BPQ Voicemail SMS

Hi,

I received a voicemail message from AT-BPQ on 09.04.2009 and adviced to call at this number [protected]. On calling this no. they engaged my mobile for ten minutes with various information about mobile make, mobile service, year of purchase etc.and asked to TEXT Msg the Name, Address, City, Postal address & their unique code which is[protected] to [protected].

I advice AIRTEL to scrutnize such Junk...

I had recharged my phone no [protected] with Rs 225 under the ISD plan.my phone wasnt recharged with the balance of Rs 200 as the talktime.however after 2 days i got a message from airtel sending me vccpin no and askin me to use that pin before making an isd call.however i cannot make a call.please let me know how i can make a call on ISD numbers using that vcc pin no.thank you

    Hi,
    I am Sanjeev Verma, I have been using Airtel Post paid connection for last two years. For last six months they are charging me more rental than mentioned in the plan. When I contacted with customer care the person didn’t responded me properly. I want to make complain against these fraud people.

    I am a postpaid costamor from 5 years. I wanted my monthly cell bill should be sent to my e-mail address. But I am not able to view my bill completely in my e-mail inbox.
    I am a postpaid costamer, I want my monthly bill in my mail box. Thanku
    I want every month bill summery taken by mail from the service provider.

      Hi,

      I did not receive the itemized bill containing my call details for the past two months. I made calls to the customer care but it was of no use, though the they promised that it will be sent. I visited one of their branches along the Bannerghatta road twice regarding this issue, but it was in vain. I am not happy with their service. Please resolve this issue as early as possible.

ADINARAYANA...and also we did nt pay any online bills previously...so i kindly request you to tell how to update or enter the e mail id now...so that we could get the itemized bill of october month (2009) for mobile no..[protected] which is suspended now...

        COMPLENT AGAINST AIRTEL FOR ILLIGAL CHARGING AND SMS

        Dear Sir,

        My Airtel postpaid mobile no is [protected].

        I REQUEST MANY TIMES THAT WITHOUT MY PERMISSION SOME VALUE AIDED SERVICES AS YAHOO ZONE, AIRTEL LIVE AND MCAMPUS ACTIVATING ON MY AIRTEL MOBILE NO. FROM LAST YEARS.AND AIRTEL CHARGES ME ILLIGALY FOR THOSE SERVICES. THESE SERVICES APPLIED ONLY FOR GPRS ENABLE MOBILE HANDSETS. ALLTHOUGH I AM USING NON GPRS HAND SET MODEL NOKIA 3315 BUT AIRTEL CHARGES ME APPROX 200-300 RS EVERY MONTH FROM OCTOBER 2008 TO TILL DATE APRIL 2009.

        I ALREADY PLACE MANY REQUEST FOR UNSUBSCRIBE THESE SERVICES TO AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE THROUGH VOICE CALLING AND SMS. BUT THEY DID NOT RECTIFY MY COMPLENT.

        AND ALSO IREQUEST FOR CLOSE MY AIRTEL NO. AND ACCOUNT PERMANANTLY, BUT THEY DID NOT DO THIS.
        I HAD PAID THOUSANDS OF RUPEES TO AIRTEL FOR THESE ILLIGAL SERVICES FROM OCTOBER 2008 TO TILL DATE APRIL 2009.
        AGAIN I PLACE COMPLENT (FOR PERMANANTLY CLOSE MY ACCOUNT OR AIRTEL NO.) TO AIRTEL REGARDING THIS ISSUE TO MARCH 24, 2009.THEY CALLS BACK ME AFTER 3 DAYS THAT YOUR PROBLEM IS RECTIFIED NOW AND WE WILL GIVING YOU 200 RS COMPENSATION FOR THREE MONTHS. BUT I WAS DISAGREEAND I SAID THAT CLOSE MY AIRTEL NO. PERMANANTLY.AFTER THAT THE AIRTEL NUMBER WAS DISSCONNECTED FOR 5 DAYS.NOW THEY AGAIN ACTIVATE MY NO. [protected] WITH THIS PROMISE THAT NOW ALL VALUE AIDED SERVICES WERE UNSUBSCRIBSD FROM YOUR AIRTEL NO.AND GIVING ME 200 RS DISSCOUNT FOR THREE MONTHS AS COMPENSATION AMMOUNT.
        INSPITE OF THIS NOW THE PROBLEM REMAIN SAME.YESTERDAY 07-APRIL-2009 I RECIEVED 2 SMS AGAIN FOR CHARGING 10 RS EACH.

