i am using airtel services from last one year...the last saturday i do my cell recharge with 502 easy with Trans id[protected] valid for one month for GPRS service..before this i am using on daily basis rs. 25 per day recharge.when i got the recharge of 502 ..due to wrong information provided by customer care my Monthly GPRS service will get de-activated. and from last six days they are not going to response me and now today on[protected] my customare call will be deactivated..now i cannot call to customer care...thay also barred my calls to customer care...

i hope this problem will get resolve asap
i m not agree with airtel...who is responsible for loss in my business due to not activation of my gprs pack...atleast 500 rs. per day loss i am facing from 20july2009 to 29july2009 this is not fair i am not satisfy from airtel... atleast airtel pay me the 50% of my business loss then it will be ok for me.

Airtel GPRS — after recharge not showing balance in recharged gprs ac

gprs account for rs 98 for 30 days was charged on 26 jan but on request to customer service balance in account not shown though activation was done.earlier also they have deducted from main balance for use of gprs though it wad subscribed.prepaid no is [protected]

      We are using the mobile line no.[protected] for such a long time. We have shifted and we have given the change address request to the airtel. But getting change of address proof will get delayed for some time. Now, the airtel has barred my outgoing and incoming calls. we are very much annoyed this kind of service provided by airtel. In this regard i have mailed to the apellet officer/Nodal officer/Ombudsman, but no response from them. we have made so many calls to customer care also. some CC Executives are telling it can be activated and some cc executives are replying as it cannot be activated. Is it means if any of the customer changing the address/shifting they should not use airtel further?

      Please take up the matter and do the needful.

        I am a foreign national who lives in Rajat Vihar, Sector 62, NOIDA. I had contacted the nearest Airtel showroom for a broadband connection. So a guy named Akil came to my house and took 1500 rupees for connection fees and gave me the receipt, about 5 weeks ago. Since then I contacted him few times and he told me that since there is no available free connection from the existing router broadband could not be provided to me as for a single person a new router can not be placed. So either I will have to wait for a connection to free up or for more people from that area to request so as to put a new router. However, I opted for my money back and he told me that he will initiate the process and within two weeks I will get the cheque. Then after I called him after two weeks only to know that the thing is under process. Now in total more than 5 weeks have elapsed and I am still waiting for the cheque. Yesterday when I called him he gave me this number: [protected] and told me that his senior, a lady named Sujata will be at this number and she will be able to help me out. I have tried at least 10 times on this number but no one picks up. I guess I have no other way than to drag Mr. Akil and Airtel to consumer court to get my money back and for all the mental tension I have been through.

          I have been recieving unwanted sms from 290603 since a month now and every time 3 rs are deducted. Currently my balance is negative 24.

          I HAVE NEVER ASKED FOR THIS SERVICE and this is for the second time they have activated.

            Airtel — IMPROPER BALANCE REDUCTION

            Sir, Every time i recharge my Airtel prepaid no.s [protected], my balance gets depleted soon without any confirmation sms. Whenever i recharge above Rs20, my balance gets depleted by Rs15.If i recharge by Rs10, my balance gets depleted by Rs5. Interestingly If i recharge above Rs 60, my balance gets deducted by Rs30. Also whenever i dial 121 to post complain, i cannont even talk to the customer executive.Even if i write emails, they dont pay any heed towards it.They are totally showing negligency towards its customer

            Your dealer did not given me proper answer and service. He is telling that he can't serve to the customers whom's SIM was blocked by the company.He observe sales only. On going through the different features of the handset, a subscription charge of rs 5 is getting activated even without my knowledge. for subscription video parlour service from airtel. There is no link to cancel or confirm the details with us. Now i am roaming and will on calling the Cust. care for AP on [protected], the calls are being disconnected without any resolution of the complaint.

