gprs deactivation

sir,
i want to deactivate my gprs facility.
i sent msg to 511.the reply msg i received is 'u will receive confirmation msg with 4 hours' .but still it's not getting deacitvated.per day 14.99 rs.are deducting.wht do i suffer??
if it is unable to deactivate why they activate it.
activation is easy and deactivation is not, how is this possible?...

Sir,
I have requested GPRS connection only for a day. I already sent a deactivation sms for many times, but it is still not deactivated. and also I can not talk to Customer care executive as my call gets automatically end as soon as it reach to executive....

complaint against payment through cheqes number, 839441 and 358261 of rupes, 2550 and 2620 respectivly.
1. amount of rs 2550/- is not mention in the bill.

Could not make calls from the service provider

Dear Sir,

I 'm using AIrtel as my service provider .
and I couldnot make calls to my home town(Mothugudem, ANdhra pradesh) from the past two months .
When ever Im trying to call the number the service provider is saying that this number is not available .
but i could make the calls from other network providers like idea, mtnl etc..
In this reagard i have given a complaint to airtel customer...

Beware about the Fraud od Airtel

My mobile is no. [protected], and above no. is with our family from last 6 month approx. Last night i.e. is on 25th Sept 08 when I sleep, the balance amount in my mobile was Rs. 216/- and in the next morning when I wake up I found that the balance of my mobile has only Rs. 4.11/- and I was so surprised to see the same and when I discussed with my Aunt, she also confirmed me by giving an example that she read the same case in the Danik Bhaskar...

GPRS disconnect every 2-3 minutes

I am using Airtel GPRS Internet service on PC through mobile pocket data modem connectivity (mobile office) since last 1.4 year. From last 1 month, I am facing GPRS connectivity problem. Non refund of my caution money (Rs. 600)

I took a prepaid connection from Airtel (Chakala Outlet Mumbai)almost two years back and changed the same in to postpaid for which I pais Rs 599 as caution money. After a few months i shifted the same no ([protected]) in to life time prepaid card. When i enquired about the caution money it had been told to me that within 45 days i w'd be getting a cheque for the same amount. But it's almost a year that i have not got the money back....

Customer care and service

I have been having an airtel connection since the last 5 years and always thought that airtel was the best. What I did not know was that it is the best only so long as it is working. If there is a problem, dealing with the dumb customer care execs and the gallery is a royal pain.
Last month I lost my phone and lodged a complaint to block the card. It was done in a reasonable time. Now, the problem to get a new card and reactivate....

On[protected] I received a message from AIRTEL that my "Hello Tunes" has been renewed for further 90 days though my Hello Tune is not working since last 25 days. In fact I didn't call them and also not received any confirmation call for renewation of Hello Tunes for any such aforesaid period. On getting such a message, I immediately called 121 (i.e. the Customer Care Dept. of Airtel) for explanation...

Threatening calls from Airtel

I had a phone no.[protected] with Airtel, Delhi, As I moved to other city, I canceled my connection. I also got an acknowledgement for my cancellation, but then after some days my friends and relatives started getting calls from Airtel saying that I havent paid my phone bill. When i tried calling that number, it was a board number and they never connected me to the concerned person.