        FINALY I AM GOING TO CONSUMER COURT WITH THIS ISSUE.

        airtelpostpaid mobile — illegal charging for messages

        SUBMITTNG for your kind consideration and favourable disposal.. I sent only 62 messages to my friends. but airtel by telling illegal points, they charged charges for 3 messages against each messages , ie, thrible times. I submitted a complaint on oct. 1st with ref.no.F[protected] to 121 customer care. but no response till today ' I send message of 8 characters. but they are saying illegal points for the charges imposed. please help me by giving a solution and not repeat like complaints in future .           my self komal narang take a new connection & first the executive ask me that take a new connection [499] un limited plan and only you have to pay 200/rs and u got a caller id phone [with speaker] i have book the connection but they dont provied me the speaker phone .& said me that when the instrument came i will provide.and i am not regulary in jabalpur in this period the executive resuine the job of airtel.IT MEANS THE AIRTEL IS A FROD/CHEATING COMPANY.AFTER THIS NOW I WILL NOT CONTIUNE THIS CONNECTION.

            This is to inform you that I have taken a prepaid card no ( [protected] ) .in december 2006 . From last 2 months I am facing problem like no network on my handset as using Sony K 700i as Iface this problem in a day 2 to 3 times
            Visited connect and check the sim on doctor sim & changed the hanset to Nokia but still this problem persues.My name is also been mismatch from the Airtel backend as when taken the sim on my name Firoz Peerzade but now is is showing as some Shah so why is this problem kindly help me to resolve this problem.
            Connect people are telling me to change the no which is not possible for me as I am your postpaid very old customer My No ([protected]) So hope that youn can help me with the same No
            My number is [protected].I lost my hand set yester day, Immediately i requested Blocking the number. Thereafter I obtained duplicate SIM card by submitting duly all documents at your Show room at
            Kodambakkam Chennai.The SIM Card is yet to be fully activated, though more than eight hours have gone, since submitting the documents.

              Hi,

              This is to inform you that I'm highly disappointed with your network.
              I am using the number - [protected] which is actually on my husband's name Mr.Sudharsan Sankar.
              He is in Philippines right now. I have been using this number since August 16th.
              He is using the number [protected].
              I'm facing the issue like whenever i try calling him I'm unable to reach instead the call clock shows 4 sec or 5 sec and
              I could not reach him. I'm getting charged for all these. Whenever I have to call I have to try for 4 or five times
              and finally i get connected.
              My messages also had not reached.
              I complained this many times since august.
              Recently on 21 feb I called them but nothing happened.
              Then 2 weeks ago I called them While I was on call the person had disconnected the call.
              When I called again, they claimed it was due to NETWORK problem.
              This how airtel guys were trained if they are unable resolve customer's issue they simply disconnect
              without any notice.
              On August I was promised that I will get a deduction of Rs200/- from my airtel bill.
              So far that had not happened.
              I have been paying my bills regularly through ECS.
              I need an immediate response and solution for this.
              When I call my husband's number on vodafone I happen to pay only 6 RS and the network also is very quick.
              I want MY MONEY BACK I mean from august till today if I call him it will last for more than 1 min.
              If it is less than 1 min, that is due to the network issue and that money should be reimbursed otherwise I will hsve to file a case against airtel network.
              I called many times to talk to managers or at least the seniors. even today they have disconnected the call.
              I'm highly disappointed with your network.
              I want to know the reason also why they are disconnecting calls while the customer is on call??
              If it is disconnected due to network we know how it will be.
              This how airtel guys were trained. I dont want any apologies I need my money back and the reason.
              When I called again yesterday, a person introduced himself as supervisor and told that airtel would not
              erturn money for any such issues of STD and ISD and he also said my issue was resolved in February itself. I don't have any clue for this. If my issue was resolved already, why am I going to call this airtel guys nad waste my time?? This how airtel is cheating us.

