from 6.6.09 onwards i am not getting signal. after hours of dailing time i got connected to custmer care. that fellow told me..there was problem for all dishes..it will rectified withing one day. but upto today it is not rectified. toll free no or toll no is not connceted. i fed with dailing. i gave mail. automated msg reply only. no other contact. what i have do

hiiiii. my airtel digital tv is not from 3 days & no step is taken for these...my make many complains in departement but no one take any action......as i calll many time they say we have to gave 500 rs for repair digital tv .......so we decide we take new connection of other company dish......after one month o[censored]se airtel digital tv we face many problems....so i take another connection today.......

    This is Poornima from Chennai. I was residing out of Chennai previously, but then shift to Chennai. I was in urgent need of broadband, and my sister was the one who recommended me Airtel, because she got the connection in two days. So, I opted for it, cancelling BSNL that I have been using for more than 4 years. The very first day after applying for the connection, three executives came and got the form filled and money (500/-) in cash and left. That is it. Since I heard good about Airtel, I have not got the number of those executives. The day I applied for connection is May 12, 2009, and after that nearly three times the site managers came and visited my home and told that it is not possible to give connection. I said okay and told them to return the money, but they have not done it so far. They made me to call the customer care daily, at least three times, and it costed me more than what I have given to them. These bleady cheaters, money grabers, tortured like anything like putting me on hold for more than 20 mins on phone and cutting the call in between and telling to register complaint, etc.. but til now nothing hapend. Airtel people are suit wearing thieves, bleady cheaters, bleady pickpoketers.

    This is my complane reference no: [protected] sent by airtel on 12-july 2009 12:37:22am and [protected] ref no.orally dectated by Mr.Santhosh on 15-07-09 at 11.17am during the telephgonic conversation.I am very upset and dis satisfied by your poor co-ordination beteween staffs which is affecting the customer and poor co-ordination from customer care towards the customer approcing to u.I called the customer care on 09 th july 2009 for the clarification of my account debeting details i.e., i found that from the past two or three months there are deduction in my account like daily 1 rupee is deducied and some of the time i use to recieve a message like my no has been used in gold contest in which i have loosed money.So in this way i noticed that my account is getting debeted day by day, because i am a very bussy worker i couldnt call the customer care little early now i find the time and i called the customercare for which the responce was very bad. So i approched as a telephonic call to your customer care one lady called kamakshi was on line.I told the same problem which i faced in turn she has gone through and reported me that it is due to my plan they are deducing 1Rs.daily from my account.i asked her that earlir i didnt find this deduction she told it is debeted daily as per my plan.and i also asked about the gold contest she didnt reply me at all. and she told me that if i want to stop the rental which is debited daily i.e., t rupee then she told me to message as stud364 or some no to 404 and i asked her specifically that whether my talk time will be samei.e., airtel to airtel local will be 39 paisae and other mobiles 59 paise.she told that it will be the same as earlier there will not be a change on call rate but the rental of 1rupee will be stoped in this scheme.and after the confirmation from the lady named Kamakshi i SMSed for plan change.
    Then i found suddenly the rate difference from a call to my freind as airtel 1rupee which is a huge loss for me.I am not at all satisfied with your poor customer services.Again i called the coustomer care one Mr.male i dont know his name he has attended the call and againi told the same history then he replied some other code and he told me to send this code to 404.and he told that the plan will be changed within 6 hours.Then according to his advice i send the sms to 404 then i got the reply from 405 or 876 i am not sure, saying that the request will be acccepted after august 14th of 2009 or 2010 i dont know.Then i messaged back to the customer care about this then they didnt responded me.Again i called on 11th july 2009 at 07.03 pm and again i spoked with the same lady Kamakshi and told again the same history to her then she told me that she will file this as complane and she told that she will be changing my plan by herself within 14th of july 2009 before 2.30 pm she will be changing the plan and she also told me that to save the sms which irecieve as a reference of complane.Then i asked her such a long durartion for the plan change, she replied that it is a processing time and she promised me that the plan will be definately changed.and till this point of time i was waiting for the plan change and still it has been not changed.and i called today morning again to the customer care at 11.17am thethe so called Mr.Santhosh was on line who replied me hardly and hepazardically refused and i am not satisfied with your services at all and i am not going to belevie your services it shows that the services are not fit by you.He replied that the plan cannot be changed and he told that you can complane but it will not be changed.I want my services to be back within 24 hour otherwise i am going to file a case against this persons mentioned above and against your services also.i was also calm till yestarday they made me tensed by their words and your services which shows thwt your services are lie according to the talk held with the so called lady Kamakshi.
    with such a big story i think there will be some feedback from your services.

