Tariff plan change

I was on a plan of 1499 + taxes for a 512 kbps Internet connection. AIRTEL changed the tariff plan to 1099 and did not notify me at all. They continued charging a higher tariff from me for no extra benefit. My concern is in case a tariff plan is being changed, all customers on the higher tariff need to be brought down to the new revised lower tariff and be notified. i am an Aritel consumer Usha Mathur and i am holding three Airtel numbers i.e.[protected], [protected] and [protected] in CUG CORP 2005 Plan-Rj.
Previously i requested for ECS facility but later requested to stop the facility because i faced lots of inconvenience by Airtel. I called on 121 and 198 services and also sent a written application to stop ECS facility to Airtel.

Top-up ordering dysfunctional

A complaint was lodged with Airtel DTH, with the nodal officer in loop on the 27th of November 2009. This issue still remains open till date (14th December 2009).

Airtel is sending false SMes from 54321 stating that "Thanks for downloading ...." and "You have been charged Rs. ...". In November month i got these SMSs and complaint to customer care, they said now we can't do anything, please wait for bill generation. In Bill also i was charged around Rs. 400 for such SMSes.

service barred not activated

I have a preapaid airtel mobile connection bearing number [protected] which was barred by the mobile service provider (airtel). Even after paying recharge for activation amount of Rs.29/- and talktime of Rs.222/- vide transaction ID numbers: [protected] & [protected] on 13th December, 2009 I am still getting the voice mail that my connection is barred.

Validity wrongly migrated to FEB 2011 from JUNE 2021

I put top up(Serial No:[protected],14 digit code [protected]) on 12 Dec 2009 evening on my card no [protected] ( LIFE TIME SCHEME PREPAID CARD purchased in June 2007 ) and my validity got WRONGLY MIGRATED from 31 JUNE 2021 to FEB 2011.

It has been 3 years IT WAS SHOWING JUNE 2021.

Wrongly charging for the plan

I have put rc95 plan in Airtel prepaid connection in easy recharge and it is for internet pack in which they have announced the timing like morning 8:01 am-11:59 pm usage is 100 MB and night 12:00 - 08:00 am usage is 2 GB.when i was used after 12 also they have been charging the amount till now the airtel have been taken more than 200 rs and i had called many times to the customer care but they said tat they will credit the amount...

phone usage level is high, itemised bill wanted
