I am just posting all the mails that went back and forth between me and Airtel.
Hi,
Please read the mail below. I am a Airtel Digital TV customer. The
subscribed package is the Value package which costs Rs 200. I
recharged my acciunt on March 26 with Rs 300/-. Moreover I am supposed
to get back Rs 250 as I have one Airtel Postpaid and Broadband
connection. So how come my connection has been cancelled? I want my
connection back by EOD today and also I will not count the days when
the service was not there. If any action is not taken then I will take
legal action. Also I am putting this mail chain in consumer forum.

its for the shake of airtel — suggestion for airtel. don't take it lightly
it's a mistake done by the vodafone intentionally that when you will type airtel on URL and press (ctrl+enter) then automatically vodafone web page will appear so if airtel wants then it can go for a complain against the vodafone.it's really a big big mistake .