      I was contacted by one of the dealer of airtel digital TV named airtime enterprises, Bengaluru who took Rs2500 for the 6 month free option .He checked feasibility of dish and just 2 Hrs after the installation people came and confirmed the connection is not possible.This was on 30th April and since then I am going through all hassles, dealer avoiding phone calls, then going to their city office, then one Mr. Dhanpat Rai promising to return within 2 days on 5th May, then that does not happen, he starts avoiding phone calls or directs to one Ms Sheetal, who promises to come back to you in 2 days, that does not happen ! Then I put complaint to their customer care via email, just a response, one or two calls from their call centre may be, guys boring you asking all details over and over, but no action !

      PLS STAY AWAY FROM AIRTEL DIGITAL TV ..I WOULD SAY THESE GUYS ARE WORSE THAN THE PSUS OR GOVT IN A DEMAND SCENARIO . NO DOUBT THEIR OWNERS ARE ONE OF THE RICHEST PERSONS IN THE WORLD . HOW LONG YOU INTEND TO SUCK THE COMMON PEOPLE IN YOUR PURSUIT OF MAKING MONEY ?

      Airtel — refund not received after 2 years

      As per your previous interaction you had expressed concern over refund cheque for the mobile number [protected].

      We understand your concern and will work towards resolving the same. We sincerely regret for the inconvenience caused in this regard.

      As per the Service request number 16695083 we wish to confirm that the amount of Rs. 5875.27 - has already been posted to your billing address as on 19 04 2007. The details of the cheque is given below:

      This replay from airtel but till date, I never received any cheque from airtel

      Airtel DTH — Non refund of installation money

      Hi

      I had paid by credit card for installation of Airtel DTH. Initially there was trouble in getting the installation done which took over a week. When the engineer came and said he could not install the connection, we have had to fight with the customer care for the refund and this has been going on for over a month now. Inspite of escalation there has been no refund, now I dont know what else to do.

      I would strongly advise anybody to not go for Airtel DTH because of their lousy customer service.

      AirTel — Digital TV refund

      I am an Airtle mobile subscriber. I had received an offer of Rs 999/- for Airtel Digital TV through SMS and I had subscribed for a new a Airtel digital TV connection through Airtel DTH call centre for the same by paying Rs. 999/- through my credit card, and was allotted the customer no. [protected] on 6th April 2010. Airtel engineer visited my house at Poonam Nagar, Andheri(E) on 7th April, but was unable to install a dish antenna since there is no permission from the society to install on the terrace and there was no Line of Sight available from any of the windows. He gave me a "No LOS Report form" and told me that the money would be refunded to me within 20 working days. It has been 3 months since this incident and no money has been refunded to me. I have spoken to their customer support several times, and sent several emails. Every time they say that the refund will be processed. Pls can you help expedite the refund process and ensure that the money is refunded at the earliest.
      I agree. Even i have the same experience with airtel DTH. I purchased but installation never taken place. Now refund is also seems to be impossible. Airtel is cheater, they are soft and co-operative before purchase and harsh and ignorant after you have made a purchase

      I agree too. Before sales, they promised that if there is any issue & if call for disconnection, then i would get back my re-fundable deposite. THESE guys are CHEATS!!!

      Airtel DTH — Refund of installation money

      I have registered and paid 1500/- on 31.3.11 to install a Airtel DTH connection. I was promised that it will be installed on very next day i.e. 01.4.11. but it could not be. when I tried to contact at phone no. [protected] from where I received a call for installation they promised me that it will be installed on 02.4.11. but till now the connection could not be installed. I tried to contact at customer care number of times but either they keep me hold for long durations or they do not pick up the phone. Now I want my money back but they are not refunding it.

      We have two connections. Worst service ever since we got the connection. i had to struggle to get the HD installed for almost 15days. The remote worked just for 15 days. i complained it to the customer service people on 16th March 2011. It was supposed to be resolved with in 3 working days. But the service engineer called me and said that the remotes are out of stock and he will replace the remote with in a week. I waited for one week and again called back the customer service people who do not respond properly, they said they have to again take the complaint. From then every time i call them they either put me on hold or disconnect the call. My lat complaint was booked on 7th April 2011 and he said that it will be resolved by 8th April 2011 by 3:30 pm. But no one called me till now. We have two connevctions and really want to cancel the connections and get back my money.

