Respected sir/madam,
I was the airtel pco holder del no [protected] & I gave application for disconnection & security refund.I has been also submitted FCT at franchissee ropar office h.no 68, 1st floor ranjit Avenue bela chowk ropar-140001 (punjab) on dated 21/10/2008 .I have a signed received duplicate copy.I request many times & send sms to mr Dinesh bhoj (who is the area officer of airtel prepaid) but till date my security is pending.
so pls take necessary action on franchissee & area officer because no body harrased in future & also refund my security immiedately

मेरी Kush Communication के नाम से दुकान है | मैंने 10 -11 मार्च 2011 को एक नंबर [protected] पर 120 - 120 रूपये के तीन recharge किये जिनमे से last recharge [protected] पर डल गया तो मैंने airtel Customer care help Line पर बात की तो उन्होने कहा की यह balance आपका Retune नहीं हो सकता | बात यही खत्म हो गई और अगले दिन 12 मार्च 2011 को मेरे पास कॉल आया कि मैंने Airtel से Ashutosh बोल रहा हूँ जिनसे आपकी 120 रूपये गलत डलने बारे में बात हुई थी आपका 120 रूपये अभी retun आ जायेगा आप ऑनलाइन बने रहिये और उन्होंने कहा कि अब आप उस option पर जाइए जहा से आप recharge करते है वहा हमारे NCR Airtel Centre का नंबर [protected] डालिए और फिर NCR Airtel Code 01401 डालिए फिर अपना सिक्यूरिटी कोड डालिए तो मैंने डाला तो मेरा बैलेंस 1401 रूपये उड़ गया उसके बाद मैंने 198 एयरटेल पर बात कि तो उन्होने कहा कि ये एक फ्रोड कोल थी जब ये फ्रोड काल थी तो उसको ये कैसे पता था कि मैंने 120 रूपये कि बात मैंने एयरटेल में कि थी | ये जो भी था एयरटेल में मेरी जिस से बात हुई थी उसी ने ये कम किया है

Respected Sir/ Madam,
I am Airtel PCO Postpaid Customer ( TEL NO:[protected]using ur service since last 8 Years and Paying the Monthly Rental ontime and i was happily using your services till last month, Suddenly I was shocked to know that my PCO connection has been Disconnected without any Information and when I checked with your customer care team, They informed that the Service has been Cancelled on 7th JAN 2012.
Earler I had called to ur cust care on 26th Nov 2011 regarding the Monthly Tariff Change from existing plan to new plan where ur Customer Care Person did not advice me properly on the Plan Change and when I told him regarding the shifting of Network from Airtel to other good N/W for that ur customer Care Person said OK, but I felt he was speaking very Carelessly and I came to know that he was not good at Speaking with the Customers.
On DEC 3rd 2011 my connection has been disconnected without any reason and same thing was activated on the same day through your Customer Care Team only, But again on 7th Jan 2012 the connection has been disconnected and has been cancelled .
I want to know for what reason the services has been disconnected and Cancelled.
What type of SERVICE IS THIS?
Since Last 15 days I have lost some Business Revenue also,
If the SERVICE is cancelled then Kindly Refund the Deposit Amount what i have paid during Initial Stage.
Kindly Reactivate my Connection ASAP ( Atleast by 30th JAN 2012 ), or I will Shift to your Competitor Operator and will inform my friends also who has taken your connection along with me to Different Operator.

    Dear Sir/Ma'am

    I took a Broadband Internet Connection from Airtel whose Number is[protected].
    On 15 February 2008, I made a request to Airtel Customer Care Executive to disconnect my connection as i am moving from this location.
    They said it will took 3 working days.
    Bill got generated on 17 feb 2008. On receiving the bill, I made full payment at Panipat Billing collection centre.
    But Airtel did not disconnect my number. I sent them a mail to please disconnect my number.
    I received an auto-generated mail that it will be processed in 3 working days. still no action.
    Again i put a request to Customer care executive to disconnect my number and ask for response of my previous reruest, They replied they have forwarded the request to concern department. But no action.
    So new request was logged.
    I follwed them till 9 may. In between Airtel Send me the Bill on my previous address. which i dont used.
    Now Airtel Is threating me thorugh their Recovery Agents to pay the bill.
    So please help me.

