Dear Sir,

I am using airtel mobile with no [protected] more than 3 yrs.
I have already activated the Do not Disturb service though I got the call from airtel [protected], as i was not able to hear I disconnected the call and try to call back assuming as business call but I came to know that it was from airtel promotional call for hello tune.So I disconnected the call in just few seconds I got the message syaing that your hello tune has been changed and that cost me RS 15.

Airtel is taking customer on grant,I have faced so much tension because of this please take action on this and the charges should not display in my bill.

    I am not receiving papert bills from jan ,then I have requested for E bill lof of time and after a long follwup I got the Jan bill around mid of feb and after that again not receiving e bill of feb ,where I talked with customer care lot of time and several time raised the complain and every time they assured that the problem will stop as I need the bills for re-imbursement from my company ,so I did,t paid the feb amount as I was actually not awre of that bill amonut also and same time from their call center I am reciving lotcalls for followup the payement only and same time I discussed the same prob to them, also and some times they waren me to pay amonut with out bill otherwise they will stop tghe service ,

    So finally I am frusteted with airtel after usuing a long period and now I am disconeecting my coneection .

      I am having Airtel Dish T.V. Connection vide customer ID no.[protected].

      on dated[protected] at 9.45 am.I have received a message on my Moblie no. [protected] that Ten Sports Topup for 6 months has been activated on my customer id no. [protected] .

      I am surrised to know that I have not applied for the above activation.
      and how an amount of Rs.82.73 has been charged from above cust Id no.[protected].

      Hence you are requested to deactivate the above activation and reimbuse the amount in my cust ID.

        Myself Debi Prasad Bhattacharya, have been using Airtel prepaid since Dec '09. I have recharged my mobile [protected] on 01.03.2010 with Rs. 33, which is supposed to be the "free sms pack".
        But my experience was like this:
        1. That pack was NOT activated.
        2. I called 5 times in the customer care, they have said the same words "your problems will be resolved within next day 5pm" but it was NOT resolved.
        3. I did NOT get any money back and moreover, due to the mischeivous customer care people, some extra packs were installed in my mobile.
        4. Now, when I am trying for 33 recharge, it is not happening.


        I want to know just one thing. Is it a right behaviour to a dedicated customer? You please go through HOW MUCH i recharged for during last 4 months and so, but i am getting these results.

        If you can, please answer my question.

          I am proud to being an airtel customer, I have been using airtel connection from my school life I had a lot of airtel SIMs but recently I have a complaint regarding with my network related. The problem is that when ever i tried to dial *121# then always only shows the responses “Please try after some time" this problem is since from 11/3/2010. I convert my number ([protected] & my Relationship number is [protected]) from prepaid to postpaid on this 8/3/2010, after that still now i can’t check my unbilled amount via *121*12#. I have already complaint about this several times. First time I have complaint about this (actually I don’t remember that specific date I think it was on 16 march or 17) then one executive said please wait it will be resolved with in the 48 hours, after 48 hours I have received an out bound call from airtel and said my registered problem has been resolved. But then after the problem continues then I again complaint on 19/3/2010 then one executive said wait till 24/3/2010 and I waited till 23/3/2010 evening and after that I just want to know about the back end process related my complaint i called to customer care then one executive said my complaint already resolved and closed and call transfer to concern department and they take another complaint about this and that reference number is 31533268 & said wait till 26/03/2010. I waited till 26/03/2010 and still my problem has been continuing. After all these I complaint one more time then they again extend 6/4/2009, and I got call backs even my problem is still continuing what can I do? Now I have one more problem that I told to customer care that I can’t connect complaint section (198) toll free. When ever I called after this every executive say please wait for some more days and not give particular days to wait. Will you please check and take remedies to this complaint this is my request.

              frenzo chat

              i have already activated frenzo chat in airtel and it is going to expire on april 13 but from 05 april onwards i am not able to login getting error your frenzo chat is blocked due to violation of terms o[censored]se and you have send a mail to [protected]@frenzo.com i have send mail to them but till i have not got any revert back,so please help me...