        I had brought a prepaid sim from some nearby shop two years ago and submitted the proof required that time.All was fine and on 29 of may I come to know that my outgoing calls and messages are barred(considering that i have activated the message plan for rs 40) stating that they are not able to validate my address .
        I submitted the documents(voters id, pan card, telephone bill) on 1 st of June and i was told that the work will be done in 24 hours by the customer care executive and the airtel showroom executive told it will be done by 48 hours . nothing actually worked. I called the customer care and asked them they loged a complaint(on 3 rd of june) and told by 8 th of june(7 days after submitting the documents) the complaint would be resolved and once again nothing done. when i called them i was shocked by statement of senior executive telling that they tried to verify the address but there was no respose when i asked him the date and time he told 18 of previous month and when i asked him after i have submitted the documents he told me that he has not recieved one!! from the local dealer (6 th block, rajajinagar, bangalore)and the worst part when i asked him the dealers telephone number(to know if they have submitted) he told he does nt have one .I mean that they dont have thier dealer's office telephone number to whom they give sim cards to sell get the address proof etc when they are so careless about their dealers how do we expect them to resolve this problem and finally i m asked to wait for three more days till 11 th of june only to know the proceedings . almost a fortnight to know whether i have submitted my documents!!

          Inspite of repeated mails regarding refund of deposit, since last 6 months, Airtel is only sending a new reference number each time.

          This unethical practice has to be exposed.

          Can somebody look into the matter.

          Subject: Direction under Section 13 read with Section 11(1)(b)(i) & (v) &
          Section 11(1) (d) of the TRAI Act 1997 – Refund of Security
          Deposit.
          The Authority had issued general Guidelines to all Access Providers vide letter dated 301-30/2003-TRAI (Eco.) dated 1st September 2003 as per which the security deposit after adjustment of dues, if any, is required to be refunded to subscribers within a time frame of 60 (sixty) days. The service provider has also to pay an interest @ 10% per annum for any delay in making refund within the stipulated period.
          2. It has come to the notice of the Authority that the above Guidelines are not being strictly adhered to. The Authority, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred upon it under section 13 read with paras (i) and (v) of clause (b) and clause (d) of sub-section (1) of section 11 directs all Telecom Access Providers to strictly follow the Guidelines as contained in the letter dated 1st September 2003 referred to above.

          Airtel — Non Refund of postpaid security

          I was a customer of Airtel at Ambal for an year till Jun 2004 as a post paid subscriber. I had submitted security deposit (bank lean)of Rs.2000/- which was to be refunded to me after submission of my sim card-. I had submitted an application to this effect at their Regional office of Ambala with my forwarding address, as I was moving out to Ambala. Since then I have spent at least another Rs.2500/- trying contacting the so called customer care managers (Executives) out there on STD. I tried taking assistance from one of the high ranking official of Airtel at Ambala but to no avail. Airtel has a successful growth by eating up the customer's hard earned money!

          Airtel — Not received security desposit within given timeframe.

          Hi,
          I was using Airtel numbers [protected] and [protected]. I surrendered the number [protected] before three years and second one in the last month. I though I will collect the deposit for both the phones at the same time and hence I did not give too much attention. But now after closing two connections when I am asking for my deposit these AIRTEL beggars are just mailing me that they have forwarded the complaint to concern department. They are asking to change billing address of the deactivated numbers. The nodal officer assured me that I will get the refund within 48 hours but after 8 days also I did no get anything.
          Is there anyway that these beggars will return my security deposit immediately?

          Airtel — Refund of postpaid security deposit

          My mobile number is +91-[protected]. I converted my postpaid scheme to prepaid 3 or 4 months before. I contacted your PRO Saraswathi Network Vimana Nagar Pune thru which I got my connection.

          They given the details of Refund Cheque No.154412 amount Rs.448.75 Ref No.089460 which was dispatched thru Tej couriers on 5 05 08 to my billing address.

          Unfortunately I didn t get my refund cheque till today despite my repeated interactions thru 888 service and complaints of which request no.21625597. Every time they reply that I will get the cheque within two or three days. 20 of such days over but I didn t get the refund.