THE 18TH DAY I WAS URGENT CAL TO MY FRIENDS, HIS NO. WAS BSNL AND STD CALL. BUT THE AMT CUTTING WAS LOCAL AND STD Rs.1.00 PER MINUTE, AND ONLY AIRTEL IN A.P., WAS CUTTING PAISE PER SECOND.                 My mobile number is [protected], on blackberry prosumer plan. The handset is 7130. While calling up "24" Hour customer care at 7:30 in the morning in hyderabad, there was no response! - DONT ADVERTISE FOR SERVICES YOU CANT PROVIDE.
                I spite of a monthly bill of two thousand rupees, Airtel has no shame enough to ensure to get the problems of my device sorted out. Device keeps on saying " data connection refused"... Come on Airtel... Dont fool Indians. Sick service.

                the most stupid thing i have ever done is bought the blackberry phone from AIRTEL, it always had problems one way or other i faced problems like, the phone suddenly disconnect, done fetch mails, hangs, switch offf automatically etc. its battery gone down within 8 months since it was under warranty they replaced it w/out charges but just after 5 months ( that is exactly after 12 monhts from the date of purchase) it had other problem... it stopped charging so i had to send it back for repair and you know what "THEY ASKED FOR 8300 RS FOR EVEN TOUCHING THE PHONE" i did nt have any other choice so i had to given them a cheque ( Sahara Mall, gurgaon, airtel outlet, the person dealing with me was Mukesh) now they are not giving any bill for that??? quite stange but i dont have a bill for what i have paid?? even after repeat queries they are not giving me bill so i guess i will file a legal case as if they are not giving me bill that mean they are not declaring the income???

                  I requested for telephone shift on 28/04/2009 (Ref No: 220725) and finally deactivation request on 04/05/2009 (Ref No: 77773).

                  When I requested for telephone shift on 28 April 2009, I was told that it will be shifted within 6 working days. But days passed and I did not hear anything from Airtel on this. I called up on 30 April
                  2009 to know the status of my request but did not get any suitable
                  response. I then requested the executive (Jitendar) to log another call with deactivation request which he refused to do.

                  I called up Airtel Nodal officer Mr Anirban Banerjee’s number on 04/05/2009 and spoke to Mr Sujoy Ghosh. I mentioned it very
                  clearly during my conversation that as I have handed over the key of my earlier residence to its owner, I will not be responsible for any kind of misuse of the telephone line. As I did not hear from him till 4.30 on the same day, I called up and spoke to Mr Ghosh once more. Mr Ghosh gave me a reference number 677773 which he confirmed was the reference number for deactivation.
                  He also confirmed that I have to pay INR 58.28 for call usage plus the rental charge till 04/05/2009.

                  I called wrote to Airtel Customer care on 10 May 2009 to confirm the status of my request and Mr Faizuddin confirmed by saying "We would like to inform that your request regarding
                  cancellation for Airtel fixed-line [protected] is already registered with reference number 677773 and same is under process."

                  But till date I have not heard anything about deactivation. I was sent a bill charging full month's rental which comes to Rs 550/-.

                  I also sent an email to Mr Faizuddin on 30/05/2009 enquiring about why I was charged the full month's rental. But I have not heard from Airtel on this.

                  If Airtel Kolkata office is not efficient enough to deal with customer concern and is not capable of providing minimum services, please let me know should be contacted for this.

                  I would expect an early response from Airtel on this.

                      I had recharged rs. 28 twice on 6th June, 2009 on my airtel mobile.
                      So there was an offer saying that if reach rs. 28 we will get rs. 38 STD talk time. I should get 76 minutes since I have got it done 1 rupee STD.
                      I hardly talked for less than 20 mins. When I was trying to call, it's saying that my account balance is too low to make calls. Pls. do the needful.

                          I'm Pramod Jadhav customer of airtel maharastra (prepaid mobile sim card [protected]).
                          I've a mobile sim card for more than 2 years. It was working fine till april 2008. After that problems started..
                          ..first of all my plan got changed. I complaint about that lots of time but didnt get ractified. Then i got understood...that is not gonna correct...so i left that and moved on...

                          ...now the major problem is that...while im in delhi...my number is not working.
                          the situation is like this...i came down to delhi..in last july2008. I still have around 80Rs balance and still have validity till around 15 of sept.
                          ...so after coming down to delhi i took new local sim card of delhi airtel...so i just shut down my maharastra card.
                          After some 6-7 months i got a sudden need so i tried to start my old card that is still getting signal showing me network but not getting registered with it.
                          I tried lots of times after that ...even i also spoke to customer care of delhi circle but he refused to as they are helpless in this case...
                          Please help me in the same..
                          ...and come out with real solution...and plz dont givme any non sense reason or solution...
                          ...hope u people are good at other hand and help me out.