              I had bought a corporate connection, post paid SIM card during 0ct-nov 2008, the Rs 249 plan. The purchase was made from salesmen who come to office. The number given to me was [protected]. This number was not activated. I made repetitive calls to customer care who said that the address verifications were not yet done and will be done in a week. Still the number [protected] was not activated and customer care could not further help except carry on further verifications.

              That month I got bill for the number [protected], which is different from the number I had got. I checked the bill and learnt that all of the calls made were on roaming in Tamilnadu while I was here working at bangalore. I took this matter to customer care and first thing was I blocked that sim on 21st of Feb 2009. I used to get repetitive calls for paying the bill and had to explain the same story to numerous people ( customer care as well as person who called for bill payment) who failed to guide me how to go about this matter. I tried to track the salesman who gave me the sim, I learnt from his friend Mr Madhu that he has left the job. After being harassed to pay for the bill, I took this matter to Airtel centre at Domlur. After multiple painstaking visits, the manager at Domlur assured me that a full verification will be done and matter will be resolved. After a month the manager told me that I will not be bothered and I need not pay the bill amount. Airtel Domlur did not provide me any clearance certificate or no objection certificate ( NOC ).Or any kind of document stating the same.

              I provided with the following numbers for contact:

              Almost after a year, I get a call from Mr Harish ph no: [protected], on 3rd april 2010, to make the payment for the bill amount Rs 1315/- else he will send a legal notice and reslove the matter at court. He bargained the amount to be paid at Rs 1000/- " 30% discount!!" He forced for the payment to be made and assured NOC.

              I rushed to Airtel Domlur, the lady manager was absent and could not track anyone who had interacted with me. I was connected to customer care, 121 again. After transferring calls to three people I get Mr Sandesh and had to once explain the issue.Then I get to know that the Airtel domlur never looked into the matter and the support provided to me was just an eye wash. Then he directed me to mail a complaint at [protected]@airtelindia.com. Why wasn't I directed to write a mail to [protected]@airtelindia.con before by numerous customer care "executives" i called to? Having been asked so the only answer from Mr Sandesh is sorry sir!.

              Mr Harish again called up for the payment. I told I have raised an complaint. He replied "you agreed to pay, now what is all this" Having said so he transferred the call to his manager. I explained the whole matter to him again and again!. The manager says there are so many cases like this and all the customers in the end have to pay up. How does it matter if it you or any third person who has used the phone. Just for Rs 1000/- why are you pulling the issue. I told him it is not about Rs 1000 but of ethics in business. I asked him to contact the customer care, he says it not his headache and there are different departments, hence not his concern. He has to close the case by 6th of April so by then I must get NOC else they will put a legal notice and cut my present Airtel connection .

              I have written to [protected]@airtelindia.com got the reference number[protected].

              I have also told them to verify present number of airtel post paid same plan. They'll find the bills are regularly paid. I will pay a bill if I have used their service. Why should I pay for the service I have not used at all.

              I feel they have goofed up while activating the sim which is referred to by the 16 digit sim number. I have not yet heard from Airtel, except getting calls for bill payment. Please guide me how I can go about this matter.

                Hi!

                I have not received even a single itemized bill for last 6 months. I have contacted airtel customer care several times since October 2009 and have registered my request through all possible modes of communication, which are:-

                1) Verbal request on Airtel Customer care
                2) Email request to [protected]@airtelindia.com: with reference id: [protected]

                I have gone through varied processes of Airtel for getting the itemized bill.

                I have not paid the bill for March 2010 as a last resort of getting the itemized bill and have informed it to Airtel Customer Care as well as Airtel complaint Team. I have been given multiple commitments of sending the itemized bill to my email id as well as my official address but haven’t received it through any mode.

                Instead of solving my issue by sending the itemized bill they are further harassing me by barring my number and giving me multiple recovery calls for payment.

                Request you to look in the matter and solve it at the earliest.

                  A asked a local dealer for a talk time recharge coupon and he recharged with 200/- on 03rd April 2010 I received success message with transaction ID:[protected] but no talk time came. What went wrong with my transaction. Is the dealer not aware of the recharge coupon or the air tel service is wrong???
                  If so dealer mis guided me with wrong recharge coupon? if so could there be any action taken on him?

