On 2`nd january09, with transaction id[protected].the service provider has given me 10 rs talk time for rs 110/-value, is it justifying????
On my "friends scheme" prepaid card numb-[protected]., when Quotient to costumer care they gave unsatisfactory answer.
My question is "when the scheme of such recharge is not available how come there server accepts the recharge proposal of rs 110 and give re 10 talk time?it...

no network available in roaming

Airtel SIM from Kolkata was started on 1st January 2009.After working for 12 days in Jamshedpur, the network tower ikon has been disappeared and getting no network. Contacted jamshedpur airtel service center where I was assured to get the network resumed with in 24 hours.After 24 hours no service executives available in line.If with in further 12 hours the service is not resumed I shall simly throw the SIM for ever and go for Tata Indicom...

Airtel is cheating its customers

I had done the recharge through internet for Rs 100. on 1.1.2009 which I have been doing for a long time now.
I got an SMS confirming the success of the recharge. but the value did not increase on checking *123#. Today I called up customer service and they informed that this amount has gone into a dedicated account and the validity is expired on 4th Jan 2009. To my surprise they informed that this amount is lost and cannot be used....
