Sir/Madam,

I am Shiva Jain(+91-[protected]) resident of A-41, Padmanabh Nagar Bhopal want to complaint for Airtel broadband customer service. The people are really very careless and I dont know how this company is getting business. I spoke to sales executive Akhil (+91-[protected]) and filled-up all the required forms and gave him Rs.400/- as initial charges, he further promised me to make the connection up within 3-4 days however no progress. I tried calling the customer care number[protected] with my form number 2204047 but they dont give any useful info. Whenever I wanted to talk to their seniors or managers to escalate the issue they dont forward the cal. I did speak to Shabnam at[protected] and Vijay at[protected] but they only commit the date to resolve the issue however the issue never resolved. Today 03/11/08 was the 4th time commited date when the issue was to get resolved but again no answer... I am fade up now and due to these irresponsible people, the name of the company is getting into soil.
Please help and get the issue resolved.

Airtel broadband internet — internet speed is very low (280 kbps)

i would like to regester a complain that my airtel broadband internet's speed is very slow..its about (280kbps)
i was committed at the time of connection that the speed is approx 1.5 to 2Mbps.

i was tried to contact the service enng. but he was not pick my phone..

pls solve my problem..

    Dear sir,

    My place is VENNANDUR, RASIPURAM(T.K), NAMAKKAL(D.T) PINCODE IS 637505. sir last one week our vennandur airtel tower was not working. lot of time i was give compliant but no response.pl find out it.
    hii this is sandeep raturi i want to register a complaint against airtel network i want tell u that airtel has worst nwetwork among others i m the airtel customer past 3 years. you people r working 4 such a huge network .and your service is disgusting . try to improve you network .or i'll change my service this is just a warning in future i can take some other actions.

    the network is fluctuates continuously but do not give the continuous network to us. so our talks can not be completed. so plzz give us the proper network which is not fluctuate. we can take profit of airtel network...
    i am using airtel network for the past 5 months.The service provider provides a low quality signal cant received good signal it received only 2 signal and cant make call, if you are going to provide such network just shut it down such a shame on you airtel

    Yes airtel network very bad because
    jio network will be support 4G in all location
    I will recharge my airtel number at rs 399 but ma location not support 3G/4G so I hate ur network
    And am back with jio that's good network

      My name is Manohar kumar. i want GPRS-Mobile Office service on my no.[protected]
      so, i called Airtel 24H Customer Executive on 121.
      I give him the request and he said, it will happen in 24Hour. but its one month gone my request not completed yet. i called Airtel 121 again and again between the month. and till now it's not completed. i request again but that will not completed yet. what i do please help?

            I have been recharged my cell no [protected] from one of your agent for Rs 60 twice on 29th October 2008 but i got recharge of Rs. 60 only once and for another (balance) Rs. 60 it is pending till today.

            Pls have a look at this ASAP

            I would like to say some problem adout Airtel Network connection, on this place
            Namakkal district Rasipram taluk VENNANDUR, Nearly one week that Airtel tower building owner disconnected
            The network service for some reason, so Airtel 3000 customers suffer almost 10 day's, All the airtel mobile
            service has been barred this place but Airtel officers site no actions till date[protected]
            so customer said to me we are all change into other mobile network, That the time other company (Aircel, vodafone)
            launched Free Sim in 1year valaditiy so Airtel Network and name is very Damage in this place

            on 24 September, i receieved a message from 64611025 reading that You've been renewed for (Resubscription for AFC, text based services) subscription service on Airtel IVR. You've been charged Rs 25.

            Without my permission, they renew this facility and charge me for the facility that i have no idea about. Please ensure that the complaint is looked in to.
            I got the same message just now ... n i have no idea what the service is about ... why would i want it to be renewed then !!! n theres no point in calling those stupid guys at 121 ... they say u'd get refund i[censored]'ve been charged by mistake ... but actually they never refund the deducted money !!!

            I am very disappointed with the kind of services Airtel is providing these days. I talked to a lot of people in your customer care centre, but each time I am getting no solution talks.

