Sorry...is what they finally said after wasting my time on various complaint calls I made to them. I am talking about none other than 'Airtel'. Im using their phone backup service to store all my data such as sms, photos, videos, phonebook, from last 3 years. why? coz I trusted the contract they had with me for keeping my data safe on their server, in their offer they mention the threat of loosing important data incase we loose our mobile phone, with their phone back up service we can transfer our data to their server & forget about it! <br />
I did the same & to my horror all my data is lost on their server & all they have to say is SORRY...cant recover the same.<br />
Dont know what to do so thought share with you my experience with this wonderful company called AIRTEL!

    I got a connection from air tel digitaltv on 22nd
    march 2009 from a shop at Badala road kharar, district mohali, punjab at
    the cost of rs 1750. My id is [protected] and my activation code number is
    [protected]. Installation was done by a person ( from air tel
    company)Mr.Ranbir Singh (mobile number[protected] on 23rd march 2009. My
    Set Top Box ID (STBID) is [protected]. Since very first day of
    installation i faced a problem very regularly. After every one or two days
    my tv started displaying a message ' THIS CARD IS NOT AUTHORISED '. I
    contacted Mr. Ranbir Singh (who installed it), owner of the shop (Mr.
    Balwinder Singh)from where i purchased airtel digital tv and customer care
    number many times but got only a temporary solution.
    On 30.03.2009, I got a call from your office phone number[protected] at
    5.07pm about rectification of the error and the person online assured me
    o[censored]ninterrupted signals in future but next morning same message appeared
    again on my tv.

    At customer care they say that the amount in my account is rs 2000,
    whereas i purchased a connection for rs 1750.

    Even at the time of installation when Mr. Ranbir Singh contacted the
    company for activation, he was told at his mobile that this set top box is
    already activated.
    My airtel digital tv started recieving uninterrupted signals
    from 5th april 2009 but I was confused to see the negative balance in my
    account.Therefore I made a written request by email to know that why my tv is
    showing negative balance in message box of my account ?
    In response to my complaint I got a message on my mobile
    (number[protected] from company on[protected] at 3.18 pm in which i was
    asked to recharge my digital tv account because of negative balance in the
    account.
    I got a phone call from company office (phone number[protected] on
    [protected] at 11.51 am) and message conveyed to me was that problem
    related to viewing of CNBC TV 18 and B4Uwill be solved within 30 minutes
    approximately but instead of this, on the morning of[protected] all the
    channels available to me were blocked and through a telephone call from
    [protected] on[protected] at 1.58 pm i was informed that all the
    channels available to me are blocked by company due to negative balance in
    my account and i was asked to get my account recharged to view these
    channels. Two messages were sent to me on my mobile on[protected] and
    [protected] by airtel digital tv informing me that myaccount is suspended
    due to negative balance.
    Thus instead of solving my problem company created another problem for me.
    I am unable to understand that why should i recharge my account when i am
    authorised to view the channels free of cost for first three months.
    I recieved a message from airtel digital tv on 26-04-09. The content of this message is:
    Dear customer, your digital tv a/c has been successfully recharged with Rs 2000.00. Your current a/c balance is Rs - 17.95, valid till 16-04-09.

    I dont know that
    1.Even after this so called recharging, why I can not still view any airtel digital tv channel.
    2. who recharged my account ?
    3. If recharged by company, then why it is valid till 16-04-09, the date which has already expired.
    4. why again after recharging, my a/c is still having negative balance of Rs 17.95.
    5. Inspite of writing to company about my agony on their
    email address ( [protected]@airtel.in), I am unable to recieve uninterrupted
    signals till filling of this complaint.
    6. I had to waste my money and time again and again for contacting the
    person who installed the airtel digital tv as well ascontacting company
    through internet.
    7. It gave me a lot of restlessness due to mental harassment .
    8. I am missing live telecast of IPL cricket matches on SET MAX channel
    which is a part of the channels available on this connection. For watching
    the thrills of IPL cricket matches I had decided to get this airtel
    digital tv but instead of enjoying these at my home now I have to move to
    the home of someone else which is very much shamefull to me and all this is
    due to unsatisfactory services of the company.
    9. Now I do not know the exact date from which those three months should
    be counted for which I am authorised to view the channels free of cost.
    10. I want compensation from the company for the torture.

    its for the shake of airtel — suggestion for airtel. don't take it lightly

    it's a mistake done by the vodafone intentionally that when you will type airtel on URL and press (ctrl+enter) then automatically vodafone web page will appear so if airtel wants then it can go for a complain against the vodafone.it's really a big big mistake .
    At first i want to say that the customer service on toll free number [protected] is very poor. We need to waste at least for an hour for an argument. Nobody is there to pick the call immediately and also their communication skills are also very poor. Not able to understand the query and not even the problem. Then i installed the Airtel Digital TV on 29th Dec 2008 with customer id [protected] and registered mobile no. is [protected] (Bangalore). At first it was OK but from start of June the picture quality becomes distorted and a very unlike sound appears on plugging the set top box jack in TV. From then i tried to contact the customer care several time in my very busy schedule. But after getting the chance to tell my prob after a long time wait to connect the call becomes disconnected with ought completion of the talk. I think that may be intensionally to disconnect. Then again connecting them took hours of time. In this way the whole month of june spent and my spouse was not able to see the good quality vision on TV on their visit of Vacation. Really i feel myself angry on all of these. After that in second week of July i had long arguments and discussion with a customer care executive and he finally suggest me to pay RS. 300 to get the engineer's service as my A/C warranty period elapsed on 28th July 2009.After that i becomes silent and i never have will to pay a single money to Airtel Digital TV in this regard Who the is responsible for all this unfortunate. I think i need to change the connection and louder my voice to my known ones suggest not to take Airtel digital TV connection...I already diverted three person who decided to take Airtel Digital TV...

    AIRTEL DIGITAL TV — Digital TV not working since 03 October 09

    Airtel — Gettin a call from an "Unknown " Number - Negative Response from Call Center Executive

    Dear Sir/Ma'am,

    I am continuously recieving a call from an unknow number. The screen shows "Unknown" and do not show any number. I called Airet Call Center for help for this issue but they gave me negative response. They said "if number is not coming then what can we do for it". The name of that CCE is "Wasim" (Time 15/02/2010 3:20 PM). When I again called Airtel Call Center they put me on hold. I am again and again receiving this kind of call.

    Airtel DTH — Wrong Package Activated

    Dear Team Airtel,

    This is the 1st time I am writing this after several failed phone conversations with your executives.

    I had a Sun Direct DTH and i wanted another additional connection for my second TV and Opted for Airtel DTH.