          I don t know the reason for the delay in Refund when there is no delay in receipt of my mobile bills. Spending 1 hr at your PRO for every week is very time consuming and we don t find that much time now a days.

          You are not able to give the contact number of Tej couriers or the docket number they need to verify from their records.

          Finally your people told me to send a mail to this mail id so that I will get solution within 24hrs (I doubt how far it will happen )

          I request to directly contact the Tej Couriers and inform me the status of my Refund cheque. For your kind information the contact number of Tej Couriers is +[protected] or +[protected]

          I do not need your excuses and if my problem solved that is more than enough.

          Airtel — NOC not being issued for past 3 months

          I was using an airtel no in delhi for more than 2 years before I picked up a new assignment in Mumbai. I had a blackberry connection.The blackberry connection was expired in 2008 december . But as acclaimed by Airtel I had renewed for which they do not have any documentry proof was renewed. On checking with Airtel customer service I was told that the one year subscription will not be valid for a new number taken by me in Mumbai, to which I was hesitant to renew. On closing my account for cell no [protected], I was told that apart from the usage there are charges for the blackberry renewal. THE SERVICES WHICH I DID NOT USE AFTER 15/16 FEB 2009.

          I had explained the same to the airtel executives who had come to collect the final payment at my residence in delhi to which they agreed that I should pay the bill for usage of blackberry services and the calls made, rest will be waived off as the services were not used. It is shocking that the company with such a repute has executives for collection who commit something and mislead the client who has been a sincere customer and has cleared the bills.

          I was told candidly by the excutive for collection and his sr manager that I need to pay up the amount of Rs 2600 appx and the rest amount has been waived off since they understood that I had taken a new connection in mumbai with blackberry facility and had ppaid the one year fees. but to my repeated reminders and phones NOC was not issued and I was harrassed on phone by the Airtel excutives for payment as the account had not been closed. It is just to understand that during the working office hours if I have to attend to such calls where I am explaining the case time and again to different executives of the same level, I am wasting so much of my time and getting harrassed to an extent where I have even lost my temper.

          it is requested that i may be given a chance to to explain and be relived of this pressure which is irrelevant in todays world.

          I am in possession of the bill that i paid last and laos phone no of Mr Rajiv who is a collection executive for airtel.

          hoping that the kind court will understand my plight and help me see through this problem and do justice.

          Airtel Postpaid — non refund of intial deposit

          2 week ago I had applied for airtel postpaid connection under cug plan, i have also paid 300 but after 3 days my conncetion has been disconnected, i have not received any phone calls form airtel now they are saying you have to pay 1000 and you have to sigh ECS.

          I am asking for my 300 they replied it is not refundable.

            I purchased one sim for prepaid airtel connection and got it activated after depositing all the docs. next day i got it recharge for Rs 100. made copule of calls before I found that my SIM has been blocked
            I did n't received any calls for verifiaction on my mobile. When I checked from customer care they told me that it has been permanently blocked due to verification failure. I asked them to give details of the person or call when verication was made they weere not able to provide. I didn't have mny missed calls either

            kindly suggest what I do. I lost Rs 395 without any reason

              Myself and my husband took two lifetime free prepaid connection of your airtel from Vasai and the numbers were [protected] and [protected] two/three years back.About a week back my telephone number [protected] stopped showing any network etc. Yesterday, I went to your Vasai Relationship centre to check up on this disconnection. To my surprise they informed that the number has been cancelled. I asked them the reason and they told me that I was supposed to submit documents. I informed them that I had submitted the documents at the time of taking prepaid connection and even if I had to submit the documents, there should have been some communication to me in this regard before stopping the services. They had no answer to this. However, instead of arguing, I offered to submit the papers and asked them to reconnect the service as I had just before the disconnection of the service had charged the phone with Rs.275/-. They said that nothing can be done and the connection and number is gone. If I want I should take a new number by submitting the papers.

              Myself and my husband took the connections at the same time on the same date. There was no message to him forsubmission of the papers and the number continues working. It is really shocking that you have chosen to disconnect the network service though it is life time and I have submitted the papers at that time. Further I did not get any intimation form you for submission of the papers relating to my bonafide address etc. How is it that you have discontinuing a service without communicating to me especially when I have been using the network regularly and have been recharging. How is it that you follow different yardstick for two numbers which have been taken from the same place on the same date and same time and have the corresponding numbers, [protected] and 5521. By your disconnection I had to undergo lot of stress and mental tension in addition to loss of the lifetime fee and the recharge of Rs.275/- which I have not even used.