    AirTel Landline with Internet Connection — Threating from Recovery Agents

    Dear Sir/Ma'am

    I took a landline/Internet Connection from Airtel whose Number is[protected].
    On 15 February 2008, I made a request to Airtel Customer Care Executive to disconnect my connection as i am moving from this location.
    They said it will took 3 working days.

    sir i hv a broadband cannection no[protected] this is disconnect from last one year and there are Rs.2601 is outstanding is due on me.
    in this regard i hv received a call from your lawyer FROM DELHI that he suit a case of recovery on me.
    so sir i hv deposited my due balance of Rs 2601. today 06.02.2010
    at your authorised centre at GEM MARKETING -AGRA
    now there are no any dues one me.
    in this regard i want to know that now there will not suit any case against me or i should be bear any other panelties.
    i hv also a another broad band cannetion in my brother name he is ok upto date payment and running successfully
    so plz guide me now after paid of dues any case may be suit on me or any panelty suit on me

      my mobile no. is [protected]. of airtel cug post paid provided by east central rly. Hajipur.Bihar. i see daily bill after 00 00Am. on 17.01.10 it was about Rs. 53/. on 18.01.10 it was about Rs. 62/. on 19.01.10 it became Rs. 157.15 which is completely wrong .A ctually i have made 2 to 3 local call of about less than1 minute. please correct it urgently. my billing period is 11th to 10 th of each month.

      My mobile no. is [protected] of airtel cug Postpaid by diesal locomotove work, varanasi indian, rly I see through message alert daily by 121.on 12.4.11 a msg came i saw my bill is about 104.43 but on 22.4.11 it became Rs 2912.94 but i remembered that i did not call more, talked much and didn't use any intenet like airtel live and and there is no message came between between 12.4.11 to 22.4.11 and this bill cut from my payment which is wrong.
      So please solve my problem and refund my wrong billing urgently your airtel.

          I have received a mail on 19.1.10 as under 6781 Your hello tunes service has been renewed.You have been charged Rs 30 for 30 days dial 550559(toll free) to copy a hello tune from telugu songs.

          Neither I have asked for it nor my company which has provided me this phone. stop cheating the customers.otherwise I may have to tell my company to change the entire telephones of your Airtel.

            Dear Concern,

            as per my experience bluddy hell service given to your customer i am sorry to say but hat is true.serveral times i wrote a mail to your nodal officer for unable to create DTH account on your website.whenever i try it shows an error "the mentioned customer ID ([protected]) is already in use.but i don't create any account so how its possible that my ID is already use " i was given every infromation regarding the problem which i face .I receive the reply form there end.that your problem is resolved within 3 days.but is cross moreover a month.i try to call your nodal officer but no body pickuup the phone.due to that i don't know what is the last date of recharge my account.for that my services is suspended...no reply given to me against my email

            I shifted to new address(a-29/13 dlf-1 first floor) in January, my landline was transferred from a-35/2 dlf-1 . Since It was done by your team, how can u still send the bill at old address. Despite of getting it corrected at 121. We’ll since I don’t get bill, I am nt liable to pay them and fr u try and get the payment out at old address only. This Is cause you sent collection agent at my residence who did not know how to behave, I am warning u, if ne one tries to threaten me .ill break his bones..

              Fraud by AirTel
              Hi,

              We requested for broad band connection. A guy came at our door took the documents, PAN card photo copy, house rental agreement and took Rs.1000/- He assured to get connection by 4-7 working days. He collected it on 5th dec 2009. After a week we didn't hear anything, then we tried to call (his AirTel number [protected]) him but his number was disconnected and AirTel customer care
              We often called customer care but didn't get any response.they just give the complint no.28231380. they are sill telling refund of money is in process.

              Please anyone suggest me how to get either connection or my money back.