    I recently purchased a Airtel Digital Tv Connection(Customer Id - [protected]) on Nov 9th 2010 (I had to run behind the Airtel dealer to get a connection for a week almost)

    Finally the technicians came to my residence on the 9th Nov 2010 after so many phone calls to them and finally did the Installation but Activated the Wrong Package.

    Almost everyday i contact the dealer about my package which supposed to contain the SPORTS PACKAGE. but the response i get them really irritated me. They say someone from the airtel customer relations will call me, and the person from airtel cannot even communicate to me properly.

    It's 16days and i still have not got my problem solved but i got messages that my problem was already solved, which is still not solved. (NO SPORTS PACKAGE ACTIVATED)

    My Question is:

    1. Why is there a misinformation always given from your end?
    2. Why do Airtel expect it's customer to run behind you all the time for unsolved issues.
    3. Why Airtel being such a reputed company outsources services to a USELESS DEALER like my dealer who does nothing but talk STUPID all the time.
    4. Will my problem get solved or it will be the same till the end.
    5. Or is there someone who can come to my place and REMOVE THE AIRTEL DTH AND REFUND MY MONEY BACK?

    Now will someone reply to this email or call me on my phone to solve my issue, because I AM HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED WITH YOUR SERVICES(DTH).

    Charges are also getting deducted from our account one hand & other hand we are not viewing our tv for last 10 days .

    AIRTEL DIGITAL TV — BALANCE EXHAUSTED BEFORE DUE DATE

    My name is Mr Arindam Ghose, and a subscriber of Airtel Digital TV. I have a connection of airtel digital TV since last one year. My customer ID is [protected]. Recently my recharge amount is getting exhausted before the due date.Please take up this matter with the airtel DTV to resolve this matter.
    #Airtel service infrastructure is very poor - the support staff needs training - both in communication and problem solving - there is no alignment between customer care and field service. The customer care team modifies complaints at their will to avoid detection of SLA violations - hangs up line when they can not respond to a query - gives wrong telephone numbers for direct call back to avoid owning any responsibility - promises callback but never bothers about it. I have lodged complaint nos 5417476, 5424923, 5424683 for my digital TV STB which has not been wroking - everytime the customer care just shifts the deadline for resolution which never materializes - One of the supervisors - gave me a number to call back which seems to be an outgoing number only

    Hi my self Rashmeet Bindra, a subscriber of “Airtel Digital”. Few months back i get Airtel digital installed at my house at Bangalore my Cust id is [protected]. As I got transferred to Hyderabad, they Deinstalled the things from Bangalore and promised me to be activated with in one day. According to them it should be activate @ 17th March 2011.

    At first i want to say that the customer service on toll free number [protected] is very poor. We need to waste at least for an hour for an argument.     And from that onwards nobody called me. As I called 50 times to your customer care people. But nobody is bothering to respond me back. I spoke to the Senior level people (don’t want to disclose the name), they also promised me the same that it will be activated soon (last Friday and Saturday). I am totally pissed off.

    I have given the complaints n-number of times, but no response at all.

    This is a complete fraud or mental Harassment. They know customer is bounded to take their service or else customer need to pay to other service provider for installing their sytem
    I would like to state that Company Like AIRTEL is not having customer Cenric approch. They are more Cauntious about getting money from their subscribers by doing such frauds.
    But let me tell them that i am not such kind of person i will sue them in consumer court for all this fraud.

    Here I would like to bring you the 1 customer issue that is not solved from lost 1 month. I have been called local office in Mysore ([protected]) and informed them about this issue time to time when ever the customer called me. but so far the complaint is not attended. meanwhile I have sent my tech. to customer place to confirm the problem. since the complaint was not attended by our request to local office, we suggested the customer to call the call center and register a complaint for the same. subsequently customer called call center and register the complaint. not once he registered 3 times ( 6484538, 6604432 & 6657047) but still no response from your service personnel. Today customer receives an SMS confirms that "Your service request has been solved" it is very strange to the customer and customer has sent to notice to Mr.Arun the nodal officer of karnataka. since he is also a not answering his phone # given by call center people.

    Customer also called the Tv9 - karnataka people to visit his place and make the news of it. and they will be coming to customer place and my place (Dealer shop) by 9.30 in the morning on 7/4/2011.

    I had recharged my account with Rs 400 somewhere at the end of March and my channel package is North Mega Pack. The very next day my channel package was automatically changed to South Value Pack. I called stayed on the line for 40 minutes till I spoke to some tech who transferred the call to escalation supervisor who changed my pack back. She also gave me the details stating that it is my dealer named Venkanna(I have no clue who is this) phone number [protected] who changed my plan. On 5th April again the same problem occurred and to my wonder the registered mobile number was changed. And adding more to it, the number under which the TV was registered is not a valid number. I had called in that number. I called and spoke to Sunil who did not transfer my call to escalation supervisor and said it will take 24 hours to change when I say it takes half an hour he said it is impossible. I became agitated and he said we will call b back and disconnected the line. He never called back. I called back again stayed on the line for another half an hour and spoke to escalation supervisor Santosh who changed it back to North Mega Pack but could not tell me what is happening. He kept on telling me it is someone who is using my customer ID. I asked him to process my disconnection. On 6th again at 9 o clock I switched on the TV the channels were again changed to South Value Pack. I called back as soon as the line was connected the call was dropped and I became so tired of the entire process, I could not call back. Today morning again I called and got the channel changed and I spoke to Chitralekha Emp ID: 560827 who again shifted the package but gave me the same Venkanna’s number mentioned above. That number is also not valid.

    I somehow feel that some cartoons are sitting behind the phones who does not know anything what is happening. I have spent almost 3 hours for something which I am not responsible of and my phone bills on top of it. I have Airtel broadband and two airtel mobiles. I have decided to finish every kind of relationship with Airtel and I will ensure no one whom I know will not take Airtel.

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I am a subscriber of the Airtel Digital services, with Registration ID as [protected]. I had called your customer care department on Thursday, May 26th, 2011 to request for activation of the COSMO pack containing the new CBS channels. Also, I had recharged my account for an annual subscription on 24th April with Rupees 3, 835/-, and i wanted to confirm if the annual pack had been activated or not.

    On calling, i got to know that the annual package had not been activated. After a discussion with an executive, my call was transferred to a Supervisor, Mohd. Shashank Kumar. He assured me that he will look into the matter and promised to revert to me with the details by calling me on Saturday, May 28, 2011. He also mentioned that he was on leave on Friday and thats why he would call on Saturday. (which i am not sure was correct or not and should be looked into). However, I did not receive any call from your end on Saturday.

