I m using airtel services for long is not getting proper services recently regarding Airtel-Live and Speedflirt Service. I had tried over a Hundred of times to Unsubscribe from the Pre-mentioned services, and for the same, tried to get connected to Airtel Customer care, but it never got connected. I received a sms 05/06/2009 from ''TA-Arena'' at around 15:42 which requested me to log on to- ''www.speedflirt.mobi/airtel.click'' and then to Edit Profile and to Unsubscribe because it read that within 2 days, the service will be renewed but the problem is this that the page is not opening inspite of innumerable efforts. Airtel has been deducting Re.1 per day as a usage of the said service. But I am not using it. So, why should I pay when I'm not using the service???? I want my money refunded/adjusted for the same immediately, within 5 Working-Days.

Airtel speedflirt — without my consent activate speedflirt on my mobile

my mobile no is [protected].Without my consent Airtel speedflirt is deducting Rs.1 for each massage and Rs.20 as 15 days charges from my balance since last few months.I had also complained but invain.
Therefore, i request you to take necessary action and refund my deducted amount.

I saurabh kumar is customer of your airtel for a long time but now tte problem what i am facing i never had before, i called your customer care and requested them to cancell the speedflirt, job alert but nothing has been done from your side and the most funniest thing is i cannot use my GPRS still you are charging Rs 20 from my accout, so i request you kindly refund my money and cancell the same.

Dear Sir,

I, Aninda Sankar Dey, an inhabitant of Chuchura, Dist.- Hooghly; have a SMS from the service provider today that the "speedflirt" will be activated in my mobile in 2days. At past, I already faced trouble to get rid of such unwanted service. I don't want to tolerate this hastle further. Apart from these, the service provided by the customer care executive doesn't seem effective to me.


so, I request you to unsubscribe such unwanted servuces. Hope my request will be granted.

    Hi,

    I have been offered a scheme from the Airtel customer care executive, actually they called me up and give me that offer for 3 months which is I have to pay only Rs 300/- if my gross bill is Rs 500/- but now after 3 months are over they are saying they didn't offer any such scheme to me and I need to pay around Rs 1750/- and after that they disconnected my connection. Now I am not able to call even customer care to have some clarity about that offer and descripancy in the bill amount. For the last more than 4 years I'm a customer of Airtel.

    Request you to please lookinto this issue or otherwise I'm forced to go to consumer court and file suite against Airtel.

      I am using Airtel mobile bearing # [protected] since 2 yrs at chennai Tamilnadu. I use to get coverage when i move out of TN every time. but to my dismay, now when i visited Assam
      Guwahati there is no coverrage thkough i was getting calls till NJP ( new jalpai guri) after crossing NJP the coverage got cut i was put very critical position by not getting the coverage. I was not able to neither contact nkor receive any calls though i am having prepaid connection with roaming facility. I couldnot find any Airtel shop to get the problem settled though i find Airtel hoardings in many places. pl verify and reply to me at earliest.

      This is because the Govt. of India has banned or blocked the prepaid roaming in N.E.Region because of Insurgents. I think the Govt. should lift the banned.

        Hi, I am Sonal and newly came at Bangalore. I applied for connection 1 and half month back.While taking connection agent was so keen to take my application and he promised me I will get connection within 1 week. I was aware of that in Kouramanga getting coneection is difficult coz of technical feasibility, same thing I asked to Airtel agent but he said I got a wrong information and I belived on him and given 2 month of advance also. I got a proper reciept.After 1 week I tried to call him he didn't respond me properly.Through customer care only I came to know that my application get rejected coz of the same reason which I was aware of the and amount is deducted from my account.Now its already 1 month and I didnt get my account back as well as Airtel representatice(Agent) is not responding.

        Broadband was so urgent for me.I cud have taken some other connection but those people didn't respond me propely.It's realy bad behavier, atleast they cud inform me or atleast intimate me about problem. In any business i[censored] sud have transparency. It might effect consumer's work.

        Now the situation is that..First of all I didn't get connection, I lost my time for application and coordinating with agent and lost money also. They sud first inform technical feasability then only sud deduct money from account.

          It is such a nuisance that these companies talk of their speed in Kbps while we measure speed in KBps.

          Something like saying the distance from Mumbai to Delhi is XXXX feet?

          Your actual download speed is just 1/8th because 8Kb = 1KB (look at the Bs and the similar pronunciation).

          Wish the largest companies in the country get out of this fraud.