            My name is Shiv Shant Gaur, My Phone No. ([protected]). I received a Massage from Airtel at 05.32pm dated Sep14th, 2008 that if I take a recharge of 151rupee today, than I will get Life time Validity & 10Rs. calling value. On the same day I did the same, I got the calling value but not the validity, and then I enquired from Airtel customer care centre they told me that it will take at least 24Hours. Again I called customer care (198) they logged complaint and it is expected to be solved on Oct 16th end of the day. My complaint No. is[protected] & last complaint No. is [protected] dated Oct 16, 2008.
            Oct 20, 2008 I received a massage from Airtel that your complaint has been processed and then I enquired from Airtel customer care centre they told me that it is solved on Oct 24th, 2008 at 10:00am. But my problem is not solved. Again I called customer care (198) on Oct 24th, 2008 and they told me your Sim validity is extended on Oct 31st 2008 at 10:00am.

            Now its One Month 20 days goes but my problem is not solved.

            I am going to wait till Nov 5th, 2008. If it is not solved I want to take this issue legally and I register the case in Consumer Curt against Airtel.

            I have been recharged my AIRTEL prepaid through ICICI Internet Banking for Rs 60 on 7th May 2009 but till today amount is not rechared.

But why amount is not recharged in my mobile?..(once same situation occurred but amt credited in my bank account, then Vodafone once I tired was successful, it got recharged immediately)

              We have always paid our bills in time.Recently, a month back they applied a rule of credit limit of Rs 1000.We had asked cr lt of Rs 1000 many months back but it was not applied & for many months we have been paying bills much beyond Rs 1000/=Suddenly just at the time of DIWALI, AIRTEL had cut our connection saying bill is beyond Rs 1000/=though our due date was still many days away.
              Our bill payment is thro' ECS, the amount has been recovered from my a/c at ICICI, BOIVALI BR. Till this moment connection is not restored.AIRTEL should be PENALISED for this.Also they asking me to submit IT RETURNS to increase the cr lt. Please help us.

                Dear Sir/Madam



                1) I am using Airtel Service for last 9 months in Delhi.



                2) 3 Months back i got a call from Airtel saying that if i use ebill facility, i will get special discount on Airtel. Accordingly I enrolled for ebill.



                3) But since then my none of the ebills have reached in time, and all the ebills come to me after payment due date is over and after making tons of calls to airtel.



                4) Added to that, Airtel includes late payment charges in the bill, for which they are responsible for not sending the bills in due time.



                5) When i speak to airtel customer care for this, they keep on hold and after that they diconnect the call. The only reason they give is that this happens due to Technical Fault.



                6) When i asked what is the technical fault, they are not able to speak out.



                7) This months bills has also not come to me inspite of making several calls, and this month also i will be subjected to pay late payment charges, without any fault of mine.



                I want to lodge a complaint against this, since this is more than harassment and is an act of cheating to the customer.


                Seeking your advise on the above.

                    When i was in kerala, i used Airtel post paid connection, My mobile No -[protected].Same has to be disconnected, because at present i am in Bangalore, so i dont want to continue the kerala airtel post paid connection.Please do the need ful ASAP.
                    I am ready to pay what ever the balance due amount.

                    Please disconnect the same ASAP.

                    Dear Sir/Madam,

                    I, Manohar Singh Rawat, presently working as Superintendent (HR), GAIL(India) Ltd and have been holding Airtel lifetime prepaid connection since last four years.

                    I had applied for converting my lifetime pre-paid connection No. [protected] to post-paid on 18.11.2008 and opted for 249 scheme plan. In the said letter I had also requested that my billing cycle may please be kept w.e.f. from 01.12.2008 to 31.12.2008 and my billing address may also be noted as my office address i.e. M/S GAIL (India) Limited, 16, Bhikaji Cama Place, New Delhi.

                    The above facility has been activated within three days i.e. 21.11.2008 without informing me. Due to un-intimation, I could not change my old SIM card which has been blocked within office hours. On 25.11.2008, my outgoing facility has been blocked. I came to know from customer cares executive that due to incomplete verification, the above facility has been stopped & confirmed through SMS that my request no 19462808 has been forwarded and will be back by 02.12.08.

