Bharti-Airtel the brand has all the years stood for it's customer care. This is the sole reason that we as consumers respect the brand-Airtel because of the man himself-Mr.Mittal. We ran for Airtel, Delhi Half Marathon, both for fun and for the respect of the brand. But, I really feel sorry that a bunch of people carrying over attitude and managing the Maliya Nagar relationship centre are doing a great damage to the brand. I might be sounding too harsh, but any respectable person of the society will retaliate in a similar manner. Just two days before the Marathon, I happened to visit the cente at 8-8.30 p.m. in the night. Accepted, the cente closes at 7p.m. maybe. But, if a respectable woman is approaching towards your door, will you ask the office boy to bolt the door??? He actually did it, as if I was a thief or a beggar comming to ask money!!!next, everybody in the centre just wagged their hands in air as if they were shooing off a beggar from their door. I kept on standing and knocking the glass door, but people tried their best to avoid me by moving here and there. If you feel I am exxagerating, then please check your CCTV camera footage, I might not be covered, but the inside activity will make the ongoing situation apparent. As a result of this incident, I have stopped going there, anyone with dignity will do so. That was the only reason, I delayed my postpaid bill as my Sim had been blocked and that was the prime reason I went there that night after office. They could have easily done it, if not could have softly spoken and given me the valid reason. Please do something about it, train the Malviya Nagar Relationship Centre people regarding Customer Care- I feel, this is what Airtel stands for!!. A concerened and deeply humilated Airtel Postpaid Corporate Connection holder.

I have used this number upto 20th of April 2009 and then the number was not used for next 2 months i.e., May, June of which I was charged as Rs. 302 and 328 = 630 respectively. Then I requested for permanent disconnection of this number to person from Airtel collection department named as Siddarth Brimania and he asked me to continue this number as he was ready to provide me the waiver of these 2 months in which there was zero usage. I agreed with him, after that day I used to call him and asked for the waiver and he used to give me different excuses for not giving me waiver yet.
After that I use this number in the month of July and then the services was barred due to non payment of bill. Then again I called siddarth for the same and he asked to make a payment of Rs. 510 and else will be waived off, I did the same and now neither I got the waiver nor any response from Siddarth and also the number has been permanently disconnect without any notification. Also the deposit has been adjusted.
Now I am not at all intrested in continuing this number so please waive off the remaining outstanding amount i.e., Rs. 426