                  My airtel mobile number is [protected]. i recharged from My debit card on 18/03/2013 my Rs 100 Has been debited from my account i got transaction ID as[protected] but no talk time no balance is credited. i went to airtel retailer shop on the same day i recharged with Rs 50 but no talk time balance has been credited to my number. what would be the reason ? please take necessary action for the said aboved

                    I was sold these two connection by an Airtel sales executive few months back(approx 8months). I have paid the first month pro-rata rental+st and other 2 months rental+st without any issues as everything is based on proper itemised bills from Airtel. after 3months i did not get the bill for both the connections, when i enquired i was told a shocking reason that since i have not used these connections were barred permanently which could not be used by anybody in future. I requested them to give the connection as to use with if any additional charges but they(airtel CRM executives) told it could not be used anymore which is an utter lie.

                    Cheating No.1 :
                    Either if i would have been told about the above condition at the time of sale i would have used the connection then and there. I was about to use it in the 3rd month.

                    Cheating No.2:
                    Now the above 2 connection are sold to someone else in chennai([protected] to a shop in vyasarpadi). Now the customer care executives say that re-allocating or re-selling is at their option and i'm not eligible for any thing.This is a brutal cheat for what i have been sold without revealing a condition and re-selling for what i have been paying the rental respectively.

                    worst thing is i'm a post-paid connection customer for airtel since sep-2004.

                    Pls help me to get my connections back or atleast to penalise the provider and its associates for this brutal cheat which could not be repeated for anybody else.

                    Airtel - Postpaid Connection — Misbehaviour of employees

                    I am working in an MNC and using airtel postpaid connection(Corporate user group Plan). One of my dearest friend has got a bill 0f 7000Rs and she has moved abroad without paying that bill. The airtel guys found my number in her bill details as she used to call me all the day, Now they are stataing that she is your good friend you pay the bill for her not only that they are calling me everyday 10 times aroung and are misbehaving saying that we will call all your friends from your bill details and will tell them that your bill is pending .I have always cleared my dues on time. Inspite of reaching to her family I don't know why they are targeting me... Here are the numbers of local chennai airtel callers [protected] and [protected]. I am very irritated pls suggest me what to do??

                    i didnot send any request for activating GPRS on my mobile, but it automatically started.
                    presently i m in andhra pradesh i also call on customer for deactivate but they said that it is not possible from here cause my no. is from U.P.
                    if it isnot possible to deactivate from here then how can it be possible to activate from here while i m here from last three months.

                    airtel - postpaid connection — 'do not disturb' (airtel's 1909 service) failed to act on complaints

                    even after registering for DND, i'm getting promotional calls and sms's, from airtel also.
                    Even i frequently get marketing calls on my Airtel Post paid connection.
                    Do Not Disturb regulations do not seem to be followed by Airtel or any other service provider. Moreover we are also not aware about how to complain in case if we need to report the number from which such a call was made.

                    Airtel - Postpaid Connection — Incorrect and Invalid Billing of SMS Charges

                    Hi All,


                    I am a subscriber of Airtel Post Paid Connection, my Airtel Mobile No. being +91 - [protected]. I reviewed my bill dated 09 February, 2010 which states charges for 136 SMSes sent to an unknown mobile number [protected] on 10 Jan 2010. The aforementioned mobile number has not been contacted via SMS by anybody without my knowledge.

                    These bulk SMSes have been charged and the charged sum has not been reverted by Airtel even after communicating with its Customer Care Center several times via email to [protected]@airtelindia.com and on Customer Care Contact Number 121. They gave me a Service Request Number, namely, 30979148 and have stated only how Billing is done, i.e.:

                    "...just like a call gets captured only after it originates from a mobile and gets connected to the called number similarly the message sent by you gets captured with the Message Center number which is then charged accordingly..." -- Vijayalakshmi Vijayakumar from Customer Care, Bharti Airtel Limited.

                    I have received emails from Gopichandar Pushparaj and Vijayalakshmi Vijayakumar from Customer Care, Bharti Airtel Limited and they have not provided any genuine resolution yet.

                    It is notable that Subscribers of Post Paid Connection are very important to Mobile Service Providers, as a huge amount of revenue is sourced from them. So, such Service Providers should not take undue advantages by billing their customers for services (Phone Calls, and SMSes, etc.) which are not really utilized by their subscribers.