            Dear All @ Bharti Airtel,

            I have already paid Rs. 230/- towards my postpaid mobile # [protected] bill on 01.06.2009 at Patel Agency (Airtel Dealer based at Kapadwanj). But till date I have not received confirmation from the company and it is still reflecting pending in company data.

            As already 3 days have gone and I am not getting satisfactory reply from dealer, request you to do the needful on priority or else I will change SP to BSNL.

            Please call me on my reliance no [protected] for any further clarification.

              My two Airtel mobile nos [protected] and[protected] are in CUG group of HCL technologies BPO services, Noida and as per their Plan all the CUG calls are free but i have been charged for all such CUG calls.

              As per plan all CUG calls between all CUG numbers (Airtel to Airtel) are free.

              When i have contacted them(Ms. Jyoti Rawat and Mr. Ashutosh Sharma) they are saying that my above two numbers are under different parent groups however it was never told to us when the connections was taken.

              There is two or might be more parent groups under one CUG and they are cheating us by distributing the CUG connections and taking charges for CUG calls by saying ythat they are under different parent groups and giving false information that all CUG calls wil be free.

              Damage Resulting = being charged for CUG calls however should not be and all CUG calls between all the (airtel) CUG numbers must be free.

              After recording highest number o[censored]ser nor Airtel is behaving its customers very badly.Call drop ratio is highest which directly earn money for Airtel.Despite complaint for poor signals no action has been taken.

                Hi,

                Myself Mr. Sachin Bhagwan Bhairat using airtel service since long time. I have a problem related to online bill payment application (Mcheck)

                I was using mcheck application on airtel mobile for payment of bill. But since last month i'm not able to access the mcheck application on my handset.
                It is giving error "Accont Verification in progress Click Ok to continue."

                I had word with airtel customer service executives but they always denying and saying that this problem is from ICICI bank. Then i had contacted with ICICI bank customer service executives 4 to 5 times regarding this while they were saying that the virtual card is already been activated. Again when i called to airtel then they raised the complaint ("Service request[protected]") dated 28th April 2009. And executive said that they will call back within 48 hours, but they didn't call me & said that your cell was not reachable. While when they were raising the compalaint i asked them whether u required any alternate number but executive denied.

                After that i called to 121 to ask the updated on complaint then after their team called me saying that now your mcheck application problem has been resolved and work fine. I tried to acces that application but no way...Then again i called to 121 executive was saying if you call us again (i.e. 3 times) for same complaint then we'll close your complaint by our end without intimating you. Their support team told me the procedure for checking of mcheck aplication. But then also mcheck was giving same error so executive asked me to send sms "CARD" on 543219. I had send the sms but still i'm facing the same problem.

                Now when i'm calling to 121 they are cut down the phones they are denying to answer ot talk with me.

                I am paying my bill on time. Using mcheck application for that if in case i'm out of town then it is easy to pay bill on time.

                Please suggest in this regards.

                If you look sceptically at it, Airtel has introduced a new service and there in when you dial 543219, you can recharge your cell or pay bills. I thing they have purposely deactivated this service so that we can use their new service. I have also witnessed the same prob and i tried the above no which worked.

                Airtel should not have deactivated this service, but should have done more publicity on the new service. Thats also good

                  since from last few month's i am facing sms service issue there is one service in airtel name is daily business new's service more than 5 times i tried to stop this service but still i faced this issue daily i got messages and more than 1 rs is deducted from my balance i had word with call centre people they commit me they stop my services within 24 hrs i have ref i.d [protected], plz revert me asap

                    As we lived in family, one airtel number is constantly annoying to my family as well as to my wife personal mobile number. Now, the stage is that it is very problematic for my family members (specially my wife). Even when I am at office, the person is calling to my wife and asking her address. from the last night that no is switched off and we also made complaint against this no in police station. So, it is my humble request to give the full details of the airtel mobile number and last day outgoing and given by him missed call list. The mobile number is [protected].

                    So, pl give me full details to my mail id ([protected]@yahoo.com).Treat, this is as my final step to stop the unwanted calls.

                    Treat this matter on urgent basis as the question is of my family safety.

                      hello, this is sashidhar reddy natla from andhra pradesh studying in annamalai university, has taken airtel prepaid sim on 11th of may.after three days i got message that i dint submit my documents. so i went and gave my documents once again(my passport and local residency proof given by the warden of medical pg hostel annamalai university with photos). after 3 days my outgoing was aborted. so i went to airtel office on monday evening and again i gave my documents to them.i have balance around 260rs and have added booster card to it(123). again on tuesday evening i got message that if you donot submit your documents before 11th of june my connection is going get disconnected. actually i want to know whether you have received my documents or not .kindly reply me as i am having this problem since 10days or else i can opt for another companies.