    On Sunday, I again called the customer care department. This time, Mr. Pankaj Sharma, Customer Care Executive, attended the call and was very rude and disrespectful in his behavior. In fact, the tone in which he spoke gives a very negative impression of the attitude of people you are hiring at your customer care centers and of the company as a whole.
    Dissatisfied with the executive, i requested the call to be transferred to a supervisor. This time, Mr. Kossti (I don't remeber the first name), who is a supervisor, attended the call. He told me that Mr. Shashank will be having the information and i will have to wait for him to come to the office the next day. When i raised a concern that whether it means that customer cases are dependent on only 1 person, he backtracked on his comment and said that he will look into the matter and this time I will definitely get a call from him by Monday, May 30th, 2011 at around 11.30 PM. I also told him that I am very tired of the attitude of the executives and supervisor and will be forced to lodge a complaint against him, Mr. Pankaj, and Mr. Shashank in case there is no follow up on my case by Monday afternoon. He was OK with this and assured again that I will definitely get a call from him.

    It is Tuesday, May 31, 3.00 PM and I am yet to receive any call from any one in your department. I had to again call up the department myself and had to waste my time explaining the history of my case and in discussing this with first an executive and then a supervisor.

    I am really saddened by the attitude and disrespect that your executives/supervisors show to your customers and their duties. I request the concerned authority to take up this issue and take suitable action against Mr. Shashank, Mr. Pankaj, and Mr. Kossti, for their behavior.

    After this experience, I will have to sadly dissuade my friends and relatives from subscribing to the Airtel Digital TV services, not because of the quality of reception, or rates, or packages, but because of the indifferent approach of the company towards its customers.

    Having said that, I would like to know the follow up taken on my complaint against these resources and would appreciate an apology from the Company for the behavior of the employees. Although, looking at the overall experience, I doubt that there will be any action taken or that I will be kept posted on the follow up. However, I will make it a point to share my experience with you in the media.

    Also, having searched the Internet for previous complaints against your department by the public, I have noticed that there are thousands o[censored]nsatisfied customers, especially frustrated because of the behavior and non-responsiveness of the customer care executives.

    Atleast you got connection its great thing. i took connection from one shop near Akshaya nagar bangalore. they took 500 rs advance and tld with in 24 hours i will get connection. they didnt give me connection as well as money back. i waited for 4 days, then i took sun direct from another shop. i got activation in 1 hour

    Airtel DTH — 2 yrs & 9 months to rectify the problem

    Dear Sir/ Madam

    I purchased Airtel Digital TV connection in November 2008. It was
    noticed after installation that the reception quality was very poor.
    The same was reported to Airtel, but could not be rectified by their
    staff. After repeated complaints, I was told by their engineers that it
    was fault of my TV Set as it was not compatible with the Set Top Box. I
    reported that the reception with the Cable connection on the same TV
    was far better, but the quality could not be improved by their staff
    till first week of June 2011 when, on my request, the Set Top Box was changed by their engineer.

    Earlier I was told by their engineers that as the TV set is not
    compatible with new technology so it is useless to change the
    operator and better to change my TV set. During the period many
    experiments were done with my connection, e.g. cable was changed,
    location of dish was changed etc and each time I had to pay for the
    same as this was done after warranty period.

    Now after changing Set Top Box, I am receiving best quality of picture with the same old (not compitable) TV set and
    same connection. It is clear that initially the defective Set Top Box
    was supplied to me and impression was made that my TV set is defective.
    and I was forced to view bad quality of picture for
    around two year and nine months.

    Apart from this their service engineer charged Rs 350 from me on 3rd
    June 2011 for replacement of Set Top Box. He assured me that this
    amount will be credited to my account. But still I am waiting for the
    same.

    I have requested them to compassionate for the same. My request is that either my subscription for the entire period (or half the period) may be refunded to me or may be credited to my Airtel TV account. But received no satisfactorily reply from them.

    Even the Airtel refuse about my earlier complaints. They say that my first complaint was lodged in May 2011. In reply I send them my earlier E mails (Since December 2008) and their corresponding reply, but it seems that their staff is deef and blind to view all old written complaints and their reply by Airtel itself. Even my new Emails are not accepted by them.

    As per my complaint[protected] to the Nodal officer Kerala Circle, I receive a call from your side on 19/08/2011—11:33am from [protected] informing me that it was a call from Nodal officer Kerala Circle and it was to inform me that my complaint is resolved.
    Later I noticed that, he may cheat me by giving a false commitment (Never expect from a Nodal-Officer).So I made a call to the customer care on the same day and talk to Mr.Shaji (Floor Supervisor), he informed me that he may re register my complaint (My new complaint no:[protected] and he assured that once he was alive for the next 24 hours my issue was resolved (The best joke, I heard in this year)
    By 20/08/2011-4:51pm I receive another call from [protected] your technical team (they told so) they inform me that my issue is resolved. From my past experience I know that they surely cheat me (Since the call is generated from AirTel DTH Team) Later I understand that my expectation was right
    Losing all hope on your side I again made a call to Customer care (hope that should be by 100th call to the customer care regarding the same issue) on 20/08/2011by 6:30pm, from there I receive the most shocking message. They inform me that they can’t solve my issue because they are mere trainees. I request them to connect to any of the senior executives, but none will be interested on my issue. I sent more than twenty HELP SMS to the customer care, by this time I didn’t receive any call from your side.
    As per your SMS to my mobile on 19/08/2011 by 03:07pm Validity of my service may expire on mid night of the same day. But from 15/08/2011 onwards am unable to view any of your channels. You are reducing amount from my main account at the rate of rupees 4.71per day. So totally I lose rupees 23.55(4.71x5days) from my main account till 19/08/2011 without providing any service to me. I never expect the same from brand like “AIRTEL” --cheating the customer in the worst manner.
    Once I understand that my balance is low, I recharge my account on 13/08/2011 by 4:43pm for rupees 1721/-(410days validity offer).So with more money on my account and with more validity, Why you guys play game on me?
    I feel too pity on your team, Are you guys work with the motto to spoil the brand Image of AIRTEL….???? I assure you, if you are using the same team-- within a short span of time AirTel DTH Services is wiped out from the Industry
    Every time I call your customer service, they inform me to SWITCH ON the STB for one hour and they told me some issues, even the LKG student may understand that they are lying. Apart from my money I lose from my main account, I lose money for electricity charges (in order to keep the STB “ON” for more than one hour a day) and the most valuable thing –“TIME” (from 17/08/2011 to till date).

