removal of channel

i have purchased airtel digital tv on 27 april 2009. i have 1 year subscription of 2600 Rs. initially i got Colors channel but from 1 may 2009 they remove channel and sms to me that this channel will not include in base pack. i called customer care representative just told me this channel is no more for you.and we can't do anything. why they are doing things like that firstly giving service but when we purchase they

no service provided by dealer

dear sir/madam,

the service of our dealer is very poor. your dealer (gayatri agencies kasganj) does not send any boy yo distribute the recharge and load balance of flexi sim. due to the poor service of your dealer at kasganj customer can suffer....

Dear sir/madam

I was using prepaid service of Airtel since one year. But last month(9 or 10th March 2009) a marketing executive came to my resident with an offer. The offer was a plan of Rs 300 per months as a rent. In that plan he promise me 300 min. talk time free at the rate of 50 paise per min. & 300 sms free at the rate of 20 paise. He also said that international sms will be adjusted in those 300 free sms at the rate...

Misleading the Customer by Airtel

I am Nitin Anand R/o A-22-B, Tagore garden Extn. New Delhi - 110027.

I applied for a Airtel Landlione Connection with DSL on 15/03/09 and paid Rs. 700/- advance rental on request of your calling executive that it will be installed with in 2 days.

The CAF no. for this is 1668196.

I was having a Tata Landline no. with internet, but on the basis of this I instructed TATA INDICOM to disconnect there...

I am a airtel service consumer and wish to unsubscribe to the "yzone" for which I am being charged Rs.30/- per month.

Incoming & Outgoing calls are barred

I have submitted my documents for new connection of Airtel Prepaid No. [protected] to Airtel Outlet in Shopri mall in sector-61 Noida on 24.09.09, after four days they have barred my incoming and outgoing calls. I have maid request to the manager and I have submitted my documents to the outlet manager. But till date my number is not working. How to Unsubscribe Frenzo

Sir,
I'm an airtel pre-paid customer having mobile number [protected], i subscribed frenzo service almost 25 days ago and paid rs 20 twice for it, now since i'm not using that service i want that to be unsubscribed so that my balanced must not be deducted when the service is not in use.
Kindly suggest via e-mail or unsubscribe the service....

airtel gprs not work in my home area (gumla(ranchi, jharkhand)

i am use airtel prepaid since 3 yrs.. my gprs is not work in my home area (palkot road, gumla, ranchi, jharkhand). if i go 2-3 kilometer outside than gprs working very good, but i return home back than gprs fail. network work perfect, incoming outgoing is also work perfect but gprs fail. i complaint many time airtel customer care bt my problem not solved. pls help me.

i m using ur airtel connetion from last 2 year. 5 days ago i have got sms regarding recharge rs 51 other wise ur no will be disconnect.than i called to c.care there i have got this msg nooooooo ur no: is totally safe u have a no need for recharging from Mr om n also rahul these r c.care agent . today i have got a call from mohali ur services will be deactivated at 12pm....