              I would request you to look into the matter and restore the above cell number and network immediately under advise to me.


              I expect your immediate action in this regard.

                I m Saurabh sen my telephone no.[protected] and A/C no. 27030539. I have two complaints:
                1. I didn't applied for DSL usage facility then why it's monthly charges 60/- add in my every bill?
                2. Bill not comes in time at my home.
                Airtel is the worst ISP in whole world! I have been cheated by them for DSL charge of Rs. 85/- for 5 months, so it is 425/- rupees + tax = 471/- and when I called they told they can only give 4 months waiver. They rule like monopoly, Indian government should not ban Airtel for all the product! They are just WASTE!

                Airtel is the cheap cheater company in market!

                  Dear Mr. Manjit Kaushal,

                  (1) My name is Suddhasheel Ghosh, a student of Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur.

                  (2) On the loss of my previous SIM card and mobile, I applied to the Airtel Office at Kanpur on 13/May/2009 and got a new SIM (Mobile Number [protected]). I provided the necessary details as asked in the form.

                  (3) On 14/May/2009 I have got an SMS that my application for SIM exchange has been accepted. My incoming services were restored on on 15/May/2009 when I had left for my home town Jabalpur. However, outgoing calls were yet not enabled.

                  (4) On 30/May/2009 when I returned to Kanpur, I registered a complaint with the Airtel Office which has unfortunately not been solved till date even after registering the complaint 3 times.

                  (5) It is surprising that I had also mailed a copy of the complaint I sent to [protected]@airtelindia.com to the Nodal Office, i.e. yourself, but there was no response. I am attaching a copy of the mail herewith.

                  (6) With reference to the above point, and the mail which I sent to you earlier, I fail to understand why such a lazy attitude is being adopted to resolve the case. I am sure going to the consumer court would not be a very entertaining experience for you.

                  Dear Airtel Customer Service, UP East

                  I lost my mobile on the 9th of May at Delhi, and had immediately lodged a complaint at the Hauz Khas Police Station as well as reported the matter to the Airtel Customer Service at Delhi. They assured me that outgoing calls from the lost SIM would be barred within 24 hrs.

                  On my return to Kanpur, I applied for a duplicate SIM on my number [protected] at the Airtel customer service office at Kanpur with the necessary details/documents and the requisite payment of Rs 75/- (13/05/2009). The office had assured me that my number and SIM would be activated within the next 24 hrs.

                  On 14/05/2009, I received an SMS that my application for SIM exchange has been accepted (which was beyond the limit of 24 hrs!). Owing to an urgent situation I had to go out of station to Jabalpur on 14/05/2009. I reached JBP on 15/05/2009 and neither incoming nor outgoing were activated on my SIM. In the evening of 15/05/2009, incoming calls were enabled. However, I was not able to make any outgoing calls.

                  I feel angered, harassed and irritated to tell you that my outgoing calls have not been restored yet (30/05/2009). I have started wondering if callousness and laziness towards serving customers are properties which are considered apt for reward at Airtel UP East. I say this because this is not the first time when I have been harassed by the Airtel Service Providers (UP East).

                  My research colleague Susham Biswas, had sent an email to [protected]@airtelindia.com on my behalf (on 19/05/2009) applying for restoration of outgoing call facility on my number (as I had minimal internet access facility) and to no surprise, was given the most unsatisfactory response.

                  Please let me know:-
                  (a) Whether my SIM would be activated at all.
                  (b) Whether any punitive action would be taken against the employees of Airtel (UP East) responsible for my suffering (which I am sure would definitely not happen as callousness and laziness seem to be properties apt for being rewarded at UP East!)
                  (c) What is the best trick for getting hold of the Airtel Customer Service person at 121 as the response seems to be computerised (except Airtel - Delhi and Airtel - MP!)?

                    I dont know if this is the right place to file a complain regarding airtel. One of my friend suggested me to write a mai to you and you will take action againest airtel.

                    I am Jitendra Joshi and 4 yrs back I took 2 phone nos from airtel delhi:

                    Both phones was working till last aug when I decided to close them as I had shifted to Bangalore. Since I couldnt pay rooming charges while leaving in Bangalore so I thought I will cancel these account and get a new local number in bangalore.