    This should be my final mail to your side, by believing that at least one person in the AirTel team who should show some responsibility towards his job, else the position he is handling (at least the salary he is drawing). If my mail may reach that person sometimes my issue is to be resolved. If it does not happen, with in short span of time, you guys can search for better jobs in some other concern because without customers how can you exist….????

    DEar Sir,
    I have applied for broad band connection on 11.08.2011,but still there is no work done in this regard.I have done numerous follow up but still no response.
    I would request you to please interfere in this matter and close it as soon as possible.

    I am Using Airtel Digital TV Customer #([protected]) from past 3 Years, and about 5 times they have been increased the prise without my noticed.
    And there is a message on my TV screen telling that I need to re charge immediately to continue the services that to before 10 days of validity
    Also when I change channels I get message and half of my TV screen is filled with Airtel TV Messages. I requested many times with Airtel TV Customer care, on This But Still NO action have been taken
    So Last 3 times when I complained on this I have recorded the conversation happened, and still
    Problem 1:- Why do they Increase the prise so much without our information?
    Problem2:- Why do they show so many Messages on my TV Screen which is blocking half of my TV Screen and I am denied to see Full Entertenmt which I am paying and it my right.
    Problem 3:-Why do They are blocking my TV screen, telling that my Balance is low and need to charge Soon to continue to get service, when I could still have 1 week for validity.

    Problem 5:- Airtel Digital TV Customer care service is really pathetic and non-professionals, And They Physically Don’t have any customer care office in Bangalore.

    This is with reference to Airtel Digital TV. My Customer id is [protected]. From last 1 year i am getting error code - SM2 which is related to satellite migration. First time I encountered this error in the month of October 2011. I call customer care and they refreshed my account and logged a complaint No. 12605722 dated 11 oct 2011 for migration to new satellite.
    1 or 2 days after I received a call about the migration to new satellite issue and told me that executive will be come to my house till this time(mentioned some time). After that I didn't receive any call and no one visted my house and complaint was closed without any action/resolution.


    After 1 or 2 month I encountered same issue and I call customer care and they refreshed my account and logged a complaint No. 15022413 dated 29 Dec 2012 for migration to new satellite.
    Same process now, 1 or 2 days after I received a call about the migration to new satellite issue and told me that executive will be come to my house till this time(mentioned some time). After that I didn't receive any call and no one visted my house and complaint was closed without any action/resolution.

    After this it worked fine for 9-10 months. Again on 20 Oct 2012, I encountered same issue, I call customer care and they logged a new complaint for migration to new satellite (Complaint No[protected]. This time customer care executive was helpless in even refreshing my account and told me that their all channels are now on new satellite only. Earlier some were on old satellite and others were on new satellite so they were able to refresh my account. This time I even didn't receive any call from any executive and complaint was closed without any action/resolution with a comment that "problem is resolved on phone".

    Above process repeated on 29 Oct 2012 (Complaint No[protected], no action was taken and complaint was closed with comments that "problem is resolved on phone".

    Same process repeated on 2 Nov 2012 (Complaint No[protected], no action was taken and complaint was closed without any action.
    Same process repeated on 13 Nov 2012 (Complaint No[protected], I received call from executive that someone will visit my place. After that no action was taken and complaint was closed with comments "Migration is already done, User is misguiding".

    I again call customer care on 15 Nov 2012 and a complaint[protected] for wrong resolution was raised. Today (16 Nov 2012), I received a call stating that he is a local dealer from my area and he has got a call from Airtel Area branch office that please resolve this issue and CUSTOMER WILL PAY RS 200 FOR THIS TO HIM. At the time of writing this complaint my last complaint dated 15 Nov 2012 is still open.
    I want to know is this the type of service user is seeking from a so call brand name "Airtel".
    Please have a look on the issue and resolve it as soon as possible otherwise I am no more left with any option to discontinue my another connection (Customer Id : [protected]) as well and awre people to be away from Airtel DTH.

    AIRTEL DIGITAL TV — no new channel in 2nd tv

    hi i m govind & i m consumer of your airteldigitel tv but there is no new channal in 2nd tv after installation when i take this commit me one mth free but there is no new channal in 2nd tv after installation

    My previos issue - Exactly 6 months back

    After lot of calls to customer care and Engineers I felt very unhappy with the service I received from AIRTEL. I am AIRTEL customer since 4 years and was never a defaulter, I get calls from AIRTEL as one of the privileged customer. I took DIGITAL TV hoping the same trust and service, But unfortunately it was the worst service I have seen in my life. If I have to rate I will give 0 out of 10.

    Below are the Request created for my issue and till today there is no correct response. Every time I was told that my issue will resolve in 24 hrs and there is no communication on what’s going. Even escalation team couldn’t able to help me, which was big surprising and I don’t think there is a value add having the escalation team.

    Today (11th Aug 2012) I called escalation team again and I was put on hold for 25 min and I have disconnected the call after losing the trust. There is no courtesy from escalation team to call back and update.

          I receive daily spam messages from AirTel which start with 'TA-' or 'AD-' followed by some random name like 'TA-Inv. Clic' or 'AD-POWERLIN'. This is very annoying and I get about 10/12 messages daily....

          to get back Rs 250 as I have one Airtel Postpaid and Broadband
          connection. So how come my connection has been cancelled? I want my
          connection back by EOD today and also I will not count the days when
          the service was not there. If any action is not taken then I will take
          legal action. Also I am putting this mail chain in consumer forum.

          Airtel — No Refund & Cheaters

          I hav been waiting for along time for my refund for submitting my Airtel postpaid card. MY MOBILE which was closed is [protected]. At the time of closing the postpaid connection they said tht I will get the refund within 3months from submission but its over to 7 months & still I hav not get the refund amount.
          I hav gone through the customer care executives & they are helpless to me then why they must be called as customer care executives as if they r not at all supportive.
          I m sick of being asking them for my refund &think tht Hon. Judje must take some severe actions against these types of cases for being harrased by these companies. and make me compensate for this type of behaviour of the with me &many more like us.