                    It is clearly mentioned in the above letter that the post paid facility may be provided from 01.12.2008 to 31.12.2008 (monthly basis). The balance of prepaid card has to be adjusted pro-rata basis along with the bill. However, without fault on my part, M/s Airtel has stopped the outgoing facility from 24.11.2008.

                    It is requested that the outgoing facility may be reactivated urgently and rant for the period of 21.1.2008 to 02.12.2008 may also be waived out. Please note that if my request does not consider by 28.11.2008, the facility may be stopped immediately. A line of confirmation may be sent to me at the earliest.

                      My airtel prepaid no is - [protected]. My name is Shivani and i live in mumbai. My access to customer care executive is stopped since 4 days i had already registered complaint but since not started. pls take this matter as urgent ans start my access to customer care executive. My second complaint is i am not receiving Push back messages from last 10 days so kindly start it too and i had registered atleast 20 compalints for the same but still no progress in this case too. Kindly resovle both the complaints as early as possible.

                        automatic activation of caller tune without any request

                        airtel is providng a very bad service. i have not requested any caller tune but it is automatically activated to my phone([protected]) and deducting unneccesary monthly charges.
                        this is third time happening with me...
                        please solve my problem as soon as possible & look into the matter seriously......

                        For the past few days i am not able to login to your website it when i go to enter my personal details it gives me an error when i try to put my Date of Birth i can enter year and month but the date column is inactive and hence it gives me the error and i cannot register pls help me to register...

                        GPRS SERVICE WAS ACTIVATED IN MY MOBILE PHONE ON 02/08/2008. THE PLAN PROVIDED TO ME IS RS 249 WITH UNLIMITED DOWNLOADING. AT THE SAME TIME AIRTEL LIVE HAS ALSO BEEN ACTIVATED WITH NO MONTHLY RENTAL BUT DOWNLOADING COST OF 1.5 PAISA PER KB DOWNLOAD. I OBSERVED THAT SETTING OF AIRTEL LIVE DOWNLOADS AUTOMATICALLY AND SET ITSELF AS THE DEFAULT CONNECTION. ON 12/08/2008 I SENT REQUEST TO DEACTIVATED THE AIRTEL LIVE SERVICE. AFTERWARDS I FOUND THAT THAT BOTH HAVE BEEN DEACTIVATED. FROM 12/08/2008 ONWARDS I AM SENDING REQUESTON A REGULAR BASIS TO THE CUSTOMER CARE FOR ACTIVATING THE SERVICE BUT A VERY POOR RESPONSE HAS BEEN RECEIVED FROM THEIR SIDE. EVEN I WAS BEEN MISGUIDED BY INTIMATING THAT MY SERVICES HAVE BEEN ACTIVATED. TODAY IS 18/08/2008.
                        it is ridiculous that company such as u is irrevelant about customer.i have been to activate my gprs for whole month, but neither ur service is proper nor ur bothered about customers.ur customer care call centre is a full flopped service. they r not instrested to provide good service.u just want to increase the customer base but not the service. it is highly disgraced service for us

                        Respected Sir/Madam,
                        I received a massage on my mobile [protected] at 11:59 AM from Airtel i.e. " Thank you activating monthly GPRS Night pack Rs.95. You can enjoy 100MB during day and 2GB during night(12 am to 8 am). To deactivate dial *567*19#." Here i not press any or not using my mobile on this time, but i find this massage and deduct Rs.95 from my airtel balance account. When i talk to customer care they will provide a request reference number [protected]. and told me that we will give the actual information till 19 Jan 2010. I want to know that if any option will have to customer then first inform the customer and then ask for do or don't. But he do not give any information regarding this and not solve within 48 -72 hours which is government rule. If i have my airtel balance for my emergency talk to with my family, then who will responsible if i am not able to communicate with my family or emergency work. This is truly illegal.

