Incorrect billing charges

I am an IBM India Pvt. Ltd. employee based in bangalore. I purchased a new SIM from Airtel with a Postpaid connection and was told about a package called -149 Gati plan_kk with Airtel advantage pack in which I was supposed to get 200 Min local, 200 SMS's free, and Airtel to Airtel STD @ Rs. 0.50/min. cheating on 3 month package

i m ajit shekhawat from ahmedabad ,i was the your first customer in my aptts and felt proud on dth tv. but now i feieling i made a big mistake by deal with airtel digitel Tv.
since last two days my service was not working and i chrahed is as usal package 155/ i recharge with 200 rs. but still it showing -59 rs.

when i called to customer care and come to know that my plan is for 3 month worht rs. 440, i got shocked...

No option to talk to a Customer Care Executive

Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to raise an important issue with Airtel. I have trouble sending SMSes for past two days. When i send a SMS it doesnt get delivered and shows pending in my mobile. For this i tried to contact the Airtel customer Care to lodge a complain but, to my dismay, i found no option to contact an executive to whom i can get assistance with.

Might be that was the bloodiest mistake ever in my life when I decided to purchase Airtel digital TV as a gift to my family. It happened exactly one year before. Bill re-payment

Iam Poonkuzhalie from chennai and I was employed in satyam bangalore as a trainee. When in bangalore I took a mobile post paid connection from a dealer who used to visit satyam campus regularly.
I was using that number for a year and every month i used to pay my bill on date without any pending.
When the crisis happened to satyam we were all thrown out of the company and had to return home without jobs...due to all this mishap...

airtel cheating on night gprs

Airtel is deducting DAY GPRS balance when i uses GPRS at night time (12:00 AM to 8:00 AM). Till now i have use only 302 MB of my night balance, but what is wrong with their counter that when i uses gprs during night time my night gprs balance used also increases and simultaneously my DAY GPRS balance left also gets reduced.

Connection transfer request

We had airtel broadband connection with ph no. as[protected] at Greater Noida, U.P.. Recently we shifted to Janakpuri, New Delhi on 07-Nov-09 and we logged complaint with airtel customer care for transfer of connection request on 06-Nov-09 vide service request no[protected]. Misuse if service

disrespect of a primary customer(girl)

Billing for the number which is deactivated

Hi

I logged a compliant in airtel customer care for billing beyond the usage ect. For the mobile number[protected] every month Rs 30 had been charged against SMS which was not used ) I was given assurance that they will pass a waver against that but it did not happen.