          My father has purchased Airtel set box from Kenger Bangalore dealer in Dec 08, at that time peolple who are there at the center said with 2000 we will get south pack, & my father agreed & purchased the box.up to 6 month there was any problem on fine day in the month of June 09 suddenly they disconnected the connection, we we called to customer care they said as we are in south ultra we need recharge with 1500& we will get another 6 months free, after we were happy, but suddenly after 25th we got message stating that we need to recharge monthly 450 to continue the service, we shocked & went enquire kengeri dealer who reluctant, rutheleslly said we can go to coustmer court.fgrom 2 days our connection has been disconnected, Now we are filling in coustmer court.
          Hence I request All people to aware about cheating by Airtel dont purchase the Airtel dish, worst service, cheating peolple

          I also find customer care of Airtel digital as most inefficient and unfriendly. They dont respond to your queries but only automated acknowledgement is recd. I took a new connection and its subscription expired recently. As I wanted to take the plan of my choice, I requested them to provide complete details of plans available for renewal, which they dont. They just inform you details of one plan over phone, but dont send the details by mail. It seems I have to discontinue their subscription.

          hello sir i have the digital tv..my setup box and remots are not working from 1 week
          I fully endorse the views expressed by various customers. These fellows never give any information on the channels we are supposed to receive. They remove channels or add useless channels as they wish. They even change subscription packages without our consent. Their customer care service is mostly manned by people who cannot provide any sensible solution and only waste customer's time with useless talk.

          Is there no regulator to whom we can take our complaints. The Consumer Redressl forums in most Tamil Nadu is mostly not functional.

          airtel digital tv is the worst service i have ever seen.

          my account balance is full when i see it on stb.
          but after 3 months i received a call that my acc. balance is negative.

          still my account balance is full when i see it on stb.

          I bought Airtel Digital TV connection on 28.12.09 with 5 months New Value Pack .I m sorry to write that eversince it's installation, the performance of the reception is far from satisfactory. The signal strength becomes zero at least 7 to 8 times a dayand we have to miss important serials/sports channels for hours.The toll free no and tolled numbers displayed on the screen of TV are simply a eye wash. After a long toil the recorded voce directs to lodge complaint on 12150 but sorry to say this number has recorded message only about the balance available with validity date only.The local person, who installed this connection has also been contacted by me on [protected] but he, too, seem helpless in the matter. I am in a fix, where and to whom should I contact for the redressal of my grievance? It is needless to mention here that I am also having Tata connection since last 5 years and till date I have not experienced any problem either in their Service or reception.Can any officer of AIRTEL kindly look into the matter and help me in viewing a fault-free transmission.

          my dth is not working from past 3 days, and whenever i call custmor care they always gave me a fix time and date on which the engineer will come to solve myproblem, bur today is the third day and they gave me another 3rd dat and time sayng that tommorrow our engineer will surely check your problem, i m so much cheated by airtel. my first service request 2183047 was on 12 march 2010 but no one came on that date, 2nd complaint 2188053 was on 13 march 2010, again no response. today on 13th march i call them again and they said that we will send a enigineer before 1 pm plz stay at home. but no 1 came then on 1pm, then again i called them, and they said sorry for the delay engineer will surely arrive before5 pm, now i again call them and said whats going on and the cc guy gave me another time and date 15th march 1 pm. that request is is 2192743. after five minutes they send me a sms saying your service request 2192743 has been resolved. not only this now they are not attrnding my calls. so this is the way to treat your customers. i have airtel mobile, landline and brodband also, but now im so much betrayed by airtel, will remove everything related to this compny, and if possible ill complain about this in consumer forum, they are deducting money from my dth account but im unable to use their service. how can they do this. now will never suggest to anyone this dth or anything related to this compny, waiting for tomorrow, lets see if they attend my call.

          To be short, My Validity ends on[protected]. Today afternoon, At around 1, the following events happened...

          -> Logged into My Airtel Digital TV account by using My username and password for the account.

          - Selected "Net banking" by entering Rs 1000/-
          -It got redirected to my SBI bank website
          -I entered my Password followed by my Transaction password and confirmed my debit card identification
          -My payment got through and it was about to get redirected to Airtel website
          -All of a sudden, I got an error message

          Sorry ! your payment could not be processed. This could be due to any of the following reasons:
          - In accurate credit card details entered
          -Insufficient balance in your account
          - Technical problem

          I immediately checked with my bank website and was shocked to see the charge. Money was charged!!!

          I called up CC, they asked to wait for 2 hours and keep the set top box on..I know, this is not the actual problem, because the amount was not credited to my Airtel account. However, I waited for 3 hour, rechecked my account in Airtel website..Charges were not reflecting.

          Called up Cc. They said their systems are down and asked to call again after 3 hours.

          This process repeated for 2 DAYS.. I really got fed up..spoke with more than 5 agents and 2 floor supervisors.

          I am really not happy with ADTV.. the online recharge is only for our conveneince,
          Now to let them know, I don't have the Airtel transaction ID, I have only got the description of the Transaction in my bank account statement..

          The worst part is they are unable to understand my problem and hey are just saying we don't know anything, you might have recharged another account. I need to keep on repeating and explaining them step by step..It's really irritating.

          I am really fed up with ADTV and their Customer Care.

          I feel cheated by Airtel!!

          I request you please find out the solution and recharge my account so I can watch TV because validity is expired and I can't see anything.

          I had bought AIRTEL DTH Service online on 30th APR ,2010 .I had made a full year payment .
          On the day i bought from your website your sales representatives told me that it will be installed in
          24 hrs .Nobody came and after several followups with your customer service , got a call from your
          engineer on the third day saying that he is coming to install at 10 am .I had to take leave and waited the whole day at home and he never came . Every time I checked with him he said that he is coming in 1/2 hr .
          Then on 4th May he called and said that there is no AIRTEL signal at our apartement . But still I asked him to come . He came late evening and couldnot get any signal and asked me to call customer care to cancel it . So I cancelled it on 7th May and the complain number is 2617199 . It is more than a month now I am yet to get the refunds and nobody has shown up to take the equipments . The customer care is not taking any new complain and asking me to wait .I had also mailed the below emailid but havenot received any response . Most of the time the support team cannot even act as their system is either down or slow which just adds up to the frustration level .

          AIRTEL DIGITAL TV — Inefficient Customer care service

          Myself Dr Biplab Saha customer of Airtel DTH service having customer ID [protected].Since Friday evening(11.6.2010) I sent a repeated request for addition of ESPN top up packages 6 times through online(once), SMS (two) and speaking to Customer care executive(Three). On that day my balance was Rs.122. Till today (13.06.2010) morning, the channels have not been activated. Consequently, I am being deprived of world cup matches. I did not expect such incompetent and irresponsible people in the customer care of a reputed company like Airtel.
          HI,
          The quality of signal reception on Airtel Digital TV is so weak that no sooner does it start raining the set top box stops catching any signal at all. This happens even when the rains are not very heavy. On calling the Custome Care they give a kiddish response "Wait for the rains to stop and then the channels will reappear". Do the bosses at Airtel Digital TV believe in broadcast only in fine weather condition?
          The traditional cable operator is much better in such a circumstance.
          I stay in Mumbai and believe that such a situation is likely to continue for the entire rainy season and spoil my entire FIFA world cup watching experience.