                      Prepaid Sim — very poor service

                      i purchased airtel prepaid sim([protected]) 8 months back..now they are asking for ID proof, ...no matter ...i submitted the ID proof and all other DoC 3 week back...at O-9, lajpat nagar-2(airtel outlet)...

                        AirTel — Non Refund of Deposit

                        Two years ago in Dec 2005 I had paid Rs 500 against Airtel's scheme of Fly by Jet free ( ???). Reciept No 0 22 831
                        dated 21st Dec 2005.

                        This money I had deposited under my mobile no [protected] at Bharti's office on Ashram Road in Ahmedabad.

                        As per the scheme the ticket was to be given free of charge to any destination in India after six months. When nothing was recieved and one year had passed I chased the same office which gave me a numebr to be called.

                        After lodging my complaint they sent me a form informing that the ticket is not free but you have to pay full taxes and duty or optionally take back your 500.

                        I opted for the refund of the money which I was told will be adjusted in future bills.

                        Since then the Airtel is neither replying to the complaint nor making refund. The office staff now says, we donot know anything about this.

                        When I write a mail I get autoresponse where a solution is assured within 24 Hrs, but these 24 Hrs never pass. but nothing has happened so far.

                        My name is Sandeep Gade, subscriber of your Airtel company. On april 08, i had taken the new postpaid sim of the no-[protected]. n also given Rs 500/-as a security deposit.Later i migrated the sim from postpaid to prepaid.n according to ur company's rules i should receive my security deposit within 45 days.i waited till 90 days ie 3 months but stil not received from ur end, after that i called customer care n raised the complaint from my side(complaint no[protected] but till date the complaint is not solved.i have also spoke to TEAM LEADER of 121 ie Mr.Sapan but stil not received proper feedback.n whenever i call on 121 regarding my complaint, Mr Sapan tries to avoid my call or pretends to be very busy. he even had committed to callback me but failed to do so.
                        After so many false commitment n no proper response from your company employees i am sending this mail, hoping that my complaint will be solved as soon as possible.

                        AirTel — Non refund of Security Deposits

                        Initially I was the Billing customer of the company till from Jan 05. In March 08 I went to Malad Service Centre to convert the billing service to prepaid service. At that time also after making 3-4 trips as usual to service centre prepaid service got activated. I was told at that time that my security deposits of Rs.500/- will be sent through courier after adjusting all the dues within 40 working days. Till the date I have not received any refund cheque. Meanwhile I visited to Mira Road Service Centre for the enquiry of the refund on 24th of June 2008. I was told that chq of Rs.448/-after adjusting dues has been dispatched. But I didn't receve it yet. As I am residing at Virar it is very difficult to visit again & again to the service centres. So I sent my representative to Mira Road Service centre twice. On 9th of Aug they (Airtel) told my representative that they are going to credit the amount (Rs.448) to my prepaid balance. Yesterday (13th Aug) one of the company executive did contact on my mobile & told that the amt of Rs.448/- has been credited to my prepaid bal. & if any difficulty is there contact to No.[protected]. After his call I checked my balance and found that it was a good fake. No amt has been transfered. On contacting the above mentioned no.the message comes that "This tel no does not exists". I think that these company executives are making fool to me. I am very much furstrated by the behavior of these company people.                         Sub-Non refund of International roaming security deposit Mob. No. [protected]

                        This complaint is regarding the non-refund of my International Roaming deposit
                        of Rs.3000 paid on vide Airtel receipt no 1565 on 01/06/2012 at Nandidurga
                        branch, Bangalore.

                        I had asked for the cancellation and refund of the international roaming
                        service on July 17th 2012. But, to my understanding a little later in
                        September, I understood that the request for refund hadn't been generated.
                        Hence, I lodged another request/complaint for refund on September 09th 2012,
                        Service request No:45821916. In spite of consistent follow up, through service
                        request numbers F[protected] on 19th Nov 2012, F[protected] on Dec 05th 2012 and
                        F[protected] on 5th Dec 2012, F[protected] on 5th Dec 2012 and F[protected] on
                        12th Dec 2012 the refund amount or cheque for the same hasn't been delivered to
                        my premises yet.

                        I am very disappointed with the service by Airtel.
                        In case I do not receive your reply in writing within the next 15 days from
                        this date, the same way without immediate results, I will be compelled to
                        approach the consumer forum for deficiency in your service and redressal of my
                        grievances with a copy of this letter.