                        I sent a request 4 days ago to Airtel to activate the new GPRS data plan which promises unlimited surfing and 2 GB download at Rs. 98 per month. I regret to say that the said service has not been functioning even though Airtel execs tell me it is. I have put my sim in numerous phones...saved their setting...did manual settings...everything to get the GPRS to work but to no avail and all this while Airtel (121) keeps telling me that there is no problem from their end and asked me to go to their relationship centre to get the problem fixed. I went there yesterday and the execs there simply refused to help saying that it is not their job and in between i have received numerous messages from Airtel which sometimes say that my GPRS is activated and sometimes say that it is stopped. It has driven me mad to the point that now I do not even know if it is activated from their end. Also, they stopped transferring my phone calls to their execs(i dont know how they do this). It is really frustrating when these kind of things happen to genuine customers.

                        I have made up my mind to not let go Airtel easily with all this. I am preparing a good case against Airtel and will file it in the consumer court as soon as I have finished drafting the complaint.

                        I am using the airtel prepaid sim card, one by suddenly my mobile displays the symbol G in the top of my mobile from that day onwards i am unable to receive my incoming calls, when i place any other sim card in the mobile my phone is working fine, even i have tried with other airtel sim it is working fine, i am facing this problem only with my sim card i have return lot of mails to airtel people and i have also made calls to customer care in the mail communication the airtel people told me that your GPRS is deactivated but the same problem i am facing

                          Hi,

                          When I was in mumbai, I got a message "Easy recharge for Rs. 222/- & get Talktime of Rs. 333/- for Airtel to Airtel Std calls only. 1 month validity." They had not mentioned that the terms & conditions apply.

                          I recharged my Airtel no for the amount 222.00 rupees through my citibank account on 10/10/2008. I got Rs. 333/- talktime, when i call to any std number the amount was not deducting from the 333 amount. I called Airtel, They says on roaming 333 will not considered. after going back to my place I can use itseems. I came to my place after 1 month i.e., after validity over. My 222 rupees is wasted.

                            I (Vishav Kapoor from Oirpil Biotech ltd.)got the following nos. installed at my office on 06/10/2008 with the supervision of excutive Mr. Pawan ([protected]) of airtel based at chandigarh HQ working under the leadership of Mr. Satwinder Singh M.No. [protected]and during the time of filling up the form it had been promised to us that centrex facility will be provided to us within 5-6 days but till today nothing has been done in this regard and to my utmost surprise today when i tried to made a call from the no. 4000253 and it was disconnected. And this complaint has been made against Mr. Pawan, Miss Neha([protected]) and this is because there we made so many repeated calls but of no vain. So there is a request to made a quick action as early as u can otherwise we will be compelled to disconnect these connections.The complaints no. we made are 12887816 and13195756 and you can enquire that what is the progress in regard to these complaints.

                              I am having Nokia mobile having Airtel No. [protected]. Earlier my mobile was having Airtel connection with Non Stop Plan 349. In the evening on 24.10.2008, I met Airtel's Customer care unit at 54A, Bhupen Bose Avenue Branch ( near Shyambazar Metro Station) and submitted my requsest for converting my existing connection to Airtel Lifetime Pre-paid. Lady Customer Care Officer after reviewing my papers advised me to pay the required amount and immediately I paid the same.
                              She handsover Shim &toldconnection would be activated within 48 Hrs ( i. e. by 26.10.2008 ) and the Shim woulsd be inserted then in the Mobile. As per her advise, Shim was inserted and till then no In coming and Out going is available.I contacted Customer Care Official of Air Tel on 121 on 28.10.08 and Complained. The Officer advised me to contact their Bhupen Bose Avenue Branch as problem generated from their end. Accordingly I met Customer Care officer at Bhupen Bose Avenue Branch, from where Shim was given to me. I explained him that In coming and Out going facility of my mobile is very Urgent as being a top level Excecutive of a multinational Company for business I have to travel hereand there ( as tomorrow I am going to Delhi ) and without that my assigment is affecting seriously. The Officer confirmed me that fault is from their end and facility will be available within 5.00 PM today. Now it is 9.35 PM, but till now it is not available. I contacted customer care of Airtel on 121 now ans attended by Subhojit. On hearing everything he told me to contact their Customer care Unit at Bhupen Bose Avenue.