              Even I am facing the same problem now. A person came to my place and collected all the documents from me and said the same thing to me that the connection will be made available with 4 working days. despite repeated calls and talking to several of their escalation managers namely Nadeem khan, priyadarshini, Harish, Rajesh.
              Everybody asks for sometime and nobody is updating the system for the complaint numbers provided to me. Every information given to me was wrong right from the point checking for feasibilty to installation. I was getting repeated assurance and different time committments for the installation to complete.
              Its a extremely pathetic attitude and they are out to cheat people and take there money.
              AIRTEL IS A FRAUD COMPANY, THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THEY CHEATED ME;DIRTY SCOUNDRALS. FIRST TIME AMOUNT 3750/- CASH (IN CHANDIGARH) 6 MONTHS NOW STILL WAITING FOR MY MONEY.SECOND TIME 1000/- CHEQUE.(IN DELHI) FIRST THESE CHEATERS COLLECT MY MONEY ASSURING TO CONNECT IN FEW DAYS, NEXT THESE RASCALS DISAPPEAR, ITS OUR TURN TO KEEP CALLING THESE CREEPS. SHAME ON YOU SUNIL MITTAL.

                Please take immediate and necessary harsh action against Airtel Mobile Service Provider, who are damaging reputation of people by setting up Hello Tunes themselves (without the consent o[censored]sers) and charging users Rs.30 /month as a rent (why should user pay this amount when they have not assigned any such Hello Tunes). Any such additional services such as Hello Tunes, Ringtones, advertising calls should only be activated on a written application duly signed by the owner so that Airtel technicians etc. can be restricted from activating these services themselves. This is the responsibility of the consumer forum to safeguard consumer interest and restrict these mobile service providers exploiting the innocent /poor / Unaware Indian users. I am fortunate to have an access to internet to bring it to your notice, whereas several hundred/thousands Indians might have been facing this problem but are/were not able to reach you.                 Very irresponsible & malacious attitute of Telecom Service Providers and Lack of control of consumer forum and Government of India to protect consumers. Yes, several million Indians are loosing their hard earned money with out their consents. Consumer forum should fight for safeguarding its consumers rights.

                  Sir / Madam,

                  I applied for Airtel Broadband (@799 Unlimited Plan) in Dec. 2008 (Jaipur). After one month i did not receive my broadband usage original bill in my correspondence address. After due date they called me to pay my payment of one month (Jan 2009). I've paid my that month payment and i warn them i will not pay any amount if next month i do not receive your original bill (Because my broadband payment paid by my company where i'm working and they can only accept original bill).
                  surprised me again, next month i also not receive my next month (Feb 2009) bill and they called me again at last movement that your pending amount of 1018 is due. After deposited i called & strictly warn them if you did not send my both month original bill than i'll not pay any more.
                  They ensure me that before 4 April 2009 they will send my all original bill till date but i did not get any response from them till 8 April 2009. Then i wrote an application to terminate my connection due to this problem and deposit in Jaipur, Tonk Road office but they did not disconnect my connection and their executive daily comes in my home for payment.
                  I talked every person of Airtel but Till July 2009 i did not get any response from their side. In July end their Area Manager (Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur) threatened me if i'll not pay my total due amount then their recovery agent will take care me.
                  After that i tried so many times to resolve this issue but no way...............
                  On 28-Oct-2009 i received a call from their side that an case registered in Delhi Court against me and if possible then resolve this issue today by all means.
                  I humble request please tell me what should i do and where i'll go now.......................help me.

                    A Complaint Against Airtel Chennai

                    Respected Sir,

                    There is a complaint against Airtel- TN. I find that HELLO TUNE is active on my mobile ph [protected] without my knowledge. And amount was deducted from the existing balance (sms from at-543211 on 2010/01/18 - 22.04 and 678510 on[protected]:05) When I contacted on it’s customer care, I asked how Hello Tune is active on my ph. named without my request. She replied, it may be, while you dial a ph. No., at same time you * and that no. is for that HELLO TUNE.