                    I can be reached at my aforementioned mentioned number for any clarification. If no corrective and effective action is taken by Bharti Airtel then I will have to take the case to the book.

                    Airtel — Cheating and selling connection

                    The Airtel agents sold me a so-called "high frequency" sim card to solve the network problem that I was facing at my house. While selling the sim card, he took Rs 500 as a refundable deposit and Rs 500 as activation charges. The refundable deposit was going to be refunded after 5 months. When I called up the Airtel people, they said they haven't taken any deposit from me.
                    Plus, the even bigger issue is that the new connection never got network in my house. I launched complaints with the customer care which were never taken care of. I told them that I am discontinuing their connection because of the given problems. I haven't paid the last bill because of these issues. I have got their solicitor's notice and so I will have to do the payment of the outstanding bill right now. However, the problems of the refundable deposit and network are unsolved. The company sold the new connection by giving false assurances which is a way of cheating.

                    sir , please help me , i took an idea sim in this month with no. [protected], and i think 5 or more times a same message is coming with the name - AD-AIRTEL , containing this content :

                    "your bill dated 09-jan-11 of rs. 1679 for your airtel fixedline a/c no. 15863697 is due for payment on 28-jan-11. please ignore if already paid."

                    what is this ... i dnt have any airtel connection and my idea no. is new , then hw they can sms me like this . please do something fr me , otherwise after tomorrow they will msg me little diff. frm the above , they will surely going to add the amt after due date ......

                    pls do somthing fr these kind of invalid messages.

After taking the ticket from counter in cuttack station I asked one T.T.E regarding conversion of ticket from general class to sleeper class. He told me that Coach T.T.E can change this. After getting on in train in cuttack staion I was boarded in S-9 seat no-64.I was waiting for the coach T.T.E for next two hour. But no single T.T.E has come for verification between Cuttack & Balasore. In Balasore station on T.T.I named A Hafiz(T T I, Khargapur,Emp no[protected] came to the berth & asked for ticket.After check the ticket he told me to take Excess Fare Ticket with excess fare 250.00 exclude the reservation ticket vaule. I explain all the situation to him,but he doesnt realise to understand the situation or not asked that T.T.E incharge of the perticular train regarding this matter.when i want to lodge this matter he annoy that he has no complaint book with him.
                      I want to know if any coach T.T.E doesnt verify or inspect the ticket of passenger,then why passenger will suffer for the same.
                      So I request to take necessary action against that perticular T.T.E/T.T.I doesnt fullfil their responsibilty or noy keeping the compalint log book with them.

                        i got my balance updated several times , there are deductions for updation of many facilities which I have not even requested for. for further detailing i got my balance recharged on 6th March 2010 of Rs.55, i got balance of rupees 48 and without any usage the balance reduced to 19 the same day. I even made complaints with nos. -[protected], [protected]. not only this i got my balance updated on 5th April 2010 of Rs.25 and on the same day I was left with balance of Rs.9.

                        AirTel — Unnecessary deduction of prepaid balance

                        Every month Rs 30 gets deducted from my prepaid balance on the account of activated Airtel live! settings. whereas the reality is this that I have no such settings in my handset. I have'nt used Airtel live since an year and still my money gets deducted everymonth. I have many times called up customer care too and lodged my complaint but they assure me everytime and do nothing in return

                        I had recharged my mobile with a sms voucher on date 09-02-09 of Rs.50 on the number [protected], according to the offer of the day, i received recharge of 400 sms valid till march 11 2009 i.e., for 1 month.As i started to send sms on date 22-02-09 my balance started deducting from the main account, instead of getting deducted from the sms account with a charge of 1 Rs./sms.Initially before sending sms on the date 22-02-09 my main account balance was 160.51 after sending sms continuously my main account balance suddenly reduced to 105.51.At an average near about 200 sms(approx) were still present in my airtel sms account.
                        Then why it started deducting from main account balance?
                        As a regular customer i want the complete justice to my complaint.
                        Please take the necessary action as soon as possible.

                        Airtel is always doing unecessary deductions to me even though if I am not using any of there facility.

                        They call themselves for the advertisement and then themselves put on there charges which we have to burden.