                          It's about to be a month now, i have being calling your customer care service to stop my cricket pack which was by mistake activated by me . But your customer care service always fails in solving my problem . They said that they have forword my request and my request reference number is [protected] but still there is no result. Now as a result every day my three rupees get debited.

I have contacted with the person accountable for Jagdalpur (Chhattisgarh) region, M/s Sajawat as well as Airtel Raipur (Chhattisgarh) Zonal Head, Mr.Mehfuz Ali. I was being disappointed by the way they talked to me and their concern over taking necessary steps to solve the matter.

                            I want to know that what is my fault and why your local people not cooperating me?

                            The Biggest problem is that they are saying AV-(address verification negative) problem.
                            Sir I want to take my address proof into your notice that, my residential address proof is being issued by Central Govt Organization under Ministry of Defence.
                            After having discussion with your Person in Jagdalpur I also have given another set of address verification as well as identity proof.

                            As You Might be knowing as I am a Defence Person (Class-I Gaztted), Cellphone activation is of how much importance to me to handle various issues.
                            I was forced to take this action because of Lack of Cooperation by you people.

                              My name i[censored]med Patil. I purchased Airtel Digital TV from Indore's reknown firm "LOTUS". It was purchased by me on monday 22 June 2009. It was still not installed at my place successfully. On 22nd June 2009 the Engineer installed the system but it did not worked. After that He went with the STB and promised me to come in tomorrow i.e. 23rd June 2009. On 23rd June 2009 I talk to his boss Mr. Vinay Sahu who horribly told me that "Why should I get worried".

                              On today 24th June 2009 evening when I am posting this complaint my Airtel Digital TV still not installed at my home.

                              I want to take this in to notice of Shri Sunil Mittal to look in this matter. I was not alone in Indore to face this problem more many also. If this type of problems and careless system followed in airtel, we stop this company through bad mouth publicity.
                              i m also agree on your problem sir, but my problem is different. my case is my first free 6 months are over and the dealer tells previously that the setup AIRTEL STB have 1yr warranty now a problem arises from last 4 days that my Digital tv is not able to receive signals but the daily charge o[censored]se is continuously deducted from my account and this problem covers my area circle. Today i had complained for that but i don't get any satisfactory result and the are also applying Rs 300 for visit charge so i m totally confused what to do and how get out of this problem.

                                And If I dont rome that is if I stay at chuchgate only for a complite day, I can make calls.

                                I am facing this problem only in mumbai region and not any where else in India.

                                Unfortunatly your service team is not able of handle this problem.

                                I kindly request you to look into this matter and resolve it as early as possible.

                                    Hi readers,
                                    This is Saravana Kumar.I am from chennai.I was using an airtel POst Paid connection.

                                    but due to high internet usage my bill was generated around 5000 or so.
                                    Then i changed my mind to move to pre paid connection.
                                    I got the call from collection depart from chennai and i explained the reasons and got one month time to pay my bill.
                                    I also gave my new prepaid no to them.
                                    Every thing was fine until this.
                                    But after a couple of weeks a girl form airtel collection department chennai, tooko my call list and started using bad words to my friends and me.
                                    She never gave me any room to explain th suitation.
                                    She continously started speaking badly.
                                    Boy i havent heard such bad words ever in my life.
                                    I was dreamed a girl could speak like this.
                                    She also threated me that she would take all my call list and would behave in the same mannaer to all of my callers.
                                    And she inisted the payment withintoday.
                                    I got th call around 3 pm and she said she needs the payment withthis evening else she is going to behave in the same way to my friends.
                                    I was cornered.
                                    Just tell me what a gut could do in this suitation.
                                    With my frnds help i paid around 4000 odd.
                                    After paying it when i called to her number, it said the no deos not exists.
                                    I got the call on Mar22 2009.