                        I was having airtel Post paid connection with the number [protected]. On[protected], I gave an application to the Airtel Relationship Centre in Anna nagar Chennai, to convert post paid to pre-paid retaining the same number. At that time, I was having an outstanding amount of Rs.454/- (Rupees Four Hundred and Fifty four only) which I paid through cash; subsequently after 3 days my pre-paid connection was activated. I initially paid the Security Deposit of Rs.500/- for the post paid connection which is neither refunded nor adjusted against the outstanding amount before converting into pre-paid. On[protected] I went to Airtel regional office, Bharati Towers in chennai and made a compliant on this issue to Mr.Dinesh (customer care) and he said within 48 hours this issue will be solved. After couple of days again I called Airtel customer care and they asked me to send the scanned copy of the deposit receipt and I mailed to them the same. Again they said this issue will be solved on or before Feb 16th 2013. Mean while I got an email from the customer care (Ms Hemalatha) as follows "

                            Airtel executives misguides customera about the GPRS option. Monthly 99. the customer executives and airtel sales people will say that you can access any wap sites using this connection. But they will not tell you that if you access any sites other than Airtel Wap you will be charged extra. Besides that it also does not allow you to access your IMAP or POP emails using built in email clients in phone like Nokia or any other hadnsets.

                            for accessing your IMAP or POP email you need Vodaone Mobile Connect or Airtel Mobile Office. Vodafone charges 149/month where as Airtel charges 149/week

                            compare that to the basic GPRS that does not give any useful service to corporaate users Vodafone charges 49/month and Airtel charges 99/month

                            Both of them cheates, I am going back to Vodafone connection on the second day of taking my Airtel CUG connection. For which I also had to pay Rs/300 . They told me that is for makign online payements

                            For those lucky one who have subscribed to GPRS from Airtel or Vodafone before 2008, you can still access your IMAP emails through Vodafone Live or Airtel Live

                            Thanks to the nonsense IT system both these companies have including their online payment sites, (using Oracle billing software). they not only cheat, but prrovide the wost possible services.

                            I will make sure every one in my organization switch from Airtel and Vodafone to any other service provider. It was my mistake I supported Airtel in offering CUG plans for my company.

                            Airtel — false information for GPRS Service

                            This is to inform you for your kind co-operation that i am Arun Kumar Kabasi having an airtel connection, Phone No. [protected]. i have recharged Rs. 999/- on 16 Nov 2008 for the purpose of 60 days access unlimited internet on phone & PC service. vide Tranjection ID[protected] on 16 Nov 2008 at 09:50. I asked customer care on 14 Dec 2008 for conformation of my unlimited internet on phone & PC service. Customer care has given the conformation report that i will get the same service till 15 Jan 2009. But On 19 Dec 2008 my service has been deactivated. The complain has been raised to customer care. But customer care informed me that my unlimited internet on phone & PC service was activated for 01 month. Now tell me how we believe customer care. Not only that after that my customer care service has been deleted till now.
                            Again showing the massage i have recharged Rs. 999/- for 02 month for unlimited internet on phone & PC service vide tranjection id[protected] on 27 Dec 2008 at 09:28 am. But till i am unable to know that i will get facility for 2 month or not due to inactive of castomer care service.

                            WITH HUMBLE REQUEST, PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING FACILITY
                            A) PLEASE BE INCLUDED PREVIOUS BALANCE DAY WITH NEW RECHARGE.

                              I have a Airtel Corporate connection of 699 since 2008, the same connection now is giving unlimited GPRS service for Rs 99 to all my colleagues in the Office which had the same 249 Rs plan purchased at the same time. Now they are making smart comment not to give the same service to me. This kind of disparity must not be prevailed as in the same Corparate plan some getting the GRPS unlimited connetion for Rs 99 & others for 249... its a fraud & they too admit it... please help me.

                                I had taken the Airtel landline connection in 2007 March( approx) with broadband facility.Till last month, every thing was fine except the company Name & address of the connection. It reflects on some other Name.The regular billing till March was Rs 400( max)

                                However, In the last week of April 2009, I requested for a Wifi modem at my home.The modem with all settings was installed perfectly.I paid onetime charges with a separate cheque for Rs 1795 for the modem.I also got installed the landline instrument, for which the charges was tobe included in the next bill.

