Temporarily disconnected my postpaid SIM for address verification failure

I took a new postpaid connection ([protected]) few days back ( Last week of DEC, 2008) . I have given all the necessary proofs . When address is been verified, they sent the person on a weekday but I was in off. Non-Cooperation in Mobile & Sim Theft

My Nokia 3110 Classic with Airtel Pre-paid sim No. [protected] was pick pocketed in Sayaji Nagri Express on 05 Jan 2009 on way to Ahmedabad. For this I lodged a FIR at Bhuj City Police Stn and further I got the new sim of the same No. after producing identity documents.
My problem starts afetr the new sim got activated, I got a call from an unknown No., on qurreying the caller told that this No. is of his friend who called him earlier...

Airtel has been deducting Rs 10 daily from my pre-paid mobile number [protected].