                                    Sine then i have tried atlest 1000 times to get the apology to my frnds who have not done any mistake.
                                    I mean it i really tried 1000 times or more.
                                    They would have picked the call around 100.
                                    few times they wont attend the call after a min when i call it will go in waiting.Which certains that they are ignoring me.
                                    but once i had a conference call with lady with one of her collagues but she said she havent used any bad words.
                                    and thank god i had recorded all the calls.
                                    i have even spoken with their supervisors.
                                    Mailed the recodring.
                                    Stil they havent gave any feedback to me.
                                    I am mentaly torured.
                                    There may be issues with the network with not getting towers are few other problems, but just look at my concern and lady speaking suck bad words to her valuble customers.


                                    So i have decided to move to court for the compensation of 10 lakh rupees and to human rights commission.
                                    I am not going to leave them without getting the compensation.

                                    Keep your fingers crossed because i may also write what happend to me in the court verdict.

                                      Please stop Fusion WAP Services on the AIRTEL MOBILE. MY number is [protected]. Please ask opertor to attend this call. They say that they don't know how to stop it. Its 15/- per time and its happening whenever i recharge, or per 15 days.                                         Airtel online service — Problem with online service,no proper action or response from customer care

                                        I am regular uses of Airtel online and now none of the gprs service is working.
                                        I have activated mobile office on my no and mms as well.. Suddenly none of the services are working on my number though the fee for it is getting reduced from the balance. Even on repeated call to customer care no action has been taken.,

                                        I hope i ll get a solution atleast after lodging complaint here..

                                        My no is [protected](Bangalore)According to my tariff plan local call rate was 50/- ps.june first week(2008) it changed to 1/- Rs.The same tariff plan is available for my mates.i called to customer care at least 10 times to get an explanation regarding this.but i didnt get any explanation. every time executives tell the application is down or they cut off the line.Now i can not call to customer care too. it seems they blocked my calls to customer care.How can i get the justice in this problem?

                                        Airtel Broadband — No Coonection Available

                                        I am staying in Madiwala, Bangalore. On 07th Oct 2008, i went to the Madiwala office of Airtel for a new broadband connection at that time that person told me that it will take around 2 weeks as there are no free connection. i went again on 15th Oct and asked about the availiability of connection then that guy told me that by end of this month you will get the connection and next time do come with documnets of address proof.
                                        As i was busy with my work for next 3 weeks and i went on 15th of Nov. with all document required, then that guy told me that tehy still dont have any connection and will take 2-3 months and you take some other connection like BSNL, tata etc.
                                        can someone please provide me the mail ids of higher authorities of AIrtel broadband so taht i can raise this issue and tell them how these people are loosing their customer by directing then to other service provider.

                                        I had applied for Rs 699/- supersaver internet plan with the speed of 256 Kbps and a phone having some free call service. i got the connection 8 days before but its of 499/- with 128 Kbps and no phone at all.I have complained for it to the servies man but it didnot work then he suggest me to complain.                                         I have taken broad band 500+ home plan on telephone[protected]. At the time of applying actually I have applied for monthly rental of Rs.50/- for instrument on the basis of payment of Rs.500/- as non-refundable amount.

                                        But to my surprise, an amount of Rs.1000/- has taken as deposit amount vide monthly bill for the month of Jul 08 vide bill no.TO[protected]Yand the same has been paid vide receipt no.4554612 dated 19 Aug 08.

                                        In view of the above, an amount of Rs.1000/- which has been taken as deposit amount may be adjusted to pmt connection and the amount of Rs.50/- being charged till now may be adjusted in the forthcoming bills and oblize for which we will be grateful to you..

                                        I have been trying to register myself on your site for the last one & half months and seeking for ID & passward, so that I may know my pulses and other expenses or internet consumptions etc and for that purpose I made calls on 121 customer care and explained the entire story that when I wanted to register myself on your then there was an error or shown a massage that your registration is incomplete but there was nothing like this. after receving/attending my calls your representatives replied me that you need not to register yourself becuase we will register you and you just give us some information then I gave all necessary information as they demanded but all in vain. I also tried too much myself to register myself but could not be completed.
                                        I further requested you that during using internet broadband some errors come and intruppted my enjoyable moments and some times I was on my professional site i.e. High Court Site and wanted to see the cause list of High Court during that time I am also suffering from unnecessary errors.
                                        It is further submitted that during that days a representative came at my home and made a call me that he is from your company and he had to resolve the problem before 1.30 p.m. and at that time I was in court room and he requested to attend a call from chandigarh office that the problem has been resolved and he assured that he will come and see the problem after that he never came to my home at reasonable times nor he called me for the said problems
                                        Now I am requsting you to provide me ID and passward of my connection so that i can utilize your services for which you are knwon to.