                    Again I said, pl. don’t send any SMS or any call, which is for advertisement. It’s your mistake. I asked, my mistake, how? I don’t know. Than I requested to her to forward a complaint about it. And i got the complaint no 8323838. Based on the complaint no, I received a call frn [protected] 2010/01/19 16:14 girl said stated that was happened because of my mistake..., I feel very upset. Really, I can’t express my emotions. I think airtel is cheating customers and making fool.

                    I am so sad and hope that how can help me.

                      Airtel — Unnecessary disturbance

                      When you purchase a new Airtel sim soon after activation airtel starts disturbing you for various services like hello tune, Astrology, cricket, & bla bla... if you are on roaming & you recieve such calls your money also deducted as per the time You recieved the unwanted call. When asked at 121 reply comes that it will be deactivated in 45 days. My Question is that why i should be disturbed for next 45 days why they can't stop disturbing you immidiately. But why it is activated by drfault. If someone wants he can get it activated at the time of purchace otherwise airtel should not disturd anybody like this. For some new users they get cheated by call this no. & get reward like this etc. by the time they come to know that it was paid @Rs.3/min call & all automated voice calls has wasted his/her lot of time. When thry disconnect they come to know that they have been cheated. If they knew that this call will be costing them this much they never would have dialled that number. Serious actions should be taken against Airtel for disturbing & cheating people like this. Ignore spelling mistakes in my this complaint i am in hurry

                        i am sajmil mk from kerala.My mobile number is [protected].My complaint is automatic activation from airtel picture post and deducted my balance more than 30 rs several time.So pls deactive these service.And credit my balance.

                        I am Satheesh.S from Palakkad. My mobile number is [protected]. I wish to deactivate picture post service from Airtel and stop messages from the number 555630. I have contacted their customer care executive to deactivate this service and they have adviced me to dial *121*3# to know which service is activated in my mobile number and the dial *321*44# to deactivate this service. I have dialed these two numbers and no response from their end. So kindlly do the needful so as to deactivate picture post service from my number.

                        Indeed with a grave displeasure i have to write this mail. A few days back PIcture post service was automatically activated on my cell and Rs. 10 cut for the same.
                        Later again Rs. 10 were cut in the morning and same day evening Rs. 10 were again cut.
                        I have called N no. of times to complaints servise when i could get my Rs.10 back out of total debit of Rs.30. The customer executive says that There is a problem and he/she cant see any service active on my number though i am constantly getting those annyoing messages and my balance being cut.
                        STOP meaasge to your 121 No. does not work as it says No servise active on your number.
                        One CC executive gave me a deadline to stop this of 2.30pm 22.02.2010 but after this also i am constantly getting picture post messages.
                        Please consider this as an urgent matter and see what problem is there in your software for which such a big company like Airtel is hungry for eating up my tiny talktime balance..

                        Hello this is saurabh My mobile number is [protected]. I wish to deactivate picture post service from Airtel and stop messages from the number 555630. Every day ever i have balance in my mobile, this service got activated automatically and cut my credit in my no. I have contacted customer care several times to deactivate this service and they have advised me to dial *121*3# to know which service is activated in my mobile number and the dial *321*44# to deactivate this service.These services are automatically activated after deactivating them several times by above codes after that same s happening.

                        So kindly do the needful so as to deactivate picture post service from my number permanently.

                              I had bought a World Calling Card of Rs. 500/- from M/s Shiv Shakti Corparate Services Pvt. Ltd. vide their Bill No. 6755 on 01.12.09 at Indira Gandhi International Airport no.97933444000097334440017.

                              But, regret to say that, after gone through the instructions manual I was unable to use this card at Jakarta-(Indonesia) and tried again & again for the same not less than hundered times on multiple locations.

                              Now; I have contact to the Customer Care on 121 but not geting the satisfactory response, I have also contact to M/s Shiv Shakti Corparate Services Pvt. Ltd. and spoken to Mr. Devender Sharma – representative of the company but he was also not able to help me & provide one more contact number of Mr. Gaurav Chaddha – [protected] which is not responding.

