charges in respect of entirely UNSOLICITED "services" like "KingfisherGirls' calendar", "Comedy zone", etc.

                                      I have NEVER used these "services", nor do I ever intend to use them in my lifetime.

                                      Even after my explicit UNSUBSCRIPTIONS from these nuisances, this company has been making UNSOLICITED "renewals" against them!

                                      I request you to prevail upon the company to make proper amends to these nefarious practices by rolling back all the deductions made so far towards unsolicited "services", and bring back the balance held in my prepaid account to nearly INR 500.00 (as it would have been without the unauthorized deductions).

HIS CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE HAS VERY RUDE TALK . TWO TIME HE HAS CUT MY PHONE CALL BUT ULTIMATELY I GOT MY COMPLAIN REGISTERED. PLEASE STOP ALL SUCH AXULAIRY SERVICES. AND GET MY MONEY BACK IN MY ACCOUNT. AIRTEL IS BRAND AND BRAND IS DOING THIS WHICH TOTALY UNFAIR. PLEASE DO NEEDFULL.