                                        i agree with the airtel user problem since i am facing the overcharging problem and as it is my old no i can't change the no. too. In my previous bills i found that there was gprs was activated and they were charging me for more than 2-3 months i personally visited airtel office where i've been asked to call customer care, i called up more than 12 times even shoot an e-mail but no action has been taken. That way i've paid approx Rs 1000 for nothing.

                                        Airtel Broadband Connection — Airtel - Insensitive to customer problems

                                        Hello,

                                        I have applied for a new airtel broadband connection on 28th Aug 09. I was promised that the connection will be given on the 30th of Aug. No signs. 31st Aug a person came and did some basic wiring. He said somebody would come in the evening with the modem and landline. That did not happen.
                                        For the next 3 days I kept calling Airtel customer service.
                                        My complaint number is 22654246. 2 of my calls were even escalated. Everybody gave me false promises. Please open up my call history and refer to what exactly was conversed.
                                        On 1st of August I waited the whole day at home for your representatives. Nobody turned. Repeated calls to customer service also failed.
                                        I was told that by Monday morning somebody would call me to fix an appointment. Nobody had called me yet.

                                        I now don't need your connection. With that I need the below mentioned items.
                                        1. Rs.1000 that I have paid as advance amount.
                                        2. Call charges for all the calls I made to your customer service.
                                        3. Written apology letter from a responsible person.

                                        If all the above mentioned does not happen at the earliest. I will be force to step into consumer court.

                                        I made my first request to disconnect my Airtel landline account (with broadband) on 7 November. After about 10 requests/complaints [complaint ref. nos.[protected]Nov-09),[protected]Nov),[protected]Dec),[protected]Dec), complaint made at Airtel Galleria Office-reference misplaced (19-Dec), spoke to Sr. Manager Airtel Customer Care-ref. misplaced (29-Dec), spoke to Sr. Manager Airtel, ref. no.[protected]Jan-2010), record for few other complaints misplaced], Airtel is yet to disconnect the line.

                                        Airtel staff visited my home in November and convinced my maid Sushma to keep the broadband connection. My maid did not even understand the purpose of visit of Airtel staff and so did not mention anything to me. But later I was informed by Airtel CC that their records show that Sushma agreed to continue the account.

                                        Each time I have to clarify to the Airtel CC that Sushma is my maid and I am the account holder. Airtel refuses to understand that they need to record and act on the many requests that I have made to cancel the account and not continue on their stupidity of talking and convincing my maid. The Airtel staff in Galleria office asked me to pay Rs. 192 as full and final settlement for usage of services from 1-7 Nov which I paid in cash. But Airtel continues to debit my account each month.

                                        Airtel needs to credit my acccount for the sums they have debited for beyond 31 October 2009.

                                        I regret to state that I have applied for Airtel Connection for broadband, the Person came and got the form filled up and took the money by way of cheque in the name of airtel....

                                        Now he is saying that there is no network coverage for new connection in this area.

                                        It has been 3 days and he promised for 2 working days are needed for a connection. I am afraid to state that they people (Sales Executives) are just trying to cheat as promising a connection and not giving the connection afterwards.

                                        Now I know that money would not be refunded easily and I am feeling mental agony and harassment.

                                        The Form (CAF) Number is 2111924 and it was to place the connection in Pocket H-33, Rohini, New Delhi.

                                        Airtel Broadband — No response after payment

                                        We live in Hogasandra, near Bommanahalli, Bangalore.

                                        After seeing various advertisements about Airtel broadband in our apartment, i called up, and two airtel agents turned up the very next day, collected Rs.500 and additional money for attesting address proof and promised the new connection in 4 working days. Now it has been a month and a half and still i'm waiting for the connection. Absolutely no response from any of the airtel persons, and i'm given some false promises and reasons every time i call any one of them (must have called some 10-15 times)

                                        I had great hopes on the timeliness and trust worthiness of Airtel, all wiped out now. This is the first time i come across such falsehoods from Airtel. I't would have been ok if someone gives atleast gives a responsible answer to keep the customer informed of the real status of the application, not trying to hide, after taking the payment.. :(:(

                                        I'm trying to find if there is a Customer care number for Airtel Broadband in Bangalore, let me know if any of you know...

