Dear Sir/Madam
1) I am using Airtel Service for last 9 months in Delhi.
2) 3 Months back i got a call from Airtel saying that if i use ebill facility, i will get special discount on Airtel. Accordingly I enrolled for ebill.
3) But since then my none of the ebills have reached in time, and all the ebills come to me after payment due date is over and after making tons of calls to airtel.
4) Added to that, Airtel includes late payment charges in the bill, for which they are responsible for not sending the bills in due time.
5) When i speak to airtel customer care for this, they keep on hold and after that they diconnect the call. The only reason they give is that this happens due to Technical Fault.
6) When i asked what is the technical fault, they are not able to speak out.
7) This months bills has also not come to me inspite of making several calls, and this month also i will be subjected to pay late payment charges, without any fault of mine.
I want to lodge a complaint against this, since this is more than harassment and is an act of cheating to the customer.
Seeking your advise on the above.

Airtel broadband internet — internet speed is very low (280 kbps)
i would like to regester a complain that my airtel broadband internet's speed is very slow..its about (280kbps)i was committed at the time of connection that the speed is approx 1.5 to 2Mbps.
i was tried to contact the service enng. but he was not pick my phone..
pls solve my problem..