          AIRTEL DIGITAL TV — Inefficient customer care

          I have two Airtel digital TV connections.
          The customer care is inefficient and do not take complaints.
          They talk through and finally cut the call. airtel does not have the option where a senior can be contacted. Inspite of calling many times and many executives cutting my phone finally I complained about the executives and finally the smart executive named Sameer put me to a Supervisor who never picked up ( I know he put me to a blank call).
          Previous executives like rajesh cut my phone.
          These guys in airtel are not bothered they just do not have an option in their website where you can give a complaint about the customer care.

          They deactivate whenever they want and at the same time charge for the same.

          Where are the senior airtel people not listening to customer complaints.
          Even I faced similar problems not for a day or two, but nearly for 2 months...
          I am bored of hearing "Sorry sir, sorry for the inconenience caused", "We will send the engineer by today..", bla...bla...bla...
          The service is so irritating that as some said aboe "I am feeling that I will go to some Airtel office and just break the box infront of them"...
          My TV went blank (date: May 1st 2010) with no signal. I called the Customer Care many times and still there is no sign of solving the problem. I doubt if they could atleast recognize what the problem is!!!

          I have requested Airtel DTH customer care people to install DISH TV (reloacation) on 15-08-10 and yet they are only lodging complaints by themselves and setting the status of complaint as resolved after some hour. They are really crap people wasting money of people. Earlier Bangalore DTH is much better in sense of service as compare to this Pune. Here they only know how to make fool out of people. Seriously AIRTEL guyz think on this seriously. I really wanna kick them hard.

          Airtel DTH — Amount Deducted from Account But Service Failure

          Dear sir,

          I am using airtel digital tv connection since last 2.5+ years, my customer id is [protected], on date 12.02.2011 I was sent a message for book a movie on channel 180 on 9.13PM to 54325 to book a movie show of film golmaal 3,show time 9.30 to 12.00, in reply of that, I received a message " This service is temporarily unavailable.Please try again later.We apologise for inconvience" from 54325, there after on the same date 11.14 p.m. when I was going to sleep, I received the message that " We have received your request to book the channel number 180.You will be charged Rs.10 for this channel.Your order will be processed shortly." on next day, I was contact to the customer care person they told me that, it is your fault that you were not seen the movie on time and money is cant reverse, where my arguement was to him that,I was not seen any movie on that channel no. 180 after receiving the first message mentioned above i.e. this service is temporarily unavailable...............,also there is error code no.4 was coming during show time mentioned above on channel no. 180. I have tried to the customer care since after deduction of money from my account, but I am not getting any proper answer or reversed the money back from airtel, therefor my request is to go into the matter and grant me a relief to reverse my money back with strict action against the airtel digital tv service provider because of harrasement I faced from dialing phone again and again also phone call cuted during conversation to avoid complaint, also it is to be noted here that, they also deny to register my complaint.

          Airtel DTH — Very Bad Customer care service

          I am facing problem from today 1 PM. (error code:SM2), actually even worse. After many calls i am not able to reach to any Customer care executive. So I can at least got a help from them. Every time once i reach to customer care voice after several hurdle of key pressing and getting disconnected from their side.

          I used to be a very happy customer of BSNL till I decided to switch over to Airtel. Once I converted My prepaid number [protected] to Airtel, it has been a nightmare. I had been using this number on BSNL for more than four years without any problems.

          I applied or portability on 21st March 2011 and submitted the form along with photographs, PAN card copy and Proof of residense. The airtel number got activated on 25th March,2011 without any outgoing service. I tried 198, 121 and all other options, but sorry to say, no one could sort out the problem. I rushed to your airtel relationship centre named Bharti Infocomm, Shastri Nagar, Opp BMC school , LUDHIANA and approached the same girl whom I had submitted the documents. She was able to activate it by dialling 123, but none of your call centre persons were able guide me.

          On same day I made a recharge of RC58 for ISD calls at same centre and it never got activated. I lodged three complaints in this regard at 198, and everytime I got the assurance that the matter will be sorted out in 24 hours. Still waiting.

          Suddenly one day, most probably on 9th April, the number became inactive. I checked up with 198, and they informed the number is active in the system and they are unaware of the problem. I again approched the Airtel relationship centre and they connected me to customer care. No solution, just one promise. However, after a gap of 24 hours, the number was again active. Same day, I lodged fresh complaint about non activation of RC58. Another unfulfilled promise.

          The story does not ends here. Today, on 6th april, the number is again inactive. Why? Nobody knows. The relationship centre says, problem at backup end and the documents to be resubmitted. WHY? The nodal officer says, problem at dealer end and they are on the job. It will take 72 hoursharassment on my part before they can do something.

          Even if some documents or photographs have to be resubmitted, Can't your people just give a ring or send SMS. Why disconnection? I am waiting for 90 days period so that I can switch ovr back to BSNL.

          Airtel DTH — Bad signals, inefficient customer care, no response

          The airtel DTH is worst service anybody can have. Every now and then it shows bad signal and installation problem. Nobody picks at customer care.We are forced to listen schemes and airtel disturbing ring tone...dont know how to react.
          I want my money back for the settop box and subscribtion.

          I just want to share my experience with Airtel DTH. I have recharged my Airtel DTH account [protected] in June 2010 for Rs.500. My account is credited with Rs.500 after recharging
          from the recharge coupon. After 24 hours my account was suspended. When I called customer care, they didn’t have any clue why they have suspended my account. After number of follow up, they replied that some other customer claimed that amount and my account is debited without informing me. when I asked to get my money back, customer care executives disconnected by call several times?????. Now Mr. Naveen and Mr. Rakesh from Airtel DTH needs a proof of that the recharge coupon that I used to recharge my Airtel DTH account almost a year back.

          Is this a Joke????