                              Now, after gone through all the above efforts, please block this card value and refund my money in the name of Sanjeev Dhir and send below given address or recharge my Airtel Mobile No.[protected] for the same value of Rs. 500/- (Rupees Five Hundred Only).

                                on sunday 2 agents come from appco marketing. they have given me advice of 2 sim both will work internal cug. i got agree with them as per plan then they given me 2 postapaid sim with following mobile number ([protected]) second number ([protected]) with i have submited my photo proof with 1 pan card copy and 2 license xerox , 1 kotak bank statement for residence proof and Rs 1000 cash for deposit. After that second day pooja had called me for my residence proof he said my residence proof is not matching with my kotak bank statement account detail. So, She told me to give another address proof , Presently i am living on rent for that i can't provide address proof and it might takes time. After few days i call to pooja (appco marketing) to return my Rs. 1000 diposite and i don't want activate 2 sim, she said keep 2 seem as it is for 45 days after 45 days we will take back and return your 1000 Rs. deposit (cash).

                                Now instead pooja (mobile: [protected]) some other person receiving my call and he is not responding and some times he doesn't receive call from my mobile number. I want only return my Rs 1000 and i have not been used 2 sims.

                                Airtel Post Paid — sim card not working

                                my name is shirley . I bought an airtel post paid sim card a week ago . The services were activated at once but with no reason suddenly the incoming calls were barred . I can only make calls from this network but cant receive any calls though all the verifications has already been done from airtel side. Airtel is sending me silly messages for some news and jokes update i could not unsubscribe them so they are charging me for that but no one has any answer about the barred incoming calls from yesterday . I called up airtel customer service and talk to Devender , he did not had any answer so he hung up on me . I tried again and talk to Kapil he said he will transfer me to his supervisor again i was disconnected . Someone please tell me how to solve this problem , get a solution and get it fixed or please get my money back
                                I am also affected the same problem. Last two day i didn't get my service. I called many of times to customer care. Till now their telling, wait for 2 hours your no will be reactivated, but i didn't get my serivce. They are try to cut the call. they are not to take any action This is Very very poor service from Airtel.

I paid Rs. 67 and E-recharged at 11.52am on 16 jan 2010 and recharge was successful to activitate SMS Pack .E-recharge trans ID is [protected].But no sms pack is still activated.When i contact to customer care they told me to do the recharge of Rs10 then still the problem persist.Then I again make contact to customer care & then after they logged my complent Doc.No.[protected].After a long time when i am triying to contact costomer care Airtel Customer care didn't receive my call. when i triying to contact from other airtel mobile no.their excutive disconnected phone while i told my mobile no.

                                  Due to such kind responce towards me(customer)by paying a money to service provider i am getting mentally frastuated & worried,Later on they will deduct my balance without reason and not give any responce from their end.

                                  For that purpose i am taking help of CONSUMER COMPLAINTS & I am sure I will get positive reply As soon as from your end.

                                    I am sending the text of the letters I have written to Bharti Airtel Ltd. despite these 2 letters sent by REGD A.D. there is no response from AIRTEL. Even after this I have received a letter from BHARTI AIRTEL LTD, yesterday asking me to pay dues.

                                    Dear Sir
                                    It is with regret that I bring to your notice the harassment I am being put through & inferior service I have been subjected to by your organization. I am extremely angry & upset at the callous attitude displayed by your organization.