                    In the month of Aug I went to Airtel outlet (Indiranagar, Bangalore) and asked them to cancel both of the phone numbers. The airtel person said if you want to cancel you have to pay full and final payment of both of the account then submit a cancellation application. I did the same, I paid my all dues whatever they said and submitted the application of cancellation.

                    after few day I tried to see if both number are cancelled by airtel. I cam to know that even I already given the application to them for closing but they did not close them.

                    I called airtel they said thatthis is the mistake from our(airtel) side and make sure both number should be cancalled.

                    I went to again their Indiranagar, Bangalore branch and they said we have already generated the SRS for both numbers and both are cancelled.

                    after some time I got a bill for [protected] from airtel. I was surprised becasue I cancelled th phone number and still the bill is coming. I mailed them and they came up with sorry ...and that said this is our mistake and we will make sure this will not happen again.

                    On friday (6th Jun after 8 month) I got a call from airtel that you have 2800 RS due for [protected] and if you will not pay that amount, we will take a legal action againes. The person who called me from airtel, his name was "Sumit Malhotra".I went to airtel CC and also to Indiranagar Bangalore branch and I asked what is this happening. They said this is not your mistake because we have already generated the cancellation SRS for your phone numbers. The SRS number for cancellaing [protected] was 20794006.

                    The airtel customer care person called to Sumit Malhotra for thid issue and they said customer is right and he already paid his all the dues and cancelled the account and SRS for cancellation had already been generated in the month of aug 2008 then how can you take a legal action againest him.

                    But the airtel persoan was not ready to listen even them ..even me, however he called after 1 hiur and said if you want we can settle this in 2000. Just pay 2000 and we will not take any legal action againest you. I said why should I pay if I never used that amount but he threatened me ok ...dont pay ..we will meet in court.

                    As a customer I am not able to understand where is my mistake. I never stopped any bill of them and 4 years I paid all of the bill regularly. I submitted my cancellation on one paper for both 2 numbers [protected] and [protected]. The airtel generated SRS for both number and they cancelled only one. Its completely their mistake
                    and now they are trying to harass me. I heared they went to my old place and thratened.

                    Could any one help me to get away from them. It means anytime airtel will thraten to anyoen and get money.

                    Help Me please. I hope I will get some positive answer from you.

                      unrelenting, unstoppable incoming messages ( i dont know when it stop, it has topped till now for
                      hours now and has not been delivering as message storge capacity is over in the mobile, ) mentioning a text message that " you have no missed calls ". This is giving me acute problem and would
                      request you to immediately arrange to stop this message. Seems to be some technical problem

                          Airtel is not disconnecting the connection.

                          My airtel account no. was 13773813.
                          I called up airtel customer care serivce and asked for the procedure for disconnecting the service.
                          I was told that you can subit your request on the customer care and you will get a confirmation call regarding it in few days and then your connection will be disconnected. I did as i was told by airtel customer care. I made the request for disconnecting my broadband connection somewhere around...

                          Address: Rameshchandra, No 35, 2nd Cross, Bhagyshree Royale, Rachenahalli, Bangalore-560045.

                          In my area we are facing a Airtel Signals are not at all being accessed. This problem we are facing almost more than a year. Even when we receive Calls we have to search for Sport where signals are accessed and these spots are keep changing. Most oftenly the calls are abruptly ended due to weak signals or not non-availability of network.

                          The above explained problem is faced almost every Airtel Customer in the Area.

                          Our locality is just behind the Manyata Techpark, Outer Ring Road at Nagawara, Near Hebbal or Lumbini Water Park.

                          I suggest you to instruct one of your Technician to check the situation or install a Tower either in Rachenahalli or Manyata Techpark which may ease out the problem.

                          Your early action will be highly appreciated. I would like to mention here that most of AirTel Customers are switching over to Reliance or BSNL for the better accessibility & service.

                              Hi friends, Iam karthick from Chennai, iam using the airtel connection for the past 5 years, the service of airtel is simply superb and awesome for the past 4 years, now a day’s iam getting unnecessary marketing sms via daily, which makes me really frustrated. iam nearly getting 10 to 20 sms per day, when I was trying to call that persons the calls seems to be not reachable, The numbers which Iam getting the sms are "[protected]", "[protected]". Please tell me if there is any way to solve this issue.

