No proper service from customer care

1. We have been trying to contact customer care person for the last few days but could not succeed. Number is never connected to customer care officer even after holding phone for a long time.
2. Many times, complaints have been given and assured for better connectivity in Greater Noida area but inside house we are not getting proper signal due to that we are facing much problem .
3. In real sence, the service of customer care...

Miserable Support and Uncaring

I have been reading complaints about this service provider, which, in fact was 'nt really quite off mark. I fully appreciate the views of the respondents of this web site. Let me put my views this way - Air Tel entered into the foray at the time BSNL was crippled with corruption, HUTCH charging much higher monthly bills for equal no. of calls, and CDMA operators - Tata and Reliance had nothing remotely to offer as close to those cheap...

friends activation

i was trying to join an existing friends group. till after giving password, it didn't allow me to join the group. id tried a lot.but no use at all. it only gives me error messages....

no service at all

There has been no service today ie 25 sep 08. All calls get a constant message that the number doesnt exist. What is the problem. Least that u can do is have the cutomer service at least activted that is alos at a dead end....

Lost of Sim

I have a shop in Pune - Pimpri Chinchwad (Bhosri Area ), which was broken into ( robbed ).
Due to this incidence I lost my mobile and my LAPU sim which i was using for E- recharge for my customers. I had registered a F.I.R in local police station and handed a copy of the same to local dealer requesting him to give me another sim for E - recharging as the sim card lost during the theft had a balance of Rs 2000 in it.

Airtel activates mobile without papers upto 30 days.

I am working in PSU. I applied for Airtel prepaid no. [protected] thru M/s Kumar Enterprise at Begusarai and dealer has send my filled form to Airtel alongwith all th necessary documents vide :
1. PEF no - 585265 dated 02.06.2008 &
2. PEF No. - 257524 dated 11.07.2008.

My no. was deactivated without any notice and on query they informed that They didn't receive my documents. I again sent in 1st week...

Sir,

I have purchased a Life time prepaid Airtel card for cell No.[protected] in the month of December, 2007 . No the message displays that Ur Lifetime plan expires December 2015 but before in the monthe of January/Febuary, 2008 it was showing as U R Lifetime Plan. I am not able to understand that how could Airtel company says that u r Life time plan exp. on 2015, then what is the meaning of LIFETIME PLAN.

No Customer Satisfaction

I had been running after the airtel guys to get a new sim activated...but strange, looks like for an airtel connection 1 month is less. Then I took second sim and irony it worked for 2 full days. Thanks to the Airtel.
I had always preferred airtel, now the things are turning o'r.

My number is transferred to someone

I purchsed the Airtel card and used some time but because of its connectivity problem in my home and office I stopped using that. After few days i made that card as a lifetime card by putting Rs.495 but my phone was not recharged.the same was compaint in airtel customer service they told your card is working but it was not working then they said go to your nearest Airtel office and change the card then I give my card to whom I purchased then...