                              I would like to ask Airtel Management that why due to fault of them I will be suffering and who will adjust / pay me asignment / Business loss due to that.

                              It is really shameful to get such careless service from a renowned Company like Airtel.

                                I am pissed off with the kind of way they are dealing with upcoming postpaid customer by not answering the phone calls and hanging up the calls. i applied for airtel postpaid as i am an existing customer for airtel prepaid and applied to convert it to postpaid ... as was continously recving calls by galaxy telecom ( govindpuri extn new delhi ) ( airtel dealer ) .. paid all the security deposit and also submitted docs.. then was infrmd the request is punched and was misguided in 4 hrs it will be activated from now( 24th october )...i am suffring a loss for my business as my prepaid sim is blocked due to p2p in process and till today 29th october nothing done ...and the response i get from the dealer is ...s.o and they are disconneting my calls, moreover not answering ... i don't have any point of contact now as also visited airtel outlet and they said that they can't help as not able to pull up my record ... also dialled [protected] and as usual no reponse ... my number which is suffering due to all this bull is [protected]( delhi no. ) and my alt no. [protected] ( delhi no.) ..i knw nothing can be done as their is no end to all this crap which is happening but at last who suffered is the customer and the loss also beard by me ... I also somehow reached the verification officer boss Mr. Ikram and his mobile no. is [protected] but after listening to my complaint his reponse is (((((( S.O )))))).and prior to that he infrmd me he doesn't knws what's going on from his end he has frwded the report with positive verification on 26th october, , and then Switched off his mobile phn. I want somthing to be done on emergency basis as i am now helpless .

I have been paid two two cheques Rs.1463 and Rs.1761 (Approx.) in similar way. But Your company not activate my mobile number till date. Last cheque credited in your account on 27/10/2008. I want to inform you that so many time I am calling a phone to your customer care centre but some time that was busy and some time your service officer not giving proper reply.                                   I Partap singh s/o s Jagir singh of VPO Usma teh. & distt Tarn Taran Punjab want to stated few lines for your kind consideration and favourable action please.

                                  That I bought a new airtel connection No.[protected] from main airtel showroom Tarn Taran on[protected] and I gave him mya snape and my voter card copy .I got a call from yourside that this connection is active on the name of Grujit Kaur of Talwandi Chaudhriyan, Teh Sultanpur Lodhi, Distt Kapurthala. On[protected] I got a message that your address could not verify and your services will discontinue and next day i.e.[protected] my incomming and outgoing discontinue due to address problem. I again went to main airtel showroom and give him my snape and driving licence copy and my phone continue after three days. Now on[protected] I saw my mobile screen shows that your sim card registration failed. Please trace out fault and continue my mobile services immidately cause I gave the proof two times and why I face these problems. My temporary mobile no. is[protected] &[protected]

                                  I have applied for a MNP from Vodafone to Airtel for my no [protected]. I was using Vodafone Prepaid Connection & I applied for Airtel Postpaid for Govt. Employee Plan Rs. 249/- .

                                  I had submitted Xerox copy of

                                  Voter ID, Company’s ID, PAN Card as required by agent on 13th Feb 2013. He gave me SIM card at cost of Rs 50/- on 14th Feb 2013, and told me that he had uploaded my documents.

                                  Physical verification was done by one of your executive on 22nd or 23rd Feb 2013 at my office. I received message on 28th Feb 2013 regarding porting time. My number ported on midnight of 28th Feb 2013 from Vodafone to Airtel. Then I called on 590590 for activation of my number on 1st March 2013. I called around 10 to 15 times on this number every time I get different answer from your customer care executive. Some said my documents are not uploaded, I clarified this from agent but he said that he already uploaded documents still he’ll check again regarding this. Some executive said it will take 4 hrs, some said it will take 24 hrs; some said I should contact to nearest dealer. It has been around 96 Hrs since my number is not working.

                                  Please suggest and do the needful as nowadays if your Mobile Number is not working; it can lead to professional and personal losses.