                                We have Four telephone connection of Airtel from last month as well we have two data cards with the help of your airtel authorized person sr. officer-sales Mr. Shirishail Ambarao Houde. Mob No. : [protected]. Due to Bad to service providing from airtel we like to disconnect all the landline as well data cards.
                                Please note that at the time of booking we have provide all the essential documents such as address proof, photo id proof and company IT Return for the data cards but after one month your data card is not working properly till date from the airtel office, the reason is they haven’t receive the documents after this we again sent all the documents to Ms Jeena at airtel office, vashi. Ms. Jeena was also not reply properly and in this period we haven, t used the data card but we have receive your bill on time.

                                We request you to airtel we take the of datacard instrument of Rs.7000/- which are charged from us so please refund us the mention amount after this we will pay your bills only for landline no and surrender your all your landline instrument and data card instrument.

                                Due to all this reason we like to discontinue the service for above mention land line no. and data cards.

                                  Inreferance of the above topics I would like to state some harazments, I suffer due to the mentioned Company.
                                  In last month I took the connection of Airtel as postpaid scheme from there outlet, situated at City Centre, salt lake, Kolkata-64.
                                  Since the 22nd of may 2009 I put myself at mumbai due to proffesional reason.All of a sudden my mobile connection was cut off, in fact i was unable to contact the customer service regarding the service or biils.
                                  Yesterday I contact their customer care by another mobile and they told me my outstanding amount is stiil due, But i was not get the bill from airtel stiil now.whatever one of my colleague pay the verbal said amount by Cash in Kolkata today, and in that time he give the phone to airtel executive and he states me that they cannot give me the bill, as it is not their duty, if I pay, they activate my connection, So I have no option but have to pay and I pay the bill what they say verbaly over telephone.Still Now the connection is not continuously stable.
                                  I would request you to take some necessary steps so that we the working people will not be har suffer from such problems as i suffer, by proffesion am a project engineer working in PREMCO RAIL ENGINEERS lTD., currently attached with the project at Mahul Terminal, HPCL, MUMBAI,

                                  I have 10 connections of airtel with 3 broad band high speed with AIRTEL - for the last 2 weeks chasing airtel to convert all my no.s to one consolidated bill and account and provide me with a PRI...approx 40 emails exchanges and zero resolution

                                  Have cleared all outstanding and still nothing - customer care is pathetic - they do not know what they are doing - they have zero information and hieghts is they hang up on you when they do not have an answer.

                                  I think I have to move forward with the cancellation and make a switch with someone more competent

                                    I am alok Srivastava using airtel prepaid mobile. Today at 5:40 PM a customer associate call me from [protected] number and told me some airtel scheme for caller tunes. When i refuse to accept their scheme then he starts abusing me, then i cut off the phone. After a while he call me again at 5:43 PM and starts abusing me again and told me that he will cancel my prepaid connection. After that call I became very much tensed. So please take some right kind of action against that person, so that he will not disturb me in future again..

                                    i'm user of prepaid mobile, my sim card avilidity for life time.in my number model of day daily serivice activated automitacly, i talk to custemer care and disactivate it many time but this serivice is not disconect.i'm tensed by this what i do...

                                    I have been told that I am put on hello tunes subscription. This was done without my permission and a renewal done without my permission on my prepaid card. I have tried to get to customer support on numerous occasions and it just has a merry go round voice mail menu !!!

                                    This is out right cheating of the customer.
                                    Today I got a SMS on my phone saying :

                                    Your subscription to Hello tunes will be renewed in 2 days. You will be charged Rs30 towards month subscription.

                                    In the first place I do not know how I was added on to the so called " Hello tunes" without my permission and secondly how can it be renewed without my permission ?

                                    I am putting it down here because it has been impossible to get to customer support in Karnataka to even ask about this issue and also take suitable action if I am charged without my permission !!!
                                    I paid the mobile bill online i.e on 31.08.2010 till today 02.09.2010 my account balance is same as the old.I keep recieving message to pay the bill.
                                    Help me in this regard.

                                    they are the cheaters and irresponsible. I dont know how the person Sunil Bharti Mittal allow such cheating number as to know in which direction u got job at the rate of 9 Rs per minute.

                                      my name is anamika. i have been making complaint since more than a week but there is no proper action taken regarding the same. and if i call to the customer care executive they dont even bother to give a proper answer and keep me on hold for more than 15 mins and then simply cut the call.i am using this airtel service from last two years. i ahve never seen such a hopeless service in other mobile services. i hope proper action will be taken within max to max 2 hrs.