                                        i vil say one thing. These MNC's ( airtel, idea, vodafone ) vil just forget u once u face any issue and u try to contact them t get it sorted. Lemme tel u my case. we had recntly shifted house to a new place n were looking 4 a broadband connection. Found airtel, called the no. in advertisement, wid in hrs got a call frm there local sales representive who came to the house, said the connection vil b done in 48 hrs, paid him the istallation charges. Everything done wid in 3 hrs. . . . Now i had to wait for a week to get the connection , y ? coz when v called after 2 days v got to kno dat there r no availble ports in the area, he said he vil try to arrange a free port n vil lu into the matters. Nathing happnd. Then v called the customer care to complain, v did the complain n within hrs got a call again frm smother airtel sales guy, who said that he cn provide me a new connection if i cancel the previous one, he came to r house in just half an hr, took the installtion money for a new connection n said he is going to forward a request to cancel my previous order. Again v had to wait for 4 days, v had to call him atleast 5 times a day for updates, n he was constanly giving us talla, today there was this problem tomorrow u vil definitly hve the connection blah blah blah. then finally after 5 days the installation team came, installed or did watever the hell they wanted to do, n said that ib vil need to wait till monday coz dat day wz satday n the nxt day wz sunday. So i waited till monday , the connection got active but smone frm airtel came n said plz don not use ur connection ( BB and Landline, both ) as it was smone's else connection or a wrong connection . Again had to wait for 2 days for thi sproblem to get sorted out. Finally had the BB frm Wednesday 13 days frm the first order.
                                        So the question is, if the first guy was saying - " ports are not available ", then hw did the second one fullfilled the order.
                                        N u kno wat the best part was, that the final installation which was done, was for the vry first order ( in which they said v cn not provide u BB coz no Ports r available ) . On wednesday i got a call frm the guy wid whom i had placed the second order saaying the connection dat has been activated is the first one , not the second one as v were thinking, n the installation team had screwd up !!! And he had the guts to ask me to cancel my activated connection n again apply for the second connection as he vil not b getting his share in the ORDER COMPLETED ....

                                        This is regarding very poor service on the part of Hariharan Computers, operating @ #15, Kamaraj Street, Thanthai Periyar Nagar, 100 Feet Road
                                        Tharamani, Chennai -600113.

                                        I called them based on Sulekha classifieds AD. The service man came and installed an anti-virus and asked me to register the product within 30 days. He gave me a product key. Since I had no internet connection that time, I got the key and waited a further 5 days till I got a new connection.

                                        When I tried to register, the system said that the product key was invalid.

                                        I contacted the head of the firm and the service person but got no positive response except empty promises.

                                        I had to call them everyday and on the 3rd day, the service person abused me.

                                        I have applied for Broadband Internet Connection in BTM II- Stage, Bangalore.

                                        I have paid Rs.550 /- to the executive (500 + House Rental Agreement(50)).

                                        He filled some forms and returned back the copy to me, and finally he said it would take 1-2 weeks, working for the installation.

                                        Airtel Broadband — No bills are being delivered from past 6 months and no proper response to the mails asking for clarification

                                        I've been using Airtel Broadband services from 2007. Now, from past six months they stopped sending bills (No E-Bill or Paper Bills). I've continued to pay the rent over the internet.

                                        After this I initiated an email communication with the Airtel Customer Support. For which I had no response for more than a week, after followup and CCing Nodal Officer (nodal.[protected]@airtel.in) responded saying they have sent the bills to my email ID. Though no emails with E-Bills were delivered to my email ID so far. And no corrective measures has been taken care by Airtel to fix this issue that I'm aware of. Also, they have failed to answer to my request to attach the e-mail containing e-bills to my request instead of sending it separately.

                                        I followed up this issue again, but kept receiving the same answer stating the following -
                                        * They can not process the bills beyond past 4 months
                                        * They have sen the e-bill to my email ID

                                        Following questions were not answered even after several follow up so far -
                                        * What corrective action has been taken to fix the issues?
                                        * Why the E-Bills are not delivered to me as claimed by Airtel?