          My Friends if you are using this service and recharging with recharge coupon then keep it and do not throw, else you will be the next in this list.

          i would like to inform u that my no([protected]) u have mentioned is correct and it will be available at all times. this no is also my registered no for the digital tv. i would also like to tell u that i have been calling to ur customer care daily for the last one week regarding the problem from the same no. so it is very much inappropriate to tell that this no is not working. but since u wanted an alternative no you can call to my bsnl no [protected].

          i would also like u to know that ur service is the most poor service right now i m having, i have got so many other brands from which i get service. so i[censored] want to maintain ur customers alive then i think it is high time to take some actions. i have not been having the service from 7th of this month and daily i m complaining to ur customer care and so far nothing has been done.

          yesterday one technichain came to my place and took the receiver box and went. he told me that he will come today and gave me his no and i have not heard from him the whole day. i have called him more than 10 times. but he didnt answer the phone too. his name is Tushar and he is the dealer for lonavala. his no [protected]. so i called the customer care and then from there they gave me another no which again was out of coverage the hole day. the no they gave was[protected]. This is the condition o[censored]r service. i would say its a disgrace to airtel, being such a big company, ur service is pathetic.


          i have talked to ur secretory MR Yesh, he told me on 12th that on 13 surely it will be done. now there is no one i can trust.
          i[censored] really want to maintain the service u r giving to all india then i would suggest that u should improve a lot. like me there will b 100s more.
          So again if possible rectify the problem or stop giving the service to not only me but to every customer u have got,

            You airtel digital tv are frauds you are cutting channels and giving just a message that we are cutting channels. Customers are not happy . you have cut colors as it became popular and on the site u are saying that you will soon cut ndtv imagine what is this i was attracted to it becouse of colors as in the brochure it was added unlike the others DTH com. Now i have to pay 22 rs per month for just 1 channel and the cost per channel officially is just rs. 5 .what is this Please do not cut channels

              AIRTEL DIGITAL TV — Airtel Digital tv cheating bigtime

              Airtel Digital tv is engaging in massive fraud. I smsed BUY to 54325 to get details of the connection. One executive called and after discussion paid Rs 999 for the connection. She gave me a transaction ID and said customer ID will be smsed in a couple hours. I never received it nor any serial code or activation code. Connection has not been given and it is now close to 2 weeks. Their customer service is so bad...they say they will take complaint but put you on hold and cut the call. Complaints are closed without taking action. When I call they ask for customer ID and I tell them I never received it. After 15 such calls I have thoroughly given up. They have absolutely no record of me paying the money but my credit card has been charged for the amount and I have transaction ID that they gave. Mails to [protected]@airtel.in are never replied. This is a complete nightmare and I never expected this from Airtel. All in all they have cheated me of Rs 999 and they are not going to give connection. This is the most pathetic customer service experience I have had in my life. My sincere advise to anyone reading this, please please dont go for Airtel Digital tv.
              All these dth providers are cheat. They put a line with a small font in agreement stating that they can remove any channel at any time without prior information. TRAI have to take some action against these big time fraud. Also the accounting system of these service providers are full of flaws. They deduct some amount from your account wrongly and you can't get the clue why the hell they have done like that and at the end you ends up in paying extra money. There should be some transparent system to show the account summary (just like the bank used to have) so that common people can track the details.

                I am having Nokia basic model which can store 50 numbers in it. Airtel SIM card can store upto 250 numbers. Since both the memories was full, I approached Airtel outlet in Jayanagar 9th Block, Bangalore. They asked me upgrade to 64K SIM by paying Rs.75/- which is having a capacity to store 500 numbers in it. After reactivating I realised that it is same as old SIM. When informed about the problem, they said we can store more numbers using Airtellive. Now they have taken time to resolve this issue.

                Why the hell these people without the knowledge sit in the outlet and fool people. Will they refund the money and the time I wasted

                I am facing network & call drop problem form last 1 year, i have replaced my sim card with new one for airtel gallery, just 6/7 months back, as they told me that it may be sim's problem. but till today the problem is still there. i tried 2-3 handsets, all handsets are fine, will 64k sim is the solution for this problem?
                SAMSUNG SGH L700 and Airtel 64K SIM are not compatible.
                I was shocked when this happened to me. My 32K SIM was working fine until I moved to 64K SIM and all the problems began. Now the phone does not start with the 64K SIM. Now neither AIRTEL nor SAMSUNG are providing any solution. Either AIRTEL should keep the option of providing 32K SIM or SAMSUNG should provide software upgrade. At the Authorised Service Centre for SAMSUNG they are saying that no solution has been provided for this problem. Now I cant buy a new cellphone. So I guess I will have to change the connection which still uses 32K SIM or those whose 64K SIM are compatible with SAMSUNG.

                  I Thavasilingam Chandramohan, resident of 164, Venugopal street, Mogappair, Chennai has been a customer of Bharati Airtel Ltd for several years. My latest bill has not been paid because of the negligence by my personal secretary and hence the connection has been cut. An executive of Airtel had come to my office and used abusive language and threatened my staff and hence I did not make the payment and I demanded an apology before making the payment. However there was no response and to my shock I started receiving calls from my contacts saying that they are contacted by one Narasimhan from Airltel and he has been asking obscene questions and has made remarks about them. He has also revealed them about the number of calls and the duration of the calls I have made to my contacts. It was also shocking to note that he had ignored my male contacts and had only done this if they are women. Subsequently another collection agent Satish Kumar had come and again abused my staff on 16th of April and I lodged a complaint with Nolambur police station. The matter was enquired and the collection agent was let go upon his apology. I also handed over a check for my pending payment and requested Narasimhan not to call my contacts henceforth. However to my shock, I found that Narasimhan had called my contacts on the same day and used obscene language and asked questions that were embarrassing to the women. It was really painful for me as my contacts had started shouting against me and hence I issued a stop payment for the check I have issued. The issue became worse after this as Narasimhan called my contacts and told them that I had asked him to collect the pending payments from them. When they pleaded ignorance, he has also threatened them for cheating and said that he will send goondas to recover the money which I had given them. Since all of them are women, the did not want this to be an issue and they have been calling me and shouting at me to stop this nonsense. I took this matter up with the legal advisor of aritel and I had also reported this to them, however there has been no response.

                  In the meantime, one of my contact had lodged a complaint with Vellore police station and I was inquired where I revealed the whole story and told them that I will lodge a complaint and forward the same to them. For the past few days things have gotten worse as Narasimhan seem to call my contacts very frequently and when I asked him to stop calling he rightfully says that he has my call log and he will continue to do so.

                  I wonder as how a reputed company like Airtel gives the customer call logs to executives and collection agents and I also would like to know how my call logs including the duration had been made available to an executive, I understand this is my private data and Airtel doesn't have the right to distribute it as it is against my right of privacy. I feel extremely painful and naked as someone who at a very junior level has got access to my private data and I wonder how many of them have the same, I am sure this is a very serious issue which these big companies do not mind doing it and they are doing illegal things without any fear.