                                When I got the bill for the month of April on 1st May, it was for Rs 6200.The bill details include the following -
                                1) Modem rentals from year 2005 till date - Rs 3000( approx)
                                2) Modem one time charges - 1795

                                From May till date, I have been followingup with the Airtel folks and they have been assuring to rectify the bill in 24hrs. Now, it has been more than 2 months( April & May), there are no signs of response from Airtel.They had also disconnected my out going calls in thelandline and broadband. After repeated calling, they have re-installed my broadband but not the landline. In the last 01 month, I have called them atleast 15 times and they have put me on hold on every call for 15-20 mins. Why should I waste my money for their fault??

                                The Airtel services in Karnataka are poor and they should shut their services in this region with immediate effect. They cannot run the show in such a careless & unprofessional manner.

                                I strongly urge the officials to take action, else I would be forced to proceed in to the court.

                                Airtel/Airtel BroadBand connection — fraudulent Activity

                                I am using airtel broadband internet service for the last 1 and half years. I am a regular payer of the bill without any interruption. In the month of august i had got a call from airtel customer service to change my monthly subscription internet service scheme to Rs.999 comboservice(Rs.999(internet charge) + Rs.999(Fixed Rent on Landline Phone)). Before that i was using Rs.699 unlimited scheme.I had denide to change that scheme. But later on they had changed my scheme to Rs.999 unlimited combo pack with out any notice to me. When the bill came it shows the amout against Rs.999 combo scheme. I made a lot of complain against that mistake and overbill amout. They were again and again discnnecting when i was making compain against that mistake. Now they are telling wrong information that i was using their internet broadband connection for the last 3 years. Also telling that I have never used the Rs.699 unlimited combopack since i am a customer of their service instead i am using Rs.999 combo pack pack service for the last 3 years. I need a satisfactory action against my complain.

                                Sir, at Bhopal -MP.-Capital , company like Airtel executives are supporting false statement of tecnicians
                                going to home for installation of broad band wi-fi connections (new/old-got disconnected due to outstation period ) that " yor wi -fai appratus is out of order ) get it repaired or purchase new from us.

                                while wi-fai all the lights shows system in order in all respect.

                                2. they connect telephone and run away , now customer comes in tension and reports matter to the person who came to get form filled up and takes installation charges.

                                But he also support the technicians

                                3. then customer reports matter tto next authority/ customer care - the says we will send an engineer , but no body turns up .

                                4. at few places , technicians - started internate by lane( cord) connection to show they are correct - give password to customer and says get wi-fi rectified/ purchase new fom us.

                                5 smart
                                customers - install wifi them selves as password was available to them, and report matter at cutomer care and connected executive who came for form filling .


                                so now they are taking precaution not to activate and give pass word to customer.

                                this is a scandle to sale beetle wi-fi duly supported by line authority/customer care of airtel.

                                  I complainted Airtel regarding an incoming call issue on 23/04/2009. They told me that the issue will be solved within 24 hours. But I waited for 48 hours, but the issue was not solved. Again I contacted them, but the answer was same. I continued contacting them and received the same answer. One agent even told me that the issue will be resolved in 3 hours. One customer support agent disconnected the call when I told the issue. They gave me an airtel number, where I can contact the Airtel's Nodal Officer, if the issue is not resolved. The number was absolutely fake. Today is 08/05/2009, my issue is not yet resolved. Whom do I contact to resolve the issue? This is really frustrating...My email address is [protected]@yahoo.in

                                    I'm using airtel connection since more than 2 years. Using Mcheck application to pay the bill online. Application was installed on Nokia 3110C handset; was working fine. While due to some network related issue i changed handset to Nokia 7210 Supernova. I have downloaded and activated the virtual card from ICICI Bank as well as Airtel. Then I pay my one bill.

                                    Now since more than 2 months I'm not able to use Mcheck. It's showing "Account Verification is in progress... Click ok to continue". I contacted ample of times to Airtel as well as ICICI Bank regarding the same Everyone is saying that your virtual card is already been activated. From one month Mcheck support team says (Neha / Ciana) that we are working on it.

                                    But once the due date is over they are including 50 rupees fine in bill & calling again & again for the bill payment. But no one is answering for Mcheck related issue. If we contact them they cut down the phones. Airtel as well as ICICI Bank both are irritating regarding this.

                                      Sir,
                                      I received the bill No.[protected] for an amount of Rs.1659.53 in the month of March 2009 ( payable by middle of April 2009 ) and I paid the same vide HDFC cheque No. 0197601 dtd 08-04-09. The cheque, as per the monthly bank statement, has been credited to Airtel`s account.
                                      In the following month, Airtel treated this amount...