              I'm a Sanjay Sharma and residing in Balkum, Thane. I have two Airtel postpaid connection ( [protected] / [protected] ).
              From the 22nd June 2007 till date, I'm getting frequent network drop at my place (Virtually no network). Earlier their was strong airtel network and I was not having any problem.
              Now my both mobiles is virtually in no range zone once I enter my house.
              I had made a complaint about the network coverage issue in Thane's Airtel relationship center on 6th August 2006. They told me that the network problem will be resolved within 72 hours and I will get a call from airtel person. I didn't got a call from Airtel person nor the complaint has been resolved. when I check the status of the complaint, they had closed the complaint.
              Subsequeltly, I have made a network complaints 4 times latest on 9th September 2007. But no resolution has been done till yet.

              I registered my complaint once again and this time they called me and said that there is a building named "Marigo" somewhere in Balkum, were they had set up a cellsite and their representative had been there and resolved the issue.
              In spite of this I'm not getting any network at my place. Again they had closed the complaint with any resolution.

              No resolution is provided till date. I'm just thinking of changing the operator to Vodafone as there network are good and also giveng me an exiting offer.
              First of all. Can somebody tell me how this site helps me? Is this an official site?

              Coming to point, I have been facing problems with Airtel with respect to signal strength at my residence. Many time I don't get even one signal. I have given countless complaints and when nothing seems to be working I stopped paying my bills as I'm a post paid customer. They now say that issue is resolved or is in process of resolving but I asked for an email or letter explaining me what has been the problem and how they resolved it. And they are reluctant to do so and finally barred my outgoing calls. I warned them that if they don't release my outgoing calls, then I will throw the sim card and will not pay the due. In case I do that, they may try to take legal angle in such case how do I deal with this?
              I'm a Sanjay Sharma and residing in Kadak Pada, Kalyan. I have one Airtel postpaid connection ([protected])
              From the 16th August 2009 to till date, I'm getting frequent network drop at my billing place (Virtually no network).
              I have frequently inform customar care of airtel aginst my complaint numbers 28988362 dated 5th Nov 2009, 29075041 dated 11th Nov 2009, 30566506 dated 21st Jan. 2009. Further I personally visited to air tel galary, station road, Kalyan (W) and inform about the problem faced by me about network coverage. Still date I not received any positive progress about my informed complients.

              Finally i decided not to pay the bill unless the solution comes out. Each time during above complients same was informed time to time to constumer care executives of Airtel. Accordingly I not paid the for the month of January 2010 unless remedial soultion to my above said complient from Airtel. Also I informed them once my problem will be solved I will pay the due bill amount only (Not the delay or any other charges).

              Now a days i am facing a new problem that the I received a reminder call from Airtel during when i am driving, meetings busy etc., and disturbing me again and again without any resolution from Airtel. Finaly due to such disturbace from airtel i finally in opinion that i will going to disconnet my present above said number.

              This is Nihar Ranjan Barik holding two sim connection [protected], and [protected].

              In my home I am facing acute problem of network.Initially when I took the connection it was some how manageable and problem was patchy, but after April (perhaps after airtel launched his own 3G network coverage in kolkata) is very very acute.

              Each time I have raised a complain it has been turned down stating there is no issue and you need to check you set.

              Couple of point I need to inform you that I am using 2 airtel sim in different phone set and both are having same issue.
              Sims of other network is working fine and have superior connectivity.

              Where Voice communication is a question mark in that case you can think of the 3g Internet connection .It of no use.
              Each time I have to go out and need to talk on the mobile.It is very difficult to attain the office call and meetings.

FOR THE PROOF OF THIS, I HAVE GIVEN CENTRAL BANK OF INDIA, HIMAYATHNAGAR, HYDERABAD, THROUGH THIS ACCOUNT, I PAID MY AIR TEL BILLS, OF THE YEAR 2000.SAME XEROX COPY IS SUBMITTED TO OFFICE IN BEGUMPET, HYDERABAD.                     i had a postpaid connection no.[protected] which was disconnected in month of july 2007 i was assured that i wil be refunded the balance amount in one month.after so many reminders i hav still not received my balance amount. i went to shivaji park gallery on sept.12/09/08 where i was assured by mr.anup/mr.patil that i will get the cheque within 15 working days.wen i went again on 29sept i was told that company will issue cheque during first week but till date i hav not received it . i would request concerned authority kindly look into the matter.

