Unfair deduction

I have been asking customer care executives to stop the hello tune service from my number [protected] since August 2007. I made several requests even after August 2007 and because I was in roaming every time I used to pay a bill of Rs. 30/- to Rs.60/- . I also informed them about the failure of the connection on a number[protected] which customer care executives repeatedly asked me to dial for stopping the service.

network and gprs problem

my name is sudip kumar.i am airtel prepaid customer and my number is [protected].i stay in pimpri pune (maharashtra).i have activated gprs but this gprs is not working .In this area(sant tukaram nagar pimpri pune)network signal strength is really very poor so i am not able to make any call and i can not access my gprs.but i am paying for all these facility.
my approx 25 friends near dy patil college having same problem all are thinking...

pls cancel my postpaid card

My airtel post paid number is [protected].I have not been using it for last one year. but the rental is still being charged to my credit card. As a result I have ended up paying Rs. 10, 000.

I request you to kindly cancel my sim card with immediate effect. Kindly consider this complaint as my authorisation to cancel this sim card....

Regarding Sim Activation

I am using 4 Airtel sim from last 1 1/2 months.But now my all sim
has been blocked from 13/06/2008.The customer care executive is
telling that document not verified.

Today i went to Airtel Office(Kandivli East), there one lady
told that one person cannot have more than 1 sim.Is it true?If
yes then why you didn't inform me about that when i purchased

Very Poor Quality Of AIRTEL Cellular Service

I am a prepaid suscriber to AIRTEL at Arakkan Kottai, Gobi Taluk, Erode Dt.My mobile Number is [protected].There is one tower just 1km away from my residence.But i am not getting very poor signal from the Tower at Vaniputhur.Where as, i am occassionally getting signal from Kurumandur medu, Etc which are 15 km from me. I made representations to the AIRTEL customer service.but my representations have fallen on the deaf-ear.The technical wing...

sms from 543212 and 64611030

I'm also facing the same problem.I'm constantly getting sms from 543212 and 64611030 from Airtel regarding some vas pack.i've not subscribed for the same. They are regularly deducting the amount for the same. I've complained to 198 still doing the same for more than 3 weeks but they are not taking any action. please write me how did you solve your problem so that it will help me to solve my problem also.

Disconnection Of Lifetime Prepaid

I am using a Airtel prepaid Connection :[protected] and recharged it with LifeTimeValidity pack..I was told at time of LifeTime Recharge that i need not to make any cumpulsory recharge in the whole lifetime period and i was assigned validity till Dec-31, 2037, but my connection was disconnected with in 5-6 months without any prior information...when i contacted customer care of bharti, they dint had any satisfactory answer for my complaint...

unethical behaviour of airtel area manager

with due respect it is stated that i was very much disappointed with the behaviour o[censored]r staff at garwha jharkhand.i was a big advisor n appreciator of airtel...but i was shocked when the air tel area manager started using abusive language against me just for requesting him for internet activation.when such a behaviour is shown against a doctor than what to expect 4 general public.he also threatened me to cut my current airtel...

TODAY I HAVE LOST MY MOBILE WITH SIM. MY MOBILE NUMBER IS [protected]. I MADE A COMPLAINT ABOUT THAT TO CUSTOMER CARE PERSON MR. HARI AND REQUESTED HIM TO LOCK THE SIMCRD. HE ADVICED ME TO GET A DUPLICATE SIMCARD FOR THE SAME NUMBER. I PURCHASED A NEW DUPLICATE SIMCARD IMMEDIATELY. HE TOLD ME THAT THEY WOULD ACTIVATE THE SIM WITHIN TWO HRS. BUT STILL THE SIM IS NOT ACTIVATED. I WANT TO CONFORM WHETHER THE OLD SIM IS LOCKED...

Lack in providing service

I am Airtel prepaid customer since Nov 2007 and my cell number is [protected]. On Saturday, 27th Sept 2008, all my communication i.e. incoming and outgoing calls were blocked. So I called up customer care executive and they told me that I need to submit my documents (identification proof and photograph). Since Sunday was holiday and since I am a Engineering college going student, I submitted the documents Monday evening at Goa’s airtel...

Balence Decreases

I have been using Airtel since 3 monts... and from Starting i am facing a serious problem.. that my account balence automatically reduces when i sent message to any mobile number excluding Reliance and Tata Indicom even if the Message Card is Activated in My account...
I Am charged both from My Message Card Balence and Account Balence..
I have complained about this Several times... but there seems to be no step taken towards...

Security/Lien not Return

i convert my Postpaid connection to prepaid in Approx Sep, 2006 but the Security Deposit by me through Centurion Bank of Punjab may Not Return Till Date. I Visit many times at Companys Dealer Chadha Telecom, Patiala(PB) but not any response given by that firm. I compalint also on Customer Care but no result. I Also Submit Security Status Certificate of my Bank in Feb, 2008 for Clearance the Security but not any response.

UNAUTHORISED DEDUCTION FOR VASPACK 50

I have airtel mobile no [protected] last month this service provider has deducted 50 Rs from my prepaid account for vaspack 50, which was bymistake activated, after that i messaged them so many times to deactivate this vaspack 50 service, but i didn't get any response from the customer care and still they are deducting that amount from my account ....

Lack of proper customer support

I am a postpaid customer of airtel of Kolkata ( my no. is[protected]. I generally use this connection for internet surfing. I am using 999 unlimited plan. It was working fine at Calcutta. But it is not working at Bangalore. When I try to connect the internet with the help of the airtel dialup box, it shows an error stating "you cant connect before register an avialable network". Even when I am putting the sim in a cell, I am unable...

As we lived in family, one airtel number is constantly annoying to my family as well as to my personal mobile number. Now, the stage is that it is very problematic for my family members (father, mother and sister). Even when i am at class the person is calling me. The number is active every week.
