Fraud by DSA

Hello Sir!

b)[protected] (claims owner of the DSA)
c)[protected] (namber on the field)
The office number had told me for a pre-paid scheme but it had been one whole month but they have not activated my scheme!!!
please give me a call or kindly take some strict action against the Owner who is...

Variation in Bill amount

Dear Sir,
From the date of launching of Airtel at Sivasagar, Assam I bear my Cell No [protected].
I use to get wrong bill amount inspite of changing the Bill Plan.
On 3.10.08 my bill amount was Rs.162.25
On 4.10.08 my bill amount raised to Rs.199.25; wheares only a single call was done for36 Sec. only
On 5.10.08 my bill amount rised to Rs.201.25:while there was no call in or out.

Sim card activation

I have taken duplicate sim card on 21/07 and i assured it will activate by evening.Till today activation was not happened.
Now they given new time line for activation ..29/07/2008.

I have very important business meetings with this number and i can not change my number.
For activation it will take hardly 2 hours...but why taking days first...

outgoing call inactivated inspite of submission of documents

I had taken new airtel connection my no is [protected].
Inspite of submitting all the documents, malls being stopped, moreover when i complained about the same to customer care, I receive a message that your id is 3765570 and your std calls are activated, but the same not done.

Recharge balance cheat

My number [protected]. I had balance of Rs. 3 and i recharge my account with Rs. 50 online with hdfc bank. I get my balance and quickly money has been deducted for without any reason.. I have only Rs. 31.80 now. This is fourth time happen with me. Airtel is biggest cheater in india....

Not Getting the Appropriate Speed

Sir/Madam,
I am using a Broadband connection of 64kbps, plan DSL Home 399 Package from about 10mths. when it is installed i get a speed of over 50kbps but now i am even not getting the speed of 20kbps.due to which disconnection happens many times/connection error, etc

No Network, Invalid Transaction, Call Drop, Late Delivery Report.

I am Using Airtel mobile service from last 2 year, from Few days i have experianced many problem of Call Drop. Invalid transaction made by company as my call rates changes from time to time and facing network problem as there is no network, even to make a call. due to that call drop also happens many times.

recharging through internet

Hi all,

When i was trying to recharge my prepaid account through internet, am getting a mesage after entered all the details (mobile number, amount to be recharged and location) recharge can not be processed at this time. i have been trying this since september middle. but i couldn't finish the process. may i know the exact reason for it is not working? am not here to receive this kind of response from the service provider....

I have been using the Airtel Broadband services for about 6 months now. Recently, I had got my plan changed to 2GB download limit, 512 KBPS to 4GB download limit and 4 MBPS.