                      Dear Sir,

                      I am airtel postpaid user for last 2-3 years. last month on[protected], I went to post paid centre to convert my postpaid no [protected] to pre paid . The centre manager asked me to clear the old dues and pay more 200/- extra for migration charges. I said that in T.V TRAI is saying that there is no migration charges for a consumer if they convert from pre-paid to post-paid or postpaid to prepaid. The manager said, that he dont know all the details but if I am in hurry then i should pay 200/- then only he can convert my poatpaid to pre-paid. I said ok. and I paid what the air-tel person said. After that my phone was blocked for two day and then restarted with pre-paid connection. I was satisfied till then. I charge my phone for lifetime plan through easy recharge system. And after that my phone was working smothly for next ten days. And suddenly the phone out call was stopped. And there was computerised answer that, please submit your documents to re start the phone. I call lots of time to costumer care 121 and asked them to restart my phone and i will submit the documents as within day or two. they said they cant help in this matter. I want to ask some question from TRAI and AIRTEL

                      1. Why Airtel charged me rs 200/- as migration to convert my post paid to pre-paid ?
                      2. Why the store manager din't inform me that I had to submit my docments one more ?
                      3. What is the meaning of Ad given by TRAI in the national television about migration charges?
                      4. Why my phone was restarted as pre paid for 10-12 days ?
                      5. Why my life time plan was accepted without my documents?
                      6. Why Air-Tel contumer service person dont know about the migration charges?
                      7. When my number was restarted for next 10 day and inbetween if any crime done by my number,
                      then who will be responsible for that?
                      8. If that number is mine and i will be responsible, why you are asking documents one more?
                      9. Airtel costumer care says that they activate the new sims within hours when they get confermation from the dealers and they deactivate the same number after some 7-8 days if the documents is not valid.
                      In that 7-8 days if any anti national crime done by that number then who will be reponsible, A.Dealer, Distributer, Mobile company or TRAI ?

                      10. Why there is lots of custumer complains against all this companies, who is responsible, A. Consumer, B . Company, C . Our Goverment low standard polices ?

                      I hope some good and relife taking answer from the proper authority.

                        Hi,


                        I had 3 connections of the post paid Airtel 199 good value plan.
                        The mobile nos are [protected]/24/25.
                        I had carried on with the service of Airtel for nearly 2 years now.
                        However in the month of January my bill plan on mobile no [protected] was changed to a very unfavourable one without any intimation to me. I have already registered a complaint with the customer service and haven't found a resolution to it yet. The reason they are giving me is that I made a request to deactivate the card and hence they changed my bill plan. However I had not made any request as such to deactivate my card and nor to change my bill plan. They have stopped services to my mobile no. [protected] as well now. I have given these nos to quite a few people and want to maintain it if possible. I sincerely request you to look into this matter and get my dues corrected. If my bill plan is changed and the correct bill is charged to me from retrospective effect then have no problems in honouring the bill.

                        Airtel — Bill plan changed without any intimation

                        Hi,

                        I had taken an advance rental plan of Rs 699 which was activated on 02/01/08.The bill plan was discontinued without my information after one year and they

                        levied a rental of Rs 300/Month for January bill(Bill No[protected], I came to know of the same when I was paying the bill on 16/02/09 and I immidiately

                        called the customer care about the descripancy in the bill.They informed me that, my bill plan has expired, therby we have charged Rs 300/month as rental. I

                        requested that I wanted to continue the same plan, from the day it got expired and for the reversal of Rs 300 as rental.

                        Then again in my feburary bill Rs 300 was deducted as rental.When I again called them that I had requested to continue the same advance rental plan of Rs

                        699, they said that it has been activated from 26/02/09 which is of NO use to me as already I have been levied with a Rental of Rs 600(Rs 300 each for

                        January and febuary Bill).I explained the same to them that it does'nt make any sense to pay Rs(600+699) as rental and if they does'nt reverse the charges

                        I do not agree to pay the rental amount as I raised the request for continuation of my advance rental from the day it got expired and not after Rs 600 was

                        already charged as the rental amount.

