I had purchased a prepaid "Lifetime free" sim card in a famous shop (Kannan departmental stores, Trichy road -Coimbatore) on 14th Sep '08.I had submiitted the require proof in the shop.The sim is also working fine till 13.10.08 .Suddenly there is a message displayed while making a call as"SIM CARD registration failed'.If we call to this number there is a response as "code does not exist".
Regarding this, we had asked at customer care and the reply from them is the proof not properly available.But there is no verification/intimation/calls regarding this issue.How can u disable the service without any intimation to the customer?
And also reply from the shop where i had purchased the sim card is Contact the airtel for this issue.
What is the final outcome? How can I get the service back?