I had been charged Rs.99 just for some hungama games which i had not started even, i was using internet by mobile, suddenly i got a message from Airtel-54321 that i have been charged Rs 99 for some Hungama Games, which i had not activated at all. I think one way they giving promotional Topups like 600 balance on 555 RCV another way they are deducting double cost unnecessarily.                         Airtel Prepaid Connection — Unnecessary balance

                        This is in regards to the unnessary balance deduction from my Airtel prepaid account. This is happening from last four days. I called Airtel complain number 198 and explained the issue to the executive. During the call, I asked the name of the executive but he was not willing to tell his name and neither he was willing to help. I asked to transfer my call to his supervisor. After few minutes, my call was transferred. I was shocked the way supervisor treated me. She kept me hold for 30 minutes and then she just disconnected my call.
                        I called again and one executive responded me and he said that he will help me out but then he disconnected the call without listening anything further.
                        I called again and another executive responded me. I said the issue to him and he confirmed that there is a service alert activated which is deducting my balance Rs 2/- every day. I confirmed him that I did not requested to activate any such service and neither I responded to any calls of such service alerts. I requested him to deactivate the service but he was not able to do so. I also requested to activate Do not Disturb. When I requested to log a ticket in my name about the balance deduction then he said that he will transfer my call to the supervisor but again the call got disconnected. I liked the third person as he helped me to answer some questions but again I hated when he disconnected the call without transferring it.
                        WHAT A GREAT SERVICE I GOT FROM AIRTEL!

                        I am using Airtel service from last 8 years and using this number from last 6 years and I did not expected this kind of service from Airtel.

                        I never used to complain about network or about balance deduction and when responded then Airtel treated me this way as it seems I mean nothing to them.

                        Please help me to get my balance back and also to deactivate this service alert which I never asked to activate.
                        Airtel still did not deactivated this silly alert and also help me not to get the useless call and promo calls or messages from Airtel.

                        Thank you very much for your help. The problem was not solved by you people sitting out there. Even after complaing on your customer services an over here my balance went on deducting till Friday. I physically went to Airtel Customer Services at Howrah Dobson Road and requested them to disconnect the alert services.
                        What about my balance which was deducted from Sunday to Friday even after complaing the same. Why my balance was not credited back if the problem was resolved knowing that I complained on Sunday and Airtel went on deducting balance till Friday before I reach there and request them to disconnect.

                        If you really want to write that if you resolved then see the case nicely and reply me back.

                        I have been having prepaid airtel connection since 2005. In the month of june the airtel company started unnecessary deduction in the name of various service, which i never asked for. I submitted my complaint. The company resolved my complaint after 4 interacting weeks. In the due course of time i also get my cell number registered for not offering any type of top-up service. The airtel company stopped as asked for. But now on 23rd they have deducted rupees 60 in the name of hellotune. I contacted the zonal officere on the number given in the site. They are lingering the matter without any reason. Please help in sorting out the said matter.
                        I hae recharged for 30 rupees through EC Recharge but now the balance is .98 paise i want the reason why that much amount has unnecessarily taken from my account. I have complaint it through Hot line but still amount is reduced from my account. i think it 10 complaint. If you didnt take any action there is no other way for me just i want to transfer my network service.My mobile no is [protected].

                          After 5 days I contacted them again, they are they closed my request & simply they told "I'm only raised a request for deactivation", But I did not give any request for deactivation. Finally I asked about the details like "Ok... tell me when I have raised a deactivation request means", they are simply answering like "We don't have that details & all "

                          If again i need activate my hello tune means, I have to spend 45 rupees. Previously everymonth you wil detect 30 rupees for my hello tune service. Please fix my issue.

                            I have made a request the airtel broad band help line no ,regarding Modem change to wi fi router.

                            The engineer has changed my modem and taken back with him the old modem and get a copy signed from us for that.

                            But when i received the bill from airtel they have charged me Rs 1000/- for the lost modem ,when i have called them on there help line no they were saying that they have not received the old modem and hence therefore i have to pay for that lost modem there is no other alternative.

                            For this i have called them many times but at last there is no other alternative lerft for me to file a complaint against them .