                        Please suggest me what needs to be done now.

                        I have raised this concern well in advance with Airtel as soon as I came to know that Rs 300 has been charged as rental.(Please refer to the customer care

                        conversation).It is not my fault and Airtel should have called me before discontinuing the plan or should have sent an SMS or mail.

                        I am ready to pay the rest of the amount, as soon as I get the confirmation from your side.

                              hi Team,


                              My airtel account in its website says that the march months bill is rs -231 and then i get a message saying that it is 592 rupees. I confirm by calling the customer care and make 500 rs payment on march 24 and on march 29 2009 i make another payment of 100 rs... however on april 2 2009 i receive a message saying that the payment is not made and my information is shared with the collection agents to collect. i call the customer care and they say that they have never recieved the payment. i then send two emails to airtel giving the proof of payment for the payment that i have made and also ask the customer care to raise a complaint and they never do until my 8th call to them and finally they give me the complaint number after three days.
                              i need to get the justice in terms of correct bill amount and acknlowledgement for the payment made from airtel.

                                I have paid Rs.400/- towards recharge (top-up) of Airtel mobile No. [protected] through my ICICI Credit Card (online transaction Id: [protected]) on 30-3-09. ICICI has confirmed that the payment has been made to you and the transaction was successful. But the credit for call time of Rs. 400/- is still not received on mobile No. [protected] for which the recharge was made.

                                Request immediate action along with email confirmation.

                                  I am unable to dial an emergency numbers as well. Network indicator reflects a message as "Emergency calls only". Still i am unable to connect to any number not even emergency numbers.
                                  Its been more than a year and even after several attempts there is no response or solution. It is not just me but more than 1000 customers staying that are who are suffering.

                                  Please do something to improve the service as switching to other service these days is just like a cakewalk.

                                    I had asked for your Airtel Digital TV service connection through dialing Airtel Digital TV toll free number[protected], one representative was sent to my house on[protected] afternoon who explained me the detail features and I had agreed for the connection. As per the process I paid Rs 1750 (Cash) and the representative (Mr Biswajit, contact nos. [protected]/ [protected] ) gave me an invoice cum challan of one of their authorized agency M/s 'Rambo Marketing Pvt Ltd'.( Regd office: 133, cotton Street, Kolkata-700007, corporate office : BG-07, Salt Lake City, Kolkata-700091). Subsequently, one engineer came with the disc and Set top box for installation. Unfortunately they fail to install it at my home balcony premises as no signals were coming. As I live in a housing society, we do not have permission to install the disc on the roof but have it for the balcony. All other Airtel Subscribers in our society installed it at balcony only. In this circumstances, I asked Mr Biswajit several times to cancel my installation and return my money, who later stopped picking my call. Then I contacted through their toll free number again (the representative was Mr Zeeshan as told his name) and lodged a complain on[protected]Number 568129) to cancel my connection and to return my money. As such I did not got any call back, then I contacted again on[protected]representative was m/s Kanchan as told) where I was assured to be contacted within 48 hours. One week later somebody contacted and said you have to go to our Kolkata center physically and fill up a form to get the money back, but did not give their kolkata office address after my repeated request. I could not find their Kolkata office address through net sarching also.
                                    What to do in this case? I understood they do not want to return my money.

                                    As I have paid for the service, which was not provided to me, can I not get my money returned from Airtel DigitalTV??

                                    I am using your airtel DTH from last 2 and half years, before your services were nice but from last few month its worst, every month I have to call your customer care for complains, few days before my DTH was showing SM2 error code I called up your costumer care they told me they are installing new satellite it will take some time. They fixed it, today it again showing the same error code and I am trying your costumer care since morning but no one is responding to my call. I am also using tata sky it never happens with them even there costumer services is much better then yours. If my account balance is low after every hour you send massage that your account balance is low. But for what you are charging me for this error, within a week this is second time it happened, and you are charging me for this error. In a week 3 day I am watching and paying for your SM2 error code, if there is any error your costumer care never trys to help your costumers, and don’t even bother to inform.

                                    I must say you are just play with your brand name, and cheating your costumer.
