Bill generating date - 27th April 2009
I had taken the Airtel landline connection in 2007 March( approx) with broadband facility.Till last month, every thing was fine except the company Name & address of the connection. It reflects on some other Name.The regular billing till March was Rs 400( max)
However, In the last week of April 2009, I requested for a Wifi modem at my home.The modem with all settings was installed perfectly.I paid onetime charges with a separate cheque for Rs 1795 for the modem.I also got installed the landline instrument, for which the charges was tobe included in the next bill.
When I got the bill for the month of April on 1st May, it was for Rs 6200.The bill details include the following -
1) Modem rentals from year 2005 till date - Rs 3000( approx)
2) Modem one time charges - 1795
From May till date, I have been followingup with the Airtel folks and they have been assuring to rectify the bill in 24hrs. Now, it has been more than 2 months( April & May), there are no signs of response from Airtel.They had also disconnected my out going calls in thelandline and broadband. After repeated calling, they have re-installed my broadband but not the landline. In the last 01 month, I have called them atleast 15 times and they have put me on hold on every call for 15-20 mins. Why should I waste my money for their fault??
The Airtel services in Karnataka are poor and they should shut their services in this region with immediate effect. They cannot run the show in such a careless & unprofessional manner.
I strongly urge the officials to take action, else I would be forced to proceed in to the court.

I - sanjeev kamal, a client of your Company using airtel services for long is not getting proper services recently regarding Airtel-Live or speedflirt. I had tried over a Hundred of times to Unsubscribe from the Pre-mentioned services, and for the same, tried to get connected to Airtel Customer care, but it never got connected. I received a sms today (08/04/2009) from ''TA-Arena'' at around 14:35 which requested me to log on to- ''www.speedflirt.mobi/airtel.click'' and then to Edit Profile and to Unsubscribe because it read that within 2 days, the service will be renewed but the problem is this that the page is not opening inspite of innumerable efforts. Airtel has been deducting Rs. 20 for 15 days as a usage of the said service. But I am not using it. So, why should I pay when I'm not using the service???? I want my money refunded/adjusted for the same immediately, within 5 Working-Days.
