Hi,
I am using airtel postpaid no. [protected] in bangalore, karnatka. they have blocked the services to my home mo.[protected], jharkhand circle(BSNL).
I have lodge a complaint on 27nov.2008, complaint no.[protected], & they had given me time limit of 2nd dec within which they told me that service will be restored to this number. now today is 4th dec, 2008 & they have not doing anything about my complaint. evertime they are saying we are working on it. for last 10 days airtel people are giving me the same excuse.
Now, from today 4th Dec, 2008 they have blocked my customer care facility no. 121 voice service also, so that i can, t speak to any of the customer care people.
sir, if we customer not able to make payment in time these people are charging penalty as well as disconnect the connection, & now these people are doing all the crabs for last 10 days .
What, I can do against Airtel. I want to take strong action against them for negligence of service as well as penalty.
Please suggest.

Airtel Broadband — connection not yet done
I had shifted my residential premises and requested for connection to be relocated. Airtel did honour that in a few days time after receiving all documentations and Cash.I gave all the documents and cash for relocation of shifting,i have all the bills with me and instument modem.Then after one month a call came from customer care executive that he will be coming on that day for connection but no one exxecutive came i have to travel,so i also gave my bigbrothers number they also call on my brothers cell and told that they coming for connection but till no no response.i am irritated of all this false commitment.and my phone no is [protected].