                                        Can someone here in this forum give me some guidance as to what are the laws that would protect consumer right in the above mentioned case and how can I proceed to get my bills delivered to right address (e-mail or paper bill).

                                        Yes, the issue was resolved after mailing "[protected]@in.airtel.com". I would definitely recommend using this email ID for any complaints, instead of any other contact methods including nodal officers.

                                        But, what I fail to understand is that why do I need to use this email ID, when none of the other contact methods work. It's quite sad that nothing works till the level of nodal officers. All of them keep repeating/parroting the same stuff - which is quite shameless and pathetic. Makes me wonder if those other methods were designed not to work and to keep the customer away as much as possible.

                                        Airtel Broadband — Disconnected My Internet Connection Without Any Reason

                                        Respected Sir / Madam,

                                        I am Saravanan. I have got a new Broadband Connection from Airtel on May 20th -2011. They have given me a Phone no and they activated the line and internet.

                                        Airtel telephone number is [protected] and Account uumber is 16550698.

                                        On May 24-2011 night 09:41PM they have disconnected my Internet Connection. When i spoke with the Customer care they told they have received a Termination request from my end. But i have not given any complaint.

                                        This is the Complaint No I have given in Airtel Complaint No : 46790950.

                                        I spoke with various people of the department but none have responded me well. later in the evening there was one more compliant i gave them the no is 46802872.

                                        Later in night they are telling that there was no request raised from my end but they have blocked the internet for me.

                                        Untill now they have not resolved this issue.

                                        Please look into this and take the necessary steps.

                                        I had applied for the unlimited broadband connection (512 kbps of tariff 799/-)(Phone No.[protected] for the first two months i got bill next of the months once i was getting bill some months i did not get after lodging compliant also it is repeating. i have requested that i need bill for accounts purpose, then also i am not getting hard copy of bill properly. i have also changed my option from sending hard copy to send soft copy for email address now also i am not getting bill properly. i was not accepted this from airtel service. After requesting also i am not getting bill properly.

                                        Airtel Broadband — no response against the complaint registered

                                        I had registered a complaint (request no.[protected] ,10 days ago by visiting the airtel centre in person,for the router problem due to which the wi-fi connection is v.weak. I was promised that the problem would be resolved within 10 working hours,and the technical team would visit the premises.
                                        Till date,there is no response through any visit or on phone.The phone no given by your employee- 4285144 does not respond and when i called up one of your technical team manager,Ajay Kulshreshtha( [protected]),he tried to misbehave instead of acknowledging the problem.
                                        We have submitted the yearly payment in the name of Omen drugs ,customer id- 310655; phone[protected]. in advance already.It is really very dissappointing and worst service we have ever come across,and we thereby wish to withdraw the connection from our company .
                                        We have other additional connections of airtel which we wish to withdraw if you fail to probe into the matter and solve our problem,as it is impossible for us to visit the centre every now and then to complain.
                                        Message recd. on 28/06/11, 08/07/11 & 14/07/11 from AD-655007 airtel that this month i.e. from 23-06-11 to 23-07-11 broadband usage charges will not exceed Rs. 300 irrespective of data consumed. Pl. acknowledge the same to avoid litigation later on.

                                        This is a way of approach to customer. He does not know anything about your net work connectivity and focus only for collecting funds to all customer. If anything asking he said contact customer care.

                                        I recently moved to Bangalore from USA retired after 40 years in USA.
                                        I contacted Airtel for landline and internet. It has been almost 2 weeks and the installation is not complete yet. I have called them almost 50 times , twice or thrice every day. They give me the same answer each time saying it will be fixed in 24hours and keep on giving me Complaint numbers and nothing happens.
                                        I am unable to register(to monitor my account and pay bills) myself as a customer in the Airtel website as it does not recognize my landline number.when I input my number thro' my phone to call AIRTEL it does not recognize. I have been calling using the option as a request for new connection. My intercom is not connected. My building has AIRTEL service.
                                        My last complaint number is 17404424. I have a full page of complaint numbers. The sales person who came to my flat and took the money for installation does not respond to phone calls or emails.
                                        I would appreciate your help in this matter.
                                        We chose Bangalore to settle down as it was highly recommended as a nice place to live.