                                    I had purchased a mobile number from M/s. FRONTLINE SALES LIMITED; having it’s office at Nityanand Nagar No.4, Andheri East, Mumbai – 400069 on the 22nd September 2009. This number was sold to me as an additional number by saying I was entitled to an additional number in a promo launched by AIRTEL. The caller identified herself as Ms. Nikita (mobile number [protected]). They sent a representative to my residence with the SIMCARD & I duly made a payment of INR 500/- in cash for which I was issued a receipt the number being 18748 dated 22nd September 2009. The SEF number for this transaction is 1001680 dated 22nd September 2009. I was told by the lady who called that the number will be activated within 24 hours of purchase. The 24 hours passed & there was no sign of the number being activated. However when I kept calling back I was assured by the lady in question that the number will be activated soon. This went on for 10 days & the number was never activated. Whenever I would switch on the phone with the inserted SIM, the message displayed was “SIM CARD REGISTRATION FAILED”. This is the message now too. I repeatedly called the seller but there was no help forthcoming from them. Finally I managed to get through to the CO-ORDINATOR of M/s. FRONTLINE SALES LIMITED – Mr. Moses (mobile number [protected]). He was extremely rude to me & used foul language. He threatened me with dire consequences if I call him again & also dared me to do what I can. Being a law abiding citizen I did not call back for the fear of being humiliated & threatened. However I called up the AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE @ 121 and told the person at the other end of my problems & also about the language used by the dealer of AIRTEL. I was told that action will be taken against the said dealer M/s. FRONTLINE SALES LIMITED and also Mr. Moses & Ms. Nikita. I was also assured that the number will be activated soon. However that also did not happen. I have called the AIRTEL customer service @ 121 around a 100 times but I was always met with standard answer of – “we shall do the needful soon & sorry for what you had to go through”. I now realise in hindsight that AIRTEL along with its dealer take customers for a ride with false & fake promises & undertakings. I then received a bill for INR 398=20ps on the 12 November 2009 for the said number when the number was not in use & the SIM CARD WAS NOT ACTIVATED from your end. This was the last straw for me. I decided to file a FIR for harassment & cheating on AIRTEL & the DELAER. However I was called by the retention department of AIRTEL & was assured that the issues will be resolved & the number will be activated soon. This was on the 14th November 2009. However after seeing no action or activation from your end I called up the customer care again on the 18th November 2009 and asked for the number allotted to me, to be cancelled & the amount charged to me be falsely be revoked completely. I was assured of the same & also got a message from the customer care about the same on 18th November 2009. The Service Request Reference number for this is 29438944. However even after this I got calls from retention department asking for the entire story again. This happened around 15 times. I had to repeat the whole story again from 22nd September 2009 to date of call 15 times which was even more mentally harassing. I work for a MNC in a senior position & the calls came in at all inopportune times which were highly embarrassing & a mental torture. It is surprising that AIRTEL does not act on complaints by customers. How is it that the SIM CARD cannot be activated even after 3 months? Why is that I am told by your customer care that I am not using the SIM CARD so the number is suspended? You please answer me, how can I use the number when the SIM CARD is not activated. I can prove it to you that the message even now on my mobile phone says “SIM CARD REGISTRATION FAILED”. Why is that so? This is the message I am getting since 22nd September 2009. Why it is that AIRTEL customer care is so callous about customer complaints when they are genuine? Please have all these answers ready when we meet in person. I need to meet you in person to get you to hear the recordings I have of the calls I made to Customer Care & your dealer. You can hear for yourself the assurances given to me every time I called the customer care numbers.

                                    I have now received a notice for recovery of outstanding amount from BHARTI AIRTEL LTD, and I am forced to write this letter to you. I am also going ahead and lodging an FIR today against BHARTI AIRTEL LTD & the DEALER for cheating & harassment.

                                    I am aware that AIRTEL is the worst service provider & it is a mistake on my part that I expected AIRTEL to show some semblance of customer service. I am also aware that you will not take any action against the dealer or the activation department of your organization. I am sure that the attitude shown by you will be for all customers & rest assured, I SHALL NEVER EVER HAVE AN AIRTEL CONNECTION AGAIN IN MY WHOLE LIFETIME. I have been an AIRTEL customer from 2002 onwards in different circles. From the 1st January 2010 when the number portability comes into force, rest assured AIRTEL shall lose 15 customers from within my family. I know that 15 customers will not cost you much but I shall see to it that we do not remain with AIRTEL anymore.

                                    I shall inform you in person of the FIR filed by me against the dealer & AIRTEL. I do not want that any customer goes through what I have gone through.

                                    Airtel — irresponsible attitude

                                    i have purchased it with a validity of 6 months on 15th of October, 08
                                    but on 28th nov airtel has swithed my plan to regular one without my permission and even without asking me.
                                    means who had given airtel the authority to convert plans without any prior informations and permissions.