                              Hello my airtel postpaid number is [protected]. i bought a new airtel postpaid connection on 22/03/10 from a airtel gallery in Bandra Mumbai. I submitted all the correct documents and a proper verification was also done the next day.After four days i got a sms which said 'submit your documents or else calls will be barred'. so i went to airtel gallery and spoke to them. Airtel Executive in the store said not to worry it wont be disconnected. That very evening my outgoing calls were barred. I called up Airtel customer care as Airtel gallery was closed. Airtel customer care agent said my outgoin was because they didnt receive my documents. Next day i called Airtel gallery again they said it was a mistake bla bla bla..then after few hours my outgoing was activated again..it worked fine for few hours..After that it showed on my phone tat sim card registration failed..my number was suspended. i was so pissed i called airtel gallery again and they said it will take 4 days to restart my services again..its the fourth day with out my mobile, but no sign of my servies getting activated. Its very irritating and i feel very helpless with out my phone.

                              I was using Airtel Prepaid which was registered against my Sister since last Two Years, Since she has moved to USA. I wanted to use same number against my name . I requested for the same. However they told me it cant be done, and i have to take postpaid for the same. I readily agreed . Since i could get corporate connection. I paid only SIM charges to one of Customer Care Executive - Poonam . She promised me, my Number will be activated in 4 days . Well it took more than 4 days and after it was started by them . I am getting message since last two days that my outgoing is barred . I dialed to 121, they told me my subscriber enrollment number is not updated and hence my outgoing is barred. Since i already had submitted all the requisites document, i didnt not what else i had to do. I dialed Poonam, and ask her for the details. She then told me call me in 10 min, and hanged up the call. Now after 48 hrs by phone is still not working as desired. and this Poonam is not at all picking up the phone. :(

                              I have raised some requests earlier also that:
                              1. Give me a Rs 50 waive off on the late fee charges on my last payment.
                              2. I got a message that “Thanks for downloading game worth Rs 99”. I never downloaded a game and I never got any reference number s for that. Then I told that as I also use the internet for Rs 140/week. Please increase my credit limit. But it was never done.
                              3. Then my outgoings have been barred. Without getting my bill I have been told to pay Rs 1200 so that my outgoings can be restored. Now as I am trying to pay the bill through online website “Aitel.in” BUT the service is not available and following are the snapshots for the proof.
                              4. Now I am told by your customer care executives that I need to go personally to the nearest branch and make the payment in cash. As I am employed with a very highly reputed company and I have some critical project going on and then also I need to go outside to make the payment.

                                one day iam using air-tel network.i put 245rs booster pack in that booster pack i have 3months validity air-tel to airtel10 other networks 50 paise.so i put that booster pack.then what will happened means i did not get signal points for 3 days in my phone so i call to call center and i ask why i did not get signal point from your side. he tell we are cancel your Sim card. i ask why you cancel my Sim card and air-tel side did not provide proper answer.so then only i give complaint to you.

                                  Dear sir or madam, I am running a std pco connection of airtel at my shop from almost three years.Now due to cheap mobile call rates there is very low sale and i am running in loss,i had already given a application for disconnection at airtel office in jalandhar city two months ago.I also made calls at airtel helpline number for 20-25 times for disconnecion of my phone,but there is no justification. Every time they gave me ref no but beside this there is no response.It seems that airtel connection is compulsury from the goverment of india so that this takes a long time for disconnection. So please help me i shall be thankful to you for this kindness.My airtel std pco no is[protected] and my mobile no is [protected].

                                  Dear Sir,

                                  I several time requested customer care people to disconnect the STD but they did'nt it and some of my colleague or in my home is using STD and i am getting problem from my office becuase that phone is given by my company and company is paying the bill of my phone

                                  when i am asking they are telling that they cannot disconnect GSm STD no.s

                                  but sir normally now everyone is using GSM mobile so the Airtel is cheating sir

                                  please take any action against them

                                    i agree with Mr Dharmendra.soni's complain even i m having the same problem, i have not subscribed to any IPL alerts but still the money is deducted from my airtel prepaid mobile WE WANT OUR MONEY BACK!!!

                                    Even i am facing this problem, getting ipl alert sms from 55382 on my no [protected]-punjab circle prepaid, and charging Rs 10/week for all this. I have not susbcribed to it and moreover theres no way to stop it.