                  As we people are leaving in PG our few precious things has been stolen away & we raise this complaint to our owner, he strart shoting on us & not ready to raise this issue in Police.
                  moreover he threaten us that he will not allowed us to live more in this PG.

                      i have purchased a airtel life time sim in dehradun on 15 may 2009.
                      i have requested customer care for activating GPRS or airtel live on my sim but yet i have not recieve any response from you. Every time i call 121 they said we will activate in 24 hrs n yet not activated as 1 week paas as if now .
                      Activate my account soon or i have to throw this sim n buy some other sim for using gprs service .
                      Iam not atll satisfied with this behaviour of yours and want my answer soon as possible.

                        I've never subscribe any such services on my mobile ([protected]) and I've been deducted more than Rs. 100 from my talktime over a few past months. Please unsubscribe such services from mobile immediately.
                        I was not expecting such things from such a reputed brand like Airtel. Its like forcing its customer to the consumer court.

                          Mobile number [protected] was og (outgoing) barred because of zero usage and then suspended the line.
                          THE STORY:
                          A female vendor from Airtel call on my place and explained me the scheme. I gave her the cheque of Rs.500/- in favour of Airtel. However, I told her that I want the activation of the said number only after 15 days after I come back from outstation.
                          I was shock to see a mobile bill. After I insert the sim card in the mobile I found that my mobile was og barred. I called the customer care 3 times. Every time they told me that the number will be activated in the next 4 hours time. I got fed up and the fourth time I told the customer executive to cancel this number. The cancellation number is 21681380. I received a verification call from the Airtel head office. The executive named himself Mr. Ashish. After learning my end he regretted on company's behalf and gave guaranteed that this line would be activated in 2 hours time. This line got activated. I did made 2 or 3 calls. 2 hours post activation my line got suspended. No intimation, nothing and I have no way to find the real reason of this suspension. I approach Malad w. gallary. The female officer simply told me to make payment of this bill and your zero usage is the reason of suspension and it is government law. I asked her that how was my line activated the previous day and I made some calls from it. She denied to reply on that. I told her to cancel this line. She pointed blank (refused). Can I ask for my money Rs.500? Can i go to consumer court with this issue and get compensation for this harassment?

                            well if you want NOP setting for Airtel then type *567*1#, or *567*2# from your phone... plz note before dialing the following number chek wether your phone is compatable for gprs or not els they gonna deduct the money from your account as it is a system generated process and you wont get the setting neway...

                                I had requested to change my plan from 499 to 199 with effect from 7 march 2009 .the bill is overcharged for the period 11 mar 2009 to 10 april 2009. Rs 330 should have been adjusted from my bill.I visited your saharnpur office 8 times personally & made complaint to lucknow also.
                                I was assured that Rs 330 will be adjusted from my bill 11 april 2009 to 10 may 2009 but same has not been done instead of giving rebate Rs 75 has been charged as late fee.
                                I am totally dissatisfied with your services.

                                i am from amravati, maharashtra

                                i was a prepaid customer since 2004 with mobile number [protected], but then in 2007 some promotional executive approached us and offered us a police plan 150 rental and airtel to airtel calling free,
                                as i was priviously a friends customer i was charged 10 paise/min so it was really an attractive offer 4 me, so i converted to this police plan rs 150 rent, and also took 2 connections for the family initially and then 6 more connections wi9thin a month after experiencing the benifits, and now its allmost 2 long years i have been using this postpaid plan, i even built up an airtel network in my whole family, as it was totally free for me to call airtel,
                                but all in vain, these airtel people cheated us by changing the plan abruptly,
                                suddenly since 1st july airtel changed all its 4800 police plan connections acccross maharashtra, giving an excuse of that company cannot offord that plan anymore..so the new charges are from free airtel to airte to 10 paise/min,
                                now 1st of all how can the company change the plan so abruptly, without any prior intimation, and we were promised at the time of taking new connection that postpaid plans never change,
                                but now as we dont have any proof of verbal promises, we are helpless and ditched from airtel,
                                its a sort of mental harrasment,
                                and if we continue using the same way we used to, we cant afford to pay such heavy amount,
                                we just want the changes made to the plan to be reversed...connections which were alloted 1yr after our plan are also still going on with 1500 minutes airtel to airtel free, but our plan has been changed...
                                i jst want the plan to be reversed or it should be converted to 1500 min free airtel to airtel Rs150 plan
                                coz now we all have airtel numbers in the family and you can v.well understand how difficult it is to change the numbers,
                                so this is just a torture/ fraud/harrasment from airtel,
                                nd if the company couldn't afford, why did it launch the plan...
                                i request an immediate action against airtel for this issue..

                                  Iam a Airtel subscriber for many years now, since last 8-9 months i am facing with call disconnection problems both incommnig and out going, it just disconnects in 2-5 seconds, i am not able to make a full conversation ever, i have logged complaints to the Airtel CC, but this have only one thing to say, i.e we have taken the note & the issue will be resolved in 48 hrs, that's it, i have changed my sim card to 32bit/kb whatever, i was asked earlier, i have also changed 10 cell phones of different makes, it just dosen't work., worst is when iam driving, this is with full network shown on the cell.I keep on receiving their calls every now and then if iam having any problem, i have to give the whole explanation every time, now i have stopped using the airtel for making calls, just using it for incomming, that too if it does not disconnect., and bought a new service, i cannot discontinue the service as all my old clients have this no. I dont know how to resolve this problem, There is just no support from Airtel.

There are nos. of Customer taken Airtel SIM when Airtel given Network Tower Nearby our village in Chiraya but right now all customer is very disappointed about Network Service, network is very poor my home is only 0.5 km from network tower but u can't talk from room. Sometimes network will go for 2-3 Hrs. When we want to make call than Phone will be not reachable. I this way I am being looted by Airtel as I am not using the serveice but paying for that.

                                      This is Ali, Adil Ali i work in HCL Comnet LTD with sonia Anand this girl is realy cheater she is blaming to an innocent guy, Actualy matter is this that Shiv Charan is ex boyfrnd of Sonia Anand & she has been allowted a Airtel Connection to him.
                                      After breaking off with Shiv Charan sonia asked him for bill payment Shiv has been already paid this amount to sonia Anand.
                                      Here are lots of thing which can showe that no one can get a CUG plan without employee and without employer verification.
                                      1) when we take CUG plan then we will have to submit a letter pad of HCL comnet for resident proof.
                                      2) when we take a CUG plan we also provide a photo Copy of our ID card.
                                      3)telephonic verification.ETC

                                      see if we suppose that Sonia has left her all iD proof so how a person can get a CUG coonection on behalf of Sonia Anand.
                                      Please you all people think about this issue and give a feedback to me as a comment.

                                      Apart from all these thing you may also check out the Bill details of [protected] this number most of the call made on sonia Anand's Number that is [protected].
                                      its not possible that one is using your id and will call you.