                                    i complaint airtel customer care for the same for 6 times.
                                    but each time they give me a complaint no. and asuurance that ur problem will be solved.
                                    but none of the complaint was processed and i have to suffer from higher call rates and messaging rates.

                                    so i request to take strict action against airtel as the company waste the time of mine and also money...
                                    i also want the refund back of my charges that are charged according to this plan which is neary equal to rs.100 /-

                                    Airtel — Irresponsible and Callous attitude of customer care

                                    Dear Sunil Mittal,

                                    The mail I had written to you at sunil.[protected]@bharti.com bounced back.

                                    I am hoping that you will get to read this at least and will attempt to change the DON'T CARE attitude of your people, and resolve my issue.

                                    I had been an airtel post-paid mobile customer for over four and half years and my mobile number is +91-[protected]. I had to port out of airtel purely due to irresponsible behavior and callous attitude of airtel customer care team.

                                    Subsequent to porting out of airtel, I had shifted my residence and submitted Change of Address Request at Splendid Towers office on the 18th of August 2011 with sufficient proofs (PAN Card copy for ID and Bank Statement for address) with SR No.39075714 with an assurance that the request will be completed by 19th August.

                                    However, the latest ebill reflects my old address, which reflects the deposit and other credit balance amount of Rs.2232.29 to be refunded.

                                    Writing to airtel customer care at [protected]@in.airtel.com and [protected]@airtel.in only resulted in an auto-response acknowledgement and an assurance to revert within 24 hours but most importantly without any action even after this time.

                                    When I called the nodal office number today I was told by Ramesh, that they have not received attachments with the request for change of address. Instead of resolving the issue at hand even the nodal officer Ramesh chose to behave like the counter clerks in the customer care lounge by just reading out the status from the system.

                                    Once again clearly it is a case of irresponsible and callous attitude of airtel customer care personnel even up to the level of nodal officer.

                                    Subsequently I contacted the appellate authority and spoke to Pavan, who requested me to send the proof documents by email, if possible. Finally Pavan at appellate desk assured to revert within 3 working days.

                                    Though I have no objection to send copies by email, my question is what is the action taken by airtel on the persons responsible for losing important customer documents?

                                    Instead of asking the customers to submit proof documents again and again, airtel should, have the documents collected from the customers premises by sending the person/s responsible for the mistake at their expense and time.

                                    I would like to hear from you, your line of action, as a responsible chief of Bharti Enterprises.

Filmy Buzz and pics *321*69# from 54321) as if i have been awarded. when I saw my inbox, it was flooded with such sms since a long period. Even when I was out of town and was not using this SIM.
                                      I have been using airtel since 2004 and I am very sorry to say, I'd never recommend airtel to any of my friend.

                                      The previous service was removed and it was not more than 12 hrs, i got charged Rs 10 for bikinibabes subscription service. I have never seen such a cheap way to earn money.
                                      I get charged even for reading the SMS from 54321, i mean by the time i read the SMS i receive another SMS for some nonsense downloading charges, i am fedup. Also charges for downloading games is reflected in my monthly bills even when i am not activated to my GPRS, crazy way to earn money by AIRTEL
                                      Same problem with me. Airtel charged me of 250 bucks in last 2 days via 54321. Phone [protected].

                                      Customer care is in some sort of denial. Its not a big deal to junk the sim and get a new one. But they are going to lose customers big time!

                                        it is with utmost urgency that i state that my cellphone network,Airtel, has never maintained any confidentiality in my bill details.Time and again they have divulged my call details to all and sundry causing me immense harm and mental torture.they should have some level of personal verification before doing so. Please respond at earliest.

                                        Hi,

                                        Airtel is big company and i do aspect, there must be privacy for the user so that no one other then the user can only get his detail information of his call.How is possible that my call details are being known to some other person?
                                        Please take action soon regarding this issue, update me by mailing and one thing more the i would like to know but will tell you later.Hope today immediatly you people will be resolve my problem.
                                        I am taking a copy of this mail to myself also.Do the needful.
