To stop all city alart services.

Respected sir, since 4/04/09, I launced complained against to stop all city alart services which include night life alart, movie masty alart, , eat-out alart, sales alart, sakkat cinema alart, theatre allart .But no serious action is taken to stop these alart services since then.the massage center no is [protected].and massage come from 54321.so please stop these lart services immedeately or i will quit from your services.My mobile no is [protected]....

This is regarding a fake bill that has been generated by this fraudulent company going by the name of Bharti Airtel services.
My brother got his phone deactivated on the 20th of March last month and he didnt use the phone after that.

Paid Money But Transfer it to other's A/C

ECS Change

I am a prepaid customer to Airtel ([protected]) for the past 6 years. Last december (dec 2008) i changed my ECS mandate so that Airtel collects monthly bill from this bank. Though their call centre claims the airtel records are upadated with the new bank. The bills are stilling going to old bank forcing me maintain the old bank. I made around 50+ calls to their call centre and sent several emails without any positive result....

Bill Paid online is not reflected

The recent issue i faced was bill payment - They have new option to pay bill on there website where in you don’t have to login to pay the bill for customer support.
I was more than happy to use that option and paid the bills. The amount was deducted from my Savings account and said credited to the Airtel on the webpage.

Registration Fail

My Mob. No. is [protected] and the service on this No. is closed on evening of 14-04-09. Firstly closed the outgoing services and after sometimes the incoming calls also closed.
Before 3-4 days verification was also completed on Airtel Office(Gwalior).
This No. is very old and there is no problem on using airtel services regarding this No.
So, kindly inform me as soon as possible regarding this problem.
